Satine glanced around and found someone that directed her to the Hogwarts section. She was very impressed by the set-up and tents and the decor here...her inner event planner was very impressed by the party so far. She headed to the small raised platform and took a seat glancing around at everyone. She smiled as random peeps walked by seeming to be on a mission heading somewhere.

She glanced down at her shirt with a blank look not really sure what the shirt meant a little bit upset that it was so...well plain...her outfit on the way had looked so much better.

She noticed instantly a place in the front with what looked like a throne of some sort with chairs around it. She kept herself from rolling her eyes...yes that would be something the Borr would require she thought to herself with a little smirk on her face.

Lexi made her way to the special area for the students and planted herself in one of the seats provided. SHe was awed by the spectacle that they were making for Lord Borr. Sheesh. Anyway...

Looking around she waited to see if she could spot an adult that look all... official like to talk with. No time like the present to start working on one's future.

Seeing the sign that read Hogwarts Students, Kaishu figured that this would be the place to come if he wanted to speak with Kurumi. She probably didn't remember him, she had only been two years old when they had last met, but he was a very important part of his life and he owed her father so much.

Upon entering the area, he saw two little misses - and one with purple hair! How interesting! - and approached the two with a swagger in his step that only a rock star could manage. "Good day, little misses," he said removing his glasses. They could squeal now, you know, because he was a famous musician.

Kyle Manning walked over to the Hogwarts seating area, she saw someone who looked familiar but didn't realize that he was a famous guy - or who he was. She was preoccupied with the thought that she didn't know any other students here. She took a seat, and looked around.

Lexi was QUITE unaware of the old dude shaking his hair around. QUITE purposefully ignoring him. She sat, ankles cross, lovely black dress smoothed out... waiting to find an OFFICIAL looking adult to talk to. Surely she could find a Ministry worker of something...

SIGHS. Why was Salander not here with her? Where was Jake... or Sabel.

Kaishu couldn't help but frown. No fangirling for him and his hair? Hogwarts students had certainly changed since his day. He had had to hire off younger students with chocolate frogs to keep the girls out of his way so he wouldn't be late for for classes. Looking at each of the three girls, he began to wonder if any of them knew Kurumi.

"Excuse me," he said clearing his throat and putting his glasses back on more out of disappointment than anything else. "Would any of you happen to know where Kurumi Hollingberry is?"

Satine was startled as a man approached the table. He walked like he was someone important but she wasn't really sure who he was and she was sure there would be plenty of important peeps her tonite. She smiled up at him very nicely and instantly could tell that she hadn't made the reaction he had wanted. She searched her brain trying to figure out who he was. He kind of reminded her of a musician but she wasn't sure.

She smiled up at him again and thought about his question...Karumi...ummm...o yes the cookie girl, "O, well I saw her in the limousines but I haven't seen her yet. You could either have a seat and wait for her to get through the checkpoint or if you want to leave your name, I'll let her know you are looking for her." she cocked her left eyebrow up at the man and waited for his reply.

Getting through the checkpoint, Simon made his way to the area designated for the invited Hogwarts students with Kurumi at his side. And the situation gets curioser and curioser he mused to himself as he stepped up onto the raised platform. Looking out at the gathering before him he couldn't help but roll his eyes at the spectacle especially the throne set aside obviously for the honored guest, Lord Borr.

Iris made her way over to the seating that was apparently just for them. Special seating area. PFFT. They make it sound like they're contaminated with something.

I bet the only reason why we're separated off is to make it OBVIOUS that we're here. To try and make Borr look better, some how, Iris thought. Making her way to an empty seat, Iris smiled as she noticed Satine for the first time. Had Iris been paying NO attention in the car?! Clearly not. Iris waved at her, and went to sit down with Satine instead of at an empty table.

Satine was sooooo excited to see her Snakey friend. It actually made her heart ease a little bit since she didn't really know anyone else here yet and it had made her even more nervous.

"O Iris, you have no idea how happy I am that you are here...." she said with a pause as she glanced around, "I have to admit that I have no idea why I was invited to this shindig....at all...I mean most of the peeps here are either prefects or, you know, really important peeps in their school." she said with her head cocked to the side.

