Name: Crystal Zitzburg

Looks: Crystal is long and thin. She is swarmed with freckles and her long red hair continues just below her waist. Glasses rest upon her nose which cover two gleaming green eyes. Books are always found in hand and proper uniform worn at all times.

Personality: Crystal is not one to joke around with as her humour is limited. She likes to take life as serious as possible and that every problem that arises is an adventure. Crystal is certainly not the shy type, more of a leader. Crystal is extremelly intelligent but not altogether athletic and is forever helping other people.

History: Her mother is Irish, whereas her father is Scottish, which makes her a bit of both. But she, and her parents, live in Ireland along with the rest of her mothers family. Due to her parents extreme proper way of living makes Crystal try her hardest and respect the others around her.

Her Mother works as a Healer in St Mungo's, having to floo it there every morning and was a Gryffindor when she attended Hogwarts. Her father however is a muggle scientist and was a Ravenclaw when he was at Hogwarts. When Crystal attended though, the hat placed her in SLYTHERIN!

Looks: Robert is tall (6'2") with a tanned, athletic physique. He has short golden brown hair, blue eyes, and a gleaming smile.

Personality: Robert is an easy-going individual with a bubbly personality. A natural leader, he is as fearless in the air as he is on the ground, but he has been known to act like a complete idiot when it comes to asking girls out. It isn't too common to find him in detention for pulling a prank with his mates (the Vindictus twins), or for staying out too late with a certain lass he has grown fond of (Miranda Guthrie).

History: Robert comes from a pure blood wizarding family that resides in Coventry. His father, William, is in the publishing business and owns several wizarding publications. His mother, Gertrude, is addicted to fashion and has to be given a shopping allowance each month. Robert is an only child and is doted upon by his parents who claim he can do no wrong.

Looks: Max stands tall at 6'4"; tanned, muscluar body (he lifts weights); slightly wavy blonde hair that reaches his shoulders; baby blue eyes; perfect gleaming smile.
Personality: Max loves to have fun as much as he loves Quidditch and the ladies (in that order).
HIstory: Max is the middle child in the Vindictus family, and has a twin brother, Marcus, who is 1 minute older than him. HIs father, a Durmstrang alumnus, is the coach of the Vratsa Vultures and Max's goal in life is to play professional Quidditch. He is best friends with Robert Harrison and Miranda Guthrie.

Could I sign up for a charrie? I don't know who to play or... well, waht I'm saying is I need help coming up with a person. I'm in other RPG (including the school one of course) and I want this character to be original from the rest. So could I have help coming up wit ha character?

Excellent!! I guess I just have some questions to help you come up with a character.

1) Do you want to play a friend or a foe?
2) Male or female? (it might be nice to have more male characters since boys usually (not always) have more guy friends and enemies)
3) What house and year? (it might be nice to have another Slytherin and usually the same year makes it easier to RP but, not necessarily)
4) Once you've got the basics down, you can come up with a personality. It doesn't have to be much since I'm a big lover of developing characters as you RP but, just a place to start.
5) Looks aren't really important but, it's nice to have an idea what the other characters look like so you can refer to their various features when RPing and describing them.

Name: Matthew Pace
Year: 6th

Looks: Matthew is tall with dark brown eyes and stubborn messy dark hair. He has a warm smile that catches others attention, and a toned physique due to the sports he participates in frequently.

Personality: Matthew has an exceptionaly large heart- always putting others first and caring for the little guy. Despite his laid-back attitude, he is not one to be pushed. If prevoked, his wrath is one to avoid. He is very ambitious, and can be serious if the situation is one to be handled as such. Above all, he just wants to live life to the fullest. To his friends, he is loyal and values honesty.

History: His father is a wizard, demanding a lot from Matthew when it comes to magic as he is an only child. His mother however is a muggle and works as a doctor- where he got his caring attitude from. Both live in Scotland, yet despite the distance, Matthew feels he must work hard to achieve in making his parents proud.

Name: Bella Zane

Looks: Bella is the definition of tiny. At just 5' 1" most people overlook her in a crowd. She is thin and bony. She has pale skin and a warm face. She has dark black curly hair that rests just under her shoulders.

Personality: Bella is hyper with unlimited amounts of energy for someone so pint sized. She isn't the smartest witch in her year, but she passes with good marks. She isn't very brave and if she was in a dangerous or frightning situation, would probably hide. She loves animals of all shapes and sizes. She is a girl version of Colin Creevy, she idolizes Doyle and wishes to be in his circle of friends, even though she is 2 years younger and a huffy.

