After a few long moments of just admiring the sight before her in a comfortable silence, Vianna pecked Ferris's lips gently and lowered her head, resting it comfortably on the young man's chest. It was like he was her own little bed, on top of the real bed. She lay there comfortably in silence for a couple more moments before asking, "Are you tired, Professor?"

Ferris returned the gentle peck Vianna placed on his lips lovingly for the moment it lasted, admiring the sight of her as she then rested her head on his chest, laying on him as though he was her own personal bed. He gave the warmest of smiles at this, unable to help but feel completely and totally content as he brought up one of his hands from her waist to stroke her hair lovingly, gently as he listened to her ask if he was tired. "Not really," he murmured softly, honestly, "But I had a nap earlier," he reminded her with a soft chuckle, a sound that shook his chest gently and therefore the both of them rocked just slightly. "Are you tired, gem?" he asked as he kissed her forehead sweetly.

"Oh, yeah," Vianna muttered in realization as Ferris reminded her that he'd had a nap. She chuckled softly along with him, before the young man then asked if she was tired. "A bit, yeah," she confessed softly. But she hadn't had a nap that day, and Julia had both her and Airi running all around Rome (it was hard to keep up with her fast-paced catwalk and so Vianna had to spend most of her time running rather than just walking). She lifted her head just slightly, with the intentions of pecking her husband's lips. But she was too comfortable and too lazy to move a little further up so she could reach his lips, so instead she ended up placing a peck kiss on his chin instead. "Are you excited to go back home?" she asked him, returning her head to his chest.

Ferris gave a faint, rather sympathetic smile as Vianna mentioned that she was a bit tired, completely understanding that the whole shopping experience must've worn her out quite a bit. "My poor gem, having to run around shopping of all things," he murmured softly with a small chuckle, kissing her forehead sweetly. But he didn't like that she had to go spend the afternoon doing something she never really enjoyed in the first place (one of the many things he loved about his wife, her lack of love for shopping), with Julia of all people. He pulled her a bit closer, relaxing into the comfortable mattress just as he felt a peck kiss on his chin. He glanced down just in time to see her tuck her head back to rest on his chest, and the warmest of smiles crossed his pale features, loving when she didn't feel like reaching his lips and instead went for his chin; it was so sweet to him. But he didn't say anything, merely kissing her forehead once more as he listened to her ask if he was excited to go back home. He thought for a moment, letting out a sigh as his brown eyes scanned the blanket around them. "I miss Gabe," he admitted softly in response, flashing a weak smile, "It's hard not to miss that little guy..." he murmured softly, thoughtfully before continuing, "But...I dunno, I like having all of this time with you, just spending it with my favourite person..." he admitted with a smile, kissing the top of her head sweetly. "I don't want to get back and then lose all of this just because we're so busy..." he continued thoughtfully. "I want to be able to come home and lay like this with you and just...relax, y'know?"

Vianna listened quietly and attentively as Ferris explained to her how he missed their little boy, but he also enjoyed having all this free, worry-free time with her. "I feel the same way," she confessed softly. But it was true, she also missed their little baby boy, she missed that bright smile of his, his adorable little dimples, the way he muttered incoherently when he imitated them, pretending like he could speak and hold a conversation as well. It was the most adorable thing the girl had ever witnessed. But at the same time, she loved all this time she was getting to spend with her husband, she loved being able to just lay down with him and relax and not worry about a thing in the world. "Well, the good thing about this is that next month we can do it all over again," she announced with a grin that was invisible to the young man beneath her, as she was still resting her head on his chest, her lightly tanned expression facing the darkness surrounding them.

Ferris gave a warm smile as Vianna announced the good thing about this situation; that they could do it all over again next month. "There's my gem," he murmured softly with a light chuckle, once more referencing how she always seemed to look on the positive side of things. "Always brightening up our situation," he murmured lovingly, the hand on her back absentmindedly stroking her spine while he rested his other hand on her beautiful long hair, gently stroking through her soft long hair, something he'd always admired about her. He kissed her forehead lovingly for what must've been the fiftieth time that night, holding her close as he relaxed completely back into the sheets, a soft smile on his expression. "Mon bijou..."

