Default Waiting area for the Office of Professor Davis

There is nothing fancy about the waiting area. It’s no more than a long wooden bench pushed up against the cool castle wall. After knocking, please take a seat and Professor Davis will be with you as soon as possible.

Professor Davis does ask that if you are using this bench to meet up with friends, please keep the volume to a minimum.

OOC- Please post knocking here first.

A path is not simply for walking, its purpose lies in moving forward and improving oneself.

Dorian quickened his steps as he walked towards through the hallway, and even though he was so excited that a smile was plastered on his face… a smile that hadn’t come out in a long time… he was still wary of his surroundings. The Ravenclaw looked behind him occasionally to see if he was being followed by one of the henchmen. But where he was going and what he was about to do was not against the rules. Professor Davis was going to help him practice his shield charm and he had also mentioned a book about meditation if he wasn’t mistaken. He was simply afraid that they would try to FIND a reason to give the Arithmancy Professor trouble. Like ‘Shield Charms is a Defense Against the Dark Arts subject, you do not teach students something which is not your field , you’re fired’ or something like that…

Once he reached the seating area, which he saw was just a simple bench next to the door, the Ravenclaw realized that after Professor Stewart, he had not visited any other office this year. He also wondered if the lack of personality in the waiting area was the Arithmancy’s Professor own idea or if he was forced to make it like this by the Headmaster…

He moved to the door and after looking around one last time, the fourteen year old knocked three times on the door. ”Professor? It’s me, Dorian Katharos. I uh…had an appointment?” …in case the man had forgotten….

Hearing the knocks on the door, Foster put his book down and walked over to the door. "Ah, Mr. Katharos. Please, come in." He stepped to the side to allow the young man to enter, impressed by the fact that Dorian took his offer and actually showed up. "Go a head and take a seat where you feel comfortable and I'll join you."

OOC: You are welcome to now post in Foster's office.
