Default That Summer - V.5!

This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, and thanks to Gryffindoll, emmafan123 and Lily Lupin this RP, plot and a couple characters are still thriving! It's one of our longest running RPs in a LONG time, if not the longest. So congrats to you girls for doing such a good job at keeping the thread(s) active, and enjoy.

This is version (5) FIVE, the first four threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna's lips curved slightly into a smile as she felt Ferris's lips return all of the wonderful feelings she was communicating to him through this kiss, able to recognize as his lips became even sweeter and more loving as this kiss continued, sending the girl off into a cloud of pure bliss, a cloud she couldn't help feeling like she hadn't visited in a long time. And she loved it; she loved going back to that place where their kisses were perfect and everything felt flawless, it was the best feeling the girl had experienced in her life, and to experience it again now after what felt like ages, was completely wonderful. But eventually she had to pull away, and as she did, her crystal blue eyes fluttered open with a sort of daze sparkling in their crystal blue hue. She stood there in silence for the next couple moments, her blue eyes merely admiring the sight of the tall boy before her, her lips curved into a smile before she seemed to snap out of her daze and spoke, "So... will my Professor join Gabe and I in eating this cake? Or the marshmallows?" she asked, eyebrows raising slightly, a little playfully.

As Vianna finally broke apart from him, Ferris's brown eyes fluttered open only to sparkle at his wife as though he hadn't seen her in years. His arms kept her close, seeming to have no intention of ever letting space get between them again, her beautifully round belly right up against him. And he loved it. Why did it feel like they hadn't kissed in ages? When did his wife get to be so beautiful? His disbelieving eyes scanned her features, admiring the sight of her as he let his forehead come to rest on her own. He listened with a slightly amused smile as she then asked if he was going to join her and Gabe in eating the cake or the marshmallows, "I suppose that I might help out, maybe..." he murmured with a bit of a grin, dimples coming out of hiding as he lovingly pecked her lips with his own. And before he knew it he was kissing her again, going in for a peck kiss and finding himself giving her a longer, sweeter gesture. His lips lingered on her own, slowly giving Vianna the warmest of his sweet kisses as a hand came up to hold her jaw gently. The gesture seemed as though the world sort of slowed down as he let his lips find a mind of their own, kissing Vianna with a sort of passion he hadn't expected from himself. It took a whole minute or so for him to realize how long he'd made this 'peck' and he finally broke apart with a bit of a sheepish grin, brown eyes slightly amused as they shyly found the floor for a moment.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris playfully agreed that he might, perhaps, help out with the eating of the cake and the marshmallows, though her mind seemed not to be there so much as she was distracted by the boy's brown eyes, by his gaze, by how handsome he looked when he grinned at her, revealing his dimples to her. The girl was charmed, even a little dazed, just by looking at him, and grew even more distracted as his lips then met her own in a peck kiss, which she returned with a smile. But then he kissed her again, and she felt, by the way it had started, that it was meant to be just another peck kiss, but she ended up receiving something else, a gesture that lasted much longer, that held many more emotions than a brief peck kiss could ever hold; there was sweetness in it, gentleness, but an unexpected bit of passion as well. It was almost dream-like to the girl, and she made sure to return it as wonderfully as the boy was awarding it to her, slowly losing herself in that cloud of bliss once again before the boy pulled away, bringing the kiss to an end. Vianna's crystal blue eyes were a bit delayed in fluttering open, but when they did and caught sight of that sheepish grin on her husband's face and the way his eyes shyly fell to the floor, her own blue eyes began to sparkle with a sort of adoration, with a sort of endearment. She watched him for a moment, her smile warm and loving, before she leaned on her toes and pecked his lips gently, pulling back with a soft, brief, and even slightly giddy chuckle. "I love you so much," she said softly to him, traces of a daze still on her features.

OOC: On for five seconds again! Might be off right after, not sure!

Ferris's dark brown eyes were lifted from their constant gaze at the floor as he felt the girl in his arms move, her figure rising up even closer to him as she leaned up on her toes. He smiled slightly at the feel of this, at the realization that he knew what she was doing before he even looked up. But when he did allow his brown eyes to find her blue ones, there was nothing less than the sweetest of his loving gazes, the warmest of smiles falling onto his pale expression. And then, as though he hadn't been in this same position a thousand times before, as though she'd never leaned up like this before, his heart sort of skipped a beat as she leaned towards him and pecked his lips, a gesture that he was quick to return with all the loving on the planet. He pulled her closer, taking in the feel of her frame in his arms, the way her lips felt so perfect on his own for that brief moment of a sweet kiss until they broke apart and she was looking up at him with those blue eyes that made his heart jump in his chest. Ferris gave a bit of a goofy grin at the sight of her, listening as she told him how much she loved him, a comment that never ceased to get the young man back to that seventeen-year-old state, where everything was worth a goofy grin and every little touch sent him to be almost giddy. "I love you more than anything else," he murmured in return, flashing her the warmest of his lopsided smiles as he brought his forehead down to rest on her own. "And I think..." he added a bit more playfully, "That I love you a little bit more than you love me," he teased lightly, knowing how much that comment in particular got on his wife's nerves. He loved that. She was just so cute when she got worked up and tried to defend her own love for him.

ooc: Awww! Alright, Ruthers!!

Vianna beamed as Ferris shared with her that he loved her more than anything else, her crystal blue eyes sparkling brightly up at him, lovingly, as if she hadn't seen him in ages and was just now realizing how much the boy truly meant to her, how much she loved him and wanted nothing more than to be with him. She listened quietly and attentively as he then spoke again, sharing that he loved her a little bit more than she loved him. The girl's blue eyes widened then, losing their adoring sparkle as she gasped softly. "What?" she asked, raising her eyebrows at the boy resting his forehead against her own. "I think the lack of food is getting to your head, Professor; you're clearly not in your right mind if you're saying things like that," she said, furrowing her brows disapprovingly at him and shaking her head.

OOC: Yay for another five seconds! Oh & check your PMs!

