Default That Summer - V.5!

This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, and thanks to Gryffindoll, emmafan123 and Lily Lupin this RP, plot and a couple characters are still thriving! It's one of our longest running RPs in a LONG time, if not the longest. So congrats to you girls for doing such a good job at keeping the thread(s) active, and enjoy.

This is version (5) FIVE, the first four threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

As Vianna pulled away from the kiss after a couple long moments of returning his sweet gesture, he grinned as she asked if this meant he liked the shop, something he couldn't help but let out a hearty chuckle at. "Yes, this means that I love the shop!" he immediately confirmed with another long string of chuckles. The young man was watching her with sparkling brown eyes, admiring the sight of the girl who'd gotten him this shop as a surprise, disbelief clear in his features. "I can't believe that you got me a bookstore..." he muttered a little disbelievingly, shaking his head just slightly, a grin on his pale face. "You got me a bookstore!" he repeated with a soft chuckle, still obviously not believing this, pulling her closer.

Vianna beamed, obvious excitement and happiness sparkling in her crystal blue eyes as Ferris confirmed that this meant he loved the shop, and she listened with amusement as the boy went on to mutter disbelievingly to himself what she'd done for him, as if trying to convince himself of it. Vianna chuckled softly to herself at the boy's reaction, but even more than amused, she was completely happy, happy that her husband had liked this surprise even after she had ruined it and given it away. "I'm really glad you like it, Professor," she muttered softly, her smile warm. She was quiet for a moment there before speaking again, snapping out of that minor daze and allowing excitement to take over her features once again. "So have you thought how you're going to set it up? You should ask Mr. Nordoff about how many books we should start off with, and then maybe, in the future, when the shop's big enough, we can dedicate ourselves full-time to it - or you can; I won't be here if you don't want me to..." said the young girl with a small smile. "Or not," the girl quickly added, not wanting to make Ferris feel like she wanted him to only dedicate himself to the bookshop if that's not what he wanted. "I--I mean, I know you like your job at Hogwarts, you don't-- you can just keep both, we'll get someone to work here, it's fine... I'm just... I thought maybe if it went well enough, you might want to spend more than just the weekends here..."

Ferris was just letting his brown eyes drift to the store outside of the fireplace before Vianna continued speaking, asking if he'd thought about how he was going to set it up. He opened his mouth to reply when she continued, suggesting that he ask Mr. Nordoff about how many books they should start off with and then maybe in the future the could dedicate themselves full time to it. An amused grin fell onto his pale features as she started to ramble, mentioning that she wouldn't be at the shop if he didn't want her there, and then reminding him of how much he liked his job at Hogwarts, that he could keep both and they could get someone to work there, and on and on and on. He let out a soft chuckle before leaning towards her and silencing the girl with a warm kiss to the lips. Upon breaking apart a couple moments later, he gave a warm smile, "Of course I want you around here. I prefer my gem wherever I am, and if I'm gonna be here, I want her here too," he explained simply, brown eyes sparkling. "We'll see how the shop goes and we'll hire someone at first to work weekdays maybe, or maybe I'll take a couple weeks off of work to set things up and train whoever we hire...And if the shop needs me full time eventually, maybe I'll take it on full time, but let's just see how it goes, alright?" he murmured to her with the warmest of smiles, leaning foward to peck her lips lovingly.

Vianna's rambling came to an abrupt end as the boy before her suddenly placed his lips upon her own in a kiss she was a little delayed in returning, having been caught off-guard. Her blue eyes were rather dazed as they pulled away, and she listened quietly as Ferris assured her that he wanted her to be there with him. Vianna smiled brightly at this, though she said nothing, and instead listened as the boy continued, explaining to her what the plan would be for the bookstore, that they'd have to wait and see how it went before making any decisions. Understandingly, Vianna nodded her head, and she returned the peck kiss the boy placed on her lips then. "That sounds good," said the girl softly, her smile warm and quite obviously happy. "What about the name, Professor?" she asked after a moment's silence, her eyebrows raising slightly at the boy. But even though Vianna had assured him that he had two weeks to think on it, that one night during their honeymoon when she had ruined the surprised, they had never really talked much about it again after that, having grown distracted, and so Vianna wasn't sure if the boy had thought of any names yet.

OOC: Ooh look you're all blue!

