 If it doesn't come in a cage or a tank, you will find it on the displays. Aside from the animals available in the store, you can also buy numerous supplies here as well. From health to medicinal to necessities to toys and accessories, you can find anything your new pet may need or desire just by browsing the displays! No matter the pet, you are sure to find a variety of supplies to welcome yours into the family, or pamper an old friend.
Numerous different foods can be found, from sensitive stomach to diet, and regular. If you need shampoo of any kind, they can be found in this area, too. If your pet has fleas or ticks, you can take care of them with a bottle or two. Of course, if you just want your Crup to stop smelling like wet Cruppie, these shampoos can even take care of that! While you're here, check out some of the grooming supplies. Brushes of all shapes, sizes, and materials are available. Snag a smaller brush to fluff up your pygmy puff's fur, maybe a wiry brush to tame your Niffler's hair, and your cat or dog would probably greatly enjoy a dander-snagging brush to keep them smooth and sparkly.
Necessary supplies include such items as tanks, aquariums, cages, travel cages, and more. Make sure to buy everything you need; wouldn't you hate to get home and find out you forgot something? If you need to, talk to the shop keeper to make sure you're buying the appropriate size and type of cage for your new pet. Some animals need much larger environments and some do not do well in certain types of cages.
If toys and accessories are what your pet is desiring, you'll find a plethora! Collars and leashes are just the tip of the iceberg. Your pet can be the most stylish if you pick up some nifty outfits for them. Mix and match the pieces to create a fashionable wardrobe! Booties are available for when the weather becomes too cold for your pets to bear it. All kinds of toys can be found here - from balls to squeaky toys, fake mice, feathers, dangly toys, shiny flashy toys... Your pet will never be bored with this selection.

Landon Hughes walked into the store, moving towards the displays. His mother was talking to him earlier about how she was going to buy a dog for him and his older cousin, Andrew to keep. Landon had gotten the idea that coming here for some stuff would probably be a good idea.
He walked over to where the brushes were and picked up one of the dander brushes for dogs. It looked alright. Seemed alright. He shrugged and held onto it, while he looked for some other stuff to get for the future puppy.

Vickers pushes the door of the Menagerie open, his umbrella cockatoo perched on his shoulder. Right now she wasnt particularly frisky, so her trademark crown of feathers rests calmly against the back of her head. He needed to stock up on her supplies for the coming school year, and for some peculiar although not entirely unexpected reason, she didnt like any of the treats he's been giving her, which was strange since she's been eating them all of last term.
He neared the shelf of pet treats, his brow furrowing as he read their labels..... Master Bugeye- who is no longer quite the bugeye since he was using less and less of those things on his eyes-- was getting a second chance today. Oh yes. She REFUSES to eat any of her treats when she had a distinct sense that she had to SHARE it with various creatures-- most notably those annoying pygmy puffs he's been bring along into the dorms all term. She after all was his FIRST pet, and therefore she deserves NO SECONDS from anything or anybody even when they were not technically seconds. The dog? The dog doesnt count as a creature much less a pet in her most righteous opinion. | |

Oh! She knew him. "Hello, Creeper. Following me?" That piercing blue gaze was shifting from treat bag to treat bag, trying to find a good alternative to the one he used to be buying, but this was proving to be more of a challenge than he expected, having gotten used to something out of habit.
He was about to reach out for a bag of pellets when he felt someone run into him. He nudged forward a bit, but it was enough to get the cockatoo all ruffled... Dolly clings her talons tightly to Master Bugeyes' shirt and ruffles her wings as she tried to regain her balance, then twists her head about, her crown of feathers flaring out around her head. Who would dare cause her perch to shift like so? Oh look, there be shiny head!....
Vickers first reaction wast to raise his hand across his shoulder and turn his head towards the cockatoo, keeping hold of the bird. It wouldnt be unusual that she would suddenly bolt for the ceiling when she's shaken. But it was the statement that finally got him to turn his head toward the direction of what--or rather who had run into him... "Uhm... creeper? I'm sorry I wasnt--" he started then stopped suddenly, the blonde's visage bringing up memories of the previous summer, his furrowed brows now going up as he recognized the blonde "Vivi!" he exclaimed "Its great to see you again!" he smiled, completely forgoing that he was called a name, or that he was ran into. He wasnt really expecting to see her again around these parts, thinking that last summer was purely a chance meeting. "How are you? Did... did you receive that photo I owled you over the holidays?" Yeah the one that came from the camera he nearly blinded her with.

"Who's this?" She went up on her toes and ran a gentle finger along the crest of the bird perched on Vickers' shoulder. Pretty bird. She ignored the boy fully, aside from using his arm to steady herself with her other hand, in favor of his bird, making little cheepy noises at it. "What's got you so upset, Marie Antoinette?"

