"Oh, thank you," Kurumi replied somewhat nervously when the shopkeep spoke well of her field of study. It certainly was proving to be a fascinating field to be sure and the fact that she was specializing with infant dragons and hatching was even better. To her at least.

Removing the appropriate amount of coins from her coin purse, Kurumi slid them across the counter to the woman. That was quite the discount, but she wasn't going to complain. She was a university student after all.

"You are quite welcome." Kat said with a smile. It was fun to see the graduates from Hogwarts taking up a position with animals. She loved working with them, though she'd never handled dragons. With her travels and loving being in the outdoors, it was incredible that she'd not spotted any in the wild yet honestly.

"Thank you." she said nodding to her as she picked up the coins and set them in the register before bagging up her two bottles and passing the bag to her.

Smiling as she accepted the bag, she couldn't help but take a quick peek inside. Wow, her first beauty products. Or, well, sort of beauty product. Kurumi placed these in a special category since they had a more practical application than just covering up natural features.

"Thank you," she said once more with a slight bow of the head as she turned round and began to head back through the aisle to find Selina so they could go to their next location.

Giving her a smile again as she bowed her head and did the same back. She watched as the girl headed back down the aisle and straightened up the counter again replenishing a few items that was starting to run out.

Tori Bunbury marched into Madame Primpernelle's like a woman on a mission... which, frankly, she was. She needed some new makeup for the new job she would be starting soon, and she'd heard that TODAY they were offering FREE makeovers!

She was excited for this. So excited that she hadn't even bothered to remove her sunglasses from her face yet. Just the words 'free' and 'sale' and 'coupon' were like music to her ears. The redhead made a beeline for the Primpernelle's counter and cleared her throat importantly once she was there.

"Helllllllllllo shopkeeper people, helllllllo, I would like a FREE makeover. Please." She flipped some hair over one shoulder importantly and waited for someone to NOTICE HER.

Walking out of the backroom where she'd started preparing for their huge free makeover day, Kat gave the young woman a smile. "Welcome to Primpernelles, why don't you come to the back and we'll get started!" First customer of the day! She couldn't wait to see how busy the shop was going to get with all the free makeovers. Her and Ella had been planning this for weeks and were really excited about all of it!

She had the entire new line of products all planned for this. What a way to gain interest!

Ooh she got to go to the back? "Okay!" Tori chirped, following after the shopkeeper lady into the back room. Could she just say how pleased she was that this place was being run by women? It just made sense. Girl power. You go girls.

As soon as Elysia found out about the free makeovers from the Madame Primpernelles Beautifying Potions shop, she cancelled almost EVERYTHING that was scheduled on that day. She was supposed to have a photo shoot with one of those famous photographers today but she had to cancel that. She wanted a makeover especially since it was free. Who could even say no to free, anyway? You didn't have to PAY and of course, Elysia definitely trusted the shop because she has been a customer here since like... forever.

Her heels clicked as she walked pass the different potions aisles with her eyes wide. New products. EEP. This was just SO exciting. Once she reached the counter, she looked around for a shopkeeper. HMMM. Would they mind fixing up a beautiful young lady who needed a total makeover? Will they? "Good morning! I'd like a free makeover," she said with a biiiig grin on her face. FREE, I tell you.

Ella had been excited for today. She loved giving make overs. She lovely giving them to her little girl, who really wasn't old enough really. But it was fun. So she was looking forward to giving it to people who wanted them and really needed them. Today was going to be a goooood day. And she was excited. Had she already mentioned that? She had done her hair and make up especially nice today, because one had to look good when they were giving out free make overs.

Oooh. A customer. Hopefully that one would like a free make over. Oooh. She did. "Hello." Ella beamed as she came over to the lady. "Oooh. I am very glad." She had like giving free make overs. "If you just want to come into our back room I can give it you right now."

Elysia was just so ready for her makeover. Honestly, nobody could ever have too much of it. It wasn't because she felt that she was ugly; Elysia Anna Fairfield was always pretty and even the word 'pretty' was an understatement for a young woman like her with such beauty. She didn't want to be kept waiting for too long, just saying. She wasn't exactly a patient lady... but for a makeover, she'd wait for a thousand more years. Now that was an overstatement. Where was the shopkeeper? She wanted a makeover as soon as possible. Better yet, now.

Finally, she saw another woman coming her way. Elysia flipped her hair. Merlin, was it getting hot in here... or was it just her? Heh. "Hello to you as well," the blonde greeted ever so respectfully. That was a first. She thought that it was necessary to be respectful now because she didn't want the shopkeepers to ruin her physical features. That would be really horrific. "Oh okay. Lead the way... please." See? Respect.

Ella beamed at her. She was glad that people wanted to come have the make overs. Hopefully people would come to the shop more, because they really didn't get that many customers. Which was a shame because the shop was pretty cool. But she could think about that later. "Okay." She smiled, motioning for the lady to follow her through to the back room

Annabel walked up to the counter with her mom. They placed down a skin care package, humidity immunity potion, a confidence makeover potion and a pefect nail set. She smiled at the lady, "how much ma'am?" she asked as she thought about how this store reminded her of one back in France.

"Good morning" Kat said with a smile as a young girl appeared at her counter. Taking the items that she had brought, she added them up. "I just need permission from your mother. As long as she is fine with you getting the confidence makeover potion, the only thing you have left to choose, is from any one of these colours for your perfect nail set." Passing the card of colours, she gave the two of them a kind smile. "And the total will be 7 galleons, 7 sickles and 5 knuts."

"That's fine," Susan Carver said, smiling at the lady. "I'll do this one," Annabel said, pointing at a clear icy blue. Mrs. Carver dug into her purse and brought out the exact amount.