Ferris had completely forgotten that they were still standing in an empty fireplace for no particular reason, his arms still wrapped snugly around her slender waist as he agreed to the idea of waiting out the decisions before listening as she asked if he'd thought of a name yet. His smile fell slightly at this, his expression growing a tad bit uneasy as he hadn't exactly decided officially on it just yet. "I dunno Vi," he admitted with a soft sigh and a guilty smile. He was supposed to decide over the past couple weeks, he knew, but he'd been a bit too distracted to really focus on anything besides his wife who he still had trouble getting his mind away from. "You were kinda distracting these past two weeks," he murmured playfully, pecking her lips lovingly, brown eyes sparkling at her.

ooc: Yes I felt it was time for a change. Is it hard to read, though?

Vianna gave Ferris a sympathetic smile as he confessed that he didn't have a name ready for his shop yet, going on to add that she was kind of distracting these past two weeks. Vianna gasped and her jaw dropped at this, though she returned the peck kiss Ferris placed on her lips. "So now it's my fault my Professor has been procrastinating on his homework!?" asked the young girl with playful offense and disbelief on her tone, her eyebrows raising up at the tall boy before her.

OOC: No, not at all! It's very nice!

Ferris let out a hearty chuckle as Vianna put on a face of mock offense, asking for confirmation that it was now her fault that her Professor had been procrastinating on his homework, a statement that he merely nodded at with a clearly amused grin on his pale face, admiring her from his taller stature. "Yes, it is," he confirmed simply, flashing her a grin as he let out another soft chuckle. "My gem was far too cute, and sweet, and attractive, and kissable nonstop for the past two weeks, she's completely distracted SuperFerris from his superhero duties," he explained as though this was something everyone was already aware of.

ooc: Yayy thanks!

Vianna's eyebrows rose further as Ferris confirmed that she'd been too cute, and sweet, and attractive, and kissable and distracted him from his superhero duties. "Oh well, I'm sorry!" said Vianna, mock offense still in her voice as it echoed in the large, empty room. "Maybe your gem should go away for a bit so you can think straight," she suggested, then giving a playful chuckle before leaning on her toes and meeting Ferris's lips with her own in a sweet, loving kiss.

OOC:

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna apologized with mock offense in her tone, listening as she then suggested that his gem should go away for a bit so he could think straight, and before he could respond her lips were on his own. Distracted by the gesture, he returned the kiss sweetly for a couple loving moments before breaking apart and furrowing his brows as he remembered her previous statement. "I think that's the most horrible idea I've ever heard of in my life," he told her very simply, a small pout on his pale expression though there was amusement behind his gaze. "I need my gem around at all times otherwise I wouldn't be able to think straight...always thinking about where she might be or what she might be doing...I'd be completely and totally distracted and get nothing done," he decided.

Vianna's lips were curved slightly into a smile as she kissed her husband, until he pulled back a couple sweet moments later and her crystal blue eyes fluttered open to meet his brown ones. She listened as the boy commented that her last words had been the worst idea he had ever heard, and she chuckled softly in amusement, listening as he went on to explain that he needed his gem around at all times, otherwise he'd be unable to think straight, always thinking of what she might be doing or where she might be, that he'd be completely distracted. Vianna chuckled softly once again, far too amused by the boy before her. "Well, this is a rather difficult situation then, Professor!" said the young girl, her eyebrows raising. "You're distracted if I'm around, and you're distracted if I'm not around... how will we solve this?" she asked, playfulness still in her soft voice.

Ferris let out a light laugh as Vianna mentioned that they had a difficult situation on their hands, mentioning that he was distracted if she was there or not, asking how they would solve their problem. "Well that's all up to you, gem," he replied playfully with a raise of his eyebrows, a warm smile on his pale features as he admired the sight of her. "It depends on if you care about my happiness in the tiniest slightest bit?" he asked with a grin, letting out a soft chuckle. "Because if you're here, I'm distracted and happy, but if you're not, I'm distracted and extraordinarily upset. Take your pick."

Vianna listened as Ferris explained that this all depended on her, on if she cared about his happiness in the slightest bit. At this, Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly before furrowing a bit with confusion clear on her features; but she said nothing, and instead listened as the boy went on, explaining to her that if she was here, he'd be distracted and happy, but if she wasn't, he'd be distracted and upset. Vianna chuckled softly now, amusement in her crystal blue eyes. "Well, I guess that if I must choose, then..." she started, as if this was a very difficult decision she had to make, "I guess I'd rather be here and keep my Professor both distracted and happy," she decided with a warm smile.

