He wanted to know everything, plus he was living in the family manor with his mother now that his father was gone and the woman was driving him crazy, Carrie was moving in soon, about another month or two, he hoped the girl was going to be okay and knew what she signed up for, his mother was going to be sure to hound them about marriage and babies as she had him pretty much every day since he moved in.
Victoria had to agree that it was exciting. “I think it’s going to be a good idea to do. I mean scouts usually go out to the schools, but why not have a tryout where everyone is together. It just makes it more exciting.” Victoria thought it over maybe this was something they could do every summer. Scouts could still go to the schools, but what about the kids who really wanted to play, but the scouts didn’t find as ready. They could give it another go at a tryout. Falling lost in her own thoughts about how to organize such a thing and making it annually.
Oh right she wasn’t alone in a conversation to herself, her brown eyes lifting back to Benji as her work thoughts moved again. “I don’t know. Bart said something about Chorts that the Headmistress announced at the end of year feast. I mean really, how did those things get near the castle unnoticed and why?” She had never heard of them being around the area before.
“It just means new adventures really. Take Mariel, she played pro as chaser and now look at her. She runs the games and sports department. There is always another door open when one closes all you have to do is be willing to close the first door.” She truly believed that saying and she had to for as many times as she started over in her personal life.
“Very good to know. I’ll keep you up on things and put some assignments on your desk. There will be plenty of paper work coming through soon enough.” She was sure of that.

Benji liked the idea, he nodded. "I think that would be a fantastic idea, what about the kids who don't make the teams but wanna try out? Maybe we could host an open try out, like a few scrimmage matches, we could make an event out of it too, do it at a stadium, sell tickets, make it something for the fans as well." Who wouldn't wanna be there to say they saw their favorite player try out?
"Chorts? Weird, maybe they were too worried about guarding the quidditch pitch that the things got by unnoticed?" Made sense to him anyway. Hmm.

Yes, he was more than happy to take more on, he wanted to move up. Perhaps it would be a little problematic with non-paid players, but at the same time quidditch had very hardcore fans, not to mention the friends and family of the players that might being in these matches, it seemed like a lucrative idea to Benji, just one that needed fine tuning, Maybe instead of charging admission they should charge something else. He didn't have a doubt that if they had it people would want to come though. "Quidditch has some intense fans, plus these kids would just be leaving schools, their friends would come out to support them not to mention family. But i get where you're coming from, i'll keep the idea in my back pocket for now."
Benji grinned a little bit. "I guess, I went there. It's a crazy school but it's always been that way. I guess that's just something you have to accept about it." It never bothered him, though there wasn't any freak blizzards caused by strange creatures while he was there.
"Right, let's head back i'm sure there's lots to do." Plenty to do and Benji wanted to work on this idea of his. Hmmm. Maybe he would ask Carrie what she thought of the idea, someone's perspective who wasn't too closely involved with the idea was always a good things. Benji turned and followed Vic back to the office.

Edward stepped off the lift, glancing at the time piece along the wall. He had left his own department early enough, he suspected. He also wanted a cup of coffee while he waited and decided this was a good place to meet the public relations woman. He had with him a little thing he'd come up with that could be published across the ministries platforms to help him with collection for his research project.
He walked to the cart to peruse the selections before ordering.

Deliah was heading to the coffee cart to try and get something done cause she needed a break from all of her work that still needed to be done she saw someone who was not from her department and said "Hello there"

Edward was thinking about whether he wanted a caramel macchiato or a pumpkin spice latte when someone spoke to him. He turned to see a woman standing there. He couldn't recall ever seeing her before, but that wasn't unusual. There were hundreds, if not thousands of employees who worked in this building. He extended his hand, adjusting his folder to keep from dropping it. Hello. Lovely day today. he said to be polite.

Edward smiled at the introduction. same too you. Edward Lennox He shuffled his papers back to his other hand as he looked back to the menu. Returning his gaze to the woman, he asked what might you suggest?

Deliah looked at Edward and said "I would recommend the pumpkin spice latte it is delicious" Deliah had the latte before and she knew that she would have it several times a day

He thought a minute. let me buy your coffee first. After that, is there a better place to talk? Maybe somewhere with a desk or table? I've got to lay some things out to kind of give you an idea what I'm about. he would talk here if he had to, but it would be easier and better if he could spread out what he had in his folder.

Deliah thought and said "I am not sure if there is anywhere where we can talk, i would have said my desk in the office of my department but my desk is covered in paperwork and i havent been anywhere else in the ministry where we could talk"

Deliah thought and said "Yeah actually my department has a conference room and i am pretty sure that it is not being used at the moment" Deliah wasnt sure if it was currently unoccupied or not but she had to take a chance

Edward follows Deliah. I work in the Department of Mysteries. he shuffled the folder again to make sure it was secure. It would be a shame to have to re-sort all of that stuff.