"Perfect." she said with a smile to the older woman and watched as the girl chose a colour. Reaching under the counter, she took out the vial of the colour she had picked. Opening the nail potion, she placed 3 drops into it and closed it up. "Just dip your finger tips in, and the colour will attach itself to your nails, and not your skin." she explained kindly and placed their items into a bag and passed it to her. "Enjoy" smiling she took the coins and placed them in the drawer.

"Will do!" she smiled before she turned and followed her mother out of the store.

Spen walked up to the counter, pushing what used to be thin, black hair out of her face with every few steps. Something went horribly wrong with her beauty regimen. And not just wrong. No, that would make her life too easy. The kids that Spencer babysat just ~had~ to mix a bunch of her products together unwittingly. Now her skin was tan and porcelain in a blotchy mess and her hair was thick, long and electric blue. This was not a pretty sight to behold. And the whole reason you bought products from this shop was enhance already pretty looks! Duh!

Biting the inside of her lip, the adult waited her turn, a little bit annoyed at everything. The kids, the products themselves, the fact that she was barely awake when they were applied. Uggh. The pale girl stomped one high heel on the groung in frustration. Not towards the shopkeepers of course, but to a little bit of everything else.

At least she didn't yell at the kids. No, the twenty year old took it like every baby sitter takes it, pretending that it's okay while really wanting to hex the children into oblivion. Of course the brown eyed girl wouldn't ~actually~ hex children for playing a stupid joke on her, but she did take away television time for the next few days. And dinosaur chicken nuggets. Though that was also a punishment for the adult also. Mostly because ~she~ liked the food item.

Ella had been in the back room, brewing some potions when she'd heard the door ring. That meant that someone was here. She beamed, turning the heat on the two potions down a little, so that they could continue to simmer whilst she went and talked to the person. Pulling her apron off, she left it on the side desk, before heading out to the counter.

Oh hello. That woman had wilder hair than she did. And Ella thought her pink highlights were rather unique. "Hello." She was trying to decide if her hair was supposed to be like that or not. "How may I help?

Celine walked into the shop, looking around at the environment she would spend most of her time on break in. The fifteen year old had gotten accepted to be an intern at one of her favorite shops, and the French girl could not be more excited. Not only did this look ~really~ good on university apps, but Celine liked to help out. Plus,she was told she would get to help customers, which was just a cool thing all around.

As soon as the Beauxbatons student finished her look around, she took desicive steps over to the counter with her long legs. Father had always said that she was a leggy girl. But that just made dresses look good on her thin frame, which didn't bother the tall girl at all. She actualy liked wearing dresses. In fact, she was wearing a pale blue sundress right now. Maybe the fifth year was more girly then her friend. That just meant that they sometimes fought over what to do. It was still a tight friendship all around.

"Hello?" She wasn't sure whether or not to step foot behind the counter. What if they needed her to do mundane jobs like stocking shelves or something of that nature. She would much rather interact with the consumers. Celine ran a hand through her brown hair to re-arrange the pixie cut and then smiled again. This was going to be an awesome summer.

Kat heard the bell above the door and finished putting a few things away in the back room. She knew the students would be out and about early and right away and was expecting Celine to appear at any time. The summer holidays were here once again and she was excited to get an intern that holidays! And she knew Ella was just as excited. Stepping from the backroom she saw a young girl there and smiled at her "Hello, are you Celine?" she asked kindly.

She wondered what sort of experience the girl had but wasn't going to be outright rude, she'd see how it went and go from there. "I'm Kat, the shopkeeper here at Primpernelles."

Kat. Okay, Celine needed to remember that name. Especially since she was the shopkeeper. Remebering names was important, no? She put on a gracious and a hapy smile and watched with her caramel coloured eyes as her boss stood in front of her. Well, of course, there was a counter between them, but other than that they were face to face. Okay, that made no sense. She couldn't make mistakes like that here. She was a very smart and articulate girl, she swore she was.

"Yes, I am Celine." Her heavy French accent shone through when she talked. And because her best friend back home was Italian, she picked up the experience of talking with her hands. At least it wasn't too dramatic, her friend was more of the flinging her hands around, while Celine was more of the small talking with your friends.

"Hello, Miss shopkeeper, Is there anything you need me to do?" And with that, she batted her short eyelashes and re-configured her pixie cut hairstyle so it would lay better. Darn thing never laid right.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." she said with a smile as she nodded taking the younger girl in. French accent. She remembered from the information from her that she was from Beauxbatons. "Feel free to just call me Kat." she said shaking her head, she didn't need to be called miss or mrs let alone shopkeeper. "I have some boxes you can feel free to place on the shelves here next to the counter. If you hear any customers needing help, or anyone needing to pay for their items, feel free to."

Looking around she didn't see Ella right then, "If you need anything, Ella and I will be around. Feel free to check around the shop so you get the idea of where everything is."

Just call her Kat? Alright, but it sounded very informal to Celine. The French girl was used to calling all of the adults she knew Miss or Mr. It was just the way she was raised. But yes, Miss- uhh Katie. She could learn to roll with that. Though it would probably never stop seeming weird to the leggy brunette.

"The pleasure is all mine, Kat." Yep, still weird. But the taller girl was determined to get used to it. And to stop thinking about it. Seriously, it wasn't weird here, so the girl with the brown pixie cut should stop worrying.

Stack boxes? That actually sounded easy. She was a leggy girl, not particularly strong but stable enough on her feet to not drop anything. And with a nod to her boss, the fifteen year old began to pick up and stack the boxes, humming to herself as she did. Because that's what you did for jobs that involved repetition. You hummed to get through it. As long as Kat didn't mind.

And while she stacked boxes, the girl in the pale blue dress, prayed that someone came in. Because the Beauxbatons student wanted to actually interact with a customer this summer.