Vianna gave a soft, brief chuckle as Ferris explained how she always brightened up their situation, flattered as always that her husband could still see her in that same light he did when they were just teenagers, when they were always frightened but she'd made it her job to cheer him up, to remind him of the positive bits of their otherwise completely negative situation. She smiled warmly as he muttered her nickname in French, something that always got her to melt away each time she heard it. It was so comfortable beneath the covers, completely cozy and warm, in the company of the person she loved most, and the girl couldn't help growing a bit sleepy as they just lay there in silence, completely comfortable and carefree. After a few long moments of silence, the girl yawned softly, and she seemed to cuddle up slightly. However, it was one thing to cuddle up beside her husband, and something completely different to cuddle up right on him. The latter was uncomfortable, because she had no one beside her, and so she rolled off him then and settled beside him instead, curling up beside him the way she so often did, fitting beside him perfectly, like she had been made specifically to fit there flawlessly.

OOC: Thirty minutes?... I mean... THIRTY MINUTES HAS BEEN STOLEN BY THE DEMANDER OF MINUTES! She makes her return!

Despite the fact that he hadn't been particularly tired, the young man couldn't help but find himself growing just slightly sleepy underneath the covers with his favourite person so near, drifting into comfortable silence and simply listening to the light wind. He smiled to himself at the sound of his wife giving out the most adorable of yawns, widening slightly as he felt her slide off in him just to cuddle up into his side. He hadn't been able to appreciate the simple act of his wife cuddling up to him in what felt like ages, but now that he had a moment to reflect on it, his heart grew warm and melted at the feel of her moving up as close as she could to him. He rolled just slightly onto his side so he could better fit next to her, his arms still wrapped around her waist as they fell into the shapes of the puzzle pieces that they were, fitting flawlessly together once his arms were around her and she'd cuddled up into him. "Goodnight gem," he murmured softly, leaning down just barely through the darkness to plant a sweet, warm kiss to her lips for a moment, soft on her rosy lips before breaking apart and pulling her a bit closer.

Vianna didn't remember closing her eyes, perhaps because it was so dark under the covers that it felt like her eyes were closed even when they weren't, but they were closed for good now, as the drowsiness very slowly began to take over, leaving the girl wanting nothing more than to fall into a deep, long, peaceful sleep. She was still awake enough to feel the young man beside her moving, though, and she smiled warmly as their shapes began to match perfectly and her husband spoke, wishing her a goodnight. "Good night, Professor," the girl replied softly returning the peck kiss he placed on her lips for the brief second it lasted, consciousness slowly leaving her until she was completely asleep, unaware of her surroundings anymore.

It wasn't all that long after Vianna fell into a peaceful sleep that the young man beside her began to get more and more drowsy, his breathing evening out as he allowed his dark brown eyes to close. He let out a small yawn as he brought Vianna just a bit closer, fully enveloping her in his chest as he slowly began to drift off into a peaceful sleep, his mind filling up with thoughts of the day they'd just shared together. He drifted over the expression Vianna had when she first saw the necklace she gave him, of their little tumble on the bridge... It was all perfect to the young man, and he smiled softly to himself as he finally fell asleep.

Vianna awoke the following morning to the sounds of large crowds and activity going on outside in the piazza (the balcony doors had been left open, allowing these sounds to enter the room as quiet whispers), only to find, to her surprise, that she wasn't quite where she had been when she'd fallen asleep. The night before, she remembered clearly having fallen asleep beside her husband, under the covers of the bed. This morning, however, she was above the covers, with no sheets or blankets covering her. As her blue eyes fluttered open and consciousness returned to her, the girl was able to understand why she was like this. It was hot in the room. The night had taken its chilly breeze away with it, and the sun had arrived to burn brighter than ever on the Italian city, making the room a lot warmer than it had been the night before. Vianna must've kicked the covers off herself in her sleep or something, in the hopes of freshening up and avoiding the suffocation of being under the heavy covers in a hot morning.

The girl yawned sleepily to herself, taking a moment to stretch her arms and stare up at the painted ceiling absentmindedly for a few moments before turning, smiling warmly at the sight of her husband there at her side. She felt tempted to come a little closer to him (they had separated for a couple feet throughout the night) and sneak kisses to his peaceful expression, but she was feeling too lazy to move at the moment, still in a state where she was neither asleep or fully awake yet. So instead she just watched him, admiring his features quietly with the warmest of smiles on her lightly tanned face.