Kaishu turned his attention to the little miss with purple hair. It brought him back to his glory days. The Flying Horsemen had once had a backup dancer with natural purple hair. Charles and he had almost gotten into a fight over her. Thankfully, despite them being pig headed seventh years at the time, they were able to settle things the mature way by arm wrestling to see who got to ask her out. Kaishu won, of course. "I think I will do just that," he said taking a seat and putting his bag on the chair next to him. Opening it, he immediately pulled out a CD, sighed it, added a few extra hearts (girls always liked hearts) and handed it to the purple haired girl. "The gift of music for such a kind little miss."

Still clinging onto Simon's arm, Kurumi followed him into the student seating area where she saw the man that had tipped his sunglasses to her earlier and she squeaked in surprise. Nearly falling over backwards in her kimono, she was able to catch herself by pulling on Simon's arm even harder. "S-S-Sorry again," she said blushing. Her eyes flicked back towards the man who was now tossing his hair around in the sunlight. "S-S-Simon...I don't suppose you know who that is, do you?" She pointed to the only non-student in the area.

Upon hearing the timid voice of a girl, Kaishu looked over his left shoulder to see just who had entered the seating area and a smile a mile wide spread across his face when he saw Kurumi. She looked so much like her mother, including that silky raven hair, but it was clear from the aura she was giving off that she was much more her father's daughter than anything else. Setting the CD he was offering the little miss down on the table, Kaishu rose and began to walk over towards Kurumi and the boy she was clinging to. She took even more after her father than he thought. Already making a boyfriend! And a strapping looking one at that.

Simon heard her squeak and turned back, moving his other arm to help keep her upright as Kurumi grabbed hold of him once more. "Easy there," he said following her gaze to the approaching man as the younger Gryffindor questioned if he knew who the stranger was. "No I can't say I do," he replied wondering if it was him that got the girl so ruffled in surprise. "Here let us get you seated," the captain suggested leading her to a table close by, being the gentleman he tended to be and pulling out a chair for her. He kept an eye out for the stranger but he wouldn't approach unless he came forward himself for for all they knew he was simply there for another reason.

Nodding, Kurumi followed Simon, glancing over her shoulder every once and again to check and see where the creepy sunglasses man was with respect to their location. "Th-Thank you," she said bowing her head as Simon pulled out a chair for her. Making sure that her obi wouldn't get wonky, she sat down.

Kaishu saw the look that the older looking boy had given him and it made his heart giggle. Aw, how cute young love was! He needed to figure out a plan of attack, no attack wasn't the right word...plan of...introductions, perhaps? He very much doubted Kurumi remembered him considering the frightened look she had on her face. Pulling out two already signed CDs from his pocket, he approached the pair. "Good day," he smiled nodding his head to the two before thrusting the CDs practically in their faces.

Kurumi squeaked in surprise and took the CD. Winged Horsemen...why did that name sound so familiar?

Riley walked into the seating that was, ahem, set aside JUST for the Hogwarts Students. Weren't they special? He practically bounced into the area of chairs and walked over excitedly to Lexi and plopped down. "What do you say, Lexi? Isn't this place pretty neat?" he said looking around at some of the adults and Ministry workers. He couldn't wait to see Borr or some of the officials.

Then he noticed a creepy man...and he was talking to Kurumi now. Little House-elf Kurumi!! He looked at him and then stuck his hand out to introduce himself, and to see what kind of man was talking to his young housemate. "Riley Sinclair sir, Kurumi is a firend of mine, who are you?" he asked making sure to change his tone of weirded-outness to politeness the best he could.

"You're welcome," Simon replied returning the gesture slightly almost unconsciously and moved to take another seat just as the stranger finally did come up to them. "Good day," the sixth year greeted back accepting the offered cd. "Umm thank you," he added figuring him to either be part of the musical group represented by the signed gift or a promotional worker trying to help the band along. He set it aside with the folded t-shirt they had been given earlier and placed it on the table for lack of a better place.

What WAS it with young people these days?! Didn't they recognize a famous face when they saw one? Maybe it was the glasses? Taking them off and clipping them to the front of his leather jacket he looked at the boys and his little Kurumi. When no response came, he tried to calm the doofy smile on his face. "Pleasure, Mr. Sinclair," he said shaking the boy's hand with a little too much vigor. "Always a joy to meet the youth of the day." Or something like that. He had heard some of the suspicious looking Ministry workers mention something about young minds and all that rubbish.

Looking around, Kaishu frowned a bit and began to wish he had brought his guitar. If there was no music playing, and if that music wasn't rock and roll, this wasn't much of a party. He turned and looked at the other boy and Kurumi.