Ferris let out a hearty chuckle at his wife's disbelief with his statement, watching as she rose her eyebrows and announced that the lack of food was going to his head if he was saying things like that. "I dunno," he murmured teasingly, leaning forward and lovingly pecking her lips for a sweet moment, pulling her closer with his lanky arms. "I've loved my gem for an awfully long time," he continued playfully, gently beginning to trail kisses up from her chin to her ear, all along her jawline. "I feel like I deserve the title of loving her a little bit more than she loves me," Ferris teased with the warmest of smiles, his kisses each sweeter and warmer than the last. But after another soft chuckle he stopped teasing and his expression was a little more serious, his brown eyes sparkling at the sight of her so close to him as he stopped his playful kisses and just watched her for a moment. "Mon bijou..." he murmured with a warm lopsided grin, dimples coming out of hiding as he admired those blue eyes he knew so well.

ooc: WOOT! & LOL Okay I will!

Vianna returned the peck kiss Ferris placed on her lips, listening as he explained to her that he had loved her for an awfully long time, and therefore deserved the title of loving her a little bit more than she loved him, all the while leaving a trail of loving kisses that started on her chin and traveled all the way up to her ear. Vianna squirmed just very slightly as he neared her ear, though there was a faint smile on her lips. However, she planned not to let his teasing gestures get her distracted from the words escaping his lips. "Well, don't you think I've loved my Professor for an awfully long time as well?" asked the girl. "I think I deserve the title of loving him more. I was probably the first one to start liking him back then in camp too, before we ever admitted anything," she said matter-of-factly. But it was then that the boy stopped his kisses, and her blue eyes were able to meet his own brown ones once again, a sight she couldn't help but allow her smile to widen at. She smiled as he murmured her nickname softly, then leaning on her toes and pecking his lips gently. "I love you," she said softly, pausing for a moment to let her blue eyes sparkle brightly at him before playfully adding, "A lot more than you do!" She flashed him a grin, and before he could contradict her, she escaped his arms and turned away to find a knife to cut their cake with. "Now, let's get some cake! Your wife is hungry and I think you could use some cake as well, just so you're not saying silly things anymore, Professor."

Ferris listened with an amused smile as Vianna mentioned that she loved him for just as long, even that she was probably the first one to start liking the other back in their camp days, before they ever admitted anything. At this last comment his jaw dropped and his brown eyes widened at the mere idea of such a thing. "You've gotta be kidding," he decided with an amused shake of his head. "It was me that started liking you first!" the young man pointed out with a bit of a grin, letting out a soft chuckle. But he let it go as se leaned up on her toes just to peck his lips once more, a gesture that he returned lovingly, completely endeared by the way she always needed to lean up to meet his height. His brown eyes started to sparkle shamelessly as she then informed him that she loved him, something that got his heart to jump once more. "I love you too," he murmured lovingly before she then added to her last statement, adding that she loved him more than he loved her. "VI!" he complained, though he couldn't really hide his amusement, a warm smile crossing his features as she slipped out of his arms and decided that they could both use a bit of cake. He followed her over to the counter where she was trying to find a knife, only to distract her from this search by stealing her waist and very gently pushing her back up against one of the counters. "Need I remind you?" he asked as he pulled up his right arm just to take off his watch and reveal their doodles, permanently etched into his skin. It was this same debate, made in the first month of their relationship, depicted in silly little doodles. He raised his eyebrows playfully.

Vianna was in a fit of amused giggles as she pulled open one of the drawers, listening as Ferris called out her name in a complaint obviously over her last few words before she had escaped his arms. But it was then that his arms returned to her waist, something the girl had obviously not seen coming as her back had been turned to him. She turned around in his arms, raising her eyebrows at the tall boy before her, as if questioning what he was up to this time, not letting her find what she was looking for. She listened as he then spoke, asking if he needed to remind her of something. Vianna's brows furrowed just very slightly, but her gaze followed his hands as they moved, watching as he removed his watch to reveal that tattoo she'd dared him to get so many years ago, the one that read 'Professor Fer' in her handwriting and was accompanied by the doodles from one of the notes they'd exchanged during that first month together, when they couldn't sleep in the same room because of her brothers.

Vianna's blue eyes sparkled at the sight of it, her smile widening to a grin. She'd almost forgotten about this tattoo, as it was often covered by his watch; and though she still got to see it almost everyday if only for a short time, she'd never really stopped to look at it the way she was looking at it now, with memories from the days it came from flooding her mind. Wow... He'd only been seventeen; she'd only been sixteen. Ferris Montgomery, the last person one would expect to go and get himself a tattoo, had gone and done just that because she asked him to, because she had dared him to; he'd done it for a girl he'd only known for a few months. And realizing all of this only got the girl's eyes to sparkle brighter, her grin to widen, and the most endeared and adoring of looks to take over her gaze, as she leaned on her toes yet again and placed her lips upon the boy's, sweetly, lovingly, but a bit enthusiastically as well, driven by all these beautiful memories and realizations she was having at the moment.

Ferris watched as his wife's blue eyes drifted over to his pale wrist, his dominant arm, the pale skin now coated in striking black ink that depicted Vianna's handwriting and one of their notes. He couldn't help but smile slightly at the way she gazed at it, as though memories were beginning to flood back to her the way they were starting to flood back to him. But he remembered that night perfectly well. It was one of the days they were staying with Vianna's parents, right when the kidnappers were about to be caught and things were beginning to look up. They'd been laying out in a field, growing more and more frustrated that it wasn't just the two of them yet, that they couldn't have the life they wanted, the privacy they wanted just yet. It was back when they were still planning out the coming years, knowing Vianna had to go back to school and he had to go to work, deciding that she'd come live with him the second she was out. Wow...those plans had changed quite a bit, especially once he got his job at Hogwarts just a month or so later.

But in that one day, they had very spontaneously decided to run off to France, just for one night, just the two of them. And somehow, in that one night, she convinced him into getting a tattoo. They both got tattoos, an act that Ferris had never in a million years pictured himself ever doing. And it was something that he never once regretted since. In fact, he sort of completely loved his two small tattoos, easily hidden by his bulky old watch but extraordinarily prominent when that watch came off. He couldn't help but smile slightly as he thought of all of these memories, of that night when they just couldn't stand to not be together, where they just ran off together, just for a night. It'd been perfect.

