"Reese, you are soooooo annoying," Jake moaned, skidding to a halt in the hallway. "Geez, lighten up a little," he added, storming back over to the stereo and kicking the glass out of the way before reaching in and turning it all the way up before super gluing the volume control in place and all of the controls for good measure.

"Ouch," he muttered as he pulled his arm back and nicked it a couple of times on the glass. Turning back, Jake crossed his arms and glaring at Reese, his mood matching the drum and bass rhythm: thumping mad.

"I'm annnnnnnnoying?Excuse me,Jake.I'm not the one turning up the stereo,"Reese said.She watched Jake go back over to the stereo and turned it back up.Then,he superglued the buttons.EVIIIIIIIL BEAST.

Without saying another word,Reese turned around and headed back over to Miles. "SO-ABOUT THAT DANCE?"she yelled,trying to get her voice over the music."WE COULD ALWAYS GO OUTSIDE.I HAVE A LITTLE STEREO OUT THERE AND I CAN PUT SOME MUSIC IN." She smiled.

Emiliano shrugged his shoulders. "I noticed Jake doesn't like me since the first minute we met." He informed her. "...and don't worry. I should know that I won't be able to get along with everyone." He joked and smiled wide to Reese.

"I know...but if I didn't do it that minute. I know...I would have been regreting it." He commented and huffed a strand of hair in the middle of his view. His curly hair was growing again. Time to cut it again soon. "Ooh, then I'll have to convince Heath...to let you go." He told her, kinda shifty smile on his face.

New guests had come into the party. A girl, Astrid as Reese had called her, as Emiliano had noticed through the school girls, was not at Hogwarts anymore. And, obviously...the way Reese had recieved her, with such enthusiasm was because they sure missed each other.

Emiliano felt just guilty that he had not told Whitney all about that move-out that was about to be done but interrupted in time. "Well...I'm sorry I didn't get to tell you. But after...that visit you made home, it was a bit difficult to see you, for all the...exams and studying and so. But yeah, my parents just decided to move back to Mexico and wanted to take me with them. I...persisted on staying and I even argued with them. But...now it's all right. Though, one condition. I have to go...see them every break I have." He told her with a sigh.

"I will stay for good. Until well, I decide that...moving is one of my solutions again. But I don't think that willl happen again. It's been a lot...of those and I'm growing tired of them.

"So...what have you been up to lately?" He asked her.

Reese smiled. "Yeah,honestly,I don't think Jake likes any of the guys I hang out with,"she told Em. "I don't know what's wrong with him." She started running her fingers through her hair as she spoke the Em. "All my friends try to be nice to him,but he doesn't even care,"she said,adding a sigh after she talked.

Reese slightly shrugged. "It's fine.Honestly,I'm glad you told me,"she said.She stopped messing with her hair after she ran her fingers through it about a gizillion times. "You know I would love to come see you.There's no doubt about that.Even if we both have to convice Heath for me to come over to your house,I'll do it."

"It's the usual behavior...of a brother" Emiliano mentioned to Reese with a wink. "...I normally would act like that if...Diana introduces me to some guy she might have met at work or somewhere else." He said to her and shrugged. "The only thing Jake has to know...is that you are happy with your friends and that his opinion might only matter to you...if you have a bad feeling about that friend in personal." He mentioned and smiled at Reese.

Josh smiled at the two as he hadnt really gone to his head that they were fighting over him. It was playful banter. "Officially?" it was her party and he wouldnt want to take it from her." You know it cant start without me. I am the party." he agreed with her. He grinned as it seemed like the times hadnt passed any. He was still having fun with Jai and reece was always getting into trouble. Everything had changed around them, but the way they were around each other seemed to stay the same.

He chuckled at Jai as they were talking about who was oldest. He was the oldest if they were going on age. Though he didnt care much for his own clone.It would be a good magic trick though. he raised an eye brow at her as she talked about him getting cocky. When did he ever?" If you say so beautiful." he teased as he shrugged, acting all innocent. He had no idea what she was talking about

When they made it into the house it seemed their was dancing to be had. He wasnt much into that disco ball dancing with the 'Get your freak on' sort of dance. if thats what the kids were calling it these days. He was sure he could do a poor imitation of it. he turned to jai as he held his hand out as he was really only good at slow dancing anymore."Would you like to dance?" he asked her as he waited. He knew he would be accepted.He chuckled a little as he added," i still remember during one term you had your face against the door while i was playing guitar." he wasnt sure why that thought randomly played in his head, but it was amusing. He head to share. She was always doing crazy things.he would have to steal reece for a dance later in the night. .