OOC: Aack! Sorry that took so long! My internet went wacko for a second! >.<

Ferris couldn't help but let out a soft chuckle as Vianna finally decided (as though this was a very tough thing to decide on) that she'd rather be with him and keeping him both distracted and happy. He grinned at the choice, brown eyes still sparkling as he leaned down to peck her lips lovingly, "I think you've made a wonderful choice," he decided with a soft chuckle, amusement in his gaze before he grew distracted as the door to the shop opened and Mr. Nordoff came in with Nathan at his side (the latter carrying an ice cream cone). "Mr. and Mrs. Montgomery, please all lips away from one another's please," the old man teased, covering his eyes with a hand as though afraid that they'd be snogging in a corner.

"Must you tease me?" Ferris replied with a grin, stepping out of the fireplace with his hand intwined with Vianna's.

"Yes, it's how I get my kicks in my old age," Mr. Nordoff replied with a playful grin, letting out a hearty chuckle that filled the large room.

ooc: Awww don't worry about it!

Vianna returned the peck kiss Ferris placed on her lips before he shared with her that she'd made a wonderful choice, something which got the girl's smile to widen slightly. But she was soon distracted as the front door opened and Mr. Nordoff and Nathan walked inside, and the young girl couldn't help but chuckle with amusement as Mr. Nordoff teased them, going on to confess that this was how he amused himself at his age. "So, Mr. Nordoff, Ferris was meaning to ask if you had any suggestions on names for the bookstore," the young girl commented casually, well aware that Ferris had never mentioned anything about asking Mr. Nordoff for suggestions. The girl flashed the boy at her side a smile before turning back to Mr. Nordoff. "What about 'CurlyHead Books'?" she suggested, obviously using the boy's nickname to tease him, a few amused giggles escaping her smiling lips.

ooc: I'm off for now, Rutherssss! But I'll be back in the late afternoon tomorrow! Byeeeeeeee Ruthie Ruthersssss!

OOC: Awwww mannn Deee! We've got such horrible timing sometimes! I'm only gonna be on in the morning tomorrow, as all of tomorrow afternoon/night I'm gonna be busy! Dang it! Anyway, I'll be back the day after tomorrow for sure, so I'll see you then!

Ferris listened as Vianna informed Mr. Nordoff that he'd been meaning to ask if the older man had any suggestions for the bookstore, something that he definitely hadn't mentioned to her at all before, but obviously didn't mind. Still, just out of pure playfulness, he shot her a narrowed eyed look as she turned to him with a smile before facing Mr. Nordoff and suggesting 'CurlyHead Books' to the older man. Jaw dropping, Ferris glared playfully at the back of his wife's head before he came closer to her and very simply picked her up, throwing the much smaller girl over his shoulder as though this was nothing out of the ordinary. He then turned to Mr. Nordoff (who was now filling the room with strings of hearty chuckles, Nathan's lighter ones accompanying them) and rose his eyebrows, his expression as though nothing had changed. "So...any ideas?" But Mr. Nordoff was too filled up with his chuckles to respond just yet.

ooc: Awwwwwwww drats! No fairrr. -sigh- Alright then Ruthers, I'll just see you tomorrow then!!

Vianna's mischievous giggles came to an abrupt end as she found her feet suddenly leaving the wooden floors of the empty shop, and a second later she found herself hanging over her husband's shoulder. "HEEEEY! Professorrrr!" whined the girl, brows furrowed disapprovingly, not very appreciative of the boy's methods at bringing an end to her teases. "I think 'CurlyHead Books' is a perfectly likable name, you're just jealous you didn't come up with it first!" added Vianna, well aware that this wasn't true, but she needed something to shoot at the boy. "Now, put me down!" she ordered, not at all being a cooperative kidnapping victim as she began kicking, making herself as difficult to hold as possible so she would be set back down.

OOC: I know righttt! *sigh* Oh well! I'll see you tomorrow!