History: She is a half-blood and proud of it. Her mother was a muggle and her father a wizard. Her mother worked as a librarian and she has a particular fondness for books now. Her father worked in the ministry and an unspeakable, so she never found out what he did. He died when she was very young, so she was raised solely by her mother.

She has many pets at home, muggle and magical alike. Her favorites are her cat, mellow, and her owl, Soar. Both of which she has taken to school with her.

She became a prefect this year for Hufflepuff, and has dreams to become a head girl, though she isn't ambitious enough to work for it. She studies enough to pass, and wishes she could play Quidditch, but she has no hand eye cordination, so she sits in the stands and cheers with the rest of the school.

(If you don't want to have a person who is pretty much a stalker to your character just let me know and i'll change it so she's not.)

Looks: Standing at around 5'8", Noah is somewhat shorter than many boys his age. He is somewhat athletic and has a slightly muscular build. He has shaggy blonde hair and bright green eyes that seem to have a perpetually sarcastic look to them as if mocking everyone he looks at. He has a slightly tanned complexion and a big, bright smile that he shows often.

Personality: Look in the dictionary under sarcastic and you'll find Noah Carter's name listed as a synonym. He has a dry sense of humor and a witty comeback for anything. He is intelligent and stubborn, always wanting his own way. He has an authority complex and doesn't like taking orders from anyone. He is very independant and has an incredible work ethic. He will do his best at whatever he sets his mind to until it is completed. He has a short temper and trades confidence for cockiness that borders on arrogance around girls he fancies.

History: A half-blood, Noah's father is a muggle schoolteacher from London while his mother, a free lance journalist. was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. Noah has five brothers and sisters and his family lives a comfortable upper middle-class lifestyle. Noah's parents are tough on him, making sure that he keeps his grades up and stays out of trouble. As the oldest of their six children, they expect Noah to set an example for his younger brothers and sisters, something he varies between trying hard at and not caring a lick about from day to day.

Just a little warning for those who haven't RPed with me before, sometimes I can get carried away and the RP may move rather quickly. Please don't feel left out and just jump in when you can. I won't say that it will move quickly all the time, especially as we draw closer to the school term, but just be forewarned that it may happen, especially at the beginning when I'm a little gung ho.

Looks: Clara has perfect blonde curls that are placed nicely around her face and bounce just above her shoulders. She wears thick glasses, which change color and shape daily depending on what the weather or her mood is. Behind those glasses are rich brown eyes. She's usually in vibrant colors, except again, when the mood calls for other colors.

Personality: Clara is a writer. She is constantly wearing her work, the ink, on her hands and sometimes other places (ie lips, nose, ect.). She's very smart and observant and is persistent in taking notes. Her goal is to work at the Daily Prophet after Hogwarts as a columnist. Some call her arrogant, but in reality she is just driven to not fail.


History: Clara Belle was brought up by both of her parents and both sets of grandparents. She did a lot of traveling with her grandparets while she was young. They were a refuge for her in a house full of boys. She was the youngest of a long line of boys (fifth child). However, being in the shadow of big boys, she could never get a word in. This is where her drive to be heard by all is sparked.

Name: Brennan Andrew Cooper

Looks: Brennan has strategically messy sandy blonde hair that he spends a lot more time on than the style indicates. He's already rather tall for his age at 6'0" and has merry hazel eyes that can help him pull off an innocent look. He exudes a sort of good natured charm.

Personality: Brennan (known to close friends as Coop) is a fairly clever boy who manages to get by solely using charm and popularity. He isn't a particularly nice guy, although he knows how to act as if he is. Rather, he's quite selfish and wants to be liked best and thought of first by his classmates. He's fairly put out that he wasn't selected as Head Boy considering his popularity.

History: Brennan is a half-blood, although he manages to keep it quiet among the more discriminating of his house mates. His father is a stubborn old Slytherin who married a clever, pretty Muggle that caught his eye. Brennan is the oldest of three, although his 7-year-old sister Cassandra and 3-year-old brother Alec are little more than gnats on his radar. He's the clear favorite in his family, and he was raised to believe that he could do anything and deserved everything.

Looks: Lorcán is 5'9'' with red hair and green eyes. He is very strong and robust.

Personality: Lorcán can be a bully at time and chooses his friends very carefully, only closely associating with those he thinks are good enough to associate with him. If someone, even a fellow Slytherin does something he does not like, he lets them know, physically, if neccesary. His favorite classes are Arithmancy and Potions, becuase it's the classes that his 'gang' are in.

History: Lorcán is a pureblood and doesn't let anybody forget it. He believes that becuase his family is pureblood and true wizards, that they deserve to be put above the mudblood scum. His parents taught him this early in life.