And just like that, Vianna was looking up at him with those blue eyes and his heart was melting and his brown eyes were sparkling back at her with a sort of silent sweetness to his gaze that he hadn't expected. Their history, all of the days they'd had together, they were all the best memories, the best things to look back on. But that night he'd gotten that tattoo for her. No matter what the reasoning was back then, no matter if it seemed like it was just because she dared him, he knew now just like he knew back then that he got those tattoos for her; that he wanted to be marked for her, to have his Vianna and their memories together permanently etched onto his skin. As she looked up at him with that gaze, that adoring sort of expression, his heart seemed to melt right then and there and he found himself leaning down to meet her in the middle as she leaned up on her toes to plant her lips on his own. The kiss that this created, this warm, wonderful gesture was something that Ferris found himself lovingly returning. His lanky arms slipped fully around her waist once more, pulling her closer as he let his mind fall into a fog and his instincts take over. There was something about her though, and he was positive that it was just Vianna, just something about her size and the way her form fit so well into his arms, that intoxicating scent that she had that he loved so much. It was just her. And he couldn't help but want even more of her, kissing her as sweetly as possible.

Vianna's lips were curved into a smile as this wonderful kiss she was sharing with her husband continued, completely charmed by the way his lips treated her own so sweetly and lovingly, memories of their first few months together flooding her mind at that moment. They were things she felt she hadn't thought about in so long... Their very first kiss, their first swims in lakes, their first sleepover at the boy's house, their first official date. Wow, their first date... That had been a truly beautiful memory, one of the sweetest. Despite their troubles with the kidnappers back then, everything had felt so beautiful, so fairytale-like, just because they had each other, they had something to look forward to and admire, something to be completely excited about despite the negative situation they had been stuck in.

Part of her wished they could take a time-turner and travel back to those days, to those times. But part of her couldn't have been happier about the future either; they were expecting their very first child! Who would've thought? Despite having fallen in love quite quickly with the boy, Vianna had no idea of what would be coming their way, she had no idea that they would actually end up living together, getting married, and building a family together. It was wonderful, and she was completely happy with the way their lives had turned out.

After a few long moments of this, of kissing the boy before her and relishing in the memories flooding her mind at that moment, the girl pulled back from their kiss with the brightest of smiles, her crystal blue eyes sparkling brightly up at the boy before her. "I'm really... happy with the way everything turned out, Professor," she said softly. "I'm really happy that that boy in the argyle sweater vests who was always reading a book ended up being my husband and the father of my first child," she confessed with a warm smile, still a little disbelieving that things had gone so wonderfully for them, that their love had made it this far.

OOC: I think I'm off for now Deee! See you later!

As Vianna finally broke apart from their kiss, Ferris's brown eyes fluttered open as he revealed the warmest of smiles to the girl at his side, rather dazed as his mind filled with memories of the past. He too couldn't believe how much they'd been through together, how long they'd actually been side by side, in love like they still were to that day. He couldn't believe that the girl he'd fallen in love with so quickly, so easily back when he was seventeen (after two days of knowing her, no less) was now his wife, pregnant with his baby. It was rather mind blowing to think about all of this, to think about all of their memories together, to remember that Vianna hadn't always been a constant, that there was a time in his life where he didn't know the most important person to him. And that was completely insane to think about, to think that he ever lived without the girl who seemed to be a part of him, a missing piece of his heart that just happened to be on the outside. To think that he'd loved her every day of his life ever since he was seventeen... It was something that made his heart melt, that got a goofy grin to fall onto his features, to remember their first months together, when everything was new and he was just realizing how perfect Vianna really was for him. And now they were married! And having a kid! She was three months pregnant!

Ferris, still rather dazed by his memories and realizations, couldn't keep the grin off of his face as Vianna spoke, admitting that she was really happy that things had turned out the way they did. "Me too," he admitted with a soft chuckle, knowing that she was referring to how a very sudden, loving connection in their teenage years had turned into a marriage and a life-long friendship, relationship. It was then that she continued, informing him that she was really happy that that boy in the argyle sweater vests who always read a book ended up to be her husband and the father of her child, a comment that he couldn't help but beam at. "I'm completely," he kissed her temple, "and totally ecstatic that the girl who couldn't sit still... The one that always wanted to race on a broom, up for anything, adventures of any sort...beautiful, sweet, energetic, smart, tanned; everything that I'd never known I'd been so attracted to...is now my wife..carrying my little baby boy..." he trailed off with the wamest of smiles, thinking back to the time when he'd first met his wife.

ooc: Awwwwww alright Ruthersss! I'll see you later, hopefully!! Just 2 more days!

Vianna's smile widened as Ferris spoke, placing a kiss on her temple as he share how ecstatic he was that the girl who couldn't sit still, who always wanted to race on a broom, and who was everything he had never known he'd been so attracted to, was now his wife, carrying his baby boy. The girl's blue eyes were bright now, filled with many different emotions - loving, adoration, admiration, happiness, excitement, and just the slightest bit of melancholy. But it was hard not to feel a little bit melancholy when they thought back to these moments that had been the most amazing moments of their life (up till now), these moments that would never come back. They would never be sixteen and seventeen again, they would never fall in love for the first time with each other again; but it didn't make the girl necessarily sad or anything, it just gave her a hint of melancholy. But she was happy that they had these moments in their lives, these beautiful memories. She simply couldn't imagine her life without all those beautiful memories, without all those wonderful moments that had shaped the rest of her life. She really, truly felt like the luckiest girl alive, for having experienced such a beautiful, pure, selfless love from such an early age. It was the one thing she was most grateful for.