Ferris's mind didn't seem to want to wake up just yet, his art of heavy-sleeping helping him to drown out the noise of the busy city streets outside their balcony. The only real difference between the boy now and the boy when he'd fallen asleep (besides the fact that his covers were gone and Vianna was a couple feet away) was the fact that somehow his Nordoff's shirt had come off and he now rested shirtless in the sheets with his plaid pajama pants. Apparently, due to the heat, he'd woken up somehow in the middle of the night and groggily threw off his shirt in the attempt at getting a bit cooler, and had slept more contentedly throughout the night because of it. It was odd, not having to wake up at least three times to tend to Gabe in the middle of the night, but extraordinarily nice for the young man who enjoyed his sleep like nothing else.

As Vianna woke up just a couple feet away from him, the young man remained blissfully asleep, his pale upper body exposed despite the fact that the rest of him was tangled up in the sheets and blankets, his dark brown curls touseled and falling just barely into his peaceful, freshly-shaven expression. He could've kept on sleeping without disturbance had it not been for a stray piece of dust making its way over towards his nose, forcing the young man to scrunch up his expression just slightly, sniffing a couple times before letting out a little sneeze and a sigh. He sunk back into the sheets once more after this little act, letting out a bit of a yawn as he returned to his peaceful state, a hand coming up to absentmindedly scratch his chest as he drifted off into sleep once more.

Vianna watched with amused and endeared sparkling crystal blue eyes as Ferris's expression scrunched up slightly in that way it often did whenever he was about to sneeze; and just a moment later, surely enough, he let out a sneeze that echoed all around the large room. The girl giggled lightly at this, and she almost felt herself melting right then and there (not because of the heat). He reminded her of someone an awful lot when he did that. Gabe. The little one acted the exact same way when he was about to sneeze during his sleep. He made the exact same little face, then he'd let out the most adorable of little sneezes, and then he'd yawned sleepily just like his father had done. It was the most adorable thing in the planet, and for a moment there, Vianna felt like she was looking not necessarily at her husband, but rather at an adult version of her son. It was weird, but the resemblance between the two at that one brief moment was impossible not to see.

Feeling a little more awake now, Vianna scooted closer to her husband, until she was laying right beside him, on her side. She watched him quietly for the next couple moments, admiringly, her blue eyes roaming over his peaceful expression, down to his bare shoulders and the rest of his torso. A more mischievous sparkle came to her eyes at that moment. She brought up her left hand, and (assuming that Ferris was sleeping face-down, but correct me if I'm wrong) allowed its slender fingers to travel down the young man's bare back, just like she had done the night before when he was holding her over one of his shoulders. Vianna bit at her bottom lip to keep herself from giggling, and tore her gaze away from her hand and to his peaceful sleeping expression instead, her fingers going back and forth all along his back, deviously waiting to see if he'd notice and react, or if he was so deep asleep that he wouldn't notice even that.

OOC: He was kinda on his side, but it doesn't really matter! We can say he just sort of rolled over after his sneeze. & awww the resemblance between Gabe and his daddy.

Ferris was too deep asleep to wake up from the feel of Vianna's hand on his back, but that didn't mean that he didn't feel it, he just didn't wake up. As soon as he felt her smooth touch on his bare skin, his eyebrows rose just slightly, attentive in some way or another as her fingers began to travel down his back, and a warm sort of goofy grin spread across his features as he let out a soft, "Mmmm..." His muscles relaxed, evident to see in his pale back, the defined shoulder blades sinking down a bit more, the skin on his lower back covered in goosebumps as he didn't seem to register that his wife was doing this in real life, that she was probably watching him. "..that's...nice.." he murmured in a soft sigh as he kept on sleeping, unaware that he was speaking at all.

