It's the year 2065,
Of course, Emmylyne still had an agreement set with her mother over having part-guardianship of one of her many younger sister's. This one, being her teenage sister: Savannah Mae. There was nothing wrong with their family in the least, the younger girl merely didn't want live in Paris and move from the school she had started at; That, and Emmy's little sister seemed to be quite similar to her, in afew ways. The main, being she and their mother butted-heads too much. That, was another story in it's own though.
And Axel, had full-guardianship of both Valencia, and Dustin Phoenix. His teenage brother, and nearly of-age sister. That, was also an even longer story, but shortly put; Axel's father and grandfather, and maybe even further back had been sucessful auror's (Which there was no doubt, he was following in their footsteps). Of course, along with the job came the chance of dangers to yourself and your family. Some year's prior an attack had been made on the Phoenix family. Most unfortunately taking both Missus and Mister Phoenix's lives, Axel kidnapped and severely hurt, and both children in the care of the Ministry until they had been able to find a relative to hand them over to.
They had all had their fair share of hard times, and of good too. Since then, everything seemed to be going their way (for the most part); it was all actually really lovely. Emmylyne and Axel, had met many, many, many year's ago. As kids, only afew years older then toddler's even. Along with three others: Elissa, Benjamin and Finnegan.
Since her grandmother had introduced them at the age of five, for a playdate, each had become unbelieveably close unbelieveably fast. Spending each day of summer together if possible, and whenever they could during the rest of the year. It had gotten harder as they started different wizarding academy's. The two girl's going to Beauxbatons, and the three boy's to Durmstrang. But still the five managed this.
Now, to the present, Emmylyne had a gorgeous daughter; a toddler. Very intelligent for her age, and knew on her own that Axel, her Mommy's husband, was not her 'real' Daddy. Although much too little to remember anything from those times she did spend with Benjamin before his heroic death (By putting a colleague before himself) Lainie loved both men, alot. Both, she felt were her Fathers and that's all that mattered to her.
Back to Axel and Emmy..They had married, exactily nine months from this day. December 8th had been the day, in her favorite season. Thankfully..There had been very few mentions or awkwardness about 'them' from Family and Friends. Emmy had been more so concerned over Benji's side of the family..and his friends, but really all that mattered was Faith Lawley; Lainie's Grandmother, was absolutely fine with it. Knowing her son would have been too, as if it had been arranged incase of his death - Ax had been family, in Faith's eyes. She had one son, and two daughter's, one more son wasn't anything to her and it gave her that comfort knowing her past daughter-in-law and mother to her first and only grandbaby was in good hands. Even better, Jodie; Ben's sister, was completely understanding as well. Both Lawley women were very involved in the toddlers life, and Ems.
She, Emmy, was greatful. Over all of it. Everything had always been incredibly complicated, it always had and she was still uncertain if that would go away. But that was okay. She- No, they, had a growing family. She had Axel, the love of her live. And her little angel, Lainie..plus, three wonderful teenager siblings, that the women couldn't help but treat as her and Axel's own. But that was a given, really.
The past was behind them, of course never forgotten..but also never mourned. Only celebrated, to the fullest it had been whether it be a lost-loved one or a bittersweet memory. Whatever it be, they tried keeping thing's positive. And around the house..everything was nothing more then cheerful, and happy. Though, with their only being the couple at home at the moment, one could say that didn't mean much. They; Ax and Ems, would disagree though. It was rather early in the morning, on August 8th in Valencia, Spain. Today, each of the four 'children' were- As far as Emmylyne knew- suppose to be on their way home from visiting others on break.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Dustin glared in Elissa's direction then sat back down, occasionally looking at Valencia. Elissa was probably one of the only people who could actually shut him up. He was sure his family was happy about that, but he wasn't so sure he enjoyed it in the least. "What were you gonna say Savs?" he asked a bit more gruffly than intended. "Of course," Finn chuckled after taking his eyes off the fuming Dustin. She was right in thinking so, though. The baby had been kicking non-stop, which he was grateful for, but he knew it was incredibly annoying for his wife. The thing he was actually dreading was the actual birth. He had heard that it hurt, bad. He really hoped it didn't bother her much, seeing as she was so strong, but he knew no matter how tough she was it would probably hurt her. "Easy," Axel growled at his brother as he snapped at Savannah. He knew Dusty hadn't meant it to be that mean, but he was a bit upset at the moment. Ax thought it was only because they didn't have a father or mother to watch Vee and tell her what not to do. Then again, they did have Emmy who was doing an amazing job. Valencia kissed her brother on the forehead and gave him a one-armed hug. "Sooner or later I'm gonna get married Dust. What're you gonna do then?" she asked sweetly, keeping her tone low so only he could hear her silky voice. She too was very protective about her brother, but had she had an outburst like him? No. She knew he was getting older and that's just what happens when people get older, no matter who they are. Dusty nodded not wanting to answer her question, patting his sister's hand then looking up at Emmylyne. One eyebrow went up, then the boy began laughing. "I think you should be the one worried about my stalker. This is your house after all. What if she came here and got so mad at me that she wanted to burn the house down?" This clearly was a hypothetical situation, but he thought it funny all the same. Valencia smiled at Emmy and nodded. "Sounds great. Wouldn't wanna talk it out without my sister," she whispered happily, placing an arm around Savannah and giving her shoulders a light squeeze. It was a wonder that the two girls had only met about three years ago and now were best friends and sisters. Axel looked to his wife, a puzzled expression on his face as she thanked him. For what, he didn't know. But he did know that whatever it was made her happy. That's all that mattered to her. He tightened his grip on her slightly as he buried his face in her hair, taking in the smell of her. Yeah, he was a strange bird, but he was incredibly in love. "Sounds perfect," Finn said with a nod as he motioned to his trunks. He had come well prepared to his cousin's house. They had a pool, it was hot out, and he wanted to go swimming. Perfect, no? He had made sure that all of the children wore their bathing suits here, therefore saving time. "Let's go," Dusty said, jumping up and throwing open the glass doors. He hadn't gone swimming in two months. Finn didn't have a pool at his house, and frankly, didn't need one. Theirs was fiber optic. Very cool. Another thing he could do to 'impress the ladies', even though he wasn't exactly that interested in them yet. He was only fifteen after all. Valencia followed outside linked arm-in-arm with Savannah. Her faced scrunched up as Dusty did a cannon ball into the pool, getting her shorts a bit wet. She took the shorts and tank top off, revealing a brown two-piece with orange polkadots on it, then jumped into the water as well. "Oh yeah, I've missed this," she laughed as she floated on her back. Axel also walked outside after running upstairs and changing quickly. Finn had already gone out here after walking with Elissa and making sure she was comfortable. He chuckled, patting his cousin on the back. He then took off his shirt and jumped into the pool, pulling Dusty under with him. Oh yes, this was going to be a fun time, especially if he and Finn joked around with his little brother. "Du-!" Dusty yelled as he was pulled under. He came up and squirted Axel in the face with water. "You're ridiculous!" He swam around, then came the wrath of Finn as well who also pulled him under. Finnegan chuckled as he resurfaced the water after jumping in. It felt like old times again, but this time there were new faces. He was still with his very best friends though, which was a plus. He, Axel, and Dusty began fighting in the water, laughing and joking as they went. All in all, it was a great time. "Boys," Vee sighed as she leaned against the edge of the pool near Savannah. "Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em." |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Many hours later, everyone was sitting (for the most part) peacefully around the bonefire quite abit away from the pool. Near the center, or back-ish end of their large lawn.
The sunlight had set, which meant it was probably around nine o'clock considering the sun didn't usually do that very early during summer.