"You're right,Em.But,I just want Jake to like my friends.My friends try to be nice to him,"Reese told him.There was one person that she really wanted Jake to get along with.Cale.Why did Jake have to hate the person Reese cared most about in this world?Maybe that's the reason Cale didn't show up.Maybe he was scared that Jake would take his other sideburn.Awww.Poor Cale.He probably got teased about having only one sideburn.But,Reese didn't dare ask him if he did. "So-Em-You want something to drink?" Gah.Changing the subject was a hard thing to do and plus asking someone if they wanted something to drink was stupid.

"Yes,of course,YOU are the party,Josh.There's no denying that,"Reese said,adding a little wink.She looked around at all the people who were here then back to Jai and Josh. "I'll leave and let you two talk,"she said and with that,she walked off.

Shana smiled and carried on clinging to Whit.Your the best and only Big sister ever! she smiled.She shook her head.Nope.Well now I do,obvs.She smirked.Hmm I wanna play that game.She stopped clinging onto Whit and smiled at Chase.

Good,just checking up on you.She smirked.She shrugged.It was nothing but I know your going to make me tell you so... she rolled her eyes.Well Lima told Jake I Liked him.she blushed and looked down at her feet.Your scared of Heights ? Me too! she smiled And jumped up,she liked to find things similar to her and someone else.

"Hehehe." Miles laughed at her little playing game. Hmm, well, two could play at that game. But not now, he wasn't there to argue with Reese about who loved each other more. That was kind of his and Vannie's game! Bwaha! "I'm sure you do." He smirked and rolled his eyes. Clearly, she was wrong.

"Our first band practise? Aaaah, memories..." It wasn't that long a go, but the many band practises they had done, it felt like forever a go. "Tings with me are good. We're going on tour soon, I cannot wait!" Seriously, he was scarily excited. WOOP.

Oooh ... errr. Miles was asked the dreaded question again. Why did girls ask him this? It wasn't like he was any good at it, or maybe it made the girls looked better? That HAD to be it. "D-Dance?" He stuttered and quickly coughed it out of the way. "Ummmmm."

YES! With a sudden spark of procrastination, Miles was saved by the bell as Astrid came down the stairs and towards him, delight in her eyes, just as it was in his. "ASTRID!" Flail! He hadn't seen her in so flippin' long! What was it with friends of his disappearing these days? How old was she now? Nearly 14? 15? N'aaaaw. "It is me! It is!" As if she wanted him to answer that question. Stoopid.

"The only gorgeous one here is you!" Miles returned her hug and sqweezed her tightly, she would never get away now!

"WOAAAAH!"

As the stereo was turned up and terrible music was put on, what the hell was it?, Miles looked back at Reese, as she began shouting at him in the loud music. Guess stalling was over. "YEAH, LET'S GO OUTSIIIIDEEE!" Miles quickly gripped her hand so that he could pull her to the nearest exit. He was heading for the BIIIG front ones, they seemed easiest to find.

Eviiiiiil Jake.He was just trying to make everything hard on Reese.He truly was.Reese felt Miles grip her hand and she followed him out the front door.They finally made it outside and Reese slammed the door shut behind them.There.Peace and quiet.Well,not quite.She could still hear the music,but it wasn't as loud as before.

Reese turned to look at Miles. "I hate hate him,"she stated."I hate him so much."

Elizabeth had been idly wandering the house, looking around as everyone else talked to each other. It wasn't that she was being asocial, but most of the people that were here she didn't know, and because of that, it was easy to remain unnoticed. At least there was a lot to see.

Detouring through the dining room, she took a small plate of food before wandering off elsewhere. She would have headed toward where the music was, but she had a feeling she might go deaf if she did. It appeared their hosts were having some personal issues with each other, she observed as Reese exited with another boy.

Keeping as far from the room the stereo was in as possible, she couldn't avoid hearing the music. And it was so loud she didn't figure she could tell if there was actual music there right now anyway. She took a bite out of a strawberry as she turned a corner only to see someone she hadn't expected to see, talking to an older girl. Stopping dead, she backed up and around the corner, leaning against the wall as she took a breath. It wasn't that she disliked Josh, even though he had hurt her cousin pretty badly a long time ago. They had managed to coexist for the short time she had been in Australia last summer. But it didn't mean she wanted to deal with it right now, whne she was stuck by herself at a party, trying not to go deaf. Maybe I managed to escape without being seen, she thought, taking another bite of her berry as she remained by the wall.

