Lupin didn't like it when Elizabeth took the toy away. The five year old started to pout and plopped down onto the floor. He was bored now and didn't have anything fun to do while he waited so he just sat there pouting, putting wrinkles in his nice little ring bearer's suit.

Thomas smiled gently and nodded at Sky's sister. He was glad that they had found one of the important items for Sky so that they could possibly get the wedding started on time. Once she had gone and James' wife came out, Thomas bowed slightly to her before saying hello. "Good morn', Serena." He said greeting James' wife. He had met her before when he first met James.

Benjy was still as nervous as ever, especially when they couldn't find something for Sky. Once Caroline had gotten the hairpiece back, Benjy gave her a slight smile. He did the same when Serena came out to say hello. When she came all the way up towards the front of the room to talk, Benjy stood up nice and straight, only relaxing when she turned her attention to him. "Oh.. no ma'am. He's been perfectly realistic." The redhead commented, giving a smile to his soon to be mother and father-in-law.

When Elizabeth called out to him, Benjy turned towards her. "Just give them something to do... most of the time they just are bored."

Eliza gave Benjy a look then sighed at Lupin. She picked him off and dusted him off. Eliza used a spell to unwrine his clothes. "How about you guys help me to... Ummm... Check outdoors for..." She had no clue what she was doing, "For things..."

James smirked at his daughter, she was more worried than when she got married. He gave a wave back when she realized that she was going back into the room. He knew the signal and he was patiently waiting. As his wife exited the room a bigger smile appeared on his safe, seeing her each day it just blew him away. "Hi Sweetie." When hearing her he looked at her with a fake hurt look. Him hurt him? No maybe scare but that was all he could do. He waited for Benjy to answer. Choose words wisely boy... That's what his look said. He already knew he scared him. After hearing Benjy's words his face softened. "See honey I didn't harm him in any way."

Sky smiled as her sister put the hairpiece in her hair. It was one thing she wanted to wear. She was complete she had something old, something new
Something borrowed, something blue. She never really thought she would be the type of bride to want to complete the tradition but she did, just like her sister had and both of her moms. She smiled as she reached for the door but only cracked it so her hand could go out and then she waved. The sign her father had came up with. Yeah dad...Keeping it simple. She took a glance over at her sister and fixed Caroline's hair and said "Can you believe I am getting married?"

As James continued to glance at the door, he was getting nervous and excited. He wanted it to come, he had gotten like this at Caroline's wedding to. Which had happily celebrated their third anniversary on the 29th, which just so happened to be the day that he and Katie were married on. Just as the memory came to him she saw the hand. He took a glance towards Eliza as she spoke, great timing Sky, the kids were just leaving. He spoke to Eliza, "Excuse me, but there will be no need for the children to play. It is time for my daughter and Mr.Benjy to become one." He walked over to the kids "Okay I need the flower girl and the ring bearers to come with me, we have to go to the bride." As he waited for the kids to come with him he let his hands drop when they were ready they could grab his hands and they would be off to the brides room where they would wait for everyone else to get ready.

Kylie hadn't even left the room while the whole wedding thing had gotten started. She had gotten there got her dress and made her way towards the room where they would be getting ready. And Sky had told them right away to get ready before her.

To be honest Sky and Kylie had only met a couple times but before she had moved to Britain Kylie and Sky were kinda like pin pals, Kylie all the way in Australia and Sky there in Britain. She wasn't shocked that Sky had asked her but it was still a surprise.

Kylie smiled and said "You are a beautiful bride!"

Benjy started fidgeting as his future father-in-law announced that it was almost time for the ceremony to start. He turned to his stepfather and had him make sure that the tuxedo looked nice and sharp, ready for the most important moment of his life so far. Once Thomas had checked to make sure he looked good, the tall redhead took his position at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the platform. Taking a deep breath, trying to calm himself, the hit wizard turned his gaze towards the door where his bride awaited.

Lupin continued to frown as Eliza picked him up and dusted him off. It was only when Sky's father said it was time, that the five year old grinned. He ran over towards James and instead of taking his hand, Lupin grabbed James' leg. "Do I see Sky now?" He asked, grinning a little kid grin.