Elissa obviously couldn't lay on a blanket spread out on the grassy ground, nor cushions either. But they had managed to move one of the benches (This one being a swing bench) from, Emmy believed, close to the garden. Using abit of magic..or alot. Either way, Eli was as comfortable as she could get in her state. Which was their whole goal. Savannah layed across one of the large spread out blankets, knees tucked in close as she gazed around at everyone, for a moment, and moved her ocean blue eyes fixedly on her neice whom still wasn't getting sick from the s'mores, but was trying to make another marshmellow. "Careful.." With a soft sigh, Vannah sat up, brushing dark hair back over her shoulders and scooted closer to the three year old, whom was hesitantly trying to put the metal camp stick holding a white puff ball of goodness into the fire to toast it. Eli moved slightly, half-glancing at Finnegan whom sat beside her on the bench, and ratherly whom she was leanning against. More so for comfort, both physical and emotional, and just because she loved him.
Oddly, she had paled in her face abit, though knowing this, because she could feel why, Elissa said nothing but snuggled more into her husband. Her amber eyes were begining to come in and out of view for brief moments, out of tiredness. As she thought to hop up and help her little girl, her younger sister seemed to be one step ahead of her, instead, she stayed put. Earth toned eyes watching the flames flicker here and there. Resting her arms behind her, on the ground to support her upper half, Emmy turned to Axel. Still arguing in her head, whether or not now was a good time to say something. And yet, before she could stop herself, she had already started. "H-hey Ax?" Blasted nervous stutter! Em hated that most, of all things.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad As the whole family sat around the bonfire, enjoying the intimate silence, Valencia was hard at work at her easel with her new art box on the ground next to her. She sat, legs crossed, in one of the chairs they had acquired in the backyard and was thoroughly enjoying herself. She watched as everyone stayed perfectly still, as if they knew she was painting them. Dipping her brush into a forest green, she began to paint the foliage behind everyone. She was definitely enjoying her birthday gift and Axel had taken note of that by winking at her as she glanced to get one of his eyes right. Laying on a beach towel that was spread haphazardly across the grass, Dusty watched the stars as he tapped his foot to some beat in his head. Seeing as he had been the last one out of the pool and the one being chased by Axel and Finn, his breathing was still quite heavy and his trunks still damp as beads of chlorinated water dripped down his russet colored chest. Glancing around at his family, the boy couldn't help but smile and think of how lucky he was. Finn, who was more concerned about his wife than him at the present time, shifted slightly in hopes of making her a bit more comfortable in her pregnant state. He absently rubbed her belly, feeling the kick of his soon-to-be-born child and couldn't help but grin widely. If anyone was going to be a great father, it was Finnegan. Then again, the entire family were exceptional care givers. Mostly, Finn wanted a little one to continue his legacy. The legacy of Gaelic Football. Axel wrapped his arms around his wife after moving behind her in the grass and buried his face in her hair. He was utterly enjoying the silence that everyone shared, especially since it gave Vee a bit of time to paint in peace. She seemed to be enjoying her birthday gift, which made Axel even happier. He clearly was proud of his discovery at the little art shop around the corner.
On hearing Emmy's voice break the silence, Axel blinked a few times then moved slightly so he could look into her earth toned eyes. moving a few stray curls from her face. "Yes?" he asked, one eyebrow raised. Whatever could she want on such a perfect night? He was eager to know. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad A tired, soft sigh escaped Lainie's parted lips, as she quietly shuffled in her pure light pink zip-up footie pajama's, gently plopping onto her mommy's sister's lap. Both small, warm, hands wrapped cautiously around the handle of the large camping fork that held the marshmellow she was attempting to roast, carefully, with the help of her Aunty.
For a three year old, a day filled of traveling, swimming, BBQ'ing, playing and goofing off, amonst some other things, was quite exhausting. Sleepiness had slowly but surely overcome the little one, nonetheless, hazel eyes hadn't shut. Yet.
Absent mindedly, Savannah stroked the still, slightly wet, blonde curls on Lain's head. Most on top was in high pigtails and the rest stayed down, resting against her neck.
What thoughts was the fifteen year old so wrapped up in? Family..sort of. That, and other little bits included. But family was the main topic drifting in her mind. That didn't take so much of her attention, Vannah rested her lips gently on the child's forehead and kept atleast one hand on the rod to balance it; keeping the marshmellow from catching fire.
With her left hand, incidentally grazing the bottom of her dampened dark hair, She reached over onto the little table the s'more's ingredients layed. Grabbing both a small white puff ball-type edible sponge, and a creamy peice of chocolate. The deliciously sweet candy found it's way into her mouth, almost immediantly melting as she chewed, and, mischiviously the marshmellow hit Dusty directly in the head, softly, of course. Still on target too. Possibly from so much Quidditch and Soccor practicing? Who knew. The circular motion of Finn's hand, and her bare foot against the bench's bar rocking them very lightly back and forth, was soothing her more and more into sleep. Not even including the heat from the bonefire, or the calmness of everyone around it.
Fighting exhaustion, Elissa pulled herself up abit more with slight difficulty but succeeded on what she was trying to do: brush her lips softly over the young man's, in a loving manner and let herself go back into her resting position in hopes of small amount of pain would go away easily, and maybe even fall asleep for afew minutes. Emmy moved to keep Axel's muscular arms around her. She liked that, when he held her. Her gaze met his, and she hesitated. Biting her lower lip, in concentration.
She knew, he could take it one of two ways. One: He could be extremely happy and excited, and want to tell the whole family immediantly, which admittedly wouldn't be too hard since the 'immediate family' were here. Or, two: He could still be completely excstatic, but want to keep it both a secret and surprise for a later day. Though, The young woman didn't see that working very long. Ems could be no more then a month or so along and was almost positive it were twins, after taking notice in gaining around two pounds; which was hard to notice, but she had. Twins, ran long-lines in three different parts of their families. So, it wasn't so much of a surprise she assumed this. "Ax.. in six months, I'm going to be like Lis.." Emmylyne whispered, faintly. Choosing her words carefully, there was only so many thing's that could mean. And few that made any real sense, it wasn't as if she were going to suddenly take up an interest in journalism and drop her last year and a half of healer training. Both she and her best friend were similar in some ways as it was. In her mind, that only left . . . Well, the near due baby. But, that could be because Emmy stop it from fogging her mind.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad "Hey!" Dusty suddenly said with a scowl upon his face as he sat up and grabbed the marshmallow. A white puffball had found its way to his head, and he knew it didn't do that by itself. He gave her a small grin then settled back onto his black and green striped towel. He threw the small, edible pillow up in the air and caught in again. This continued for some time as he layed there, totally unawares to the fact that Valencia was sitting not that far away in a fit of giggles. The seventeen year old giggled, giving Savannah a very discreet thumbs-up. If it had been her who had let the marshmallow slip, she wouldn't have heard the end of it. After shaking the laugh off, Valencia's face turned serious once again as she dipped her brush into another one of the many colors she had acquired. This time, she began to paint Lainie, seeing as the little girl had finally gone still enough to be a model for her to create her masterpiece off of.
As she painted, her mind wandered. It lingered for a while on the boy down the street, Cisco Vega. It made her blush slightly at the thought, allowing her hair to cover parts of her lightly pinked face. She actually couldn't wait to see him. The only ones she ever talked about him with were Savannah and Emmylyne. Thank goodness for girls. Vee wouldn't know what to do without the both of them. She was now eagerly awaiting the talk Emmy was going to have with them. Finn smiled as his wife's lips touched his very gently, squeezing her shoulders ever so slightly. He leaned back and watched the progress of his cousin, seeing as he was at a perfect angle to peek. She had not yet gotten to him and Elissa yet, but he still looked anyway. He sighed, nudging Dusty slightly as the bench moved towards the boy's head. He looked up to the sky as if trying to say that it wasn't him, but obviously there was a reason for it as well. Even though he was now a man, he still had the intentions of a boy. Glaring up at his older cousin, Dusty grabbed Finn's foot in attempt to pull him off the bench. He chuckled, letting go but every so often he would make another grab. His mind wandered as well as he stared up into the sky. It boggled him that it could go on forever, but he never really shared that with anyone. Little did they know that their Dusty was much more deep than they gave him credit for.
