| | That Summer - V.5!
This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, and thanks to Gryffindoll, emmafan123 and Lily Lupin this RP, plot and a couple characters are still thriving! It's one of our longest running RPs in a LONG time, if not the longest. So congrats to you girls for doing such a good job at keeping the thread(s) active, and enjoy.
This is version (5) FIVE, the first four threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread: Quote:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:
"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."
Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!
Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!
(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna was in a fit of giggles just after she'd asked Ferris to fetch her a quill, looking quite pleased with herself. However, her giggles came to an abrupt end as the young man then suddenly picked her up from the armchair and swung her over his shoulder, causing the baby book to fall from her lap and onto the hardwood floors in the process. Vianna's blue eyes widened slightly at this, her hands reaching out to the book though obviously she wasn't able to grab it as she was up too high to reach. "Professor!" the girl complained, her brows now furrowing disapprovingly. But once it became clear Ferris was just going to ignore her as he continued making his way up the stairs like it was a sack of potatoes he was carrying and not his wife, the girl made her protests a bit more clear, beginning to kick her legs though not really getting very far in her attempts as next thing she knew she was being placed on the couple's cloud-like bed.
Vianna narrowed her blue eyes right back at the young man for a moment before he explained she was a 'horrible, horrible little gem.' Vianna's eyebrows rose now and the playfulness returned to her crystal blue eyes. "I don't know what you're talking about, you're the one who's treating his wife like a sack of potatoes!" she said in her defense, brows furrowing once again.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: I forgot to comment on the amusing-ness of housewife!Ferris Ferris's brown eyes remained narrowed as he listened to Vianna's complaint, watching as she explained that he was the one who was treating his wife like a sack of potatoes and she didn't know what he was talking about. "You're the one that's treating her husband like a housewife model!" he complained in return, flashing her another scowl as his brows furrowed. But it was hard to keep a straight face when Vianna was looking so cute, her lightly tanned cheeks flushed just slightly with the exercise of running and having just been out in the cold minutes before. No Ferris! Don't get distracted! He shook his head slightly, trying to remind himself of why he was being stern... Oh yeah! "My eyes are never going to be the same!" he complained to her in a growl, pointing to his dark brown eyes and obviously referring to how she'd blinded him without a second thought. "We're just lucky poor little Gabe had his eyes closed at the time..." he grumbled, still standing right before the bed that Vianna was now laying on.

ooc: Haha Yet another doll to add to the collection!
Vianna bit at her bottom lip to keep herself from giggling as Ferris pointed out she was treating him like a housewife model, well aware that laughing too much wouldn't help her case. "But you're my cute housewife model, Professor, doesn't that mean anything to you?" she asked, trying her best to keep a straight face before he then spoke again, complaining that his eyes would never be the same. Vianna couldn't really hold the urge to laugh at this point, and a few giggles escaped her smiling lips at that moment, despite her efforts to keep a straight face. "I'm sorry, Professor, I just wanted something to show Gabe... how great of a father you are," she said, giving the young man a bit of a pout. "I know it seems terrible now, but think of the future! Think how loved Gabe will feel when he realizes his daddy cared enough for him to make a mess of himself and turn into..." the giggles began to come back, "a h-- a housewife."

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: Bahahaha YES! Ferris listened as Vianna tried to distract him with the flattery of being something of hers, listening as she explained that he was her cute housewife model and that should've meant something to him. He merely narrowed his eyes further at her in a glare, watching as she bit her bottom lip (a clear sign that she was trying to hold in her laughter) before she suddenly let out a couple she couldn't keep in. "Vi..." he muttered in a warning tone though he couldn't help but have a bit of amusement behind his gaze, finding her to be completely adorable when she giggled. He needed to have a better defense system against his wife! This was ridiculous! But he kept a cool face, listening as she apologized and explained that she wanted something to show Gabe how great of a father he was, that in the future Gabe would feel loved when he realized his daddy cared enough for him to make a mess of himself and turn into a housewife. Ferris's eyes blazed then, a growl rumbling from the back of his throat as he jumped on the bed practically on top of her. "I'm not a housewife!" he complained, reluctantly amused as he began to tickle the girl mercilessly, hands quickly finding the sides of her waist as he took his revenge.