Vianna couldn't hold in her giggles anymore. Ferris had begun to grin goofily at her and speak, and she was completely sure that despite all the signs he was showing, he was definitely still deep asleep. Her giggles echoed lightly in the large room, and there was amusement sparkling brightly in her blue eyes as she watched husband relax, her blue eyes then traveling over to her fingers, able to see that the poor young man now had goosebumps on his back. She gave a soft chuckle now, far too amused by how he was able to react to her touch even when he was asleep, and chances were he'd probably not remember this when he woke up, or he'd just assume it had been part of a dream.

Vianna was beginning to find she liked doing this. It was soothing in a way, kind of like when he passed his hands over her back absentmindedly; it was a relaxing gesture, both to the person receiving it and the person awarding it. Eventually her smile began to fade and she was left with a more thoughtful expression, absentmindedly watching her husband with endearment as he continued to grin and mumble. This was their last day in Rome, and it made the girl a little sad, but at the same time she was excited to be with their precious baby boy again, to hold him tight and cover his adorable little face with kisses. It had only been a day since she'd last see him, but it felt so much longer, like it had been weeks.

After a few long moments just thinking and daydreaming, Vianna leaned in toward the young man at her side and pecked his lips gently, her hand still absentmindedly moving on his back. She wondered vaguely what time it was, but she was too lazy to sit up and look past her husband to the bedside table (they'd ended up switching places, and she had ended up asleep on what was usually his side of the bed, viceversa; and the clock was on the side that was usually hers).

Ferris remained in his sleeping state for a good few long minutes, merely enjoying the feel of his wife's fingers on his pale back, loving how soothing it was on his pale skin, how relaxing it felt. Though he couldn't really register fully that this was actually happening, assuming it was just a part of his dream, a sweet little present for him from his subconcious, allowing him to fully relax into the sheets as he admired the warm touch on his skin. But after a while, his mind was slowly beginning to realize how real this feeling was, his sense of touch was actually being used in real life, and so slowly but surely he was beginning to lift out of his subconcious state.

He was still incredibly sleepy, however, and his brown eyes remained shut, admiring the feel of her fingers on his back, when suddenly Vianna leaned in and pecked his lips, creating a sweet kiss he couldn't help but return even in his half-asleep state. He returned it as lovingly as he could, though his reaction was a bit groggy, his brown eyes still shut as he let out a long sigh and rolled onto his side, facing her. "Gem..." he muttered softly, seventy-five percent still asleep, brown eyes closed as he reached an arm out to find her but failing miserably.

Vianna was absentmindedly watching her husband, though her mind was elsewhere, as he continued sleeping merrily. She was a little startled when, suddenly, he rolled onto his side and her hand slipped from his back, over the side of his waist, and onto the sheets of the bed. She smiled with amusement as he called out to her sleepily, reaching out to find her, but he was still too sleepy and disoriented to tell where exactly she was. Vianna giggled lightly, far too amused by her sleepy husband, and the hand that had once been on his back was now taking the hand on the arm he had used to reach out to her. She pulled his hand gently and led it over to her waist, so it rested there comfortably. Her hand released his own then and she placed both her hands beneath the side of her face, using them as pillows as she merely watched her sleepy husband with amusement, wondering vaguely what he'd do next in his sleepy state.

Ferris couldn't help but smile slightly in his sleepy state as his hand miraculously found its way to her waist comfortably, seeming to be unaware that his wife had been behind this. "Mmm..." he muttered softly as he took in the feel of her just a foot or so away, his hand moving beneath the bottom of her shirt just to rest comfortably on her bare back, adoring the feel of her smooth skin under his palm. His thumb absentmindedly stroked her lightly tanned skin, his hand moving a little closer to her side so his thumb could stroke the top of her hip. And then, as though this was the most logical thing on the planet, he brought his other arm over to her waist in order to suddenly pull her over to him entirely, quickly enveloping her into his embrace, his arms creating the warmest of cages around her as he helped to curl her into his broad chest. "...you..smell so good!" he grumbled groggily to her, one hand resting on her knee (which was now near his waistline), the other resting on her back, holding her comfortably into him.

