Ferris gave a warm grin as Vianna reminded the little baby that he also had inherited his daddy's curls, a comment that never ceased to make the young man's heart jump. Yes, his little baby boy had inherited his curls, a feature that his wife had always seemed to like and something that he too had grown to like over the years. He was just admiring the sight of those blue eyes set into that adorable little baby face, when Vianna suggested that all nine of them settle down by the fire with some marshmallows. His smile widened at the mere idea of that, loving the suggestion of just having some down time with the little baby who was still so new to their lives. "That sounds perfect," the young man admitted with a warm smile as he got to his feet, still very carefully holding Gabe as he led the way into the living room. Their couch was a little bigger than most, able to hold both of the adult Montgomerys laying down comfortably in its large cushions, and so Ferris didn't think twice about laying down across the piece of furniture, leaving plenty of room for his wife to join him in moments. But his mind was on little Gabe, on how small and fragile he was in his arms but also so warm and full of life, so new to everything in the world. "Gabe..." he murmured as he settled his back into the couch, letting his baby son lay atop his broad chest, his tiny baby tummy right up against his father's argyle. To be honest, the young man's brown eyes had never sparkled brighter as they did whenever he set his eyes upon his baby boy, watching as those blue eyes stared back at him from their spot in that adorable little face. The young father gently unwrapped the blanket from around the baby, setting it on his shoulder so as to give little Gabe more room to move his limbs and waddle a bit. He couldn't help but remove that little white cap, his grin widening as he caught sight of that thin layer of soft baby hair atop his son's little head, very gently curling at the very ends. "You're curls are gonna look like your daddy's," he murmured playfully as his dimples came out of hiding, brown eyes unable to leave that little face that stared back at him distractedly. Ferris leaned forward with a soft chuckle, gently pressing his lips to the top of Gabe's head as the little baby turned to rest the side of his face on his father's chest, his blue eyes now drifting over to the area of the fireplace.

As Ferris and Gabriel left the kitchen to settle out in the living room on the couch, Vianna stayed back for an extra few seconds, just to gather a couple bags of marshmallows - a couple because she and Ferris probably wouldn't be the only ones enjoying this snack, as their pets had grown to enjoy the taste of roasted marshmallows as well. As Vianna walked out to the living room and caught sight of her precious little boy resting gently on top of his father's argyle sweater, she couldn't help but beam, her crystal blue eyes sparkling brighter than ever. "Y'know, it isn't very nice of you two to be showing off your cuteness like that," said Vianna, as if Ferris and Gabe were being cute on purpose, just to torture her. "You're cute enough by yourselves, but then you have to get together like that and make it impossible for me to stay away, huh?" she accused playfully, leaning in and placing a warm, loving kiss on little Gabe's soft and smooth cheek before sitting on the couch, beside her husband. She remained sitting up though, as he laid down, just resting her back against the pillows around the armrest. She set one of the bags of marshmallows down on the wooden floors and opened the other, taking out about four marshmallows and sending them off to the fire with a wave of her wand. Vianna turned her attention back to the young man and the baby both laying beside her at that moment, admiring the sight of their precious little baby boy as he lay comfortably on his father's chest, fussing around a bit the way babies so often did as they didn't always necessarily enjoy just staying still. Specially a newborn like Gabe, who was just now learning how to really move around, how to work his tiny body.

"I think it's safe to assume we made a very, very cute baby, Professor," commented Vianna playfully with a bit of a grin, leaning in toward the baby once more and awarding him another kiss, this time right on top of his little head that was covered by only a very thin layer of dark hair. As she pulled back, the girl caught sight of something climbing onto the couch - Fluffy. The fat little squirrel stood at the far end of the couch, merely staring at them with inquisitive dark eyes, obviously curious about this new addition to the family. Vianna giggled lightly at the sight of her curious pet squirrel, before calling out to it, leaning forward a bit and cupping her hands together the way she always did when she wanted Fluffy to come into her hands, which was exactly what the squirrel did at that moment, though he was a lot heavier and larger now than he had been when Ferris had first given him to Vianna. "Have you come to say hello to Gabe, Fluffy?" asked Vianna, bringing her hands up so the squirrel was more at level with her, watching as Fluffy's tail swayed very slowly behind him, his dark curious eyes watching the baby resting on the fabric of Ferris's sweater.

