"I was a Ravenclaw..." Ang replied to his question. Those school years were some of her best years! She had enjoyed it so much!

"So.. were, or rather, are there houses or something like that in your Academy? Or are students not sorted at all?" she asked Indy. Well, she didn't know absolutely anything about his academy. But she was sure that, seeing that it was an academy of arts, the houses would be based on something creative and fun and different!

And she was just unable to stop giggling! She had somewhat tried to control it, when suddenly Indy nudged her. Was he actually asking her why she was giggling?? Merlins! She just shook her head, and tried to change the topic. She really didn't want to appear smaller than him. He was a old man!! hehe.. And there started her second or maybe third bout of giggling.

She was weird like that, sometimes she just couldn't stop her laughs! "Sor... Sorry! Really, its not.. nothing!" she said in between her fits, "Its just.. what you said.. you know, about being a old man!" Silly grinning!

"Figures," Indy remarked in a know-it-all sort of manner. "Those are the studious ones, yeah?" And since she described herself as studious... well there ya go.

Hmm. "At W.A.D.A," because yes, his school had an epic abbreviation like that, "you're not sorted at all, not really. It certainly doesn't have Hogwarts' history or its four fabulous founders, anyway. If we're divided up at all, it's by talent. For example, the musicians all go one way, the artists another way, the dramatists go a third way.... etc."

And why was she still laughing?! Indigo pretended to be offended by her calling him an old man again and stood up abruptly, perfectly content to leave the giggling woman on the sand alone. He stalked back to the chairs and the cooler of food and stripped off his shirt, plopping down into the chair with a heavy sigh.

"You'd better stop your giggling, young woman," he called out sternly, closing his eyes as he wiggled down into the chair. "I'm an old man and I need a nap now."

Not true, not true at all, but he wanted to see if she'd take the bait.

"Yeah.." Angie replied. Ravenclaws were known as brainy ones!

WADA? Was that what the academy was abbreviated into? It seemed so funny! wada.. wada.. "Uh-huh" was all that she said. But it did seem kind of boring. Or maybe it seemed so because she liked her Hogwarts system of sorting better.

Ang raised one of her eyebrows at him when Indy got up. Was he offended? "Oh come on!" she half whined at him, "I said sorry!" a little more smirk, "But..." she began to say, when he got up and went towards the chair. Oh no! It seemed that he really was offended. But she wasn't the one to blame, was she? After all, it was he who had mentioned it that way.

But still, maybe.. it was wrong to giggle like that. But then, when he sort of ordered or called out sternly to her to stop giggling, he did seemed like one of her professors! And that thought of professor made her giggle some more. "Now I am NOT giggling because of you..." But she was giggling because of him, right? "Or not because of your age related issue, but because of.. my p-professor! Who speaks just like you spoke a while ago!"

Saying so, she too got up and went to the chair besides him. "You need a nap now? Well.. you know..that just confirms the fact you said yourself!" Angie bit her lip to stop[ her giggling "Okay, okay! Fine now how many times will yiu make this young woman say sorry to.." She was almost going to say to old man, but stopped herself. "to you?" she completed.

Merlins! These men too got offended by age issues, and here she was who thought only women were like that!

Keeping his eyes closed, Indigo snuck his hand out toward the cooler, reaching into it and pulling out a water bottle. He stuffed his behind his back where Angela couldn't see and waited for her to follow him over to the chairs, which she did.

Of course. He was just so irresistible that women followed him wherever he went. He popped an eye open as she sat down in the other chair and smirked over at her.

"I don't think you're really sorry, not yet anyway." Then he quickly reached behind his back and drew out the water bottle, shaking it up and then squeezing it so the cap popped off and a jet of icy water zoomed straight at her.

HEHEHE. "NOW you look sorry. Why, are those tears on your face?" He reached out and wiped a bit of the water off her cheek. "Nope, just bottled water."

GRIN!!!!

"But I am.." Ang was about to say that she was really sorry, when SPLASH! a jet of icy water zoomed straight at her face, drenching her face and neck, causing her to shiver suddenly. She just opened her mouth into a wide O and narrowed her eyes at him. So all that was just a pretense? Hmph. "You.. you... meanie!"

HEHE... His comment of not tears on her face but bottled water, totally cracked her up. Joining him, she too grinned, albeit along with a little shivering and playfully punched his arm, maybe a little hard. "Thats what you get for playing jokes on me!" she said to him grinning.

"And maybe this too..." Saying so, she took another bottle from her side and threw the water at him, drenching him. After all she didn't want to be the only one wet there.

Heheheheehehehh. "All that sputtering and all you can come up with is 'you meanie'?" Indigo repeated with a laugh. "Oh ow ow owww," he pretended to be hurt, rubbing his bare arm where she had punched it. "Whoever said girl's can't punch was lying."

But then, so was he. He hadn't even felt her punch, to be honest. Ha. Ha. Ha.... OHHHH! That water was ICY, especially when he had no shirt on!!

"Angela!" Indy moaned, clutching at his chest like the cold water had gone straight through him. "You wicked witch you!" Hahahahaahahahahaaa. She WAS a spicy thing, wasn't she!