"Well, I'm really happy my need to jump off cliffs and give my Professor stress and worries didn't scare him off and we made it this far," said Vianna with a soft chuckle, remembering the many times she'd suggest doing something crazy, something unusual, often dragging Ferris along with her and giving the boy the fright of his life; or the times she'd just go by herself when she couldn't convince him, and he had to suffer the constant worry that something might happen to his girlfriend, that she might end up hurt.
Of course, over the years, Vianna calmed down a little; as having a job and many pets to take care of didn't give the couple all the free time they had as teenagers, all that time she liked to spend doing adventurous things that could often be dangerous. But even if she wasn't suggesting that they jump off cliffs or explore into creepy caves anymore, the girl was still as full of energy as she had been back then, and anytime the couple had any free time to do things together without worries or concerns, she would still often suggest something a little adventurous, something that would still give her that adrenaline rush. But all of that changed even more once she got pregnant; you wouldn't catch Vianna racing on a broom or climbing trees now. She wasn't even aware of it, though; it was just an instinct, an instinct that made her find no appeal in such activities, an instinct that naturally made the girl a lot more careful and aware than she had been; it was, of course, an instinct to protect her child that wasn't even born yet, to make sure that absolutely nothing she did could harm him, and he could come to the world perfectly healthy and without complications.

But it would be naive to think that once Gabe was born Vianna would remain this laid-back. She'd go back to her old, adventurous ways one day; though, with the years, age would obviously slow her down a bit. But she'll always be that energetic girl, the one that's up for anything and felt a sort of thrill in taking risks.
However, these memories of giving Ferris mild heart attacks were not what was on the girl's mind anymore. What was on her mind now were sweeter memories, the ones that got her heart to melt and her smile to turn from playful to warm once again. "Professor, do you remember… our first date?" she asked, a bit of a dreamy look to her blue eyes. "Our first dance together?" she added, memories from this one night flooding her mind; remembering the nerves and excitement she'd felt as clearly as if it had just happened the night before. "Do you remember stargazing on the rooftop, and having marshmallows… We were all dressed up… I'd never been on a date before. A real, official date," she shared, her smile widening slightly, re-living this night in her mind. It had been so amazing, so fairytale-like.

OOC: Just TWO more dayssss!

Ferris let out a hearty chuckle as Vianna mentioned how glad she was that her needs to jump off cliffs and give her Professor stress hadn't scared him off and they'd made it this far, a comment that immediately reminded him of the early days of when Vianna's adventurous side continuously clashed with his cautious instincts. "How could I have possibly been scared off when I had this beautiful little gem practically jumping up and down at my side, begging me to accompany her on her all of her adventures?" he asked with an amused smile, a warm sort of expression that brought his dimples out of hiding. He brought up a hand to absentmindedly tuck a strand of her long hair behind her ear, admiring her with sparkling brown eyes as he thought about this. But it was true; even though the idea of adventures like jumping off of cliffs with his girlfriend had scared him out of his skin back then (and still did at times), being at Vianna's side was the best feeling he'd ever had, and every one of those adventures she'd dragged him along on had only made him happier in the long run. But she was everything. And before he'd met her, he'd barely ever branched out in his life; ever. He never wanted to do anything out of his comfort zone, and Vianna had made sure to change that, it was just her nature. The day he met her, she was bargaining him onto a broom, something that the young man hadn't touched in five years at the time, something that he'd cringed away from, hidden away from almost. And in just a day or so...he was on one.

Ever since, Vianna had been opening his life up one adventure at a time, convincing him with those big blue eyes to join her in some crazy idea that ultimately made the young man more happy than he'd ever been before. And for the first time in his life, he was really living. He was out there with her, with this girl who had completely turned his life upside down, had made him step out of his comfort zone and fall in love with her like he'd never even considered falling before. Suddenly she was everything, everything that he ever wanted in all of his life, the best friend that knew him better than he knew himself, the most beautiful girl on the planet; and she wanted him. Him. And what was better? She seemed just as thrilled that he loved her with every single bit of his heart. It was still like that. He felt like the luckiest man on the planet because everyday he still loved to see her face, everyday he looked forward to coming home and every kiss they shared was just as electric as their very first.

Ferris couldn't help but grin at these memories, honestly loving the girl's adventurous side. He always had, and upon thinking about it, he wasn't sure if she knew that. "You know..." he murmured softly, "Your adventurous side was one of the many things that got me to fall in love with you..." he admitted with a bit of a boyish grin, his forehead coming to rest on her own. "This gorgeous little adventurer that wanted to try everything, wanted to experience everything, and wanted me, of all people, to come along." He flashed her the warmest of smiles, pecking her lips, simply studying her for a small, comfortable silence before she spoke once more, asking him if he remembered their first date. This question got his heart to melt right then and there, his brown eyes sparkling at the thought of such a night, their very first date. He listened as she then continued, asking if he remembered their first dance, how they'd stargazed on the rooftop eating marshmallows, how they'd been all dressed up for her first official date. "How could I possibly, ever forget our very first date?" he asked with a soft smile, admiring her for a long moment as he thought back to that perfect night. "I was so nervous to actually take you out on a date; to take this beautiful girl that I'd only known for a week, but was already completely in love with, out on a date, just the two of us..." he murmured, remembering it all as he rested her forehead on her own with a warm smile. "And I remember thinking how odd I was being. How different I had become," he admitted with an amused, reminiscent smile. "Because before you...the idea of dressing up for a date, of all things, was something completely foreign to me," Ferris explained to the girl before him, elaborating on his statement. "And then, just a week after leaving home for camp, I was back in my hometown, planning out the best date I could think of. I was putting on my one and only suit, I bought flowers, I'd...rented out a bookstore to have dinner in!" he listed off with a sort of amused disbelief to his gaze as he admired her, letting out a soft chuckle. "Just because this gorgeous, bright little Italian gem had come into my life and made me fall madly in love with her," he finished with the sweetest of smiles, leaning down to peck Vianna's lips as lovingly as he could.

ooc: ONE!