Ferris teared his brown eyes away from little Gabe as Vianna spoke as she entered the room, informing him that it wasn't very fair for the two of them to be showing off their cuteness like they were, that they were already cute individually but now they had to get together and make it impossible for her to stay away. He let out a hearty chuckle at this, his gaze returning to the baby on his chest as his grin widened, "She's onto us, Gabe," he admitted playfully, as though he and the baby were cohorts in their evil plan to get Vianna at their side. But then she sat down next to them, sending off marshmallows to the roaring fire and leaning over to kiss Gabe's soft head sweetly. As she then mentioned that it was safe to assume that they made a pretty cute baby, he couldn't help but let out a hearty laugh at the unexpected comment, finding a great deal of amusement in the way she made it sound so casual, like she was recognizing how good she randomly was at a sport. "Yes, I suppose you're right," he agreed with obvious amusement clear in his expression still. Ferris grinned at the sight of Gabe then, his dimples coming out of hiding as his brown eyes then drifted over to his wife, admiring her for a small moment before growing distracted with Fluffy's sudden presence on the couch. It was funny how Fluffy had stayed with them since the very beginning, had always been a constant in their lives and was now around to see their first child come home. "Hey Fluffy," the young man murmured with a warm smile, watching as the creature eyed their baby curiously for a moment before his own dark brown eyes turned to little Gabe. He was just so cute and sweet, his skin so soft and smooth, beautiful and still slightly pink as he was still just a day old. "You're so adorable, aren't you baby boy?" Ferris murmured to his baby with the warmest of grins, gently picking Gabe up and raising him just a foot or so above his own face, keeping his grip gentle but firm so as to make sure the baby was secure. "Yeah, you're very sweet..." He brought the baby down just slightly to place a sweet kiss on his cheek.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris lifted little Gabe from his chest and spoke to the little boy, her eyes sparkling at the sight of the tiny baby, looking even tinier in his father's large hands. "What do you think, Fluffy?" Vianna asked the squirrel that was now standing on her knee, watching Gabe with curious eyes. "Isn't he cute?" she asked before chuckling softly, well aware that her squirrel didn't understand her. She turned her attention back to the fire at that moment and summoned the marshmallows, allowing them to hover in mid-air, right beside her, so she wouldn't have to touch them while they were still too hot. "Marshmallow?" she offered to the little squirrel once a minute or so had passed, before handing him one of the large marshmallows which he took into his tiny paws. She giggled lightly at the sight before then turning her attention to Gabe who was cooing softly, something in his tones that expressed a sort of joy but a lot of curiosity. Unable to really hold the urge, Vianna leaned in toward the baby as Ferris brought him down slightly, placing her lips upon the top of his little head just after Ferris had placed a kiss on his cheek; this was definitely one very loved baby. "Perché sei così adorabile, Gabe? Huh?" Vianna questioned the baby playfully but adoringly, keeping her face close to his own, beaming brightly at the sight of such an adorable little thing. "I can't wait until we can start taking him out," said Vianna, this time addressing her husband as she leaned back into the pillows. "I want to see if he'll inherit his mum's love for the beach and the water... or maybe he'll be more like his father and will prefer to sit under the shade of a tree," she said with a warm smile, blue eyes fixed on the little one before she realized, her eyebrows raising and gasping softly, "He's yet to have his first bath!" she said, obviously a little excited about the idea of bathing such an adorable little creature. "Well, one given to him by his parents, anyway," she added, remembering that, technically, the nurses had already given him his first bath.