Ferris couldn't help but grin as Vianna whined from over his shoulder, obviously not that appreciative of his method to keep her teasings at bay, while Mr. Nordoff continued to laugh as though this was a show they were putting on purposely just for him. The young man listened as she then explained how she thought 'CurlyHead Books' was a perfectly likable name and he was just jealous that he hadn't thought of it himself. "Oh yes, it was the biggest genius I've ever heard of," he replied playfully before she then demanded to be put down once more, something that he couldn't help but chuckle at, rather amused with how they must've looked just then, him holding her over his shoulder easily, comfortably almost. But it was then that she started throwing kicks! This made it increasingly difficult to keep hold of her upper legs as he was continuously being kicked in the lower stomach, something that wasn't at all pleasant. "Ow, Vi!" he complained in a groan, leaning over to set her legs back on the floor, standing back up to wrap his arms around her gently with a pout on his pale face. "That hurt!" he informed her with furrowed brows, as though she'd just ran up to him and suddenly kicked him in the stomach rather than been trying to get down because he'd randomly picked her up and thrown her over his shoulder. "I'm gonna have bruises," he predicted, though there was vague amusement in the back of his brown eyes, a bit of an amused smile in his expression.

ooc: "Ow, Vi! That hurt!" that reminded me of "Charlie! That hurt!"

Vianna stopped kicking the second her feet met the wooden floors of the empty shop, and she looked about ready to scold her husband for his methods when the boy complained that the kicks had hurt, giving the girl a pout that got her brows to unfurrow and her forehead to begin creasing slightly with worry, obviously beginning to grow a little guilty over what she'd just done. "Aw, Professor... I'm sorry," she said softly, listening as he went on to inform her that he was going to have bruises. The young girl would have felt even worse at this information, had she not been able to read the bit of amusement in her husband's gaze and faint smile, something which got her to smile in return, her crystal blue eyes narrowing slightly. "You're not gonna have bruises," she assured him. "I'll spoil you a lot today, so much that your tummy won't feel like being all bruised up tomorrow morning," said the girl, as if his stomach could choose whether it wanted to be bruised or not; and it was then that the girl leaned on her toes and placed a sweet, loving peck kiss on the boy's own lips, letting it last a moment longer than necessary before pulling back with the brightest of smiles. But it was then that she remembered they had an audience and she was being the biggest cheeseball of life to her husband, something that was completely fine when it was just the two of them but a little embarrassing when there were other people around; the girl cleared her throat softly and gave a brief flustered chuckle, her cheeks turning the lightest shade of pink. "Right, so... about the name..." she muttered, giving Mr. Nordoff a sheepish smile. "Any ideas, Nathan?" she asked, turning her blue-eyed gaze to the little boy instead, perhaps he'd thought of something or supported her 'CurlyHead Books' idea.

OOC: CHARLAYYYY!!!

Ferris smiled just slightly, his expression rather endeared, as Vianna gave an 'aw, Professor' and apologized for kicking him so much. "That's alright, gem," he murmured to her, a bit of playfulness behind his gaze as he obviously hadn't really been all that upset with her. He pulled her a bit closer as she then explained that he wasn't going to have any bruises, a statement that got his eyebrows to raise slightly, "Oh? And what're you gonna do about it?" he replied playfully, completely and totally forgetting that anyone else on the planet existed, let alone that there was an audience around. He listened as she explained that she would spoil him a lot that day, so much that his tummy wouldn't feel like being bruised up tomorrow, a statement that got his smile widen and his brown eyes to sparkle at the girl before him as he pulled her closer. "Oh yeah?" he murmured to her, "That sounds nice," he replied playfully, his voice low as it often was when he began to lean in for a kiss. And as though their brains were exactly on the same track, she leaned on her toes then to place a kiss on his lips that he was eager to return, kissing her sweetly for the moment it lasted before they broke apart and a warm smile fell onto his features. Moments later, the young man seemed to realize that there were other people still in the room and his brown eyes widened slightly as he gently released his wife, turning towards Mr. Nordoff and Nathan with a sheepish chuckle, though there was still a slightly lopsided smile on his pale face. That was embarrassing...

Mr. Nordoff let out a hearty chuckle at the sheepishness of the couple, unable to help but find it to be slightly amazing that they could so easily fall out of reality with one another. It was like someone turned a switch and suddenly any recognition of other human beings was out of their minds. Nathan was too distracted by the room and his ice cream to feel scarred for life from the cheesiness, still licking his ice cream cone absentmindedly as he wandered around not too far away.

As Vianna asked the pair about the name, addressing the younger of the two specifically, the nine-year-old turned with a bit of a grin on his slightly tanned face, realizing that they wanted his own opinion. "Hmm..." he murmured to his ice cream cone, glancing around at the shop before turning his blue eyes to Ferris thoughtfully.

"You could always name it after yourself," Mr. Nordoff suggested once he realized Nathan would need a minute to fully formulate his plans before sharing them. "I mean, it worked for me," he reminded them, letting out a hearty chuckle. "'Montgomery's Books'!" he said, trying out the feel of it. Ferris flashed him an amused smile and a brief shrug, though when Ferris shrugged it was never one of annoyance, but rather one that let the rest of the room know that he was considering his options. Mr. Nordoff was no stranger to this shrug, and therefore wasn't offended in the slightest, giving an amused smile to the young man.