"I don't suppose you remember me," he smiled taking a seat next to Kurumi. "You were only a young sapling when we last met."

Kurumi watched as the man sat down beside her and was very grateful that she had both Simon and Riley around to perhaps stun him should he try and kidnap her...or something. She looked at the CD again and suddenly remembered a poster she had seen in her father's things for the same band. Ripping open the cover, she saw a photo that confirmed her suspicions. "You..." She remembered something about a rather large teddy bear.

"I am a friend of your father's," he nodded.

Hearing her name, Lexi finally snapped out of it as Riley plopped down. "It sure is something, indeed. Well... don't you look dapper?" she said with a grin as she let her eyes wander, taking in the old dude near her and... Kurumi. Hmph.

With a relieved sigh, Tate threw himself into a chair. He was ready to watch over the students in this area... all day long. No need to move a foot in the direction of the dreaded Borr and company, and it was unlikely they'd come looking for him here.

And the t-shirt? Tate held it up with a little sneer.

Satine glanced up and saw the Headmaster sit down near her. She smiled at him and scooted a little bit closer. "Howzit Headmaster!" she said extending her hand for a hand shake trying to be as polite and formal as she could be...she was in awe of the Headmaster for his hardwork and for his looks...."Sir, you don't seem too excited to be here...." she said quickly and kind of quietly and then continued, "But I have to admit I'm a little nervous about this whole thing....I mean I have no idea why I recieved an invitation..." she glanced up and down the table at the other Hogwarts students, "I mean most of them are Prefects or Quidditch stars and stuff....do you know why they invited us here?" she said tilting her head to the side and cocking up her left eyebrow....she made sure to say everything kind of quietly in case there were others eavesdropping, which knowing the 'Lord' was a possibility.

Satine was in the process of telling the man, "Thanks." for the CD but he popped up heading towards the cookie girl. She had to admit that she was a little relieved. She glanced at the CD and shook her head....she wasn't sure who the man was but he sure did think he was someone. She shoved the CD into her purple purse and made a mental note to listen to it the next time she was around a CD player that was charmed to work at Hogwarts.

Lexi watched as Headmaster Hottie flopped into a seat and wore something of a snarl. Such a snarl that would put an Grindylow to shame. Heh. "Sir... you okay? Oh... and I meant to ask, why is Mr. Ikenna not with us today? I have been looking for him everywhere... he was helping me with nonverbals," Lexi said to the man seated beside her with a curious look on her face.

Turning away from Kaishu, Kurumi saw that the head master had joined them. "Hello Headmaster," Kurumi smiled nervously. She did feel a bit better after their brief conversation during the ride over.

She too was curious about the whereabouts of Mr. Ikenna. She need to ask him something...personal...

Emmy turned round to see that none other than their very own beloved Headmaster Tate had sat down rather close to her. She felt her cheeks start to burn, and was sure she must have turned as red as a beetroot...
"H-hello, Headmaster! Um, are you a-all right s-sir?" He didn't seem too happy, but she hada feeling it didn't have anything to do with the students...

"I think someone must have felt that you showed a particular interest in the proceedings here today," Tate replied. He was undoubtedly being cryptic, but there was reason for that.

Plus he was a crankypants.

"Have you gone to retrieve your gift bag yet?"

"I'm sure Mr. Gevrik is here somewhere, spending time with his cronies. You should just enjoy yourself today and not worry about the man right now." He didn't want that man teaching his kids anything.

"Hello, child. Having fun?"

"Hmm?" Tate gave the girl an odd look. "What are you doing here, child? How did you get past security without an invitation? I suggest you sneak back out the way you came in before someone catches you here."

Simon watched as the man took a seat on the other side of Kurumi a touch of protectiveness hiting the captain. The questioning comments he posed invocted curiousity but certainly aimed at his housemate not himself and she had already shown nervousness around them. Apparently he wasn't the only one for Riley joined them stepping up and asking for the man's identity to which the man remained elusive. He almost pressed for an answer to the other boy's question when Kurumi finally seemed to reconize the man, quickly opening the CD case in response.

Sure enough Simon could see over his friend's shoulder that the man in front of them was one of the members of the band confirming one of his original thoughts as to his identity and why he carried signed CDs around. "So you decided to come talk to her especting her to know? After how long?" he remarked still a little wary.