Ferris was vaguely aware of his wife talking with her very first squirrel, his mind obviously focused on the little baby in his gentle grip, watching him with shamelessly sparkling brown eyes, adoring the sight of his little face staring back at him. He was just so... Well, it was really rather hard to explain just how Ferris thought of his own child, of how quickly he'd fallen in love with this little baby who hadn't lived even a day yet. A day! He was still so new, this was his first time out in the world! He still couldn't believe it, couldn't believe that the love he had for Vianna and her mutual return of it had resulted in such a beautiful baby boy, an adorable child that the young man was so infatuated with so quickly. Just to know that this was his child, his own flesh and blood... It was so surreal, so amazing to realize that he now had a son; a living, breathing, growing son who would continue to gain experiences and memories from everything around him. He'd never felt so elated in all of his life. Just as these thoughts continued to flood through his brain, Vianna had leaned in and planted her rosy lips on Gabe's smooth head once more, just as he himself had placed a kiss on Gabe's little cheek, a combination of admiration that he couldn't help but chuckle at. Ferris gently brought his baby boy back to his chest, allowing him to rest there in his adorable little onesie, watching as his little legs and arms squirmed as he flexed all of his new muscles. It was then that Vianna spoke to their child in sweet, loving Italian, a language that rolled off her tongue so perfectly he couldn't help but adore immediately upon hearing it. But he was distracted from even this admiration as she spoke once more, this time in English, and mentioned her excitement to take Gabe out for the first time, wondering aloud if the little boy would inherit a love of the beach from his mother or prefer to sit under trees like his father. Ferris let out a soft chuckle at this set of options for little Gabe, his mind drifting off to wonder what preferences their son would have in all aspects of his life, wondering if they would find any similarities between themselves and their little boy. Before he could think on this too much, the girl still sitting up spoke, suddenly commenting on how Gabe had yet to have his first bath given by his parents, a statement that got his eyebrows to raise. He'd nearly forgotten about that! "That's right," the young man agreed with an amused smile, dimples falling onto his expression as he took in the sight of the girl at his side, watching her for a moment before very gently using one of his arms to pull her into a laying position at his side. "What makes you think that your Professor can stand having you that far away?" he grumbled playfully to her ear as his arm became a little more comfortably snug around her waist.

Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly as she was suddenly led to lay down on the couch by the young man at her side, causing Fluffy to hop off her knee and join the other pets who were scattered all around the living room, taking a spot on the armrest of an armchair and beginning to quickly devour the marshmallow Vianna had given him. Vianna adjusted herself to lay a little more comfortably on the couch, listening as Ferris asked what made her think that her Professor could stand having her that far away. The girl chuckled softly at this for a moment before replying, "Well someone had to roast the marshmallows! The coffee table is blocking my view from down here," she explained, summoning the marshmallows that were floating and taking them into her hands. "Here," she said, bringing one of the marshmallows to Ferris's lips. "Open up."

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna defended her previous sitting position, explaining that someone had to cook the marshmallows and her view was blocked when she was laying down. "I'm sorry, you're very right gem," the young man agreed playfully, one hand still resting gently on his son's tiny back, making sure he didn't fall (though that would be fairly difficult considering he was completely horizontal, laying with his father) and the other arm wrapped around Vianna's waist firmly, loving the feel of her so near to him once more. It was something very instinctual to the young man, to have his wife so close to himself, something that he'd grown so comfortable and familiar with over the years; he was happiest with her right there in his arms' gentle grip, knowing that she was right there with him. And as she turned her beautiful face to him and Gabe, bringing up a marshmallow to his lips and suggesting that he open up, his brown eyes got stuck to her blue ones, admiring the sight of her so near to himself. And he couldn't resist it, his lips coming to her own gently and lovingly for just a moment before he pulled back reluctantly to take the marshmallow into his mouth in one bite, flashing her a playful grin as he quickly began to devour it. "Thanks gem," he murmured through his snack, looking very much like a little kid.

Vianna gave a soft chuckle as Ferris apologized, deciding that she was right, though she knew he wasn't all that sorry by the playfulness in his voice. She waited for him to take the marshmallow then, raising her light eyebrows slightly at him as he merely stared at her, her gaze a little expectant before he suddenly brought his lips to rest upon her own. Vianna was a little surprised at first, but was quick to return the gesture lovingly, her lips curving into a smile as she did so. She watched as, after they'd pulled back, Ferris took the marshmallow into his mouth and thanked her for it while still chewing, something which got her to chuckle softly, completely amused by how childlike he seemed at that moment. "You're so cute," she said softly, leaning in and pecking his cheek gently. "Not as cute as Gabe, of course, but... you're getting there," she added teasingly with a grin. "Isn't that right, Gabe? Aren't you the cutest one out of everyone in this house? In this whole continent?" she asked the little baby with an amused smile, as if he understood. And though Gabe didn't really understand his mother, he did hear her voice, and he did recognize the sound, the arm to Vianna's side moving in response, his little hand outstretched. Vianna watched this with a mix of endearment and amusement, bringing a finger into that little hand before Gabe closed it, his tiny fingers tight around his mother's. His curious crystal blue eyes examined this closely, the sight of his own little hand, the sight of what it had just caught; and then, without hesitation, he simply brought the girl's finger and his tiny hand around it into his mouth, beginning to chew on it. Vianna's eyebrows rose at this. "Gabe! Is this what you think of your mother?! I'm just a giant, walking, snack made just for you to chew on?" she accused playfully, a number of amused chuckles escaping her lips as she spoke. But she couldn't help finding it so cute how unknowing the little one still was, watching as he pulled his hand and her finger away from his lips and cooed softly, almost as if responding to his mother's playful complaints.