"You could name it after the town," Nathan explained with a shrug, eyebrows raising just slightly. "I mean...you love our town just as much as the rest of us, and...you're miles and miles away from it here..." he continued with a small, carefree smile. "You could bring a bit of it here, with like... 'Crossfield Books'!" Ferris eyebrows rose at the suggestion of tacking his hometown's name on the front of his store...that was actually an interesting idea.

"That's actually not a bad idea," he murmured thoughtfully.

"Fer, while you think on that, I'm gonna start ordering in your books, alright?" Mr. Nordoff said, suddenly holding a handful of papers that he'd obviously just conjured up from wherever he was keeping them. "On the walk around town I realized that there are a couple other places that sell books, but they're all cafes and stupid stuff like that," Mr. Nordoff explained, a statement that got the young man to chuckle softly. "So yours should be pretty unique, but I'll start you off with the basic books and get you a load of your favourites..." he muttered more to himself as he started off to scribble on the papers.

OOC: WHOA. China is soooo back.

ooc: Holy mother of pearl!
I love China. !

Vianna was distracted from her earlier sheepishness and embarrassment as Mr. Nordoff suggested Ferris name his bookstore after himself, as this method had worked for the man himself. The young girl smiled at this, actually liking the sound of 'Montgomery's Books', though it was Nathan's suggestion that got the girl's eyebrows to raise and her smile to widen to one of those excited grins of hers. "Professor, that's brilliant!" said the girl, turning to the taller boy at her side who seemed to like the idea just as much. But it was the perfect suggestion! The little boy was completely right; Ferris loved his hometown more than anything, it was a huge part of who he was as a person, of his life, and they were rather far from it here; to name the bookstore after it would be a perfect way to honor a very important part of the boy's life, of his background.

Vianna was soon a little distracted from this as Mr. Nordoff spoke once again, sharing with the new bookshop owner that he was going to order some books for him, and the young girl's face seemed to fill with even more excitement at this idea, almost as if she was the one who owned the shop. She couldn't help it, though, she loved to see everything falling into place nicely, to see how close they were to her husband officially having a bookshop he could call his own, filled with the books he loved, arranged the way he wanted it. "Aren't you excited, Professor?" asked the girl, nearly bouncing on her toes like the overjoyed child she could be at times, obviously quite thrilled about the name suggestions for the shop and the idea of getting some books in already. "When would the books be arriving, Mr. Nordoff?" she asked, turning back to the older man curiously.

OOC: Bahahaheeeheeeehe! I didn't even know I'd typed that much til I posted! Don't we all love China?

Ferris's grin immediately widened as Vianna announced that Nathan's suggestion was perfect, turning to see her blue eyes sparkling at him as though this was the biggest excitement of all time. It was a well known fact that whenever Vianna was excited, he was excited too, that was just how it worked, all of his feelings were always amplified if Vianna shared them. He let out a soft chuckle at her enthusiasm, a warm smile on his features as he listened to her ask if he was excited, a question that he couldn't help but chuckle softly at once more, "Of course I am, gem," he replied, dimples coming out on his pale face as he gently slipped an arm around her slender waist and pulled her into his side. But she was just so cute...he wondered vaguely if he would ever grow immune to how adorable she was when she got that childlike sort of excitement in her features, when her blue eyes were sparkling at him. Ferris leaned down to press a loving, warm kiss to her cheek that lasted for a moment longer than necessary, admiring her with sparkling brown eyes of his own. It was then that she asked Mr. Nordoff when the books would be in, and his heart sort of jumped at the question; orders of books, to be put in his shop. He remembered working at Nordoff's for so many summers, being the one to unbox all of the orders, placing them in their rightful places on the shelves every afternoon... It was surreal to think that he'd now be unpacking them into his own shop.

"They should be in later this week, maybe four days or so," the older man replied thoughtfully, fluffy gray eyebrows furrowed slightly. "I'll come back to help you set up some old bookshelves on that day, we'll put them just how you like it, and then we'll start to unpack all of the orders, alright?" he asked, now addressing Ferris.

Ferris gave a nod and a warm smile, "That sounds...amazing. Thanks so much.."