He could feel his face and his ears heat up "Uhm I thought you'd like to have a copy..." he mumbled. Why did he send that to her? Well his initial thought was that it was some kind of peace offering, for having startled her so, plus it was his lame way of trying to keep in touch, but now that she said what she said it did sound creepy...
Wait what bushes? "N-No.... I was at Hogwarts all term..." he replied wincing, belatedly realizing it was a rhetorical question. Its just the idea of himself squatting amongst the bushes was rather distasteful to him. Besides, why squat amongst the bushes when he can see better from a tree....
Oh wait... what is she doing? He stood unmoving as Vivi reached out and started to stroke Dolly's feathers "Uhm she.... doesntliketobetouched.... " Master Bugeye and Shiny Head are yakking away, but Dolly listens, oh yes, learning more words so she can repeat them at the most inopportune time. But now Shiny Head moves CLOSER and started to TOUCH her glorious feathers...
She snaps her beak once. Usually there would be a cry, a curse and a bloody finger at this point, but no she snaps her beak in the air. She will let Shiny Head touch her because Dolly wants Shiny Head to move closerrrr. She eyes the girl's shoulder, yes she can start with that....
Vickers fell silent, side-eying the cockatoo, who has unexpectedly NOT bitten another finger off "Well... I guess she doesnt mind after all." he mumbled trying to brace her body as she started to lean away from him "Her name is Dolly..." | |

He leaned his arm slightly against Vivi’s shoulder to transfer the bird, just when she uttered her comment “Uhm no… not all the time. ” Was that a partial admission that he was the pet? “I mean, if she does something bad I make sure she knows about it, she can detect when I’m displeased and all. ” he added with a firm nod. Oh yeah she knows when he’s displeased… its just that she cares very little about it either way. Oh! Oh! Shiny Head offering her shoulder! She could’ve FLOWN to the girl’s shoulder but her master offered his arm and kept yakking yakking… FINE. She’ll take the roundabout route. If theres anything she noticed about Master Bugeye and his kind they love wasting time over gestures and such other protocols….
As she moved over her talons dug into Vivi’s shoulder, trying to get used to this new perch. Eh, she seemed softer, and her view from here isnt quite as high as Bugeye’s, but looking about her domain isnt what interests her now… its Shiny Head’s shiny head. Her little cockatoo eye moves about in its socket as it took in Vivi’s blonde hair. If she knew what a gushing sound was she’d be making it, instead she made her natural clicking sounds, swinging her body forwards and backwards in delight. Shining shimmering splendid!
Vickers was dumbfounded at the sight. “She likes you…” he murmured in disbelief. She’s never taken to strangers before… well maybe except Adam, but nothing like this.

Okay, what did cats need? Brooklyn had come here for a cat and she was leaving with a cat... But first she needed the necessary amenities that kept cats from, you know, dying or something.
So... a collar, food, and maybe a few toys? That sounded right.
Nodding minutely to herself, Brooklyn set about finding the items she believed she needed, determined to show her mom that she could handle a cat like an adult (even if she was screaming and jumping up and down in her mind like a little kid- her mother didn't need to know that).

Whatever Genevieve thought would have to wait, because she went from being the peaceful roost of a calm bird to the nesting ground of a crazy cockatoo in a flat second. Sharp talons dug through her fine hair and seemed to latch onto her skulls, bringing tears to her eyes.
At least she didn't scream. Above all things, it would be terrible to scream... flapping around and yelling her head off was not an appropriate response to stress. She did 'eep' at the first attack, and then again when Vickers removed the bird and the clump of blond hair attached to one foot.
Breathing. In and out. And no crying, no matter HOW MUCH that had just hurt. Genevieve rubbed the crown of her head and scowled at Vickers. "You trying to steal some of my hair for polyjuice? You could have just asked like a normal person."

Dylan followed his father to the displays where he would buy the things that Leo his cat would need. First obviously he would need a travel cage for the journeys from and too school, wouldn't want him running all over the train. So he picked one before he noticed some very cool cat toys that he knew Leo would love. So he passed the cage to his father as he went about picking up the items he needed.. Toys, he then found a cool looking cat collar which was spiked along with a matching leash.. yeah no-one would mess with Leo looking like that for sure!. He then bought everything else that he needed, food, bowls, medication etc. Cause all were needed to make sure that he stayed healthy and happy, and looked awesome like he did right now. " Ok Dad I think I got everything now" he said to his father who was standing by watching his son shop for his new pet. "Ok thats good.. lets go pay for it all then" he said glad that he hadnt gone overboard and bought alot of toys and things for the cat. "Ok lets go over to the counter then" he said making his way over to the counter to pay for this little guy. | |