Ferris, quickly finishing his marshmallow, let out a hearty chuckle as Vianna mentioned how cute he was though quickly refined her comment to make sure he knew that Gabe was the cutest out of all of them. He couldn't deny that statement, his brown eyes turning back to the little baby on his chest as the girl at his side spoke to their child sweetly, suggesting that he was the cutest baby on the continent. "I'd have to agree on that one," the young man murmured softly, letting out a light chuckle as he then watched the little baby curiously take his mother's finger into his tiny hand, bringing over her finger to chew on in his little mouth. Completely and totally endeared, Ferris let out a soft sigh of adoration at the sight of such an adorable thing, rather amused with Vianna's questioning of the little guy, as she wondered to the baby if she was just some giant walking snack to him. "Apparently you have very tasty fingers," the young father agreed with a soft chuckle, admiring the sight of Gabe as he released his mother's finger and cooed just softly to his parents. "Gabie," the young man murmured playfully, leaning forward and kissing his chubby little cheek lovingly. "You're so cute, aren't you baby?" It was rather amusing how Ferris took on a tone of almost baby talk, his voice light and airy as he spoke to his own little baby.

Vianna laughed lightly as Ferris commented that she had tasty fingers, watching as he then proceeded to award little Gabe a kiss on the cheek, letting the little one know how cute he was. Vianna smiled warmly at this, obviously agreeing to this completely, her crystal blue eyes sparkling lovingly at the sight of little Gabe yawning softly to himself, something that almost got the girl to melt away right then and there. Everything he did was just simply so cute, so adorable; she felt she could just lay there the rest of day just admiring her precious baby boy. Her right hand came to caress his little head gently, her thumb passing over his perfectly smooth and soft cheek. "I still can't believe we had a baby," said the girl softly, still soaking all of this in. "That Gabe's not just a visitor, but a permanent part of our lives..." she added, still not able to fully wrap her mind around this idea, fully comprehend it and be unsurprised by it. This was all still so fresh, so new, it was still so difficult to believe.

Ferris could feel himself melting back into the couch as the baby on his chest let out a tiny little yawn from his tiny little mouth, being completely adorable as he always seemed to be. He remained silent though, his brown eyes silently sparkling at the little baby as he watched Vianna stroke Gabe's little head, listening as the girl at his side mentioned her disbelief that they'd really had a baby. He let out a soft chuckle at this, rather amused with how blunt that sounded; as though they'd just woken up one day and there was a baby on their doorstep, like they hadn't had months to prepare for this. But he understood what she meant, rather amazed by Gabe's presence himself, still trying to fully grasp the concept that Gabe was really here; that after so many months of anxiously waiting...he was here. And he was the most beautiful baby Ferris had ever seen. "I know, I can't believe it either," he admitted softly with a warm smile, brown eyes falling from his son to the girl at this side, admiring her for a long moment. "I can't believe you delivered a baby two weeks early," he added more playfully, but clear respect still behind his gaze as he let out a yawn involuntarily.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris expressed his disbelief over her delivering a baby two weeks early. "I can't believe it either," she replied softly, her gaze still on the beautiful baby that was her child, her son. It was so amazing to think that she'd been the one to bring this precious being out into the world, that this adorable baby was all hers and Ferris's doing. The girl turned to the young man beside her then, and chuckled softly once more as he yawned. "Aw, is my Professor planning to join little Gabe on his nap time?" she asked playfully.