Vianna's dreamy expression turned a little more curious as Ferris began speaking, sharing with her that her adventurous side was one of the many things that got him to fall in love with her. Vianna grinned at this, her crystal blue eyes beginning to sparkle once more at the brown eyes that were so close now, as the boy rested his forehead against her own. But she was glad, glad that her thirst for adventure and taking risks was something that had, for the most part, a positive outcome on their relationship than a negative one. The girl listened as he went on, explaining how 'this gorgeous little adventurer' wanted him, of all people, to come along. Vianna chuckled softly at this, returning the peck kiss he placed on her lips for the brief moment it lasted, her blue eyes closing before fluttering open again to reveal her sparkling gaze."I'm really glad to know my Professor wasn't completely freaked out, then," she said softly, a light and brief chuckle escaping her lips while her gaze continued admiring the sight of him so close, the sight of this young man she couldn't help but feeling like she'd known her whole life; though in reality, she'd only known him six years. Six years out of her twenty-three-year-old life. It was surreal to think of it that way, as it certainly didn't feel like that; it felt like she'd known him her whole life, like he had always been there. She could barely remember life before him, it was like her life only really started after she'd met him. Most of the memories she remembered clearly came from those times, from the times she'd first met him, first fallen in love with him.

Vianna's warm smile grew into a grin then, as Ferris answered her questions regarding their very first date, sharing with her how nervous he'd been to take her out on a date, how he'd felt he was being odd, and how different he had become. At this, Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly, and she listened attentively as the boy continued, explaining how before he'd never thought of dressing up for a date, yet just a week after leaving home for camp, he was already back in his hometown planning out the best date he could think of, reminding the girl of all the things he'd done that night, just for their first date, all the things that had made that date so beautifully wonderful and special to her. Vianna's crystal blue eyes were sparkling brighter than ever now, the warmest of smiles adorning her lightly tanned face, pure loving and adoration in her gaze. But how could she not be completely charmed and in love with the boy before her when he never for the past six years ceased to prove to her how much he loved her, how he was willing to do anything for her, always making her feel like she was on top of the world, like she was the most loved person on this planet.
She returned the loving kiss he placed on her lips for the brief second it lasted, pulling back with a growing smile before leaning up toward him again and returning her lips to his own, not ready to let him go yet. No, she wanted to show him how much she loved him, and how much she appreciated him. He needed to know; and she felt a sudden urge to show him these feelings at that moment, to remind him of how much she loved him, how great and beautiful her life was with him in it.

But this wonderful kiss was abruptly brought to an end as Vianna suddenly pulled back with a gasp, something between pain and surprise in it. Her brows furrowed slightly and her gaze fell to her growing belly, hidden under her light blue dress, before looking back up at the boy before her with a bit of mild surprise in her expression at the unexpected kick she'd just received. "I think Gabe would like his cake now, Professor," she said with a soft chuckle, one of her hands passing over her perfectly round growing belly. She gave the boy before her another smile before turning back to the cabinets and pulling out a couple small plates for herself and Ferris.

OOC: WOOOOOOOOO!

Ferris's dark brown eyes seemed to glaze over with a bit of a daze as he watched Vianna's bright blue eyes sparkle brighter than ever, the sweetest of her beautiful smiles coming onto her expression as she listened to all of his words. He couldn't help his heart jumping in his chest, his gaze filling with shameless adoration that probably would've made any other person outside of Fervi to gag had they been in the room to witness such a sharing of gazes. But that was just something that the couple had always been good at; zoning out and creating a world that was just the two of them. He loved it more than anything else, when it was just them in their own little world.

Just as he was breaking apart from the small kiss he'd placed on her lips, his gaze still admiring the girl before him, Vianna leaned up to place yet another kiss on his lips. Ferris, slightly surprised, only took a moment to start returning the gesture, his lanky arms pulling her closer to himself as he gently began to return the kiss with as much loving as he could muster. But he couldn't help himself when she was being so cute, when her beautiful expression was so close to himself, when she was looking at him with those eyes that had some sort of power over him that he couldn't ever explain. It was just something about her.

And just as he was about to deepen their kiss, his mind drifting off to ViannaLand (his favourite place), his wife broke apart from him abruptly with a rather painfully surprised gasp. His brown eyes widened as they fluttered open immediately, his expression immediately morphing into one of concern as he gently gave his grasp a bit of slack so she could move more, obviously quite worried as to what was wrong with his gem. "What's wrong? What hurts?" he asked with a sense of concerned urgency that he hadn't expected from himself. But the second that she gave that sort of gasp his whole body felt like he'd been plunged into icy cold water, worry washing over his entire being as he realized that something could be wrong with Vianna and Gabe. But then, just moments after she'd broken away from him, she was giving a soft chuckle and announcing that Gabe wanted that piece of cake now, something that he hadn't expected in the slightest. Ferris remained frozen for a full second, brown eyes slightly wide, until his expression melted into the warmest of his amused smiles and he let out a soft chuckle. "I better get him some then," he replied, keeping one hand on his wife's back as though afraid Gabe would still be sending painful kicks. But he helped her cut the cake, beginning to serve both himself and his wife (and little Gabe, really) slices of the ice cream cake, heading into the living room minutes later to enjoy their dessert on the couch.

OOC: Feel free to skip whenever!

ooc: WOO! Here it comes!

Around 5 and a Half Months Later...
(Correct me if I'm wrong on that estimate)

The next few months saw a very obvious change in the pregnant girl (who was now twenty-four, and Ferris twenty-five) living in the Montgomery home. Her belly was at the largest it had ever been, so large, really, that it was more like the belly carried her rather than the other way around. It was a rather amusing sight, seeing as Vianna was still a small girl, despite having gained a bit of weight from the pregnancy. Yet her belly was so large, so disproportioned when compared to the rest of her body.
And she loved it.
Gabe was pretty much completely developed now, though unfortunately that also meant more powerful kicks to the girl's stomach and more painful contractions every now and then. But despite these things, she was the happiest she had ever been, and the most excited she had ever been. Gabe was due in only a couple more weeks! It was so surreal to think that this nine-month journey was almost coming to an end, that their little boy would be in their arms in only a couple of weeks! It was exciting, a completely beautiful thought.