Vianna was feeling pretty confident that she'd gotten away with her evil deeds as she finished speaking, but that confidence shattered as the young man standing before her suddenly jumped onto the bed, on top of the girl, complaining that he wasn't a housewife. Vianna tried her best not to, she truly did, but it was completely impossible not to laugh aloud at the words that escaped his lips at that moment, at this argument they were having on whether he was a housewife or not. But it was then that Ferris began tickling the girl, something Vianna had not seen coming and hadn't expected in the slightest. Her laughter grew reluctantly, her cheeks beginning to turn a light shade of pink and her sides slowly beginning to grow a little sore from the incessant laughter escaping her lips, barely giving her a break to catch her breath. "Professor!" Vianna complained between giggles, gathering her strength before pushing the boy off; and the second he was laying beside her rather than on top of her, the girl quickly scrambled off the bed and up to her feet. She was a little out of breath from that laughter attack she'd just experienced, her face still a little pink and her long brown hair looking a bit ruffled. "It's not very nice of you to attack your wife like that, y'know," she said as she made her way over to the door, only to find it was locked. She turned, narrowing her blue eyes at the young man still in bed before turning back to the door and unlocking it with ease, as no spell had been performed to it, and in the next second, she had swiftly made her way out the door, making her escape from the young man's tickling fingers.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Just as Ferris was about to lessen up on the tickles (not wanting his wife to be tortured by his tickles, knowing how quickly she could run out of breath), Vianna pushed him off of her and stopped the tickling herself. He turned to wrap his arms around the girl with a playful smile, only to see that she was out of the bed, staring at him with pink cheeks and ruffled brown hair. His smile fell slightly at this, expression rather confused as she headed over to the door and quickly unlocked it, explaining that it wasn't nice to attack his wife like he did, "I didn't attack you!" he complained fruitlessly but just moments later she was out the door. "C'mon Vi, don't go!"
Ferris let out a long sigh, running a hand through his curls only to find himself with the task of removing a onesie pin. He quickly pulled it out, throwing it away from him as he let out a bit of a grumbling sigh, staring up at the canopy of their bed blankly. All he wanted was a little more time with his wife and the second she got home he was chasing her around and now she wasn't even in the same room! He found himself wanting to sleep but also found that his body wouldn't let him. He found his brown eyes still a little dazed from the flash of light that had hit them so abruptly just a couple minutes before but didn't want to close them. His mind wandered out to Vianna's words, thinking on what Gabe would think in the future, looking back on the baby books his parents will have made for him. He didn't really care about the picture of him as a housewife, he didn't really mind it as much as he put on... He knew Gabe might even be amused with it... But thinking about Gabe growing up and looking at the pictures and thinking about his father...
Growing up, Ferris hadn't had the nicest thoughts of his own father. Well, after the first twelve years, rather... And obviously he knew he wasn't going to be running out on his wife and child, there wasn't a chance in the universe of that happening... But the young man had a lot of concerns, worries about being able to be a good dad to the little boy he so obviously adored. He didn't want to be bad at this whole parenting thing, he didn't want Gabe to wish that his dad was more...athletic or less book-ish or something... And thinking about Vianna's words, thinking on what Gabe might want as a father slowly began to set a worrying sort of pain in the young man's stomach.

Once out in the hallway, Vianna made her way down the stairs and over to the living room, where she found little Gabe's light, pastel green baby book laying open on the floor, with its pages facing the hardwood floors. Vianna picked it up and smiled with amusement at the photograph that greeted her, the one she'd taken only a few moments ago. She was rather excited about this baby book project, actually, and had every intention to keep updating the pages of the book with new photographs showing little Gabe's development.
After taking a moment to admire the book, the girl closed it and headed back up the stairs, very quietly opening the door into the nursery room and walking inside. She was glad to find Gabe was still deep asleep in his crib, and smiled warmly at the sight of the little one before turning to the dresser, pulling out one of the drawers and neatly placing Gabe's baby book inside. She picked up the towel Ferris had dropped earlier on the floor and took a moment to clean up a bit around the nursery room, which had turned into a bit of a mess during the time she had been away. Once the room was left spotless once again and the minor mess organized, Vianna picked up the camera from the dresser and headed out of the nursery room quietly, leaving the door just very slightly open (she wasn't a big fan of closing it all the way, just in case of an emergency).
Vianna walked back into her room then, placing the camera on the desk where she usually sat to write letters home. "Alright Professor, I've put the baby book away and I'm not going to touch the camera again for today," she promised with a small smile, a bit of amusement still on her features, though it faded slightly at the sight of the young man still laying on the bed. He looked rather thoughtful, and this got her brows to furrow slightly. "Something wrong, Professor?" she asked softly as she took a seat on the chair by the desk, beginning to pull her boots off (she was starting to grow rather warm in the winter clothes, as the house wasn't nearly half as cold as it had been outside).