Merlins! He was so funny! "Well.. you're not too bad.. so meanie will suffice, I think!" she replied. "Or do you want some more words? I have some in mind..." No no no.. Actually she really didn't know any other! In her home, cussing and swearing wasn't allowed and so she hadn't had much use for them! Still she pretended to know so that he wouldn't think otherwise.

Seeing him pretended to be hurt was damn hilarious! "Do you want to see what a real punch is like?? Eh?" she asked grinning and showing her closed fist and raising her eyebrows at him.

"Aww...Indyyy" Ang too replied to his whine, "Isn't that cool?". Aw! It must have been a little more cold to him, on his bare chest. And speaking of that, his physique sure was great!

"That I am!" No one had ever told her that she was a wicked witch, but there was a first time to everything, no?

Hahahahaha...

"Only NICE words," Indigo made a pouty face at her. "There I was, thinking you were this sweet, innocent girl...." He trailed off into a dramatic shake of the head. Ha. As if Angela knew any swear words... she just didn't seem like the type. At all.

Ha. Ha. "Nice play on words," he grunted, trying to flick some of the water off him and onto her. It didn't work. "Shame they didn't provide us with towels here," he added, looking around as if a waiter would pop up with a warmed towel on a platter. Nope. No sign of one.

"So, wicked witch, you ready for some lunch yet?" He tugged the cooler closer to him and rooted around in it, finding some crisp veggies, fancy lil sandwiches, more water, some fruit, and dessert... mmmm it was like a giant never ending snack bag!

Indy's pouty face was sooo cute! Ang just wanted to go and tap his nose and remove that pout! But instead of that she just sat there and smiled.

Oh? Was she that easy to read? Did she really seem like a sweet, innocent girl? That was kind of nice, wasn't it? Or probably not, according to her mother. And did he just call her a girl? "I think I am a sweet innocent WOMAN, don't you think?" she said, tilting her head sideways and pointing towards herself.

"Hey! Don't flick the water towards me!" she said. Then taking her purse lying on the sand, she opened it and took out two small napkins. "There you go!" She gave one to him and with the other began wiping her face. Because you know, a woman's bag is like full of small treasures!

Thank Merlins! that she hadn't applied makeup or else she would have definitely looked horrible by now!

Lunch? Yeah, she was beginning to feel it.. "What, so early? Is the OLD wizard feeling hungry?" she asked him, maintaining a straight face as much as she could, but couldn't stop her lips from slightly curving upwards.

Settling back into her chair, she summoned the basket towards the middle of both their chairs, and peered inside. Hmm.. nice lunch! She had almost taken one of those cute little sandwiches when, Oh! There was a cheesecake in there! "Wow! Cheesecake!" she exclaimed and quickly took a piece and gulped it down.. "They are good!" she said to Indy and grinned, "Want a piece old man?" she asked, with a smirk on her face.

"Woman, my mistake." His pouty lips curved up into a smirk. "A very innocent woman." If she said so...

Hahahaha look at that, she was prepared for anything, wasn't she. Hmm. "Thanks," Indy took the napkin, using it to dab up the last of the water on him. He cocked his head toward his purse though, wondering what was in there. "What's in your bag?" Eh? Magical wonders and joy?

"So early?" Indigo tsked and looked down at his watch. "I don't know what time zone you're from, but in Britain..." It was probably time for dinner! Sheesh woman. "What if I'm not an old man at all, but rather a young, starving young man who worked hard all day to earn an appetite?" He blinked at her innocently.

Cheesecake?!! "Skipping straight to dessert?" Tsk tsk. Indigo leaned over toward the cooler/Angela and pursed his lips. "Feed me something, pleeeeease." Or hand it to him. You know. Whichever worked.

Angela smiled at him. This blind date idea was definitely a good idea. Very much different than what she had thought before. Probably it was because of Indy that she felt comfortable.

"You're welcome" she replied. Guess her habit of carrying-all-things-you sometimes-need policy was good after all! Ang too wiped of the water drops on her neck and hands. It felt much better. But what about the dress that had gotten wet? She'd just have to depend on the wind to dry it off. That was fine.

Then she looked as Indy asked about her bag. Raising her one eyebrow up, she asked, "What do you want in there, huh?" Smirk. "Its just normal things..."

He had a point. It wasn't too early! Yup! It was just that she didn't realize how time had passed in his wonderful company.. "Alright then, lets dig in!" A young starving man who worked hard all day? "Oh? So you mean to say that flirting requires energy?" GRIN "I suppose it does!!!" More grinning.

"I love desserts! And let me warn you beforehand, I have a veracious appetite!" she said grinning at him, wondering what would be his reaction to this fact.

"Aww.. my baby Indy..." she said, in a loving voice, "Here is a piece of cheesecake.." Saying so, she brought the piece towards his mouth, teasing him by waving it near his mouth and nose...

"It's not what I want to be in there," he drawled, still eying the purse of wonders, "it's what IS in there. I have no idea what are 'normal things' to a woman." Lipstick, maybe?

