| | |  Scavenger Hunt Date: Riley Sinclair and Daphne Green
The day is bright as the warm sun beats down onto the chilly weather London has been graced with during the past months. Snow had fallen the night before, gently landing perfectly on the streets and buildings, laying upon the area as if a white blanket, sparkling like diamonds in the sunlight. Never fear about becoming too cold though, for your adventure will take you far into central London, warming yourselves up in the process.
Your journey today will be guided by the parchment you are given at your first starting place, the Leaky Cauldron. It's a scavenger hunt! The list of things you're to acquire are written neatly in order, each becoming a bit goofier than the next as you go down the list; promising a fun filled destination. However, as you turn the parchment around, a map of London appears with a little gold star pulsing at the first destination you are to arrive at. After each task, the star disappears and reappears in the next location.
To get started, the first task requires you to obtain a camera. The owner of the Leaky perhaps conveniently set one in sight for you, even adding a large tag with your names upon it so you're not mistaken. At each destination, take a picture, whether it be of the item you are to receive, the area around you, or of each-other making funny faces. If you're there, then snap a memory for yourselves!
Your final destination should come to a stop at the ever famous Hyde Park. The star on your map should guide you to a quiet area near the frozen serpentine where the snow has been melted, leaving room for a picnic that has been set up for two. The basket is full of goodies, both sweet and savory, and perhaps a few pieces of bread to feed the wandering ducks. As for the items you've collected along the way, well, surely you can find something creative to do with them.  | |

Oh gosh. Why? Why did her cousin have to be so annoying? Okay. So what if Daphne didn't have a social life whatsoever..she loved her job and that was her main priority right now. She did have plenty of time to go out on dates or whatever. Sigh. It was no use explaining to Laura though. Otherwise, Daphne wouldn't be making her way towards the Leaky Cauldron now..would she?
Daphne walked slowly, her stomach slowly twisting into a knot. What if the guy didn't like her? Or more importantly, what if she didn't like the guy? Well, there was no point in worrying about it now. She just hoped that she would have a nice time.
She'd reached the Leaky Cauldron finally. Jeez. It was cold. She tucked her hands into the pockets of her jacket and waited for her date to arrive.

But seriously a dating service, the guy knew that was only for the desperate and alone--two things he was definately not.
As the 19 year old walked along the curvy London streets towards the Leaky Cauldren, his boots crunched the snow beneah this feet. He liked the cold, always had so the plummetting temperatures from the past month didn't damper Riley's mood in the slightest. Finally he reached his destination and stood under the pub's overhanging roof, dusting some snow from his hair and clothes. He wasn't alone it seemed though because standing not very far from him was a blonde woman, who seemed to be about his age.
Willing to take the risk of asking her if she was the one he was supposed to meet, because if she wasn't she was going to be able to meet Riley Sinclair, the model, the guy asked her. "Excuse me, but you wouldn't happen to be Daphne Green would you?" | |

Even though it seemed to come off like a joke he was completely serious, his hair was no joke. "So what do you think they will have us do today?" he said pretty curious himself. They were at the Leaky Cauldren, he had eaten there all the time since he started at Hogwarts. There couldn't be anything too special about the place that he hadn't noticed in all the time he had spent there. He decided they should go in, instead of standing awkwardly outside so he opened the door for her and then entered the pub himself.

Riley watched as the small flush of color ran across Daphne's cheeks after he had shaken her hand and agreed that he was, indeed, the person she was supposed to be meeting. He was used to this sort of thing happening when he met women, he had always been told he had charm, he had gotten that from his mother who was quite the looker aswell.
Joking? Riley chuckled too but then nodded. "Well, yeah. Just some small stuff right now. Muggle hair gel and some clothing. I'm hoping to branch out into the Wizarding stores this year." the guy nodded. He had hired June to do promotional work and to make sure his head shots got out to the right people, not to waste her working days and his money setting him up for dates with a Matching Making witch in Diagon Alley. But at least this one seemed to churn out an attractive partner for him to spend the day with.
After stepping into the Leaky Cauldren, it took a moment for Riley's grey eyes to adjust to the dark lighting, which was so very different than the blinding sunlight that had reflected off of the snow outside. "I'm not sure what we are supposed to do but maybe that has something to do with it?" he said with a slight chuckle as he pointed at the magical camera that was sitting on the edge of the bar, a ridiculously flamboyant tag hanigng from it's top with their names on it.
He went over and retrieved it, accidentally knocking the parchment explaining everything to them and the scavenger hunt items list into the floor.

She said, lamely. She took a deep breath and just hoped that the date went well.
Daphne was still a little flustered when Riley headed towards the bar and picked up a camera. Ooh. She joined him at the bar and noticed that the camera was for them. Eh. Why? Why did they need a camera? She bent over to retrieve the parchment that Riley had accidentally dropped to the floor and quickly scanned through it.
Eeep! "Look, it's a scavenger hunt." Daphne said, her face flushed with excitement. She turned the parchment around and saw that there was a map of London. Wow. The girl handed the parchment over to Riley. What a great idea for a date!

Daphne was starting to feel glad that Laura signed her up for the blind date. This was such an unique and fun idea for a date. Thank you, Juliet. She noticed that Riley looked excited about the scavenger hunt as well. "Isn't this awesome?" Daphne asked, her face now red with excitement.
Daphne gave Riley a smile before heading outside. She stopped for a minute before she turned the parchment around and..sure enough. There was a small star pulsing on..Charring Cross Road. Hm, right. "So basically.." She looked up Riley..jeez, he was tall..anyway.. "..our first destination is Charring Cross Road." She showed him the map of London. "Can you see that star? Well, we'll have to go there and find something yellow." That's what she thought anyway. "So, you ready?" The girl asked, with a grin on her face.