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris only snapped out of his minor daze as Vianna entered the room once more, his brown eyes drifting over to her as she set the camera on the desk and promised that the baby book was away and she wasn't going to take the camera out for the rest of the day. He gave a faint smile at this though his full attention didn't seem on it, his mind still reeling over this whole father business which his wife seemed to realize as she asked what was wrong just moments later. The young man took a long moment, letting out a soft sigh as he considered deflecting the question before he finally broke the small silence with his naturally deep voice. "What if Gabe doesn't like me?" he asked the air softly, brows furrowing as he admitted this aloud. It sounded worse out of his head.
But this was something that hadn't occured to the young man before, something he hadn't exactly thought of. He hadn't ever been the typical guy which meant he wouldn't be the typical father, right? But what if Gabe decided he wanted a father that was the 'typical father'?

Once the boots were off her feet, Vianna got up from the chair and walked away into the closet, setting her boots away and pulling off her jacket to reveal the black long-sleeved shirt she had been wearing under. She was hanging the winter jacket on her side of the closet when she heard Ferris speak, wondering aloud if Gabe wouldn't like him. This got the girl's eyebrows to raise slightly, her hand frozen for a moment before she snapped out of it and placed the jacket away. "What?" asked Vianna as she walked out of the closet, her brows now furrowing just very slightly as her gaze fell upon the young man laying in bed. "Professor..." But she couldn't help be a little bewildered by this. What had brought this on? Since when had the young man started worrying about... this? It just seemed so out of the blue to her, who obviously had expected anything but this. "Professor, there's no way in the world Gabe could possibly not like you," said Vianna as she walked over to the bed, taking a seat beside her husband. "Well... maybe when he's in his teenager years, he won't like either one of us," she said with a soft chuckle, mildly amused by the idea of an angsty teenage Gabe. "But he won't ever truly not like his father, Professor, you're great; you shouldn't even be worried about this in the first place," she assured him, her own features turning a little worried. But she didn't like Ferris thinking like this, being worried over things that he shouldn't worry about, as she was confident he was going to be an amazing father, one little Gabe couldn't help but look up to as he grows older.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris's brown eyes moved from the canopy back to Vianna as she reappeared out of the closet, watching as a sort of confused expression graced her pretty face and immediately beginning to feel a little dumb. But he listened as she explained that there was no way in the world that Gabe could possibly not like him, except for maybe when he entered his teenage years and decided that he disliked both of his parents. The young man couldn't help but give a faint smile at this, also rather amused with the idea of a teenage Gabe resenting his parents for no particular reason. But he listened attentively as she continued, assuring him that Gabe wouldn't ever truly not like his father as he was great, that he shouldn't have even been worrying about this. Ferris gave a shrug and a weak smile, watching her with thoughtful brown eyes, "I guess I know that he will like me one way or another..." Ferris admitted softly, still thinking as one hand came over to absentmindedly stroke the back of the girl who was still sitting up next to him. "But..." he trailed off, trying to explain his worries to her. "I just...I'm not exactly an athletic, suburban-whatever sort of father..." he mentioned softly. "I guess I just... I don't want to be bad at this..." he explained softly. "I don't know exactly how to be a father...I just know how to be Ferris and I don't know if that's enough beacuse it's not like I've ever done this before and Gabe might...I dunno, want something different...I don't know what little boys need to look up to..but I'm pretty sure it's not big nerds." The young man stopped his rambles there, flashing her a weak smile as he admitted to being worried that Gabe wouldn't like having such a nerdy sort of unconventional father, the worry that perhaps the young man would want something more...well, conventional. His gaze fell to the fingers of his right hand which were currently fidgeting with the back of Vianna's shirt.