"He's thinking about it," Ferris murmured with an amused grin and a brief nod as Vianna asked with mock endearment if her Professor was going to join little Gabe on his nap time. But the young man hadn't really slept as much as his body preferred, what with the rather uncomfortable sleeping arrangements from the night before and how stressful the day before had been. And as though on cue from her pointing out his yawn, the young man seemed to grow a bit more drowsy, suddenly finding that the fireplace was a lot warmer and the couch was a lot cozier with the snow falling outside so nicely just outside the window. It was pretty nice on days where it snowed at their home, as they were a good ways away from the small town on the other side of the mountains, and when it snowed it really made it seem like they were in their own little world. They rarely ever got people coming across their land even in the nice seasons (and if they did, it was near the mountains), and in the winter literally no one crossed anywhere near their home. It seemed like they were on their own little continent, secluded from the rest of the universe, just them. He let out a second yawn, sinking back into the couch as he grew even more drowsy, a goofy sort of smile still on his face as he watched Vianna.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris confirmed that he might have been thinking about joining Gabriel during his nap time. She watched as he then yawned again, sinking further back into the couch. "In that case, wouldn't you rather sleep in bed, Professor?" asked the girl, not sure having the young man fall asleep right then and there with a baby laying on him was the safest thing; he might turn in his sleep and cause little Gabe to fall or something. "And Gabe should probably sleep in his own little bed too, I don't want him falling or getting hurt," she added a little more softly, her blue eyes falling upon the tiny baby who now had his eyes closed, his little hands rolled up into tiny fists just laying comfortably on his father's sweater.

Ferris, whose brown eyes had grown half closed, found that he grew more tired the more that he thought about how sleepy he was. And just as he was growing completely comfortable with Gabe and Vianna in his arms, the woman at his side spoke, suggesting that perhaps he would rather sleep in his own bed rather than the couch and Gabe could sleep in his crib, where he wouldn't get hurt. His mind, half asleep now, slowly came back to registering state as Vianna mentioned taking Gabe away, of separating him from the little baby who had grown so sleepy and comfortable on his chest. "W-What? No, no, I want to stay with.." he trailed off, his sleepy mind comprehending her concerns over Gabe falling or something. "No, I'm fine," he quickly decided with a shake of his head, immediately sitting up just slightly as he attempted to snap out of his drowsiness. "I'll just take a nap later," he continued with a determined nod, wanting to stay with the little baby who he apparently had grown quite attached to.

Vianna listened with a sympathetic smile as Ferris sleepily denied the idea of having little Gabe taken away from him, assuring her that he was fine and would just nap later. But the girl knew better than to believe that; she could easily read the drowsiness in his features, and it made perfect sense that he be tired and sleepy after all they'd gone through the day before. "Aw, Professor... you need your rest," she said softly, her hand leaving Gabe's perfectly smooth skin at that moment as she sat up on the couch. "How about... you go ahead and take your nap, and Gabe can join you, and I'll stay up and watch over you guys to make sure Gabe doesn't roll off or anything," she suggested. "I'm not sleepy anyway, and I promised our pets marshmallows, I think they're getting hungry," she added with a soft chuckle, just then remembering that she still had two marshmallows in her other hand.

The more he resisted sleep (though it was difficult), the more logic came to him and he realized how easily Gabe might've fallen from his chest had he decided to roll over or something in his sleep. And so Ferris seemed rather pleased with his decision to stay up with his baby, already having decided this before the girl at his side then suggested that he fall asleep with Gabe and she stay up to make sure nothing bad happened as she needed to dish out some marshmallows. "Aw, no Vi, you shouldn't have to just sit here and watch us sleep," the young man grumbled softly as he let out a weak chuckle and another yawn, though he too could feel the drowiness setting in on him, especially with the warm little baby on his chest who had already dozed off. His body seemed to have already made up its mind without his knowledge, though, and despite his firm decision from just moments before, he was starting to doze. "I just...I-I don't want you to just...lay here..wit...th usss...." but the young man had already started to fall asleep, his brown eyes starting to close without him realizing it, sinking back into the couch as he kept Gabe comfortably to his chest.

