It takes only a matter of moments, but after that tugging sensation of the portkey, you land someplace where the air is crisp and fresh, and the sun shining down just right where the mist surrounding you glows almost, making everything look like a dream. You've landed exactly at the edge of what seems to be a narrow river of icy waters, where a small boat for two currently floats gently upon. Once seated comfortable inside, the boat is enchanted to maneuver itself, leaving you free to look upon the beautiful scenary and enjoy the ride with your partner.
Your location in the world isn't clear exactly, and one couldn't tell by the exotic wonders you may find yourself looking at. There had been a fresh blanket of snow fallen just days before, most of which has been melted by the sun's warm rays, but there are still a few patches of white making the greenery pop out with color. The flowers surrounding the bushes, climbing up the trees, and even hanging from dangling vines, were both subtle and full of life as they seemed to come in every shade of color imaginable. Some looked to be harmless as if ready to crumble by just the lightest touch of a finger, while others were large and outlandish, capturing your attention not only by they're vibrant colors, but their extraordinary shapes as well.
The boat journey sometimes took you into a tunnel of sorts, created by vines and parts of trees overlapping one another above you, either man made or just a natural occurance, and if you looked closely, there were even some flowers that seemed to glow in the dark with colors of blues, pinks, and yellows. The garden isn't the home to just plant life however, as the songs of many birds fill the air, each as different as the next. The buzzing of bees flying by is rare but not unheard of, just as the sight of familiar and marvelous butterflies dance by through the misty air. If the chilly wind that passes through every once in awhile is a bother, there is a large blanket by your feet in the boat to huddle into as well as a canister of hot chocolate with two cups to warm yourself up with.

Alex felt a tugging sensation in the center of his body as he landed with no balance at the edge of a river. He looked around and saw that there was a single boat with two seats placed nearby.
Around him were very bright colored flowers and bushes, and the fallen snow from the previous days had escaped the earth floor but some of it was still resting on top of the tips of the grass. It was a pleasant day with the sun gently shining down on him.
Alex looked down at himself. He looked good for the date, with his beige shirt complete with the suspenders and black pants, as far as he could tell he had dressed accordingly.All he wondered now is when his match-maker date would arrive.

Cheyenne waited for the strange sensation to subside before she removed her grip from the branch she happened to appear next to. She looked around and didn't have the slightest idea where she was. 'Okay, this is going to be very interesting indeed.' she thought to herself when she saw the young man standing near a boat that was floating on the river.
She looked around to see whether anyone else was around and when she didn't, she figured that this was her date for the day. So she inspected her attire to make sure that she didn't get it smudged during the 'traveling' process. She was wearing a white blouse, yellow pants and flat sandals. 'I guess this is going to be appropriate as it's going to get.'
Cheyenne made her way to the man and smiled sticking out her hand. "Hello I guess you must be my date for today. My name is Cheyenne."

Alex turned around to face the girl. Ok. Good. He looked well groomed and dressed similar to her. As she stuck out her hand Alex grabbed it back in his and said, "I'm Alex, your wonderful date for today." Because anyone who knew him knew he was wonderful,in and out. "Nice to meet you Cheyenne."
He then pointed at the boat and suggested "I'm more than certain this is our ride. Or date." Alex laughed a bit. As they made over to the edge of the water Alex still held onto her hand as he helped her onto the boat. "Best not you fall in the water- wouldn't want you to look a mess after all the time you spent on how you look."

When she frowned Alex gave her a little confused look. Maybe she didn't like what he said? Anyways, she didn't look to think too much into it so he shrugged off the idea.
He took his seat on the boat ride and it began to move on its own, creating a low gurgling noise beneath them as it ripped the water aside. The boat directed itself and went down the riverbank. It set its sight on a dimly lit tunnel.
" Have you ever been on a boat ride? Any type really,sail boat, ship boat, cruise?" Alex asked. "Cruise ships are so fun. You can go swimming and watch theater and karakoo and dance around with Disney or Nickolodeon characters." He then shut himself up there. Oddly enough he was getting too carried away with his question. And Cheyenne probably had no clue what Disney and Nickolodeon meant.

"Yes I have been on a cruise before. A couple in fact. I know which cruise you are talking about. My family and I took a Disney cruise to Hawaii. We had an awesome time. We has breakfast with Mickey and Minnie and then they dropped us off on an island that Disney owns. I would love to go back there one day." Cheyenne then felt sad. If she did, it definitely would no longer be with her family as they were all now dead. Her parents and her siblings.
So she tried to change the subject. "So are you from London?"

"That's so much fun. Isn't there one that takes you to the Carribean Islands-right? If I you could go back to that cruise ship and have a whole day with any Disney character- they don't even have to be like Donald Duck and Minnie, ANY Disney character who would it be? I'd be Tigger.. I love that guy, he's just so bouncy and fun and random... Heh, Tigger.." His peppy voice faltered at the mention of Tigger the happy, vibrant Tiger, and then there was another Tigger he knew.
Thankfully she had asked if he had come from London. "Yep. Central London. Right where all the hustle and bustle is,smackdab in the middle of tourist central and all. I've lived here..or I should say London my whole life." London was a very busy, faced paced city, he could only assume Cheyenne did not live there.
"And a nice, pretty young lady like you must've been born in France." He assumed with a sly smile.

Cheyenne noticed the falter in his voice when he spoke about Tigger. She wondered what Tigger had done that bothered him. But since she had only just met him, she wasn't going to ask too much questions about his private life.
Cheyenne smiled when he said that he was from Central London. She had been there before. To buy a gift for someone. It definitely was a busy place, especially the place where she had been. But then she frowned when he said that she must be from France. 'Do I sound like I have a French accent? I thought that my accent was pretty obvious' Cheyenne thought to herself. "Uh no. Actually I'm from America, but I do get a lot of people saying that I have a French accent. I guess my accent can be mistaken for a French one."Cheyenne lied trying not embarass Alex. Although she was still sure that a French and American accent totally sounded entirely different.

A plane was the best way. "But I'll think about L.A. next time I'm gonna go travel. So, there must be stuff to do in LA. I hear its pretty packed with lots of...well...everything."

Cheyenne frowned when she saw him turn to the side and pat his shoulders like he was congratulating himself. 'Is he actually congratulating himself? You have to be kidding me.' She decided to keep a closer eye on him.
"Uh...yeah..there's a lot of stuff to do in L.A. Theme Parks like Disneyland, Universal Studio and lots of muggle TV studios. There's places to go shopping and oh yeah the beach where you can go surfing. Do you know how to surf?"