Vianna listened quietly and attentively as Ferris explained his worries to her, everything slowly but surely beginning to make sense to the girl who was now beginning to smile faintly. She watched the young man as he spoke, and once he'd finished, she remained silent for the next few seconds, before finally speaking, "Y'know... a very large part of Gabe's personality - his hobbies, his preferences, his behaviour, all of that... it depends greatly on us and the things we teach him now, when he's still a baby," said Vianna, slowly getting to her point. "What I'm trying to say is, he's going to grow up to want and accept the things that mean home to him, the things we teach him now... and if we teach him that he has to have a very athletic, smooth, Quidditch-addicted dad, then that's what he will grow up to want," she explained. "But there's no reason he should want that if neither one of us is forcing that idea into his mind." The girl paused for a moment there, her blue eyes still resting on the young man's own brown ones, letting her words sort of sink in. "He's not going to want something different to what he's growing up with, Professor," she reminded him softly, one of her hands coming to absentmindedly play with his curls the way she so often did when they were just having a conversation, just as a sort of absentminded affectionate gesture.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: I need twenty minutes or so! Ferris listened, his dark brown eyes still focused on his fingers, as Vianna explained to him that all of Gabe's hobbies, preferences, behaviour and everything that made him up would depend greatly on his parents and what they taught him as a baby. His eyebrows rose slightly at this little lesson, rather confused as to what it had to do with anything until she explained that there was no reason for Gabe to want a very athletic, Quidditch-addicted dad unless they forced that into his mind; that he was going to grow up and want the things that meant home to him. The worry slowly began to lift from Ferris's features, his brown eyes becoming a bit less clouded as his brows unfurrowed and he listened to Vianna explain that Gabe wasn't going to want something different to what he'd growing up with. He smiled slightly at this, slowly beginning to realize that she was right; how ridiculous it sounded for him to think that Gabe would wake up one day and realize that he didn't like what he'd always known. These words and the feel of her fingers in his hair all led to the young man relaxing slightly into the sheets, his brown eyes sparkling softly as he got the message of what she was trying to say. "And you're perfectly happy with your little boy growing up with a nerd for a father?" Ferris asked more playfully, the seriousness gone from his expression as he admired the sight of her with sparkling brown eyes.

ooc: Ok!
Vianna chuckled softly with amusement at Ferris's question. "I would love for my little boy to grow up with a very, very sweet and smart and caring and charming nerd for a father," the girl confirmed, correcting his statement slightly to add her own descriptions. She smiled brightly down at the young man laying beside her, leaning in toward him and placing a peck kiss on his lips. "And then, if I'm lucky, Gabe will grow up to be very similar to his dad. He'll be studious, and smart, and sweet... and very, very handsome," she finished with a bit of a grin, her crystal blue eyes sparkling brightly at the young man beside her, this conversation only making her look forward even more to the future, to see how little Gabe would turn out to be like; though at the same time, she wanted him to remain this tiny and naive forever. He was simply too cute like this.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave the warmest of smiles as Vianna corrected his statement, informing him that she'd love for her little boy to grow up with a very, very sweet and smart and caring and charming nerd for a father. He returned the peck kiss she placed on his lips lovingly, feeling his heart swell slightly as she continued to explain that if she was lucky Gabe would grow up to be very similar to his dad; to be studious, smart, sweet, and very, very handsome. And there she was, her beautiful expression smiling at him with sparkling blue eyes, looking so gorgeous as she always did unintentionally. "How do you do that?" he asked the girl softly, a hand coming up to gently cup her jaw, stroking her soft cheek lovingly as he let out a soft sigh. "How do you make everything seem so much better?" he asked her with a warm smile, noting how all of his worries now seemed insignificant in comparison to the sweet words that Vianna had just told him. But the way she said his qualities, like they were something anyone would really want... It just sort of started his heart beating twice as normal, got the warmest of his dopey grins to cross his features.