Finnegan laughed lightly as his cousin's fingers grazed his foot, tickling them and making him laugh even more. As it subsided, the young man leaned his head gently onto his wife's and closed his eyes. He was having such a lovely time with his family it hardly seemed real. Of course, he thought about getting a Gaelic Football game going the next day. He knew Axel and Dusty would be all for it, and Savannah for that matter and probably the other girls as well. Axel's hand gently traced Emmylyne's spine as he watched the look on her face. Clearly she was thinking something over. What could it possibly be? Those thoughts, and many others for that matter, ran through the young man's head as he contemplated the seriousness of the matter at hand; the one he had yet to hear of. Knowing his 'wonderful luck', Axel had thought it might have been bad. Then the words escaped her lips.
Shock took over his face. "Y-you're w-what?" he stammered. For some odd reason he couldn't wrap his brain around it. She would be like Elissa? His sea green eyes moved to the pregnant woman when that's when he realized it, or actually put the pieces together. Pregnant. That's what she had said. His gaze went back to his wife and his face erupted into a gigantic smile. "You're pregnant? You're carrying m-my child? Our child?" He could hardly contain himself, let alone allow her to answer his question, before he scooped her onto his lap and began kissing her face, finally finding her lips. He did not want to let go. Finally what they had been trying for had happened. He would be a father to the child he shared with the love of his life. It couldn't get any better than this. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad It had happened suddenly, but the pain instead of lessening, increased. Almost all her muscles had tensed extremely and her face scewed up in pain. She bit down on her lip, eyes closed tightly as she tried to re-gain composer to some extent. It was no use trying to speak, because at the moment Eli found it impossible to talk.
Once the contraction subsided somewhat, She found that the paralyzed feeling had too, and shifted herself more. Amber eyes coming back into view, though they had a weary and rather scared look to them, Elissa took a shot at finding her voice and prayed something understandable would come out. "Oww." Not exactily what she meant to, but if it got a point across.."Finnegan, I think our visit has to be cut short, the baby doesn't want to wait an extra week for us to be home." Elissa blurted out, rushedly. Absolutely refusing, even through pain, to let go of his hand. She did not squeeze it though, Eli did that enough to her own lip by biting it and learned quickly that it didn't take the pain away even slightly.
Breathing deeply, her gaze never left his twilight blue eyes. Out of the whole time waiting for the baby, there was no doubt she was most scared now. And tried to stay focused most on her husband. Not that she didn't love all the ones around her now, but at this very second all she needed, or wanted, was Finn. And..a hospital, healer, whatever came first as long as one did. "Hey, what?" Vanna asked, innocently letting her ocean blue eyes stop on Dusty, acting as if she had no idea what happened, and then traveled onto her laughing sister-in-law whom praised her, causing giggles to escape that she had been fighting down.
The fifteen year old girl set the camp fork down, leanning against an abandoned chair after Lainie had her toasted marshmellow safely between two gram crackers and two pieces of chocolate (Not that she needed any more sugar). Her head turned in the direction of the others, for she and Laih were practically on the end.
Savannah could have sworn the words 'Pregnant' had come from Axel's mouth, but she could never be sure since Elissa's cry broke through almost immediantly. Startling both her, and the clueless three year old munching on her s'more.
Because she was afraid to get in the way, Savannah kept Lainie on her lap and stayed put, watching her sister's friend, a worried expression glued to her face. Before she were able to get anything else out, or answer him, Axel had moved her onto his lap and was clearly very excited, and overjoyed with giving her kisses- which admittedly she didn't mind in the least, but returned them and cuddled closer into his warmth.
Pulling back, just abit to allow her earth toned eyes to lock with his sea green ones, Emmylyne's head bobbed up and down lightly. Reassuring him that she wasn't kidding, her mouth parted slightly, words about to be spoken but at the sound of Eli's hurting tone Emmy snapped out of her own little world, revolving around Axel.
She knew better then asking something like 'Is she okay?' much like she would have, at fourteen. But, instead, intructed what they had to do. Calmly, "I'm not so sure if traveling by magic is a wise idea, with the spinning feeling and all it might make her physically sick, but you two can chance it if you please, if you want the baby born at the hospital nearest your place. Or, we can ride down to the hospital close to here.., or again if she doesn't believe she could make it that far then magic may be the only way." Pausing, Emmylyne stole a glance at her own husband then looked again to Finn, rather then Elissa. "I want to come though, either way."
Valencia, Dustin and Savina were well old enough and responsible enough to stay on their own for a night. And hopefully, the three older teenagers wouldn't mind keeping an eye on the toddler.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Finnegan's eyes grew wide as Elissa started her contractions, which were coming all too early. The baby wasn't due for another week, but apparently that wasn't stopping it now. It was time. The young man nodded, grasping his wife's arm and not taking his eyes away from hers as if it would help distract her. Everything was overwhelming, but it wasn't anything compared to what Elissa was going through. Guilt suddenly took over him. He wished he could be the one in all this pain, not her.
Finally regaining some self control, Finn stood up and wrapped an arm around her to better steady her as he pulled her up as well. He listened intently to Emmylyne, knowing she was the perfect person to come with. "Please do," he managed to choke out. Shoving his hand into his pocket, he grabbed his car keys and threw them to Axel. "You're drivin'. Whether ya like it or not." Another great person to help him regain himself. "Come on Eli." He had absolutely no idea what to say in such a situation. Was he suppose to tell her that the pain would stop soon? He had no idea. He kept his mouth shut and concentrated on moving Elissa to the car out front. "I'm so happy. You've no idea," Axel said into Emmy's hair. He could swear that one tear escaped his sea green eyes as he thought about their future child. He laughed, and laughed, and laughed. There was no other way to describe his emotions than ecstatic. A child that he would share with the perfect person was the best thing in the whole world.
Before he could get another word out on the matter, Elissa began making noises. Noises that sounded like she was in pain. He watched as Emmylyne jumped up and began making sense of the situation. He looked at his cousin's face; he was completely scared. And then Finn's keys were in his hand and he was told to drive them to the hospital. He nodded, giving Finn a pat on the shoulder and taking Elissa's other side to get her to the car much easier. "We're both going," he said with a nod, motioning for Emmy to lead the way.
He turned back to look at the kids who were sitting on the ground looking quite shocked. "Vee, as soon as we leave, go inside and lock the doors. We'll probably be with them the rest of the night and into tomorrow. You guys can handle that." With that, the four of them were gone, after they placed Elissa in the car of course.
Valencia nodded, immediately taking the initiative. She flicked her wand, her painting and art supplies vanished. She then moved over to Dusty and grabbed his hand to pull him up, then doing the same to Savannah who was carrying Lainie. Making sure that everyone was in the house, she shut all doors and locked them. She then turned to her brother and sisters and sighed. "Whoah," she sighed, cracking a smile as she moved to the living room. She flopped down on a chair and ran her fingers through her golden brown curls. "I can't believe the baby is coming early. Isn't that exciting?!" she exclaimed, talking more to Savannah than Dusty at this moment. She loved babies. Dusty sprawled himself in the middle of the floor, still fully dressed in his swimming trunks. "Well, at least we have the house to ourselves," he chuckled as he shook his head against the carpet. His black curls swirled around his face as he stared at the ceiling. "Hey, summon my guitar will ya?" he suddenly asked his sister. She nodded and the next thing he knew his tie-dye guitar was sitting in his lap. "Now let's have some campfire songs," he laughed as he began to strum. Vee smiled down at her brother, then gave Savannah a wink. She moved to the floor and crossed her legs, listening to the lovely melodies her brother was making, like it was coming out of his soul.
A thought struck her. "Hey, did Axel say that Emmy was pregnant?" |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Seatting herself comfortably in the corner of the ivy-green colored, velvet cushioned couch. She stretched out her legs abit, then brought them up in a half-cat like ball.
The shorts she had thrown on over her swimsuit bottoms earlier after getting out of the pool, had dried while sitting by the fire. And the black and red polka-dotted tankini swim top that matched the bottoms, had probably dried quickest. The house was fairly hot as it was, on the summer's night so the girl didn't bother changing yet. "It is!" Savannah agreed, quite excitedly. Giggling, She flipped onto her stomach rather then staying on her back. Feet kicking gently in the air, back and forth as her chin found a nice place on the arm of the couch. "Aren't you the least bit concerned we're home alone, and your little girlfriend may be abit of an angry grudge-holding nutter?" She asked, eyebrows raised slightly with curiousity and her bright ocean blue eyes were full of amusement towards that situation- or topic, now.