And the atmosphere in the air made the girl look forward to it all even more. It was the day after Christmas, and as usual, the couple had spent this very special time in the company of family and friends, though they chose to open their presents in the privacy of their own, cozy home. It just felt right; they hadn't put up a tree and placed presents under it for nothing, after all! But they also spent most part of the day and night over at the Vincenzis', who had prepared a very large feast not only for all of the Vincenzi and Vescovi family members, but for the Montgomerys and their closest friends as well. Over the years, they had all become like one large family. It was great, and it only made Vianna look forward to having little Gabe around even more, to spending the next Christmas with him in the picture.

"I feel like we haven't done this in ages," Vianna muttered softly as she summoned one of the marshmallows from the lit fireplace, referring to the couple's tradition of roasting their marshmallows before eating them. The couple had just had dinner about an hour and a half ago, and were now just relaxing on the couch in the living room with mugs filled with hot chocolate, appropriate for the scene, soaking in the warmth coming from the fireplace and admiring the sight of their Christmas tree a safe distance away from the fire, standing in front of the windows through which snowflakes could sometimes be seen in the dark of night, the outside windowsill already covered in snow. Vianna was dressed in dark, navy blue gym pants and her favourite of Ferris's argyle sweaters, which just so happened to be her favourite clothes for winter. They were large, and cozy, and allowed enough room for her large belly, the fabric not pressing too tightly against it. But ever since the girl had become pregnant, all she wanted in her clothes was comfort. Mrs. Vincenzi was always getting her cute little maternity outfits, but the girl very rarely used them; she just wanted to be completely comfortable, though this wasn't to say she had completely turned into a bum and had completely stopped taking care of herself, of course not! "I think Gabe will be born with his own addiction to marshmallows, much thanks to us," she said with a soft chuckle.

OOC: Look at your and your big lettering! *proud*

Ferris had never looked forward to something so much as he did to the due date of January 12. Granted, that date wasn't definite or anything, but it was still growing closer to the current time, just a couple weeks more or less! It was completely surreal to think that in just a matter of weeks Gabe would be in their arms, finally out in the world with them, opening his eyes and moving around and...being all theirs, really. It was perfect. And though he'd been finding himself more and more tired by the day (as all these past few months he'd still been working both of his jobs and finishing off the nursery, with the help of Vianna which he accepted reluctantly), this past week he'd started his winter break from work, the shop had been closed for the holidays, and he was completely free to spend the days next to his favourite person on the planet who seemed to be growing bigger by the day. He'd never felt happier in his life, he knew that for sure. And the presence of the holidays in the air just added to the warm feeling that permanently resided in his stomach, the warm smile that always stayed on his pale expression.

That night in particular they'd broken out the marshmallows for the third time that week, finding that the arrival of the cold weather brought out a bigger craving for their favourite snack as it did every year. Marshmallows, hot chocolate, and his Vianna... The night was perfect. He'd spent most of the day reading a new book he'd gotten for Christmas, nearly finishing it before dinner came along and he was distracted by his wife's company and the prospect of hot chocolate and marshmallows. Laying down across the couch behind the girl who was still sitting up, sporting her growing belly, Ferris watched with warm brown eyes as Vianna mentioned how it felt as though they hadn't had marshmallows in ages. "I know what you mean," he agreed with a small smile, dimples coming out of hiding on his pale expression. But before this week (when they started periodically breaking into their marshmallow stash), they hadn't eaten their favourite sweet in at least a couple months. It felt nice to go back to their oldest traditions.

One hand resting on Vianna's back in a sort of absentminded support, Ferris watched with an amused smile as she mentioned that Gabe was going to be born with his own addiction to marshmallows just because of them. "I wouldn't doubt it," the young man replied with a soft chuckle, his brown eyes beginning to sparkle at the prospect of Gabe finding his own favourite foods, starting to experience new things and finding his tastes for different treats. As he absentmindedly began to eat the marshmallow she handed him, his gaze fell onto the girl next to him, scanning over her entire appearance with a sort of silent admiration behind his brown eyes. But there she was, just as petite as she always had been, but now sporting a completely disproportionate belly that held their growing baby boy, all covered up in one of his favourite argyle sweaters; dark green with blue, gray, and yellow patterns. He himself was wearing a long sleeved argyle sweater (his favourite thing to wear, if you hadn't guessed), though his was a gray colour with red, green, and gold patterns, very Christmas-y, actually. But he always thought that his clothes looked better on Vianna, no matter what item of clothing it was, and this one seemed to be the cutest of them all. She was just so cute with her big belly, eating one of those marshmallows right before him and practically just asking to be kissed!

Moments after he finished his marshmallow, the young man was sitting up on the couch, facing the side of his wife as he gave a soft smile at their proximity. "Who gave you the right to be so," he very gently placed a warm kiss to her cheek, "...adorable?" he finished as he started to trail sweet kisses from her cheek down to her jawline, the hand on her back slipping further around until his arm was wrapped behind her, keeping her close.

ooc: Hehe I worked hard on it!

Vianna's crystal blue eyes were fixed on the burning fire before them, enjoying every bit of warmth it sent their way. But the weather was freezing outside! Vianna had gotten a little more used to it over the years, but English winters did not compare to Sicilian winters; not at all. She wasn't very used to the snow, and the extreme drop in temperature (though a bit of chill and the occassional thunderstorm were nothing uncommon in England no matter what season they were in). It was definitely very different to her homeland; but she liked it. She'd been familiar with this land since she was only nine, after all, and had over the years learned to appreciate it, to love it as much as her homeland of Sicily. And she couldn't help but love the winter, despite the extremely cold weather. It gave her an excuse to steal her husband's argyle sweaters, to keep the fireplace lit almost all day long, to set up a beautiful Christmas tree, and it also gave her a new toy - snow. She hadn't gotten to playing around the snow much this year, due to the pregnancy, but during the past few years, ever since she'd moved in with Ferris, they tended to go back in time and sort of become like little kids when they were out in the snow, doing silly but fun things like building snowmen or having snowball fights. It was fun, and it was something she was quite looking forward to have Gabe participate in; though she knew they'd have to wait a few years for that, as a newborn obviously couldn't roll up a snowball and throw it or run around in such cold weather.

