Look. A corridor!

Selena stumbled into the corridor. When was this here? Selena didn't care. She sat down, her head against the wall. She had somewhere quiet to be for a little while... before other arrived. In her fist was the letter. Ugh. Her head hurt a bit, her eyes were all watery. But she refused to cry. She had promised herself... but she wanted to.

Simon walked along the corridor it was quiet which was good, he sat down on the floor and leaned against the wall, he was worried about the Prefects that were in detention with the crazy Professor, he hoped that they were okay and he wished he could help them sneak out of the detention but he doubted that he could so he would just have to hope that they were okay. He wondered where Amy was later and what she thought about the Potion class.

Maddie saw Simon slumped against the wall
'Simon!' she called, rushing over 'Are you aright?'

Simon looked up as someone said his name. "Yeah I'm fine." He said though his eyes were red. "How could she set fire to those students in Potion?" He asked her suddenly, this was going to be in his mind for ages. "And now the prefects are in detention, oh I wish I could do something for them." He said slowly.

Amy walked down the corridor and sat down in the corner, shading in her portrait of Jay

Maddie sighed
'I honestly do not know how someone who is supposed to be responsible could do that. Are you boycotting the classes?' she asked, pointing at her own badge. It lashed silver as she spoke.

Selena looked up. There were people there. Ugh. This was terrible. Even though she knew Maddie she wanted to be alone somewhere. She rose from the ground and picked up her bag. 'please don't notice me...' Selena thought to herself as she closed her eyes. They probably didn't. She was like that sometimes... just faded out of the picture. She bent down to pick up her bag. She shoved the letter roughly into the bag. It was full of lies though.... it had to be. She ran out of the corridor. There had to be somewhere else to cry.

Simon looked at Maddie. "I'm not sure." Simon sighed. "I don't want to let her get off too easy." Simon was still seeing the fire in his head and it was scaring him.

Maddie could tell he was still scared, and gave him a hug.
'It's all right to be scared' she whispered in his ear 'I am too. All the time - more than you'll ever know'

Simon looked at Maddie. "We need to do something to help the Prefects." Simon said suddenly. "We need to do something, they don't deserve to be in detention with the professor." Simon said slowly.

Amy sat up as she heard a familiar voice and looked around the statue, Simon? Maddie? Amy said as she stood up and walked over

Maddie dropped her arm from around him and pulled back, looking at Simon.
'Yes, we do' she said, nodding 'And... hey, why don't we go to Tate? Surely he'll agree?'

Simon looked at Amy. "Hi Amy." Simon smiled as he thought about something. "Bye Amy." Simon didn't want Amy getting into any trouble.

Simon smiled as he looked back at Maddie. "Please don't follow me I don't want you getting into any trouble." Simon hoped that Maddie wouldn't follow him.

Amy looked at him, and raised her eyebrow, what are you going to do? she asked suspiciously

Simon looked at Amy. "I don't think I'll do much, just try and get Professor Nutty to see sence." Simon laughed. "She's so scarey I can still see the student on fire now it's unfair."

Maddie caught his arm as he got up
'Simon, why don't you just go to another teacher?' she pleaded. She didn't need him in detention as well, that wouldn't help the Prefects 'If you go to her, she'll just give you detention, no questions asked...' she gave him the puppy dog eyes. He'd never been able to resist them, even when they were only nine.

Listen Simon, I'm not going to argue with you, I just don't think this is a good idea and I think you should go to our head of house but it's up to you, she said sneaking a glance at Maddies oh puhleze puppy eyes?

Simon looked at Maddie and saw the eyes, no that wasn't fair, she always got the eyes out when she wanted something and she knew she'd get it, he sat down. "But who know what's happening to the Prefects." Simon sighed. "The Professor is Crazy." Simon said the crazy slowly. "She set fire to students." Simon wouldn't be able to get rid off the pictures out of his mind.

Simon looked at Amy. "So what are you doing?" Simon didn't know what to do now.

Me, I'm just standing here, Amy said, I wanted to get away from the sun so I decidied to come inside, you? Amy said, slightly confused about the question

Simon looked at Amy. "Oh I just wanted somewhere quiet to sit and think about things." Simon wanted to see if he could get the fire out of his mind but couldn't. "So where have you been?"

Um lake and treehouse with Jay and Sammy i'v been drawing and stuff, you? Amy asked as she plopped down on the wooden floor

:: Ehgad wondered away from the main corridors, his stomach was upset. He wore a frown and rubbed his side under his jacket. It was so quiet in the corridor and where Ehgad leaned against the cool wall, there was hardly anyone nearby, except for a few students who also seemed to enjoy the quiet. He decided to relax and he sighed.

"Blllererrrrp". The sound echoed off the walls. He was in shock at what he just did.

Ehgad stood up rigid and waved his hands around behind him. His face was scarlet, but his stomach felt absolutely better. "Mu mu must of been a a a... duck... er, by the window." The 2nd year boy stammered, now pointing to a wall with out any windows and giggling nervously.

"How about that... " He started to slowly walk back toward a staircase that was around the corner. ::

Maddie sighed, and he sat back down next to her
'Well, getting detention yourself won't help them a bit' she reasoned 'So, why don't we tell Tate? Or.. Reynolds, he is a nice person...' she said, thinking hard

Olivia skipped along the fourth floor corridor, her pink hair in a ponytail. She had no idea why she was so cheerful but she was, lately she had been in a rather bad mood. Good that it had changed though.