To think back, and then come back to the present, it was absolutely insane to believe they were family now. Of course, she had always cared for Vee as her best friend. But now, they were basically sisters. And Dusty, a brother. Valencia had automatically grown on her, and Dust too after alittle bit of time. She couldn't exactily say she cared for his teasing over the whole Curtis thing, but that came along with their friendship and now family bond, right? The fifteen year old thought so. One thing was certain, he would never fully forget about those two weeks of being chased by his 'fangirl', Vanna wouldn't let it. Truth be told, in her bag she still had pictures; out of the thirty-two there was sure to be atleast one with Elizabeth and Dustin. Re-arranging something within her toy pink floral print carriage doll stroller, Lainie took out five soft items and set them down, with care, on the bear-brown carpet.
The three year old was no where near oblivious to her Aunty's and Uncle talking, She was sitting close, she was listening. But, also playing with her toys. Nope, she wasn't one of those little girl's like almost all the rest that liked playing with baby doll's; although she had one (Courtsey of her Aunty Jodie), Lainie didn't find the fun in a baby doll, when she would rather play with a real baby. Instead, she had her five stuffed dogs. Each 'Protettore' the Australian Shepherd, 'Ingenuidad' the Bulldog, 'Casa' the Husky, 'Esperanza' the Rubin Siberian Husky, and last but not least 'Amore' the Yorkshire Terrier were set neatly, back into the stroller and only then did the curly blonde haired child move closer to the older girls and boy, A-Daddy had put incharge while they went to mommy's work for the baby.
Stopping the stroller that held her dog pack at the coffee tables side, Lainie pulled Casa out and held him; her favorite. Dragging her footie-covered feet across the rug, Her hazel eyes wondered onto Dusty, but decided against going over to him since he was playing the gutiar and she would interrupt that by sitting with him.
Releasing a small, tired, yawn. She rubbed one of her eyes, right hand balled in a little fist and once everything came back into a clear focus Laih continued over to Valencia. Automatically plopping clumsily into her lap, and gave her just alittle bit of a sloppy kiss on the cheek before setting her husky stuffed animal on her own lap. As she gazed over at Dusty, listening to the music he played, slowly her soft innocence filled voice was heard: "I mish Mommy and Daddy, aweay." Only seconds after admitting this, her right hand raised, and her thumb went into her mouth. Index finger on the same hand, stretched upward and twirled itself subconsciously around the nearest curl.
Toddlers and babies even tended to mimic things like that, for example while Lainie's mother would bottle feed her, she would gently twirl and play with her little tiny curls, just for the fun of it. It was rather a soothing motion, because although she couldn't really remember an image of that in her head, she remembered the feeling, the comforting feeling, and it had become an unnoticed habbit. "Ahh!" EEP! Jumping up in a heart beat, or attempting it, Savannah accidentally slipped, being much too close to the edge and fell with a 'thud' on the ground. Somehow, she had managed to smack her head against the coffee table. Or, the end table . . . whichever. Either way, it was hard, and wooden, and didn't do anything 'serious' but just enough to give her an immediant lovely throbbing headache.
Groaning at her own actions, Vanna sat up, leanning her back against the couch and brought her legs close; arms wrapping around them and chin on her knees. "I thought I had heard that too, but since no one else said anything I figured maybe I misunderstood." She said, removing one of her arms from hugging herself, to rubbing the side of her head, slightly bitterly.
Shifting attention back onto the subject at hand, The girl brushed dark bangs from her eyes. Asking both, Vee and Dust; "Do you think, maybe it's true?"

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Dusty scowled at Savannah, again, and then chuckled lightly. "Don't worry. I'll just woo her away from our house with my good looks," he said suavely, running his fingers through his black curls and acting like he was a model. He then shook his head, laughing lightly at his 'stupid' behavior as he called it in his head. Elizabeth was nice, but she just wasn't his type. She was too...well, he didn't know exactly. But she just wasn't what he was looking for. She was a bit too obsessive. Yes, that's what he had been looking for. He couldn't handle someone like that. He'd surely blow up.
He then turned his chocolate brown eyes back to his guitar and began strumming a few familiar tunes that he had remembered over the years. It was a soft tune, actually one their father used to play when they were only small children. It was soft and comforting, always holding a mellow atmosphere where ever it played. "Oh hello love," Valencia cooed, cradling Lainie in her arms as she gave her a kiss on the forehead. "And who is this? Casa?" she asked, petting the husky on the head. She was actually quite fond of the little puppies that Lainie pushed around in her stroller. Probably because the little girl was the one pushing it and she was just adorable.
She then nodded and sighed, leaning back on the couch and listening to the oh so familiar tune that her brother was playing. "I miss them too LaihLaih, but they'll be home tomorrow I'm sure. And you know what that means? Eli and Finn will have a brand new baby. Isn't that exciting?" She sure was excited about it. Babies were always fun. Looking up from his guitar, Dusty made a move to catch Savannah as she fell, but she had already hit her head on the table. "Savs! Are you alright?" he asked, hand still out as if he could do something with it to help her. Wow, that must have hurt. He patted her on the knee then gave her a small smile. "You want some medicine or something to ease the pain?" he suggested. That's pretty much all he knew about being hurt. Medicine always cured it. Vee squealed, placing a hand over her mouth in delight. "Well since we both heard it then it must be true!" she exclaimed. She too had made sure Savannah had been alright before moving onto the next subject. The subject of pregnancy. "I really hope so! Axel seemed really happy about something and I bet that was it," she said with a nod. If they both heard it then it had to be true. Would both of their sets of ears deceive them? She thought not. "Can you just imagine? Another baby in the house! You'd like that wouldn't you Laih?" she giggled, rubbing the little girl's arm gently. "We'd have soooo much fun with a baby!" She smiled brightly. This definitely was good news, if in fact it was true.
Fingering a golden brown curl, the seventeen year old thought about the idea of Emmy being pregnant. This definitely was something to get excited over. She giggled lightly to herself, musing about how Axel would take the situation with helping his wife. He'd probably be much like Finn: extremely attentive. At those words, Dusty looked up, but didn't stop playing his guitar. "You think you heard Ax say she was pregnant? Whoah, big news," the boy said with a nod, his black curls shaking around his face. He had to admit, he really liked babies and little kids. Lainie was probably his favorite toddler. He had a nice bond with her and was glad she enjoyed him. He had thought that she would have been afraid of him or something, but apparently he was wrong. For once, he was happy about that. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Savannah let a small giggle escape her slightly parted lips. Refraining from shaking her head, for the sake of her headache. Elizabeth hadn't been probably as bad as they made her sound sometimes, but if her memory served her right; which it always did, when Savs had gone out onto the porch that first night that started the 'fan-girling' (as she so bluntly put it), to get Dustin on Finn's orders, The girl hadn't given her the most politest look. Probably thinking the exact wrong thing, considering she and Dust looked absolutely nothing alike to be mixed up as biological siblings. "Is that what you plan to become, after graduation? A male model?" She asked, purely out of curiousity. Vannah had a feeling she could guess what he was really going to go into: The Auror business, like most of the men in generation's before him in his family tree. But, before now she had never asked. So, she did. "Mmmhhhmm." Lainie responded with her hum of yes, and a small, light jerk of her head that caused her little curly pigtails to bounce. "Yeshh, I fink so." She said, rather then removing her thumb to do so, she just opened her mouth wider then closed it again, becoming nearly silent once more. The teenage girl did not take her hand from her head, but cocked her elbow on the couchs cushion right behind her. Glaring briefly at the cause of her pain; the table. As if it had purposely, and magically, moved right into her way right when she fell. "Oh yes, just peachykeen." She answered, leaving the smallest amount of sarcasm in her tone but turned a softer gaze back to her best friends, and family. "Nah, that's okay. Ice will do, nicely." She hoped. Hopping up, careful around the coffee table as not to trip or anything, Savannah wondered out of the room, and only down the hall afew feet before re-entering another room; the darkened kitchen. After turning on the light, She went over to the frigerator with a zip-lock baggy in hand and packed some frozen ice into it, placing it onto the sore spot on her head next, then proceeded to put the dining room/kitchen the way she had found it, and headed back to the group.