"It's alright, Professor, just sleep," said Vianna softly as Ferris rejected her idea at first, though soon enough she could see he was beginning to doze off, his words coming out as more of a mumble than something clear, affected by the drowsiness that was beginning to take over the young man. Vianna listened to him with amusement, not saying a word, just letting him talk himself to sleep until his brown eyes were completely closed. Vianna leaned in then and placed a gentle, loving kiss on his cheek, before then going on to do the same on little Gabe's much smoother and fuller adorable little cheek. The girl admired the sight of the two of them deep asleep with pure endearment sparkling in her crystal blue eyes, sitting up a little straighter on the couch and sending off a handful of marshmallows to the fire before giving the two she already had in hand to the white bunnies that were standing on the wooden floors, by the couch, just staring up at her expectantly.

OOC: I can't believe all of Fervi's pets are addicted to marshmallows...

Ferris woke up from his nap a good couple hours later, finding his body very well rested for the amount of time he had actually spent sleeping (during naps, the young man could really spend up to four or five hours asleep on his good days). But a part of his subconcious knew that there was a little baby on his chest, knew that there was somethig more interesting to his mind than sleep at that time, so he found himself waking up much more quickly than he normally would've. Gabe, however, seemed to be on a different schedule and was still dozing when the young father woke up with a soft sigh, realizing that his hand had become more secure around little Gabe through their nap, the baby's little head now resting in the crook of Ferris's neck. "Mmm..." he murmured drowsily as his brown eyes slowly opened, slowly registering first the feel of his son curled up around the top of his chest, cuddled up to his warm neck and chin.

Vianna was still on the couch beside the sleeping pair, having not left their side for a second in fear of something happening while she was gone; she would never forgive herself if anything ever happened to little Gabe while she was supposed to be watching over him. By this time, both bags of marshmallows had been left empty, all of the fluffy white snacks having been devoured by Fervi's six furry pets who now lay scattered all around the living room, too full of marshmallows to move. Vianna had had a few marshmallows herself, and had picked up one of the books Ferris kept on the coffee table to distract herself when the marshmallows were gone and Ferris and Gabe were still sleeping. It was a rather amusing sight, actually, to see the girl reading one of her husband's books while in one of his argyle sweaters; it just went to show how much of an influence he was on her without her even realizing it.

Vianna looked up from the pages of the book she'd just started about forty-five minutes ago as she heard a soft 'mmm' only to find that Ferris had woken up. The girl greeted him with a warm smile then, her gaze momentarily falling onto the sleeping baby still resting on his chest. "Good evening, Mr. Montgomery," she greeted playfully, as if this was a stranger she'd been watching over and not her husband. "Sleep well?"

Ferris gave a sleepy grin, revealing his dimples unintentionally as Vianna greeted him by his formal name and asked if he slept well. But his brown eyes seemed to only be on one thing. Vianna. Book. Sweater.
His heart practically started on overdrive and then melted at the mere sight of that, completely and totally in love with the way she looked reading in one of his argyle sweaters. Leave it up to Ferris to be most attracted by Vianna reading, of all things. "You look...amazing in argyle with a book," the young man grumbled softly as his free arm (which had since slipped from around her when she'd sat up to feed their pets), wrapped around her familiar waistline and he seemed to forget her question. He pulled her into his chest comfortably, brown eyes sparkling as he scanned her expression, going from her beautifully tanned face, to her argyle, to her book and over again. And there was a moment there, a small one where he appeared to be completely torn over something, when he gave a bit of a frown and a weird sort of indecisive low growl under his breath. "I'll be back!" he suddenly said, releasing her and very gently getting up from the couch with Gabe, both of his hands holding onto him securely as he started up the stairs and into the nursery at a slow pace, not wanting to awake the little baby.

But once that door was closed as silently as possible and he was left to the rest of the house alone with his wife, Ferris was darting down his steps much too quickly for someone with a clumsy record like he had, though he didn't seem to care as he reached the bottom step safely and then toppled back onto Vianna on the couch. I use the word 'topple' lightly, as Ferris' gestures around Vianna were always very gentle, and so he didn't really just shove her over and jump right in. Rather, he'd gently brought her back into the cushions, all the while joining her and allowing his lanky arms to slip around her waist as his lips came and found her neckline in a number of playful kisses. As he did so it became obvious that his moment of indecision before was the poor boy's brain trying to compute that covering his wife in kisses and allowing his baby to sleep were two things that just wouldn't work together, and therefore Gabe had to be put in his crib (where he was probably much happier, as if he'd stayed downstairs he wouldn't have been able to sleep as well with his parents talking nearby). But Vianna in that sweater with one of his books... It sort of gave him chills and he simply had to show her how much he adored the sight of it.