Jai smiled and took his hand, turning to face him she put her free hand on his shoulder. "I do strange things," she shrugged "I try not to hold back." she grinned. Josh always made her laugh and she was glad that she could be herself around him, he naver fail to make sure she was comfortable. "So Joshy, whats been going on in you life?"

He grinned at reese as she told him that indeed he was the life of the party." well maybe I am, but its your party. I dont want to out party you." Which in all reality wasnt possible. She was a better hostess then he could be. Mosty because he was a host and not a hostess, but it wasnt much of a detail."Alright. I'll catch up with you later." he told reese as she wasnt going to get away.


"Its not strange." he said smiling at her." Its entertaining things. I still remember your face. It looked just as or even more beautiful then it was before. I think pressed against a glass might be your look." he teased her as he danced with her. Then he asked what he had been up to lately. The question of all time." Ive been working. More then anything else really. i try not to have much spare time. Any spare time i actually...actually watch quidditch." he was grinning big time and seemed a little embarrassed to admit to watching it. He looked at her as he chuckled a little. He wasnt good with secrets so much with Jai. She always found them past all his shields and hidden walls."Agie Brandywine plays." he shrugged a little as he was still smiling." I have to watch her. Im always at the games. So work and quidditch really." he said as he was still smiling at the topic." What have you been you been doing lately? France or Spain?" He asked her as he knew it was her favorite places.

Jai though she would blush her lip gloss off her lips "Aw Josh you flatter me." she tilted her head "Quidditch and work, exciting life style Josh." Agie Brandywine? Hmm, oh yeah she was Lyras' friend right? She didnt want to ask him, he might still be prickly over Lyra. Jai smiled "Spain actually, I'm going back to my roots, I speak more spanish than french now." She shrugged "I sometimes go the Ireland but only to visit my dad." She smiled, her dad was her life, "Still a bachelor?" she asked abruptly. She really wanted to know.

"I apologize. I will try not to do it too much." he said as he didnt want to make her uncomfortable, but he had said it with a little sarcasm. He never thought it had bothered her. He just hoped his compliments never hurt her in a way he didnt mean them too."It is. A little boring at times, but it keeps the time passing. A few parties here and there. What can i say." he said as he shrugged. He moved to dance a little like he had at the door, giving her no warning before he did it. "I thought you might want to go to Spain. What are you doing over there? Not quidditch and work i hope. Maybe a little music on the side like me?" he raised an eye brow at her as he can see her singing at least a little. If not around her own house as she ate her candy."Ireland is a nice place. How is your father's candy business going?" He chuckled at her question as she asked about his status." Sort of. Agie Brandywine." He really did love her." Which is where the quidditch games come in." he said as he then asked," What about you? You've found someone im sure." Jai was amazing. their was nothing else to it.

Jai giggled "No don't stop, are you crazy, what girl wouldn't love a good comliment?" she smiled "Spain is good to me, I have an apartment, I got a car. And yes I do sing, just sometimes though, nothing big of course." Jai looked around the room, "His business is good thanks for asking." she smiled "Ah i figured, you should be happy then. Are you?" she asked concern creasing her forehead, he probably was but she had to make sure. "Me?" she almost blushed "Yes I do, Billium Jones. You remember him?" she asked.

He smiled as she told him not to stop."I'll make a note of that." he told her as he listened to her life in spain. Which did sound like a lot of fun. it seemed like something she would be doing. Free sort of living, where the wind takes you."My pleasure. It seems you have a good set up in Spain. Im glad you like it there." he then heard her next comment as he nodded," Yeah. I think the most happy ive ever been in my life. of course i miss everyone here, but Agie makes my life for me. It would seem incomplete if she wasnt there. You know what i mean?" he asked curiously?"Billium Jones?" he paused for a second as he shook his head." No. i dont remember him...He must of been the rockstar i missed. We should all meet up sometime. You should meet Agie and i want to meet your jones." he said as he added," Are you happy?" He hoped she was and by her blush she was enjoying her life.

Jai smiled already she liked Agie "Good, I love to meet her." Jai looked around the room "He, he was the Slytherin Prefect, a bit weird, kind of a character really. I love him." She smiled and pushed her hair back "He always makes me laugh, you know how i love to smile."