Her eyes closed momentarily but her feet led the way, without causing her to run into anything else. She had the house memorized in her head, and Dusty's gutiar playing made it even easier to find her way with ease. "I ish not a bebe," Lainie said, while wiping her thumb on the light pink fabric of her pajamas. She had assumed by her Auntie Vee's words, 'Another baby in the house' meant she was viewed as one of those babies. Of course, technically she was a baby herself. But didn't see it that way, even if everyone else did. "Mmmm." She paused a moment, to answer. "Bebe sisew ow bovew? I want two bovew's an one sisew." Being an overly-tired three year old, the topic of mummy being pregnant with her baby brother, or sister, didn't faze her in the least. Not at the moment, atleast.. "That's the only logical thing it could have been, I wasn't so far from them, and for the most part everything was quiet. I heard Ems say in six months..-and then Eli made me miss the rest, not that I blame her or anything!" At the thought of yet another member to the family, this one being the first to their joint-family, a wide smile overcame her facial expression.
She had gone through her mum having five more kids, after her. Babies were always around when Vanna was younger, so this would be nothing knew. She really liked helping with them, Madi was the only exception but again, the girl had come a year and six months after herself- it wasn't rocket science why she hadn't been so keen on having Madison around, at that tiny age. "Yes! It would, Emmy and Axel deserve this..their sooo cute, as a couple. I mean, I'm not saying I've pried," That much. "But, I have come across an old diary of my sister's..and her photo album, and- Well, a letter or two.." She smiled an innocent, sweet smile. Unable to hold back giggles that were having a fit inside her, "Anyways! They are like..probably my idols when it comes to love, you know? I mean for what they've been through, for how complicated it looks, they made it through all of the above and made it look easy or something."
Admitting this, Savannah's cheeks turned fairly pink. If she were two pick three idols from her family, it would be Benny- for the fact that he knew exactily who he was, and was never afraid to show it. He took risks, and always found the fun of life. Amonst many other reasons, those probably stood out the most. Then, Conner..always him. A way to describe why, wasn't found. She couldn't say, although he was gone from the world, he would always be around in her heart, and mind. Never forgotten, but cherished for old times. And lastly, Emmylyne. She was oldest of thirteen kids, had managed to keep some life-long friends, had been an absolute brilliant student in school. She hadn't been afraid to stand up to their mother, after deciding she was to be wed after graduation. She was protective and loving, and even during the bad times would put someone else's feelings first before herself. And in the long run, she was just Emmy. Always true to herself, and thats what counted.
Looking up, Her ocean blue eyes locked on the window as she caught sight of something moving..It was pitch black outside, but she had also just spotted a pair of yellow glowing eyes. Of course, instead of going by any instincts at all, she chose curiousity first and stood from her seat. "Yep, Emmzie is going to have a baaaaby. Probably, we should wait for them to tell us, before assuming too far into this." Vannah said, casually, brushing dark bangs from her eyes and wrentched open the windowsill. As she reached out, a letter was dropped into her hand by the scarily-dark owl that blended in with the night, and with that the owl had disappeared..erm, flow off, It had to of.
Shaking her head to clear the confusion, which she grew to regret since a 'thump' of a throb pounded in her head. The window was closed, again, and she turned. Scanning the envelope with care, "It has Miss Saunders on the front..but thats all," The writing, was not recognized as someone she knew; a brother or sister or parents, or even Faith or Jodie Lawley. And there was no one that came to mind, that would call Em a 'Saunders' if they knew her past that well. Unless, it was an old Professor? But why would they be owling her? The same confusion visible in her Aunty Vina's voice, was in Lainie's too. "Mommy no Saunwews. Mommy Pwhoenix." She knew her mommy's last name, but she was still not there with the whole maiden names, and such. The toddler was lucky enough to understand they had last and middle names let alone ones you had before you married.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad A male model? He might as well go along with it. "Oh how well you know me," Dusty laughed, sweeping his hair back once more for the 'full affect'. Who knows? Maybe he would get discovered or something. Then again, if he were to get discovered for anything he'd want it to be music. He shook his head, letting his black curls fall around his face. "Nah, probably an auror like Axel, my father, my grandfather, my great-grandfather...yeah the list just goes on and on," he said with a nod.
Every male in their family had been an auror at one point in their life. So far, Dusty's father had been the greatest one, and also the one everyone had wanted dead. Well they got their wish didn't they? If it hadn't of been for Valencia during her fifth year at Hogwarts they never would have known that their real last name was O'Malley, and their whole family secrets had come to a head. And that's what you get for being nosy. Realizing her mistake and exactly how smart Lainie was, Valencia tried her best to redeem herself. "Oh of course not Laih. You're our big girl right?" she cooed. Wow, she's smart. "How did you manage to fall off of the couch Savs?" she asked suddenly, a small smile playing on her lips. She knew Savannah to be clumsy at times, but this was plain funny. Well, not to the extent of laughing in her face because she did bump her head, but it was still a bit funny.
She then shrugged, pondering Lainie's question. "Not sure. I hope they have twins or something," she said with a nod. That would be fun. Two girls or two boys. Maybe even one of each. One would be perfect though too. This was a tough decision.
Dustin nodded. "I hope it's a boy. I need another boy in the house," he laughed. Yes, he had Axel, but it wasn't the same. Axel had Emmy now so it wasn't like when they were little. He did miss that, but he loved their new life as well. "You really are nosy, aren't you Vannah?" he chuckled. Of course he was joking, but he couldn't resist. A diary, photo album, and letters? She must have done something to get all of that information. He then nodded in agreement as his sister-in-law spoke. He wasn't one to comment on 'love' or anything, but she did have some good points. Those two were definitely made for each other. "I know what you mean. Axel's been in love with Emmy forever. He never gave up either. They've been through so much and they're still as happy as can be. Now that's love," Vee said with a nod. She hoped that someday she'd find her special someone. And if they were half as happy as Axel and Emmy, they'd consider themselves the luckiest people alive. Maybe it would be Cisco, if Dusty would allow her to see him or course. Would that stop her though? Of course not.
She wasn't really paying any attention to what Savannah was saying, but more to what she was doing. Then her question was answered when she came back from the window with a letter in her hand. "Saunders? She hasn't been called that in years, right?" This was...strange. It gave Vee a very unsettling feeling in her stomach.
Who would suddenly write to her out of the blue? And why would they put Saunders on the front? Maybe Emmy would know who it was because it had her maiden name on it. It still made no sense. "Does the writing look female or male?" she wondered. That way, they might be able to tell if it was an old secret admirer or something. But didn't she spend most of her time with Ben, Axel, Finn, and Elissa? And weren't the boys very protective of her and Lis? So many questions and so little answers. "I don't like this," Dusty chimed in, placing his guitar on one of the stuffed chairs. He moved to sit on the arm or the couch near Savannah to get a better look at the writing. He couldn't tell if it was male or female, then again he wasn't good at finding out stuff like that. The girls were probably better at that. "Right you are Lainie," he nodded, taking the little girl from his sister's lap and holding her in his arms. Even she knew it wasn't right. Didn't that tell them something? |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Taking a moment to mull over whether Aunty Vee was just saying this to please her, or because she meant it, Lainie gave a small nod of her head in conclusion. More to herself, then to anyone else. "Yesh, I ish a big giww. No bebe, bebe come waew but Waih ish not bebe." She finished by patting Valencia reassuringly on the cheek. "I don't know.." Savannah responded, slowly with a shrug. Her cheeks warmed evenly, as reminders of her clumsiness drifted through her head. There was a girl, in her hogwarts house, a good friend actually. She was probably the only more that proved herself to be more of a klutz then Savs. Listening and watching observantly, from her tiny form fitting spot in the newly of age witch's lap, "Twins," She repeated, hazel eyes traveling from Aunty Vina to Uncle Dusty. "Yesh. Twin bovews," LaihLaih agreed. As if that settled it, that they would get two baby boy's because she said so.