Dig in all right! "You think I've been flirting with you?" Indigo pretended to be shocked. "On the contrary, dear Angela, I think it's you who has been flirting with me!" He was innocent!

All right, then they were matched par for par. Indy grinned at her though his smile faltered a bit when she spoke in that seductive voice. "Please don't tell me you're going to smash that beautiful cheesecake straight into my face, are you." Please. Just let the man have his cake and eat it too.

Ang wondered why Indy was being all so curious about the contents of her purse. But nope, she wasn't going to give him that satisfaction. She had some very private things in there, and she would never show it. She never even let her Mom touch her bag. So Indy, definitely was off-limits! "Oh leave my poor bag alone Indy!!" Saying so, she brushed off the topic.

Ang blushed as he got all innocent with I-don't-flirt eyes. And she was flirting! Ang's cheeks turned even a bit more red and hotter. She nervously smiled. "Nooo... thats not true Indy!" She pouted her lips and answered him. "I'm just... just giving you your response!" Saying so, she looked away, feeling a bit fidgety and shy.

And cheesecake! "Wow Indy! You just gave me a great idea!" Saying so, she grinned wide and suddenly smashed the cheesecake into his face, though half of it went into his large open mouth... Then sitting back, Ang laughed at the way the cheesecake was spread on his face!!! HEHEHEHEHE...

"Well all right, all right, Ms. Touchhhh-y!" Indy smirked and held up his hands, acting innocent as all get-out. Know what, he'd just have to summon that bag later and see what was inside it himself. Ha ha.

That blush was a sign that she was just as guilty as he was, and he wasn't about to let her forget it! "Suuuuuuure you are, sure." He reached out and tickled the side of her red cheek gently. "Methinks the lady doth blush too much...." Heh.

Indigo's bright blue eyes went wide with surprise as the cheesecake was, to his great dismay, promptly smashed into his face. "Noooooooo......." he mumbled through a mouthful of the creamy cake, chewing it slowly as he tried to wipe some of it off his cheeks and nose and back into his mouth. "You'd better clean this off me THIS INSTANT, Angela Dawson!"

Haha he had walked right into that one.

Ang chuckled. No, he definitely wasn't going to leave her bag alone, she just knew it! His smirk proved it. Anyways, whats the most he could do? Nothing haha..

Merlins! Why was she blushing?!?! Ang was sure that it was clearly visible to Indy. And his next comment cemented her doubts. His fingers felt so cool against her hot cheeks. And his old English made her even more shy! Smiling wide, "Shut up!" was all that she said while tucking her loose side bangs behind her ear.

And it was so funny! Ang laughed out loud! It really was funny to see his big blue eyes open in surprise and his mumbling with his mouth, no, his face full of cheesecake! HAHAHA!

Oh? He expected HER to clean up that mess on HIS face? "Mister, are you making a lady do the work?" she asked him grinning.

He himself had given her this great idea, and so nope, she definitely wasn't going to say sorry or even clean. Besides, he anyways looked a little more cute with that cheesecake

"Mmm very mature response," Indigo rolled his eyes with a smirk at Ang. "If I didn't know you any better, I'd say you were an immature 23-year-old instead of a silly 24-year-old...."

Heh.

He should have been the one laughing instead of HER. Indigo ran one slender finger through the cake on his face and popped it into his mouth, still eying Ang through his haze of cake. He repeated the gesture and then flicked the cake on his finger at her. It was then had a better idea and looked over at Ang with a grin, opening his arms wide for a hug.

"C'mereeeeeeee, you, I was just PRETENDING to be upset." HAAAA. He didn't wait for her to come hug him, no, he went over to her and hugged her head, rubbing his face all in her hair like it was a towel.

Ah, much better.

Ang at first just sort of nodded at him, but then realized what he had just said! So did he find her to be a silly 24 year old? She narrowed her eyes at him and said, half in mock anger, "So am I now a SILLY 24 year-old?" Saying so, she turned to the other side, pretending to be insulted. Out of the corner of her eye, she observed him, waiting to see if and how he would pamper her...

But then Indy licking off the cake off his face seemed too hilarious not to laugh. Ang totally cracked up! And mentally slapped herself for forgetting that she was pretending to be upset! Hehehe

Flick! Ew! "Oh! Don't flick that...." Ang whined. "And I am not going to hug......" But before she could stop him or say something else, he already had her in his hug and cake smeared on her cheeks and hair!

"INDY!" She tried to push him off. I must be looking horrible now! she thought to herself, and glared at him.

And then burst out laughing!!!

"Silly, silly, silly," Indigo tsked to himself, continuing to wipe the remnants of the cheesecake off his face and onto his shirt or whatever. He liked the sound of her laughing, and nearly started giggling himself, but was somehow able to keep a straight face the entire time.

"You're horrible at not laughing at me," Indy pointed out, dancing away from her chair with a wicked grin. He side-stepped toward the ocean and beckoned her to come with him. "Come swimming with me! You look like a bird just took a dump in your hair. You don't want it to dry and get sticky, do you?"