Vianna smiled warmly as Ferris's hand gently cupped her jaw, relishing in the feel of his fingers absentmindedly stroking her cheek as he spoke, asking how she did that, how she made everything seem so much better. The girl chuckled softly at the question, though there was a sort of endearment in her blue-eyed gaze. "I'm not making anything seem better, Professor, I'm just telling you the truth, the things you don't see when you're too busy worrying," she explained with a slightly amused smile. But she couldn't help feeling rather accomplished; it always felt great to know that she had washed away the worries of the person she loved more than anything else on the planet, to know that she was the reason he was no longer worrying himself senseless and was able to smile again. "I love you," she said softly after a couple moments of silence, her smile widening slightly before she leaned in, placing her lips upon the young man's.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris couldn't help but let his smile widen as Vianna informed him that she wasn't making anything seem better, that she was just telling him the truth he couldn't see when he was too busy worrying. "You see!?" he responded playfully though there was obvious admiration in his sparkling brown eyes, his dimples coming out of hiding as he took in that expression he loved so much. That was why she was his gem. She made everything better. Just as he was about to say it himself, she beat him to the punch and admitted that she loved him, a phrase that never failed to get his heart to jump in his chest, flipping over like it hadn't heard those same three words at least a thousand times before. "I love you too gem," he murmured with the warmest of smiles, his grin turning a bit more goofy as he watched her lean in towards his lips for a kiss. And finally, after what could've been centuries of waiting to feel her lips on his own (which was really about two seconds of leaning on Vianna's part), she was kissing him and the young man couldn't help himself. He returned the kiss as lovingly as he could, his brown eyes fluttering closed as all of his attention fell to the girl that was treating his own lips so sweetly. It felt as though he'd forgotten how addictive her lips were, how wonderful they felt kissing his own and this only inspired the young man to deepen their kiss lovingly, his hand still resting on her jawline as he returned the gesture sweetly.

Vianna was pleased to find her husband's lips responding to the kiss she was awarding him, and she too couldn't help but feel like they hadn't really had a chance to kiss in a very long time. At least kiss properly; they'd been too busy taking care of little Gabe who was finally taking his nap, after what felt like eternities without rest for the young parents. After a few long moments, Vianna pulled back from the kiss and resituated herself, so she was now laying beside the young man rather than sitting up. "Mm... I missed kissing you," she admitted softly, leaning in and returning her lips to his own as if there had never been an interruption in the first place.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: I'm off for a couple hours Dee Derupersss! I'll see you later! Ferris's brown eyes seemed to fill with a sort of longing as Vianna pulled away from him, watching as she then laid down at his side and admitted to having missed kissing him before simply returning her lips to his own like nothing happened. But the young man, despite how much he just wanted to return the kiss, was far too amused with his wife and found himself letting out a few soft chuckles that interrupted their gentle kiss, brown eyes fluttering open once more only to sparkle at the girl at his side. "I missed kissing you too," he replied with a bit of a lopsided grin, obviously completely amused with how she just broke apart to say something before returning her lips to his own like nothing had happened. But it wasn't long until he found himself distracted, his smile falling slightly more dazed as his brown eyes scanned her features, quickly sparkling at the sight of her bright blue eyes looking back at him, drifting back to those rosy lips that he loved so much. And that was it. There was no way he was allowing himself to keep his lips away any longer and he was soon beginning to kiss her just as lovingly as he had been moments before.

ooc: Byeeee!
Vianna couldn't help but chuckle softly with amusement as Ferris pulled back from their kiss with amusement on his own features to tell the girl he'd missed kissing her too. She smiled warmly at this, admiring the unintentionally charming lopsided grin that now adorned his pale face, before his lips then returned to her own. The girl returned the kiss lovingly for the next few long moments, having found herself missing it for the few seconds that their lips had been apart. But then, after a few long moments, the girl pulled away, her crystal blue eyes fluttering open and a smile on her lightly tanned face before she let out a sleepy yawn, her features beginning to turn rather drowsy now that she was laying on their comfortable bed. She couldn't help being completely exhausted, though, after that horrible night's sleep they'd had earlier.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor He returned their kiss as lovingly as he could, finding his mind drifting off into the cloud that was ViannaLand for a good few long moments until she broke apart from him. Ferris couldn't help but give the warmest of his lopsided smiles as they finally broke apart from the loving kiss he'd enjoyed so much, admiring the sight of his wife with sparkling brown eyes. But kissing Vianna was something he never tired of, an experience that never failed to get his heart beat to speed up and his mind to cloud over. Before his expression could turn too mushy, the young woman had distracted him by letting out a long yawn, her own expression turning rather drowsy as she laid at his side. "Aw, my poor gem..." he murmured softly with a bit of a warm smile, his arms very gently slipping around her slender waist and pulling her into his chest as they sunk back into the sheets a bit more. Ferris leaned towards her and kissed her temple lovingly, his lips warm on her soft skin for the moment it lasted before his dark brown eyes returned to her blue ones, admiring the sight of her for a long moment.