Upon hearring A-Daddy had been inlove with Mommy forever, Lainie titled her head to the side. Hugging Casa to her chest, "How does persons know weh tew inwuve?" Brushing off Dusty's comment to keep from feeling the need to explain any further on that subject; Savannah scanned the envelope carefully, resisting all curiousness to whatever could be inside. "Six. Since she was in school, that was the only place she wasn't 'Mae-Saunders' since it was just simpler for her to be known as 'Ms. Saunders' to the professors, rather then drag it along." She explained, matter-of-factly. Much like someone would, if they had read the knowledge from a book. "I can't tell, it seems like general hand-writing. No real signs of it being masculin or feminin." The fifteen year old was no code breaker, but she was right. There wasn't a trace of one gender or the other in the neatly written print. Now sitting with Dustin, on the couch arm, Lainie leanned over to take a better look at the mail for her mommy. Then, sat back up straight, shaking her head lightly and placed a hand on her cheek. "Oh no no no.." Her normally sweet tone turned into one full of worry, and concern. "I habe to teww Wemmy abwout tis." The toddler frowned. Freezing, Vanna's slightly bowed head raised to take her gaze off the paper. "Ninnie..Who's 'Remmy'?" She asked, taking it causiously, she forced fake curiousness where it truthfully wasn't.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Valencia bit her lip in thought, trying to think of a good way to answer the toddler's question. How on earth did you know if you were in love? From personal experience, the seventeen year old had never truly been in love. She had said 'I love you' to someone that she wasn't related to, but it was merely teenage love. Nothing to write home about. She was positive that no teenager had ever experienced that kind of love, and they never would until they had matured. And that took time. "Well, Lainie.." she paused, looking at the other two for some help. "When you're in love, you just know it. It's a feeling inside. It makes you feel all warm and fuzzy. And then you just know," she finished. "If you want to know more about it, I suggest you ask your daddy. I'm sure he can tell you all about how he fell in love with your mum," she added, Of course, speaking of Axel and Emmy. Those two were absolutely made for each other. "That makes sense," Dusty nodded to his sister, then also referring to the last name situation Savannah had mentioned. "I suppose it was easier. Right, then you wouldn't have to drag it on." It definitely made sense to him. "But still. It doesn't explain why this person would suddenly, out of the blue, send Emmy a letter. It just doesn't work that way." He was absolutely convinced that this wasn't anything good, but he was still unable to tell if it was a bad thing. Well, Emmy would find out when she opened the letter. "Well that's perfect," the fifteen year old said sarcastically. No way to figure out whether it was female or male writing. If only there was some sort of spell for them to try on it. Or at least for Vee to try. There was no way he was going back to court for underage magic. Stopping all movement at the little girl's words, Vee's sea green eyes moved frantically from Dustin to Savannah and then back again. "Yes, Laih. Who's 'Remmy'?" An imaginary friend? Is that even possible at this age? She wasn't sure whether this was a good thing or something entirely different. One thing she didn't want, was for this to blow totally out of proportion and have something bad happen. Dustin's eyebrows furrowed at the name as his chocolate brown eyes scanned the small child in his arms. "Is that a friend of yours?" he asked, trying to sound as smooth as possible. Hey, it was Dusty. He was good at stuff like that. This Remmy character was strange. Why would Lainie be talking to him? More importantly, who was he? |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Giving an attentive nod, Lainie said: "Yesh..otay, maybe I ask Daddy waew."
Her hazel orbs wandered from Aunty Vee, to Aunty Vina, to Uncle Dusty, and back. Maybe she could tell them about Remmy? "Yesh. Wemmy is a fwien, he bewy nice." She left out some other details, for the fact that Laih didn't want to tell them right now, she had the feeling they didn't like her friend, already..For a three year old, Lainie Lawley was no dummy.
Savannah shrugged. She too, agreed that didn't make sense of why someone would contact her, someone she hadn't heard from in years.
Taking a moment to think over what Laih had told them, She quickly mouthed 'Imaginary friend' to the other two. Thats the only thing that made sense, was their Neice had an imaginary friend. That, and it sounded awhole lot better then the thoughts she couldn't keep from drifting through her head, now. "Anyways.." The girl mumbled, dismissively. Standing from her cushy seat, Vannah strolled around the coffee table, and towards the doorframe, leading her out into the hall where she planned to meet the stairs. "I'm going to put this in their room," She informed them, loudly. Continuing on her way upstairs, and arrived shortly in Emmy's and Axel's bedroom.
Running a finger along the letter, as she curiously gazed at it in wonder, Savannah carefully placed it on her sister's pillow. Nearly jumping at the sound of footsteps, she breathed in relief to see it was only the people whom she lived with. Climbing onto the big white bed, Lainie crawled across to the front. Pink stroller left at the end, only holding three of the five dogs. Two, the Shepherd and Rubin Husky she carried and set down upon Mommy's pillow, once sitting next to it. "Pwotettowe and Espewanzwa will stay wif it, and keep gauwd. Espewanza has mommy's hope, and Pwotettowe has daddy's pwotectionness." Protettore actually meant, Male Protector, in Italian. And, Esperanza was Spanish for Hope. Her stuffed pack, all had similar 'Names'.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad The eldest girl nodded in agreement as she read her sister-in-law's lips. It was perfectly normal for a child of Lainie's age to have an imaginary friend. On another note, in the wizarding world, it was always strange when someone talked about a friend that no one had heard of. Especially if that person says they're very nice and things like that. Normally, at least in Valencia's case, it was only to butter the person up only to let them down again. And usually, by way of force.
Brushing past that thought, the seventeen year old immediately followed Savannah upstairs. There was something to be said about a large house, especially when they were three teenagers alone with a young toddler. In some ways it could be creepy, but in others it was comforting. This time, Vee couldn't helped but feel a little strange, like something was out of place.
Coming into view again and into her brother's and sister-in-law's room, Valencia perched herself on the end of the bed and watched Lainie as she placed the two dogs next to the letter to keep guard. Hope and Protector. Those words brought a faint smile to the teens face as she nodded lightly. "I'm sure they'll keep it safe," she assured her, along with a small pat on the arm. Also following obediently, the youngest and only boy in the house at the time, sat himself on one of the fluffy chairs the room had to offer. Truthfully, the teens had never actually hung out in the adults room before. Dusty sprawled himself about the chair haphazardly while a gruff hand went absently through his black curls.
He hadn't bothered to even change when they all came inside, therefore, the boy still wore trunks and nothing else. He gazed about his brother's room which he shared with his new wife. He had been thinking, lately, about his own love life. Which of course was nothing huge for a fifteen year old. He had hoped that one day he would be so lucky as to find someone that would suit his every need, and so he could even her out as well. Of course, he would never discuss this so openly with the women in his presence that very moment, but maybe he'd talk to Axel.
Checking the clock, Dustin had noticed that it had gotten quite late. "I wonder what's happening, at the hospital I mean," he mused. Hopefully, Eli wasn't in too much pain. She was someone he could relate to, in some sense, but otherwise she was a very good friend to him. "I hope she has a boy. She can't handle a girl," he chuckled. For what it was worth, he was probably right. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Taking a moment to try and picture what could be happening, at the hospital with Finn, Eli, Emmy and Axel; Savannah imagined it was like any other birth. Her mother had gone through it three times in Savannah's life, two of quick she could remember. The first, very vaguely being she had only been a year or so old. "I'm sure everything is fine," She spoke, her tone showing reassurance to the matter. Resisting a small giggle at the thought, Vannah then added: "I'd hope it was a boy too. From what we saw, and from what Eli said, the baby tends to kick awhole lot. Either it's a boy, or an agressive girl." She had learned normally as babies, the boy's were loud and abnoxious ones, and the girl's were more quiet and calm. Though, after toddler age that all changed, the girl's became the hard one's to take care of and the boy's easiest. Nodding once more, Lainie hopped over the side of the bed. Landing gracefully on her feet and took her stroller, started to leave the room, calling: "Wet's seep out in ta wiving woom. I go get weady, you guys bettew too." before disappearing down a hall and into another room where the little three year old closed the door.