Lily stood up from the place she was sitting and brushed the dust off her dress. Then, she quietly made her way over to stand next to James. Rather than taking his hand, however, she just stood next to him, waiting for Lucas to come over and probably do the same thing that Lupin was doing.

Elizabeth just rolled her eyes at James and made sure the kids followed him. She went to her place and gave Benjy a comforting smile as he fidgeted.

James smiled as the little ones took hold of his hands...And legs. He noted the roll of the eyes, the Elizabeth person would just have to deal that he was taking the kids now.

He patted Lupin on the head. "Yes, now we see Sky!" Lily the little girl didn't take his hand which was fine with him. He waited for the last little one to come, he knew that Nerida and Sarassi were in the room with Sky. Lucas the last one to arrive did the same as Lupin, it was fine with him living with Caroline and Sky those two little girls did the same thing.

He started to walk with the boys still on his legs he motioned for Lily to follow. He opened the door only so far as Lily and him could enter. He waited for Lily to enter before he entered himself and quickly shutting the door behind him.

Before her father and the little ones entered the room she had messed with both Nerida and Sarassi. Hearing Kylie she smiled and said "Thank you, and you are a beauty yourself." Giving a little wink.

James entered the room and she smiled at her dad and the kiddos. "Daddy! Lucas, Lupin, and Lily! Aww you guys look wonderful! Ready to finally get started, who knew getting ready would take so long!!"

James handed the basket filled with flowers to Lily, the flower girl. And a cute little pillow to each of the ring bearers. "Everybody ready? First the brides maids, then the ring bearers and then the flower girl. And lastly my princess and me."

Sky smiled and waited until it was time for her turn to leave the room. After everyone had left she took her dads hand and asked him if he was ready. Her dad put her veil over her face and said "Ready as I will ever be." He put her arm through his and exited the room.

It's May of 2081 ic. Summer is on it's way and life is in full swing for the Doherty's.

Benjy had come home from work early so that he could get the loft ready for his surprise date night for Sky when she came home from work. Or at least hopefully it would be a surprise. Lately, Sky hadn't seemed to be surprised by anything. It was like she knew Benjy's move before he even had the chance to make it. Not that it was a bad thing.

The tall redhead had set the small table in their dining space with the best dishes he had as well as placing some small candles and flowers as the centerpiece. He had the meal in the oven, keeping warm until it was time for them to eat. In the fridge was a special treat for dessert, and Benjy did his best to make the loft warm and inviting, even if it was a little small for 3 people to live in...

Work was good and she was ready to come home, she hadn't seen Benjy at work. She had looked around the whole second floor but she could not find him. With the thought that Benjy was working somewhere else or maybe he had gone home...Without her.

She had seen him an hour before it was time to leave so he had to have left somewhere in there.

The Blonde had the worst time trying to find her keys despising she left them at the ministry she apparated back there and picked up her keys. Once again arriving at her front door she unlocked the door and was engulfed by the warmth and smell of food she smiled.

Seeing the redheaded she wrapped him into a hug "There you are what is all this?" She hadn't expected this so it was a surprise to come home to this.

It seemed like every minute he was checking the clock to see how soon his wife should be coming through the door. When she was later than usual, he had half a mind to go out looking for her. Just as he was about to go get his hat, he heard the scratching sound of the key in the door. She was finally home!!

Grinning like a stupid kid looking at his love, Benjy wrapped his wife in a huge return hug. "Of course I'm here.... where you looking for me?" He asked pulling back from the hug so he could see her face. When he saw the surprised look he turned so that he was standing right next to her, with one hand on her back and the other taking the stuff from her hands. "This.... is the start to our date night. We haven't had one in a while so I wanted to give you one." He said with a warm smile before going to go put her stuff down so that they could get started. He was hungry after all...

Sky smiled and nodded. "Yes. We always meet up by the fountain. Or was that just a couple of times? " Date Night? She liked the sounds of that. She released her grip from her stuff as Benjy took hold of them. She looks around, "It looks amazing." She wondered if this was because he had news....No Benjy was just sweet one of the reasons why she loved him.