Vianna gave a small smile as Ferris gave an 'aw, my poor gem', before chuckling softly, mildly amused by his pity. "I didn't expect taking care of a baby to be this tiring," she confessed with a sigh, feeling completely exhausted at the moment, a little worn out. But Vianna had no experience with babies before Gabe came along, so she hadn't really known what she was in for, what she should have been expecting. "You don't suppose he'll go easier on us tonight, do you?" she asked with a small, but rather hopeless smile, knowing little Gabe wouldn't change his ways overnight.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave a bit of a sympathetic smile as Vianna mentioned that she didn't expect taking care of a baby to be this tiring. And though he too was extremely tired and in the exact same boat, he was more concerned with how tired his wife was, never exactly happy to see her any less than her energetic and happy self. "I know," he agreed with a soft sigh, listening as she then asked if he thought Gabe would go easier on them that night, something that made him let out a dark chuckle. "I seriously doubt it, Vi," he murmured with a soft chuckle and a shake of his head, letting out a sigh as his brown eyes found her blue ones once more. "I'm afraid that we might just have to get used to this sleeping schedule..." But that was the last thing Ferris wanted to do. He didn't want to have to wake up four times a night and sleep in until noon! But he was exhausted and there really wasn't much of another choice if they were going to take care of Gabe properly, which was of course what they wanted to do.
Looking into those sleepy blue eyes, Ferris couldn't help but find himself getting a bit tired as well, his brown eyes drooping slightly as the bed around him suddenly became much more comfortable. "See...now you're just making me sleepy," the young man accused playfully, as though she'd intentionally made her exhaustion contagious to him. "The two seconds I've had all day to cover my wife in kisses and I'm falling asleep," he muttered playfully, teasingly as his eyelids seemed to lower further, an amused smile spreading across his expression.

ooc: Posts are gonna be a bit delayed!
Vianna let out a sigh though her lips remained curved into a smile as Ferris confirmed to her that Gabe was probably not going to be changing his ways overnight, that they might have to start getting used to this new, uncomfortable sleeping schedule. She watched as the young man's features seemed to turn rather drowsy then, amusement in her blue eyes as he accused her of making him sleepy. "I'm sorry," she apologized with a giggle, listening as he went on to point out how when he finally got a chance to kiss her, he was falling asleep. Vianna laughed lightly at this, leaning over toward him and pecking his lips gently. "What do you say we follow Gabe's footsteps and take a short nap too?" she asked. "...Get some rest before he wakes up and starts calling out to us," she added with another yawn, then giving her husband another small smile.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: Fine Debraaa lol JK Ferris couldn't help but give an amused smile as Vianna apologized for making him sleepy, as though she'd truly used her sleep-inducing powers to make him tired all of a sudden. He grew distracted from this though as she pecked his lips, creating a kiss that he returned lovingly for the short moment it lasted, loving the feel of her so close to himself, her lips on his own as she so preferred. And despite the fact that he loved to kiss his wife, he was just a bit too tired to fully appreciate it, listening as she then suggested that they take a nap like Gabe and get some rest before the little baby began to cry out for them once more. "Alright, gem, that sounds good..." the young man murmured softly, his voice beginning to fade slightly as he drifted off closer to unconciousness. "But when we wake up, I'm going to...ki..kiss you...very well," he decided playfully, already half asleep as he flashed her one last grin before falling asleep in a nap that his body was so craving.

ooc: LOL! I'm sorry, I'm trying to do my president duties (no jokes! xD) and brainstorm for an event we have coming up, it's a little time-consuming.
Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris very sleepily replied to her suggestion of taking a nap, watching as his brown eyes began to close slowly before he quickly drifted off into a deep sleep. It didn't take the girl very long to follow suit, her own crystal blue eyes closing and her body relaxing into the warm sheets of their soft bed, sleep quickly taking over and consciousness leaving.
Luckily for the new parents, Gabe slept for a good couple hours, so it wasn't until then that he began to cry and wail the way he so often did whenever it was time to tend to him. Vianna hadn't yet awakened from her nap (she would need much more than two hours to regain all her energy, but still appreciated dearly that she'd gotten these couple hours of break) when Gabe started wailing, so it took her a few moments to register what was going on, for her body to recognize the noise echoing throughout the house. Her brows furrowed slightly in her sleep and her crystal blue eyes eventually fluttered open, now fully aware of what was going on. Vianna yawned, rolling on the bed so she was now laying on her back rather than her side, and took a moment to stretch before getting up to her feet and still a bit sleepily making her way out of the room.