Looking after Laih, Savannah just stared. Blinking a number of times and then finally she turned to face Dusty, and Valencia. Her sister's daughter still shocked her, daily, with how intelligent and. . .forceful? no. . .in control, was a better word. Either way, she didn't remind her of any other toddler. "Uhm, okay?" She giggled. "Should we obey?"

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad The next morning, Valencia had been awoken by the deep voice of Axel in the form of his lion patronus. They were to return sometime in the early afternoon and until then the kids were to stay inside. Of course, Vee followed her brother's orders so she proceeded to make breakfast for the four of them while they still slept.
About a half hour later, the smell of pancakes wafted into the living room where they all slept(ordered by Lainie). The seventeen year old took a step back as she placed the bowl of fruit next to the pancake stack on the counter and smiled. She was thoroughly proud of herself for concocting such a wonderful array of smells.
Glancing into the living room, she noticed her brother was now stirring, along with the other two girls. They must have smelled it. "...Rocco...stop it..." Dusty was talking in his sleep. The warm sun projected over his russet colored skin as his chocolate brown eyes fluttered open. There was no Rocco around and clearly he didn't need to stop anything. The young man sat up, for he was laying on the floor, and his hand went immediately to his hair. His black curls were a mess and his eyes full of sleep. He wore only plaid pajama pants along with socks, but of course, not shirt. He liked the freedom of being bare-chested.
Standing up with some difficulty, seeing as he was so tired, he managed to make his way into the kitchen. The only thing that would have gotten him up was food and here's a perfect example. "Somethin' smells good," he commented as he sat at one of the bar stools. He began piling his plate with pancakes and fruit, soon digging in as his mouth turned into a satisfied smile. "Glad you like it," Vee chuckled as she watched Dustin shovel the food into his mouth. She too began to eat, but she only took one pancakes and a pile of fruit much more generous. "Savs and Lainie up yet?" He shrugged and Valencia rolled her eyes. Trying to get anything out of him while he was eating was like trying to pull teeth. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Of course, Savannah was awake. Nooooo, not because of the sunlight hitting her directly in the eyes, because she had failed to remember to close the livingroom blinds before falling asleep. Not in the least..
But, she was up now. And dressed in a different swimsuit, with shorts and a forrest green tanktop to match her flipflops that she slipped off near the back door after almost silently approaching the kitchen. Where, she found her dear brother and sister in law, awake too.
Finishing putting her hair up in a tight, highly placed ponytail, Savannah automatically swept the bangs from her eyes and spoke for the first time since she had awaken. "Morning!" She chirped, while getting herself a plate of breakfast. After swallowing her first bite, Vannah nodded enthusiastically. "Veeeee, this is delicious!" Lainie, now standing in the bathroom fully dressed in her yellow sundress with the white polka dots, climbed down from her stool next to the counter she used to reach the sink and put it back in the corner, out of the way.
Humming a light melody her mummy had always sung to her, the toddler set off out of the bathroom and down the hall; already downstairs. She left her hair nicely brushed but down, little gold curls framing her angelic face.
Grabbing Casa, whom she had left on the floor, the toddler tossed the stuffed animal onto the couch and proceeded to the kitchen, gazing around as she went. And finally, they were home. Eli and Finn, and the new born were still at St. Sebastians wizarding hospital. Late tomorrow, to the next day they would be released and eventually be safe at home, in a whole new life practicially. Things did change, hugely, after a baby is brought home. But..it was a good change.
Unlocking the front door, Emmy glanced behind her to make sure Axel hadn't suddenly disappeared and stepped inside. Toying with the keys in her hand as she stepped further into the house, of course she trusted the kids, greatly, but she still checked over everything.
Coming to find herself in the livingroom, Emmylyne tiredly took a seat and layed herself on the couch. She hadn't changed outfits from yesterday, nor had she done much of anything else as they hadn't been home. But, truth be told, she could honestly care aless. Tiredness had overcome her mind, and body. Ems brought her arms crossed over her chest, snuggled in the sweatshirt slightly bigger then herself, that belonged to her husband.
Really, Emmy knew she should go find the children, but afew minutes of relaxing really couldn't hurt too much.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Finally seeing her sister-in-law along with her niece, Valencia smiled as the two walked into the kitchen. "Morning you two," she greeted, taking another bite of her pancake. "You want something Laih?" She popped a piece of fruit into her mouth then hopped off the stool in order to begin making a plate for the young girl. "Thanks Savs."
Hearing a ruffling sound, the seventeen year old looked up to see the family eagle-owl sitting on the back of Dusty's chair. "You have the post I'm guessing, huh Constantine?" She moved gracefully over to the bird and took the large stack of letters from various people. "Alright, we've got one from Madi, Nik, Jodie, Chloe, Hannah, and..." she stopped talking with the last letter and shoved it into her pocket. Looking suspiciously to his sister as she hid one of the letters, Dusty inclined his head. "Who was that from?" he asked a bit more gruffly than intended. After receiving a cold stare from her, he furrowed his brow and let it alone. Instead, he took his anger out on his pancakes. Who was this Cisco and why was he so infatuated with his sister?
Once finished with his breakfast, he placed the dish into the sink then ran up to his room to get dressed. Of course, he went shirtless. It was the summer and it was too hot out to wear a lot of clothes, in his opinion. "I'm goin' out with Rocco!" he called into the kitchen. After saying a small hello and goodbye to Axel and Emmylyne, he walked out of the house and shut the door with a snap. Vee shrugged then turned back to Savannah. "It's from Cisco," she giggled, holding up the letter and blushing a bright pink. Walking into the house right behind his wife, Axel wore a gigantic grin on his face. He was so happy for his cousin. He was finally a father. The only funny part was that Finn had almost hurt in the delivery room when Eli was in so much pain. It had killed him to see her like that and Axel was wondering if he'd be the same way when it was Emmylyne's turn. "Need anything wife?" he asked as he sat on the edge of the couch next to her. He kissed her slightly pregnant stomach and smiled. Soon he would be a father as well and he couldn't wait. He was a bit scared though. He had never raised a child before. Well, except for his own siblings, but that was different. They had never been infants when he was under his roof.
After saying his goodbye to Dusty, Axel raised his eyebrows. "Wonder what that was all about," he shrugged. He already had a pretty good guess as to what had set him off in the first place. It was very easy to tell when Dusty was upset about something...or someone. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Finishing up what she wanted of her breakfast, Savannah put it in the sink and washed both off before resuming her seat on the stool; where she accepted the letters from her sister and brother and Lainie's aunt. Shuffling through Madisons, the girl put the parchment back in its envelope and left it on the counter. The other two letters were surely for Emmy, so she made a mental not to remind her sister to grab them. Lainie merely shook her head and grabbed abit of fruit on a smaller saucer plate. She ate quickly and cleaned up after herself, and with a quick glance to the two girls Laih slipped her sandels on and headed out of the back door to play outside, or so some would assume. Of course, while resting Emmy had let herself fall back to memory lane. At the sound of her husband's voice, her eyes fluttered open. A small smile graciously played at her lips, Ems shook her head no. "Just you," She said, softly and raised her arms to non-verbally say she wanted atleast a hug.