Once Lorcán was sorted into Slytherin he fit in immeadiately. Most of the boys and girls in his year looked to him as a 'leader' of sorts. One boy did not look at him in this position and challenged him on multiple occasions was Doyle Branxton. Their 'rivalry' has led to a few fights between the two and a few detentions.

The only reason he remains at Hogwarts is becuase he believes that it will help him gain influence in life. His parents have taught him that influence can buy friends and deeds when neccesary.

Name: Flavia Antiganus
Year: 7th
Age: 17
Favorite Classes: All
Least Favorite: None.
House: Gryffindor

Looks: If you had to choose one word to describe Flavia, that word would be 'flounce'. She has flouncey brown blonde hair that is very thick and swishes just below her neck. She flounces as she walks, with that little tweak of the skirt and swing of the arms. Flavia is medium-sized, with sharp grey eyes and a heart-shaped face, the chin of which is shoved out so it's suprising she doesn't break her neck.

Personality: Neurotically ambitious. Flavia should have been a Slytherin but she chose Gryffindor, possibly because her whole family has always been in the lion's house. Her whole life has been centered on winning, and she's not pleased with Doyle that he beat her to become the Head prefect of Hogwarts, that he's a Slytherin doesn't help. She's a picky girl, though admittedly, she isn't just finding fault for the sake of causing irritation, but because she really does want perfection. She has gimlet eyes, and rarely laughs. She plays Quidditch, but with a sort of gritted anger and hates to lose. Smart, but not overly so, her good grades are caused by a rigid schedule that leaves her to practice Quidditch and study and not much else. Some say she even has toilet breaks scheduled.

It all boils down to Flavia hating to disappoint her family.

History: Flavia's whole family has been in Gryffindor for years. She is the oldest and only child of two parents who wanted to have much more kids. As a result, Flavia feels she has to fill in for both son and daughter and lord knows what else. She took music and art classes for years (two things her parents excell at) but was nothing more than mediocre, a fact that still rankles.

The rest of her housemates put up with her. They've long since given up trying to get her to join them in laughing and fooling around - she doesn't hesitate to report them for trouble, but never without cause.

She is Quidditch Captain of her team, and one of the prefects of her house.

I think we've got a good bunch here to start so, I'll post the first post later today to get us started.

ooc: Yeah, I know it's soooooo overdone but, we're starting on the train so, deal with it.

Doyle walked through the border between platforms 9 and 10. His well-polished shoe made a slight echoing tap as he stepped onto the platform. His mother and father had allowed him to come on his own now that he was of age, for which Doyle was grateful because that meant he was able to get here early. The train hadn't even arrived in the station, yet and Doyle used this time to walk up and down the platform, examining it for security. A cleaning lady smiled and shook her head at him as he passed her by.

After pacing the empty platform for a few minutes, he went back to the trolley where his trunk and owl's cage were perched. He sat down and absently removed his glasses. He took out a hankerchief and cleaned the glasses before replacing them on the bridge of his nose. He pushed his glasses back up before taking the hankerchief to the new badge affixed to his chest. Doyle was so involved with his polishing activities that he didn't even notice when other students began arriving on the platform, a raretiy for the usually observant Head Boy.

Clara kissed both cheeks of her Grandma Belle. "You know I'll write," she laughed and hugged her once more. "Safe trip home." Clara watched them turn and leave and heaved a sigh of relief. It'd been a very long morning and the sooner she got to her compartment and fell into the peaceful rhythm of the train, the better. She scribbled down the exact time and approached the platform.

"Head Boy, huh?" Clara asked Doyle as she passed, scribbling that down as well. He was going to rub the letters off it before the term was over, she'd wager. "Let me be the first to say congratulations. I can't wait to see the look on Coop's face when he finds out. Or Walt for that matter. Mind if I stay and watch?" Clara smiled and took a seat beside him, her notebook open on her lap.

"Oh... uh... hello," Doyle replied, blushing slightly. He switched his polishing from his badge back to his glasses, oblivious to the fact that he'd only just cleaned them. "And, thank you. You can sit if you'd like." Doyle was never really sure if people were being genuine or just mocking him; especially people from his own house. He was convinced that he would end up in one of Belle's incessant scribblings at some point, if he wasn't already. He shuddered to think what sort of character she'd turn him into when she finally got around to writing a book.

Name: Asher Smithson
Year: 7th

Looks: Dark brown hair, gray eyes, average height, slim build. Good looking, though rarely noticed as he does not attempt to call attention to it. He has a rather pale complexion of someone who stays indoors a lot. He is not at all athletic and has delicate health (before anyone thinks it - he is NOT a werewolf hehe).