Vianna was snapped out of thoughts as Ferris responded to her earlier comment with a question of his own, asking who gave her the right to be so adorable. The girl ripped her gaze away from the fire then, and instead turned to the boy beside her who had now sat up on the couch and had just placed a kiss on her cheek. She giggled lightly at the question that accompanied that gesture, and pecked his lips gently before replying, "I knew I had the right, but I had no idea I was actually exercising it!" she said with eyebrows raised in mock surprise. "I'm sorry if it causes you discomfort, Professor, but you seem to abuse that right more than anyone else I've ever met," she added, playfulness in her blue eyes.

OOC:

Ferris's lips were taken away from her warm skin as the girl at his side turned to him in order to place a peck on his lips, creating a small kiss that he returned as lovingly as he could for the short moment it lasted. As they broke apart and he was left watching her with sparkling brown eyes, the warmest of smiles came onto his pale expression, listening as she mentioned that she knew she had the right to be adorable but had no idea that she was exercising it. "You're always exercising it," he grumbled playfully to her with another warm kiss to the cheek before listening as she continued, apologizing for any discomfort he might've had from her cuteness and pointing out that he seemed to be abusing the right more than anyone else. Ferris gave a bit of a grin at this, admiring her for a moment before he gently placed a sweet kiss to her lips, letting it last for a couple long moments before he reluctantly broke apart. "Trust me, you're the one that's been killing me all week long..." the young man pointed out to her with an amused smile, still sitting up so he was facing her side, one hand coming up to tuck her hair behind her ear. "Wearing my sweaters so well..." he grumbled playfully as he placed another warm kiss though this one landed closer to her ear.

But all week long he didn't have any work, any other distraction besides the holidays and he was given plenty of opportunities to admire his wife and her growing belly. In result, he had a bit of trouble keeping his lips away from her beautifully tanned skin and he seemed to be growing more and more charmed by her as the days passed. "You and that belly of yours..." he continued with a sweet sort of smile, gently placing another sweet kiss just below the corner of her jaw, next to her earlobe. "You're making it really really hard for your Professor to ever leave your side..."

Vianna gave an innocent but very amused giggle as Ferris complained that she was always exercising her right to be adorable, listening as the boy went on to explain that she had been the one to kill him all week long, wearing his sweaters so well. The girl giggled once more at this accusation, completely amused by it, before returning the sweet kiss he placed on her lips for the couple moments it lasted. But it was true, ever since the winter started, Vianna was rarely wearing her own sweaters (at home, at least, obviously not at work), and was often caught stealing her husband's instead. They were too comfortable for their own good.

The girl squirmed slightly as Ferris kissed her close to her ear before continuing, mentioning her belly as he placed yet another kiss on her lightly tanned skin, this time next to her earlobe, causing her to squirm on instinct once again, just slightly. "Oh yeah?" Vianna muttered as Ferris shared with her that she was making it difficult for him to leave her side. "Good," she decided simply, flashing him a smile and pecking his lips gently. "Because the last thing I want right now is for my cute, abusive-of-his-right-to-be-adorable Professor to leave my side," she confessed with a warm smile and an equally warm gaze that silently admired his brown eyes, in which she could see the fire reflected. "I want him close now more than ever... and I think Gabe would like to keep his dad close too," she added with a bit of a grin now, her crystal blue eyes leaving the boy's own brown ones as her gaze fell to her large belly at that moment. "Y'know... sometimes, when I get home before you do, and then you come... he kicks when he hears your voice," she shared, lifting her gaze back to the boy's with an excited smile. "I thought perhaps I was going crazy or making too much of it, but I've noticed the pattern. It's true," she said softly.

Ferris gave a bit of a grin as Vianna spoke, muttering out an 'oh yeah?' as he gave a soft chuckle and nodded, "Yeah," he murmured playfully in reply, starting to place a couple more kisses to her warm cheek before pulling back just slightly to listen as she decided that this was good and continued. He listened, a warm smile on his pale face as he returned her peck kiss, as Vianna explained that the last thing she wanted was for her cute Professor to leave her side. "Well I'm never leaving your side, so I'm glad that we're on the same page with this," he replied with an amused smile, admiring her with sparkling brown eyes as he grew minorly sheepish from her comment. One of his hands came up once more to cup the side of her beautiful face as though he wanted to hold it there in his memory, his gaze scanning her expression adoringly for a moment before she spoke once more, mentioning that both she and Gabe wanted him close to them. This commen got his heart to melt right then and there, his mind wrapping around the idea of this. But it felt so nice to hear that, to feel like his presence at her side was a comfort to both her and even the baby, though they could hardly know what Gabe was thinking. Or so he thought until she continued.

Ferris listened as his hand trailed down from her face, down to her belly and finally resting very gently on top of it, as she started to tell him something with mild interest in her tone. His gaze fixed on her belly, he listened as she explained that sometimes when she got home before him and he arrived later, little Gabe would kick in her belly at the sound of his voice entering a room. The young man's heart seemed to skip an entire beat at this statement, his absentminded expression turning into one of unfiltered surprise as he heard these words and let his gaze dart to her. Gabe kicked at the sound of his voice? "H-He does?" the young man murmured in a near whisper, brown eyes fixed on her blue ones with an endeared interest he hadn't expected from himself. But the idea that Gabe would really give an actual, physical reaction to his voice just filling the room... It was something that warmed his heart more than he ever expected it to. His amazed gaze fell down to her belly with a renewed endearment, the warmest of his smiles spreading across his features. "You think he knows me already?" the young man murmured softly, disbelievingly as he thought of the little baby that was still growing and developing in his wife's belly. The idea obviously made him extraordinarily happy, to think that Gabe already had a sort of instinctual connection to him before he even arrived... It was amazing.

But Ferris didn't get to have a physical connection to Gabe just yet, he wasn't carrying the little baby around, he wasn't feeding him and supporting him and providing him with a place to develop and grow. Not that he necessarily wanted to be the pregnant one, granted, but the point is that the young man didn't get to have that immediate strong connection with the baby boy like Vianna did and it felt extraordinarily nice to think that maybe Gabe already knew who his father was, already liked the sound of his voice.