Waving goodbye to the teenage boy, Emmylyne turned back to Axel and released a small giggle. "I could take a wild guess." Although they hadn't all been living together for a 'long' time, she already knew Valencia and Dusty very well; yet she was still learning things about them, her own sister too though. They were growing up, it was just that. Gasping, Vannah laughed and quickly raced across the kitchen. Grabbing the doorframe to stop her from going further and peeked far out into the hall; making sure Dusty was gone before running full speed back towards Vee. "Eeek! What did he say?!" She squealed, somehow managing to keep her balance and halt at the same time without ending up on the floor.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Valencia looked through Hannah's letter to her; a small smile played at her lips as she read about her cousin's trainings to be a Healer. She made a mental to note to show that to Emmy later. She, of course, would appreciate it. Also, Hannah had mentioned something about her older sister's boyfriend. She had heard of the man, but she had never met him properly. Apparently the two were quite serious. Maybe she was writing to tell them about him? Maybe Nik was writing to talk about him as well, seeing as the three worked together. She shrugged. It was a mystery until the adults opened the letters. Axel smiled widely and wrapped his arms around Emmylyne. "Anything we can do to make our baby come any faster?" he chuckled, rubbing her stomach once more. He then nodded, knowing exactly what Dusty had been so eager to leave about. "I bet they started talking about that Vega kid again." He too said it with the same gruffness his little brother had. He wasn't exactly on the bandwagon for Vee to be dating, but there was little he could do about it. She was now legal, at least in their world. Vee quickly ripped open the letter and read every word. Her sea green eyes grew wider and wider as she read his perfect writing. "Oh my gosh! His father was invited to a ball at the ministry and he wants me to 'accompany him as his date'!" she squealed, quoting the letter. "Should I go?" Obviously, she knew what Savannah's response was going to be. Dusty's and Axel's..well, that was another story. "You two have mail!" she yelled into the living room. She had heard the two talking for a couple minutes and now she only wanted to get Emmy into the room so she could motion to the letter. She wasn't ready for Axel to know about it yet. "Care to join me in the kitchen dear?" Axel asked, holding out his arm for her after her heard the velvety voice of his sister. He stood and led her in, immediately grabbing the letter off the counter that was addressed to him. "Oh it's from Chloe," he said happily as he tore it open. "Oh my lord...she's engaged!" he said excitedly. Now, all he needed was to know who the lucky man was and how Finn felt about him. |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Savannah was always terrible at hiding her excitement, on impulse she started jumping around squealing. Her ocean blue eyes widened at the sound of more voices, quickly she stopped and accidentally tripped; this time landing hard on her bottom with a hand clapped over her mouth to make sure no noise came out.
Hearring the nearring footsteps, Vannah shook her head, yes, frantically to Vee. "Yes! Yes, Yes, yes!" She whispered back and again, settling, she smiled up at her brother-in-law and sister. Reading over Ax's arm, Emmy beamed. "Aw, that's wonderful! First comes Ashton Chase, now Chlo's getting married."
Glancing earth toned eyes towards Savannah, sitting casually on the floor now, then to Valencia; She noticed what her sister was pointing to. The letter, in Vee's hand. Giving brief dismissive nod, She turned her gaze back to the man standing beside her.
Emmylyne took the comment he had just spoke moments before into consideration, "Axel..Dearling..I'm afraid not, they'll come when their ready. And yes; two, not one." Smiling mischiviously almost, The young woman slipped her hand away from his. "And, on that note. You chew on that bit of information, while I go have my woman to women talk with the girls, hmm?"

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad "Goodness Savs!" Valencia squealed. She could swear that her sister was more excited than she was. Vee was more nervous at what Axel and Dusty would say. Yes, Dusty was two years younger than her, but she still cared what he thought. He was her brother after all. Axel nodded as he read the very enthusiastic letter from his dear cousin. She seemed to be having the time of her life with this guy, not to mention her 'best friend Nik'. Apparently the two were getting along quite well, which made him happy. Good, someone to watch her when Finn or me isn't there, he thought. "Gavin Watkins...sounds like a nice guy," he said a bit sarcastically. He'd just have to wait and meet him. "Wait...what?!" Two? Twins? His wife was going to have two babies? He couldn't speak because he was so much in shock. Instead, he sat down in the chair Dusty had vacated only moments ago. His hands absently went through his messy brown hair as his mouth twisted into a smile. "Sure, sure...go ahead..." He was still breathless, but hey, that was a lot of information to take in. Vee giggled and grabbed both Emmy's hand and Savannah's, who was still in a fit of giggles. She quickly guided them up to the room she shared with her sister and plopped down on her bed. "I got a letter from Cisco!" she said excitedly, holding it up for the both of them to read. She really was excited about the ball she was to attend, but the only thing was...what would she wear?
She was probably most excited that he had asked her, only because she knew of another girl on their street who also had a thing for him. But if that girl found out, she probably wouldn't be too happy with her. That was her problem though. Cisco just happened to pick her instead. "What am I going to wear?!" she asked the two as she stood up and ran to her closet. This was definitely going to be a challenge. "More importantly, how am I going to tell my brothers?" |

| Fortress of Brilliance ღ Mommy Quad Being the last one in, Savannah closed the door behind her. Running, she jumped ontop of her bed, not intending to fall off at the same time and land on the fine wood floor again although she did. This time it wasn't marble though, that was a plus.. "I'm fine," She chirped and bounced back into her pillows; between now and ten years ago, nothing had changed. Savannah was, and always would be: abit of a klutz.
After reading the letter, Emmylyne handed it to Vina; slowly strolling over to Vee, she slid her hands from her pockets and placed them on the young woman's shoulders. "How serious do you hope you two will become, Valencia?" She asked softly, her lips curving up graciously into a small smile. Thinking back, she could vaguely remember a tiny little girl running down the hall of an old home, with a even tinnier little boy close behind. It honestly still shocked her Axel's baby sister wasn't a baby anymore, far from it, she was a young woman. "If you'd like, I might have an old dress that would fit you. Either way we could make do with what we've got here, there's not enough time to go shopping now." Emmy paused, walking over to the open window where sunlight came through; filling the room with a goldenish glow.
Seeing Lainie wandering around below, Ems muffled a giggle. It seemed her daughter was pacing around, talking to herself, playing or something. Emmy turned her attention back to the two girls, and spoke once more. "Don't worry about your brother's..Axel will have to understand, we were your age not long ago and your not a child anymore. In our care, yes. But your a responsible young adult now and with that comes abit more supervised freedom. We'll set ground rules that are fair, and the boy's should be okay from there." "Iono if Mommy and Daddy awe home yet..Aun Vee and Vina and Un Dus is inchawge.." Lainie was saying, her whisper trailing off as she paced back and forth infront of one of the extremely large bushes, that was right near a patch of trees, leading to another part of their fairly large land.
A russling of leaves and a harshly low sound was barely heard but Lainie nodded, frowning.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Alexander James Wright First Year | Elder Quad Valencia giggled lightly as Savannah, of course, was a klutz. Her sea green eyes the fixated on Emmylyne. "Erm...I'm not sure. He's such a nice guy. And I really like him a lot." She paused and bit her bottom lip in thought as she looked at her hands. She then looked up and smiled. "Hopefully serious. I really like him." Her face turned a deep shade of magenta as she looked at her two sisters. "He's really cute," she giggled. "Oh that would be perfect!" she said with a nod. She had absolutely no dresses, seeing as Axel never got invited for anything that had to do with the Ministry. Then again, he had wanted nothing to do with them in the first place. "At least I have you two. I don't know what I'd do if we weren't all under the same roof. I'd be on lock down if it were up to just Axel...with the help of Dusty of course," she chuckled. She was quite relieved that she had other girls in the house. She would probably go crazy otherwise. "And I can always play the 'I'm of age now' card," she said with a nod. She technically didn't have to live with them, but there was no way she'd buy an apartment of her own. She didn't even have a job yet! Let alone she didn't want to leave her family until she was going to get married. Finally heaving enough strength to pull himself up, Axel walked out into the backyard to see what Lainie was up to. He heard her talking, whispering almost. Furrowing his brow, he walked over to the little girl and knelt down. "Who're ya talkin' to Laih?" he asked, running his fingers through his brown hair. "Oh yeah, I wanted to talk to you about something too." It was like he was talking to an adult because she was so smart. He chuckled lightly at this then proceeded on. "Um...your mother will be having twins, two babies, in a few months." He paused, waiting for her reaction. What he hoped was for her to be happy, but with his luck she'd just be plain angry. |