Benjy nodded slowly. Riiight... they had been meeting at the fountain so they could come home together. Only he couldn't do that today in order to get the date set up. "Right... I forgot about that today, hun. I was just focused on all the stuff I had to do at work before I could leave that I didn't get to send you a message." Or he just didn't want to ruin the surprise... which was still waiting. The redhead let Sky take a seat while he put her stuff away and pulled out the dinner from the oven.

Sitting down across from Sky after feeding the puppy, Benjy started dishing out the meal. He would let Sky eat before he got into the serious talk that he wanted to have, because that could always do that over dessert.

Sky smiled, Forgot? Uh huh. "It was probably good otherwise I would so know what was going on." Yeap Benjy, would give it away. Sitting down as Benjy took her stuff, reminded her later she would have to sign those forms for the love potion test. But that could wait they were having a date night and Benjy had put so much effort and time she would sign them later...And turn them into Isobel.

As Benjy dished out the meal, she smiled, "Cook this yourself? Looks delicious." Giving a wink a wink as she spoke. This was nice, she looked over at Benjy..Was he planning something??

Benjy kinda smirked at his wife's response. She knew him too well for him to be able to get away with anything. So rather than saying anything he just continued to dish up the meal, his favorite, steak and mashed potatoes with steamed green beans. When his wife asked him if he had cooked it, the redhead nodded. "Yep, all made just how you like it. It's your favorite." He commented back, with an equally playful wink. He knew that she knew that this was his favorite meal, so he decided to be playful about it.

Sitting down finally, now that everything had been served, Benjy started eating, stopping every now and again just to gaze lovingly at his wife while she ate. Every time he stopped, he would put his utensils down and look like he was about to start talking, but never did start talking. He would just gaze at her, trying to build up the courage to talk.

Sky smiled. Steak and mashed potatoes....Wasn't this his favorite? And some of hers, she loved mashed potatoes! "Yum, seems perfect! My favorite?..." She gave another playful wink before taking her fork and starting to eat. Every few seconds she would see Benjy place his utensils down and looked like he was going to start speaking...

Was he scared to speak to her or something? She raised an eyebrow, "Are you trying to say something? Or savoring every last bite!" She chuckled and smiled seeing again him put down his utensils and look at her...Few more stares and she would have sworn something was happening behind her.

Benjy nodded at his wife's comments about the meal. Of course it was her favorite... wasn't it? The redhead wasn't too focused on that at the moment. He was much more interested in what he wanted to say to her.

Which she had noticed... Was it really that obvious that he was nervous about saying this one thing? Choking down another bite, he glanced at her again, took a deep breath and blurted out what he had wanted to say for weeks but was waiting for the right moment to say it. "Iwannahavekidswithyou.... like start with one, maybe two and see how it goes. I.... I just wanna be a dad." There... he felt better now, though he was worried about what she would say. Maybe she didn't want kids and they would be driven apart. Or maybe she was already pregnant and just hadn't told him yet. Or maybe there was some other secret that he didn't know about and they would have to deal with it. Either way, he was nervous to hear what she would say.

Sky munched on her food...What if the thing that he wanted to say was bad? Maybe thats why he was so nervous because he had something to hide... Well hopefully he would hurry up and tell her otherwise she would start to get worried. Where she would start asking questions lots of questions, like an interrogation, questioning him. After hearing what he said she gave a breath of relief. She had thought it was going to be way worse than that. "Really?! Me too! I have always wanted to be a mom! I....I just needed to find the right person, and now I have." she smiled as she grabbed his hand. "Why were you so nervous? Think I'd say I didn't want kids? Or was it something far worse?" She gave him a wink and smiled. Perhaps it was the very thing that she had thought it was...

Benjy breathed a huge sigh with Sky's reply. They could be parents soon and have little kids running around the house. Benjy beamed with gladness, showing that he was very excited and happy about the idea of having a family.

"I... I was just afraid that you.... that you would say no..." He whispered the last word, glancing down at his plate, embarrassed that he would even think that. Of course she would want kids. She was already a great role model for all the children in their life. He needed to trust her more and believe in her true self more. Benjy didn't even look up and he nearly pulled his hand out of hers, still ashamed that he would even think those things about his wife.