Vianna's blue eyes watched with pure endearment and adoration as the young man at her side expressed his disbelief over what she had just shared with him, asking for confirmation, which she gave to him by nodding her head slightly with the warmest of smiles. She watched as his hand traveled to her very large and very round belly, admiring the way a sort of fascination seemed to take over his features, and her gaze fell to her belly as did his, her smile widening at the sight of his hand there. As the boy then asked if she thought the baby knew him already, Vianna chuckled softly, completely amused and endeared by his surprise and disbelief. "Well, you've only been reading to him almost every night for the past eight and a half months," said Vianna, returning her gaze to him and flashing him a playful, teasing smile. "And that's not even counting all the times you just talk to him… it's only natural he'd be so used to your voice now, that he recognizes it," said Vianna, her smile turning warmer. "He hears us everyday… I think he's at least used to our voices by now."

Vianna went quiet then, and allowed a comfortable silence to settle in between the two of them for the next few moments before returning her gaze to the boy at her side and leaning in toward him, placing her lips upon his own. She couldn't help this sudden urge she felt to kiss him, though; he was just so adorable, being so fascinated with the idea of their little baby recognizing him. She loved the way he loved their child, the way he was always as connected to little Gabe as he could possibly be. It was beautiful, and she couldn't have possibly asked for anything better, for a more perfect little family, even if Gabe wasn't necessarily out and in their arms yet.

OOC: Awwww alright bye for now Deee Derupersss! And WHOOOO!!!! Countdown is overrrr!

Ferris looked up from his constant gaze on her belly, up to the girl next to him as she reminded him that he'd been reading to both her and the baby nearly every night for the past eight and a half months. He let out a soft chuckle at this, an amused smile coming onto his expression as he returned his admiring brown eyes to the sight of her perfectly round belly, as big as it had ever been. It was true that he'd been reading continuously to them for the past few months; it was just something that he wanted to do, wanted to share with little Gabe even before he was born, it felt natural. Though his brown eyes were fixed on Vianna's beautiful belly, Ferris listened attentively as she continued to mention all of the times that he'd simply talked to her growing belly, that it was only natural for Gabe to recognize his voice already, to recognize both of their voices. "Yeah, I suppose you're right," the young man replied with an amused smile. "But it's still..." he paused, trying to find the words as his gaze returned to her bright blue eyes. "..really nice to think that he sort of..already knows me, y'know?" he murmured with a bit of a sheepish smile.

Ferris was just about to return his gaze to the sight of her round belly when Vianna suddenly began to lean towards him, immediately catching his attention as he fixed his brown eyes onto her bright blue ones for the sweet moment right before their lips came into contact. And just like that his mind was gone and his lips were working off of instinct, his lanky arms slipping around her a bit more firmly as he returned the gesture just as sweetly as she awarded it to him. The young man wasn't quite sure what had brought this kiss on but he sure wasn't complaining, finding no need to question it as he let his mind drift over everything that had been said. That, added onto the wonderful knowledge that it was just the two of them in their cozy home, right next to the fire with a bag of marshmallows, made for a rather carefree kiss that Ferris found himself deeply enjoying.

Vianna's lips were slightly curved into a warm smile as she continued kissing the boy beside her and receiving his sweet gestures in return. She'd never felt as excited for the future as she did now, looking forward to the arrival of their son, of their little boy, who would be joining them in only a couple more weeks. She couldn't wait! She couldn't wait to have the little one in her arms, to see his beautiful little face and find traces of herself and Ferris in it; she couldn't wait until she could gently place him in his crib when he got sleepy, or feed him when he got hungry, or just... take care of him. She'd never thought she'd feel this way, but it just happened - she was actually looking forward to taking care of someone else, to having someone else depend on her. It was an incredibly large and even frightening responsibility, but she was looking forward to it. She wanted this tiny, defenseless little person feel safe just by looking at her, she wanted to be that source of comfort and security to someone else. It was a beautiful thing, she couldn't help thinking.

It was then, a few moments later, that the girl pulled away from their kiss, her crystal blue eyes fluttering open and greeting the sight of her husband so near with the warmest of smiles. She wasn't breathless anymore, as it was usually the case these past number of months. For some reason, during this past week, the girl was actually able to breathe normally again, and things as simple as just walking up the stairs were no longer a whole, complete workout. Something else had changed during this past week, and it was the girl's energy level. Despite having been unusually energetic for a pregnant woman, Vianna still sometimes felt an urge to take a nap, or found difficulty getting up from bed in the mornings. But now? Now it was like she wasn't pregnant at all, she found herself full of energy once again. At first she had assumed it just had to do with the holidays or because she was on break from work or something of the sort, but during their last visit to the doctor, the man explained this was all actually due to the fact that little Gabe was coming soon. Very, very soon.

Vianna turned her gaze away from the boy at her side and lifted the heavy mug filled with hot chocolate that she had been holding in her right hand, bringing it up to her lips and taking a sip. It felt so nice and relaxing, especially when the weather was so cold outside; and even inside the house it was a little chilly as well, but the living room was specially warm that night thanks to the lit fireplace. The whole 'family' had gathered there that night, as it wasn't just Fervi that were enjoying the warmth from the fireplace, but their squirrels, rabbits, and cat were as well, all sprawled out or curled up close to the fire, soaking in its warmth. Vianna scooted a little further back into the couch then, leaning her back - which had started to protest, especially now more than ever, since her belly was so incredibly large - against the back of the couch, comfortably. She turned her attention back to Ferris then, flashing him a smile before her free hand traveled up to the boy's curls at that moment, just absentmindedly playing with them the way she so often did, pulling them very gently and admiring the way they bounced back to shape. "Mm.. I like it when we get to be home like this," she said softly, her smile turning warm and her gaze a bit adoring. "I've missed it," she added, since they hadn't really had a chance to relax like this, so carefree for days, since the summer, which felt so far away now.
