There are several rampaging rivers cutting through steep embankments in the Eastern United States, and Ms. Raphael has sent you to meet on the bank of one of them. There, you will find an enormous inflatable raft, oars, and life vests, all the tools required for a new adventure!
Bundle up and strap on your life vest as you climb into your raft. On this secluded river, you and your date will have to fend for yourselves in the treacherous waters. Be careful of the sharp rocks and slapping waves, and there is probably a nice meal waiting for you at the end. |

Macey was incredibly excited to be going on her blind date. She didn't know what they were going to be doing, who the boy was or even what he looked like. But that made all the more exciting. Letting go of the portkey, she set eyes on what looked like rafts. Her eyes widened. Excitement? Not so much. She walked toward the embankment of the river carefully tugging on her jacket a little.
Meh! This could be fun!
Macey crossed her arms and stood waiting for her to date to arrive. Every second she waited, the more curious she got. She hoped her date was someone she could have fun with. Otherwise this was going to be bad. She didn't have any particular expectations. Just that he was able to have fun just as much she was.

Brylen was nervous when he finally let go of the portkey. How would this date wind up?Good or bad?The last time he had dated had ended horrendously with him being dumped for the popular kid.He felt so mad and neglected, yet he still couldn't seem to let go.But now was the time for him to break out of his shell,to be a risk taker,as he was in his Hogwarts days, once more. But was blind dating the best first choice for his return to the relationship biz?Maybe not,but it's perfect for his return to risk taking!
Brylen whistled softly as his tennis shoes made a little clicking noise against the ground.Seeing he was gonna be rafting,he was suddenly happy he didn't wear his Toms because....Oooh yeah.He probably wouldn't be seeing them when he got back. Not cool.Soon enough, his feet had carried him all the way to the bank of the river where a girl,he assumed was his blind date, was waiting.Wow.She was like, extremely pretty.Showtime,he told himself as he ran a hand through his hair and said to her,"Hey!I'm Brylen. And you must be?"

Macey looked down at the floor brushing her t-shirt and white denim jeans down. White? Probably not the best choice for a rafting date but if she got dirty, she could easily get another pair of jeans. Somehow. But for now, she was going to concentrate on not falling into the water as soon as they set off. That would just be a horrible end to a date. Hopefully, a perfect date. But being a blind date and all, that probably wasn't going to be one hundred percent likely. As much as she wanted it to be.
She glanced up hearing footsteps approaching her from behind. Her date must have been there already. And she was still stood with her back to whoever it was. She turned around smiling when she saw a boy around her age approaching. Well he was cute. That made her smile more. Maybe this date wasn't such a bad idea. She still couldn't believe her brother had persuaded her to do this. But she was there now and she wasn't about to drop out of it now. And knowing she was on a date with a good looking young man made things a lot better.
Macey flashed a charming smile at the boy. Relax, Macey. Don't smile too much! she told herself silently. "Hi, Brylen.." she responded, her voice kind of shaky. That was something that almost always came out when she was nervous. "I'm Macey" she smiled.