Vianna smiled faintly as Ferris merely stroked the skin under the bottom of her shirt absentmindedly, the way he often did when he was awake. She was beyond amused that he was doing all these things without realizing it, which just proved how much of a second nature it had become to him, they were gestures he did without thinking about it. Vianna felt relaxed, just admiring the sight of the sleepy young man before her, the way his curls seemed specially and adorably messy in the mornings, how smooth his skin was when it was freshly shaven; when, suddenly, he brought his other arm over, and next thing the girl knew, she was curled up right beside him, all wrapped up in his arms. Vianna's eyebrows rose at this, and as he spoke, she couldn't help but laugh lightly. Now she was beginning to have her doubts. Was he really still completely asleep? His actions would've given anyone else the impression that he was wide awake, but Vianna knew him well, however, she was beginning to get the feeling he wasn't as asleep as he had been at first. She said nothing on it though, and instead leaned in toward the young man and placed her lips upon his own, treating him to a slow, loving and sweet kiss.

OOC: I've gotta go for an hour or so Dee Derupers! I've gotta finish something up but I'll be back then!

By the time that he had pulled Vianna over to himself, though very groggily, the young man was merely half-asleep, finding that he'd regained some of his conciousness, enough to know what he was doing. But he was still groggy, still a bit disoriented and sleepy as he kept his wife curled up next to him, his body trying to decide whether or not it wanted to fall completely back asleep. That was, until he suddenly found a pair of lips on his own, treating him to the sweetest of kisses. His brown eyes fluttered open just to see his wife's blue ones already closed, quickly closing his eyes once more in bliss as he began to return the gesture as lovingly as he could in his sleepy state, beginning to wake up a bit more. But he was now officially considered to be awake, just sleepily so, and quickly took this opportunity to return this kiss the best he could, loving waking up to Vianna suddenly in his arms (only vaguely aware that he'd been the one to pull her over here).

Vianna's lips curved slightly into a smile as she felt her husband kissing her back, returning her gesture, and it was at that moment that she realized that he was awake, conscious of what he was doing, as he probably wouldn't have been able to kiss her like this had he still been more sleepy than awake. The girl allowed the kiss to last a few, very long blissful moments. She had intended it to be a short and sweet morning kiss, but once she felt him kissing back she found it impossible to tear herself away. His lips were addicting, and she wanted nothing more than to remain glued to them for the rest of the morning. Eventually, however, she had to pull back; and when she did, the brightest of smiles adorned her lightly tanned face, her blue eyes sparkling. "Good morning, Professor," she greeted him softly, a bit dreamily.

As they broke apart, Ferris allowed his dark brown eyes to flutter open for the second time that morning, the warmest of his lopsided smiles stretching across his pale expression, showing off his pearly whites as his sleepy gaze settled on the sight of his wife wishing him a good morning. "Mmm..." he murmured softly, a little too dazed to speak immediately before continuing, "Good morning beautiful," he mumbled sweetly, leaning forward to peck her lips and pull her closer, brown eyes sparkling at her. "That was quite possibly the best wake up call I've had in ages," he murmured with a soft chuckle, dimples coming out of concealment as he admired the sight of her.

Vianna smiled as Ferris greeted her in return, returning the peck kiss he placed on her lips before he shared that that had been the best wake up call he'd had in ages. At this, the girl chuckled softly. "I'm glad. And I must admit this has been the best morning I've had in a while... No babies crying and no alarm clock going off," she said, taking a deep breath before letting out a soft sigh, a gesture that showed just how relaxed she was feeling. "Did you sleep well, Professor?"

Ferris gave a soft chuckle as Vianna mentiond that this was the best morning she'd had in a while, with no babies cring and no alarm clock going off. "Tell me about it..." he murmured softly, flashing her a warm smile as she let out a soft sigh before asking how he'd slept. "I slept amazingly well, had a good dream...it seemed ridiculously real," he flashed her a small smile, unaware that this very dream he was referring to was very real and very evident to the girl next to him. He was of course referring to the 'dream' in which his wife had been stroking his back, stroking his skin so nicely, relaxing him and allowing him to calm.

Vianna's blue eyes filled with interest and her eyebrows rose as the young man at her side shared with her that he had slept well, that he had a good dream that felt ridiculously real. "Did you?" she asked, her lips curving into the most amused of smiles. She had a feeling this realistic 'dream' he'd had had something to do with all that had happened in the last few minutes. But before announcing it or letting him know, she wanted to test it out, to confirm her suspicions. "And what was your dream about, Professor?" she asked with a smile.