Sky smiled at Benjy letting out a laugh, "If we would have met and got married six yours ago yeah I would have said no because I was still in the thinking that all kids were just like my little brothers and sisters but after spending time with my eleven year old goddaughter it made me realize that thats what I wanted. What I want is little ones running around the house making me go crazy and wondering how I am ever going to survive. And I think its great that I have found someone who wants the same thing...?"
She gave his hand a squeeze before saying "So it was like in a way your body was telling you what you feared most." Maybe that would make him stop feeling so ashamed it wasn't like he had said straight off that she didn't want kids it was only that small gut worrying feeling that he had.
"So what do you want? Like a daughter or a son? Both?" she asked with curiosity in her tone.

Benjy listened to his wife explain her thoughts before giving a bit of a smile. "Yeah... I guess it was telling me what I feared most." He had always wanted to be a father at some point so it definitely helped knowing that at this point, his wife wanted to have kids too.

"What do I want?... I dunno... I just want a kid, at least one maybe more. Whether it's a boy or girl, I would be ecstatic." Benjy said with a huge grin this time, giving his wife an extra squeeze of the hand. "What about you? Do you want a boy or a girl? How many do you want?" Beginning to shovel food in his mouth again, the redhead listened intently. It was important stuff, but then again so was food and he was hungry.

Sky smiled relieved that Benjy was not so nervous, ashamed what ever the man had been feeling. He didn't know. She gave a chuckle before letting him finish speaking. "Ah." that was just the perfect thing to say. "What about me? Hmm..." she had thought about this like forever, every little girl knew what their dream wedding was and how many kids they wanted. "I would love a girl but if I get a boy that would be cool too. Um I don't know how many I guess where ever life takes us is how many. All I know is that I will love them." The them meant more than one!

Seeing him stuff his face she gave another laugh before eating herself.

ooc. The year is 2082. It's spring and the buds on the trees are plentiful. The birds are back and are chirping as the young are just hatching. It's just the right time for new life...

Benjy was late coming home from work one afternoon. It was one of his days to watch Lupin during the day so he had to bring the six year old home to the Potter's house before being able to get back to the loft. After tapping his wand on the door handle to unlock it, he came inside the house and locked the door again. Then tossing his briefcase on a chair, the redhead hung up his suit-jacket in the closet.

Running his hand through his hair, Benjy called out to his wife, who was supposed to have gotten home before him. "Sky, honey! I'm home." The redhead gave a bit of a smile while waiting for his lovely wife to answer. He needed dinner soon.

Sky smiled a big grin as she heard Benjy walk up to the door. She would recognize that sound anywhere. She really quick fixed her hair and her dress then looked at everything. Where was the present? She looked around and saw it on her chair. She stood and waited.

Eh that looked to weird quickly she went and sat down on one of their chairs. Yes more cozy and nice. Make it seem like everything was awesome. Just as she sat down the door opened and the familiar sound of a lock followed by the briefcase was the signal Benjy was home. "In here Hun." she called out.

Oh she was so happy about the whole thing. And the way she would tell him was so cute! She was told the same way except she was being told she was going to be a big sister... At the time though she hated the news and she remembered telling her parents to return it she didn't need another sister or brother. And a few doors were slammed after that. Now hopefully Benjy acted differently.

Benjy loosened his silver and green striped tie and unbuttoned his top button of his dark green shirt so he could be more comfortable before closing the closet door and walking into the lounge area where he had heard his wife call from. Leaning in next to his wife, he gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Hiya... did you have a good day?" He asked without even taking notice to the present or his wife's exceptionally happy face. He plopped down in the seat next to her just as Lulu came over to come say hi to her owner now that he was home from work. "So what's for dinner? Or should we order pizza?"

Sky smiled, did she have a good day. Well if it wasn't apparent by her face her day was good. She shook that out of her head and answered Benjy, "My day was good. Work...Doctor...And now home..." Lets just see if that made him think and then present time. She gave Lulu a tiny pet before thinking of dinner. "Yes, pizza sounds good." Pizza was always yummy!