"I'm so boooooooored," Jake groaned to himself, though it probably couldn't be heard over the music. Gawwwsh...

Wandering about the house, Jake eyed all the people around. Most of them he recognised, but a few were totally unfamiliar. And of course, since this was not his party, he hardly knew anyone. Siiiiiiigh... Next year, I'll ask Dad if I can invite my friends.

In the end, Jake's wandering feet carried him upstairs to the upper hallway which overlooked the rest of the house. All this was new to him still, and even though his dad had expressedly told Dale not to sit on the railing/banister up here, nothing had been said to Jake, so he climbed up and sat their, looking over the party with his legs dangling below him.

ooc-It's Saturday and it's past 3,so you guys know what that means,riiight?The party is over.So,we're going to fast foward it just a tiny bit,so everyone has left and it's just Reese and Jake in the house now.

Reese walked around the out,her hands on her hips.She didn't want Heath to come home,not yet.He was going to freak when he sees the broken cabinet and glass shattered all over the room.She bit her lip at the thought of him yelling at her.The music was still loud since there was no way to turn it down.Maybe it was a bad idea to have had this party.

Swinging his legs back and forth, Jake stared gleefully round at the mess that adorned the house. Eyeing Reese somewhere below him, Jake lined himself up and pushed himself from the upstairs banister, landing right on top of her.

"Dad is going to be sooooooooo mad at you," he grinned, rolling off of Reese and laying next to her on the floor still grinning like a loon. Of course, he had to shout to be heard over the music.

A car's headlights shone against the windows for a few seconds, indicating the arrival of someone.

Heath.

Reese fell the her knees when Jake jumped on top of her.She deeply sighed when Jake said Heath was going to be so mad at her.She knew that.She just didn't like to see Heath mad.It made her want to run for cover.She didn't say anything to Jake,because she didn't want to have to shout to be heard over the music.

Reese pushed herself off the ground when Jake rolled off of her.She took one last look at the living room and all the glass shattered everywhere before she headed up the stairs.She wanted to put on some jeans and get out of this dress before Heath came it.She stopped walked up the stairs when she saw light shining through the windows.Oh,boy.Oh,boy.She actually started dashing up the stairs and ran into her room,closing the door behind her.

"Hey!" Jake frowned, as Reese left him sitting in the middle of the mess, no doubt so he would get in trouble. "Don't leave me here!"

Pushing himself up, Jake ran up to his own bedroom, shutting the door behind him and laying on his bed, waiting for the fireworks.

Pushing his key into the lock, Heath leaned against the door and pushed it open, not expecting to see the mess that lay before him. "REEEEEESE!" he bellowed, glad that Dale was still asleep in the car.

Turning behind him, Heath eyed Victoria and Ryan. "... I think you two... or one of you... should see to Jake... it's a mess," he explained. "Nothing I cant fix... but still..."

And he brushed past them to get Dale, as he planned to get him to bed first.

Reese finally got out of her dress and slipped on a plain green shirt and some new jeans she had bought.She took the hair clips out of her hair and sat them on her dresser.She bit her lower lip as she heard Heath's voice. "Ummm-YESSSSSSS?" She didn't want to go downstairs.Not,yet.

Victoria walked inside and shrieked when she saw the glass all over her living room.What had happened here?She looked at Heath when he said someone should go see Jake. "I will.Ryan,you just go up to your room until we find out what happened,"she told her son.She took one last look at Ryan and headed upstairs.She walked over to Jake's door and knocked a few times.

Ryan looked around the house,trying not to laugh.It didn't come as a shock to him about this mess.Leaving a 15 year old and a 11 year old(or was Jake 12,he could remember).But anyways,leaving Jake and Reese to handle a party by themselves,he knew it would end up being a mess.He looked at his mother when she told him to go to his room.He nodded and then dashed up to his bedroom.

"Hmmm?" Jake called out, turning to look at the door. "Come in," he added, adjusting his head so the earring wasn't easily seen but ensuring the cuts on his arm were visible from the whole stereo incident. Bwaha.

Heath headed up the stairs too and went straight for Dale's room, making sure the kid was still safely asleep. He could probably sleep through a rave, and technically he had with that music blasting out downstairs.

Making his way out, Heath knocked on Reese's door. "Reese. Downstairs," he ordered, before headed on down and pointing his wand at the stereo, which immediately turned off.