Vianna was surprised by Ferris's response to her question (though obviously that wasn't really the answer to her question but rather a comment that had nothing to do with it), her eyebrows raising at the young man beside her before a couple soft amused chuckles escaped her lips. The girl looked down to herself at that moment, apparently just then realizing what was going on, how Ferris-like she must've looked at the moment. "Oh," she muttered softly before laughing lightly at this realization, though not too loudly as she didn't want to disturb little Gabe from his peaceful slumber. Vianna's amused laughter died down as Ferris then pulled her into his chest, so that she wasn't completely just sitting up anymore. The girl greeted the sight of him so close with the warmest of smiles, though there was amusement still sparkling in her blue eyes as he merely examined her and the sweater and the book, a sort of indecision beginning to show on his features. Vianna was just about to question him on this, to ask what was wrong, when the young man simply decided that he would be back, releasing the girl and getting up from the couch with Gabe still in his arms, something which got Vianna's brows to furrow slightly as she watched him start up the stairs and disappear onto the second floor.

Still rather puzzled, Vianna sat up on the couch again, closing the book she'd been reading and setting it aside on the coffee table, just the way it had been before she'd taken it. And then she heard footsteps, rushed footsteps she knew could only belong to her husband, something which got her to smile with amusement, her eyebrows raising as the boy neared her, only to topple her back onto the couch. "Professor!" Vianna greeted him with an amused chuckle, a little startled by his enthusiasm before his arms wrapped around her waist and his lips came in contact with the lightly tanned skin on her neck. The girl giggled lightly at the feel of these playful kisses, squirming on instinct in the young man's embrace. "Professor! What's this all about, huh?" she asked between giggles, far too amused and tickled by his gestures.

Ferris let out a soft chuckle, his breath warm on the tan skin of Vianna's smooth neck as she asked what all of this was about between her beautiful giggles. Still planting the sweetest of kisses all up and down her neckline, jaw, and collarbone, the young man didn't seem to have an answer for a moment until he finally allowed himself to speak. "Who told you you could just go and steal my look, huh?" he asked with an amused grin, lips still coating her skin as though he hadn't seen her for years. "This is my look!" he reminded her with a soft laugh, as though he really cared about his own fashion sense. But after a few more moments of sweet kisses and simply taking in the feel of her so close to himself, Ferris turned a bit more serious, his comments more legitimate. "You look so good with a book," he grumbled to her ear sweetly, kisses starting onto her cheek lovingly, obviously unable to stop himself. But there was just something about Vianna in his argyle, carrying a book, that was so very familiar and sweet to him, so oddly attractive to the young man.

Vianna's giggles only grew as Ferris asked who told her she could just steal his book, reminding her that it was his book, as if her taking it had bothered him greatly. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to steal your style, Professor!" the girl replied between giggles, playfulness sparkling in her crystal blue eyes, her cheeks slowly beginning to turn just the lightest shade of pink as her giggles continued, brought on by the young man's playful words and kisses. Vianna's giggles eventually died out as Ferris turned a little more serious, explaining to her that she looked good with a book. At this, the girl rose her eyebrows slightly, smiling brightly as his lips returned to her skin. "Is that so? Maybe I should've gotten into stealing your sweaters and books earlier," said the girl with a soft chuckle.

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna's melodious giggles continued to flow into the air beautifully, rather dazing the man as he took note of her lightly tanned skin turning that sweet shade of pink. He listened, just slightly dazed, as she thoughtfully suggested that maybe she should've been stealing his sweaters and books earlier. He grinned at the thought, his lanky arms keeping her right up against his chest as his lips started on a trail up the side of her neck, ignoring the option of her jawline and making a beeline for her ear, "Vous avez juste l'air si bon que argyle et puis vous mettez un livre avec lui et tu l'air si doux..." Ferris complained playfully in quick, warm French, his lips beginning to plant loving kisses right behind her earlobe. "Je ne peux pas m'en empêcher!" he grumbled between kisses, taking in her scent like he hadn't in years as his kisses became a bit more merciless, inspired far too much by her beautifully pink cheeks and how she felt right there in his arms.