Personality: Quiet and somewhat shy, Asher doesn't prefer being center of attention. He is content to let his friend, Brennan, do most of the talking. He would seem an unlikely choice of friend for the outgoing Coop beyond the fact that Asher does most of the boy's homework, but the two had become good friends ever since Asher saved Brennan from a particularly nasty potion during first year. Asher is not in the least put off by his friend's outgoing nature and rather admires and finds him amusing.

Asher is also very much the Libra, his zodiac sign. An even scales type of person, he prefers keeping peace and is the negotiator and among his friends. He helps smooth things over and get Coop out of more troubles then his friend is aware of.


History: Asher comes from a *semi* pure-blood family. Semi meaning, there were once half-bloods in the Smithson history, but they have married so many times into families of pure blood, that it has been several generations since there have been any non-magical family members. This being said, the Smithson's, though accepted in pure blood society, are often regarded as rich muggles look at families of 'new money'. One of the pure blood class, but hardly ancient or noble (haha).

Asher's parents are both important wizard healers and scientists (what do wizards call people who make new potions and cures for sickness?). They are both quite brilliant and raised him in a very book filled and intellectually stimulating environment. Asher has an older sister, Bianca, who has graduated and just got married to Doyle's brother Stewart. She has always been a bit bitter with Ash, as she feels he always got more attention from their parents. She is very proud to be Mrs. Smithson-Branxton, a subject that Ash is quite tired of.

Few eyes rested on the small family. Had people been a little more observant, they might have taken note of the incongruity of the two adults and the child. For starters, the man and the woman were dressed casually in jeans and sweaters, while the child - if she could be called a child, being seventeen years old - looked starched and ironed within every inch of her life. Her parents looked like they barely dared muss her.

"Bye, mother, father," said Flavia, with a straight face and solemn little wave of her hand.

Complexion: More white than most.
House: Ravenclaw - Ravenclaw Seeker

Appearence: Emil-Owich Mislotovich pure white skin. Not a birthmark or beauty-spot is to be seen on his skin. The only 'flaw' in his skin is a giant scar that runs from his right shoulder to the left site of his loin. His bushy hair is uncontrolled and Emil-Owich has tried every hairsolution - from Grosky's Groovy Grease Lotion to Flittibust Flawless Frisure-fondue. His hair is snow-white and electric-blue. His eyes are ice-cold blue. Emil-Owich's body is well-tuned from quidditch - He is a marvellous seeker. To sum 'everything' up Emil-Owich is a good looking boy.

Personality:
Emil-Owich is a quiet boy. He thinks it logical, that if you have nothing utterly important to say, you should not speak. Shy of nature and therefore very hard to make friends with. He can always laugh of a good joke or other humoristic stuff. The boy is a hard worker and almost does all his homework. He's smart, but does not say much in class, nor at his verbal tests. He adores quidditch, almost lives and breaths for it.


History:
His first year of Wizarding academy was at Durmstrang, but his mother didn't approve of their methods, he therefore was send to Hogwarts. A few generations back, a wizard married into the Mislotovich family and his infants were wizards. They married other wizards and now the Mislotovich family is one of the finest Wizarding families in Hungary.

"Yes, it was quite lovely. Of course learning that I'd earned the position of Head Boy was certainly the highlight of the summer," Doyle responded, replacing his own glasses and stuffing his hankerchief in his pocket. "And how was your summer?"

"So I will write you soon, so don't get too lonely without me." Bella said with a small smile at her mother. She looked down at her scuffed shoes and than back at her aging mother. She didn't like goodbye's and couldn't wait to be on the train with her friends. "I will see you at christmas time, bye mum!" She watched as her mother zig-zagged her way back through the crowd and out of the train station. She sighed and headed for platform 9 3/4.

Clara scribbled the word 'highlight' down and started drawing a sun. "It wasn't a bad summer. Unfortunately, there was no mention of me in the Prophet either." Clara took her glasses off and handed them to Doyle. "Would you?" They had an ink smudge already and she knew how he loved to clean glasses.

Doyle looked up as the whistle blew on the train. He hadn't even noticed it pull up. How strange. He resolved to see the school matron as soon as possible after they arrived. "Excuse me?" he asked, startled by her question, though he took her glasses. "Oh, yes, of course."

Doyle took out his hankerchief and stood up as he polished the ink stains off her glasses. In addition to the large smudge across one of the lenses, the frames seemed to be coated. "If you don't mind..." he began as he put the hankerchief back and took out his wand instead. He pointed his wand at the grime and cleaned it with a quick spell. "There you are, now I think we'd better get on the train before it leaves without us," he said, though there was a full fifteen minutes left until that time.