"Of course, m'boy!" Mr. Nordoff responded with a warm smile, shoving the papers into his pocket before turning to Nathan, "Now Nate, are you ready to go?" he asked with a raise of his eyebrows.

"Sure thing," the young boy said, flashing the couple a grin, "Let me know if you need any more genius ideas, I'm chalk full of them!"

"Yes, we all know you're the biggest genius on the planet," Ferris replied teasingly, ruffling his hair as he and Mr. Nordoff headed towards the door. "I'll see you Friday, then?"

"Yes you will," Mr. Nordoff assured him with a nod, "But we must be going now, I've gotta get back to the shop! Farewell Montgomerys!" And with that, the two guests apparated out of sight, back to Crossfield.

ooc: We most certainly do.

Vianna's grin only seemed to widen as the boy beside her confirmed that he was feeling excited as well, before awarding the young girl a kiss on the cheek. It was then that Mr. Nordoff answered her last question, sharing with them that the books should arrive in around four days, then going on to share with Ferris that he would come back and help him set up some of the old bookshelves and unpack the orders. At the sound of this, Vianna couldn't possibly show any more excitement. She was already at the maximum level of excitement, the grin permanently glued to her face and that sparkle never for a second leaving her crystal blue eyes. But this was so exciting! And what made the girl happiest wasn't just that there was a bookshop now to take care of, but the fact that she'd made this happen, she'd helped make one of her husband's dreams come true, and… well, that was a an amazing feeling, a wonderful feeling. Nothing felt better than giving the person you love something they wanted, something they could find joy and happiness in.

Vianna watched as Mr. Nordoff then addressed the youngest member of the group, and Nathan confirmed he was ready to go before assuring the couple that if they needed any more genius ideas they should let him know, as he was full of them. The young girl giggled lightly at this, rather charmed by the playful little boy who'd grown so much since she'd first met him, during her very first visit to Ferris's town. "Goodbye, Mr. Nordoff, Nathan," said Vianna politely as Mr. Nordoff wished the couple farewell before he and Nathan disapparated out of sight. The young girl was left staring at the spot where they'd been standing absentmindedly for a moment before turning to the boy beside her, the grin returning to her face. "Well, Mr. Montgomery… Looks like you're only a few days away from officially opening up your new bookstore," she announced brightly.

OOC:

Ferris turned to the girl at his side as soon as their audience had left, his brown eyes seeming to grow brighter just slightly at the sight of her so close to himself. He listened as she then reminded him that he was only a few days away from opening his new bookstore, a statement that immediately forced the warmest of smiles on his pale face. He didn't have words, there was nothing to say; the happiness he felt was evident on his grinning face, brown eyes sparkling as he suddenly picked her up, helping her to wrap her tan legs around his waist as he did whenever he wanted to more easily see her pretty expression and carry her easily. He kept her close, walking forward just slightly as he admired the expression on her own face, gently pecking her lips lovingly a number of times, playfully, unable to help himself. "I can't believe you got me a bookstore," he mumbled to her with a warm smile still on his face, still pecking her lips now and then lovingly.

Vianna could very easily read the happiness in her husband's face as her crystal blue eyes examined his expression, and this, in turn, made the girl fill up with pure and complete joy. She loved this; she loved making him happy, she loved being the reason he was grinning and his brown eyes were sparkling. It was the one gift she most loved to receive. The young girl giggled lightly then, as Ferris proceeded to pick her up, her feet leaving the wooden floors of the bookstore, her crystal blue eyes sparkling brightly at the boy who was now at eye-level to her. As he then expressed his disbelief that she'd gotten him a bookstore, the young girl chuckled softly. "I'm so glad you like it, Professor," she said, the warmest of smiles now on her lightly tanned face, though it wasn't long until she was giggling again, amused by the surprise peck kisses Ferris was placing on her lips, all of which she returned with amusement. "I was a little worried you'd think I was being ridiculous or something..." she confessed in a mutter, letting out a soft chuckle and shaking her head slightly to herself, now feeling silly for having worried about that. He was actually happy with what she'd done! Completely overjoyed with this, the young girl leaned the short distance between her lips and his own and awarded the young man a sweet, loving kiss, though it was filled with clear happiness as her lips were still curved into a smile.

ooc: Gimme like 20-30 minutes, Ruthers!

OOC: Ok!

Ferris let out a few soft chuckles of his own as he heard Vianna erupt in giggles with all of his peck kisses, loving that he was the cause of her laughter. But he was feeling extraordinarily happy and the fact that Vianna had done this for him, that she was the one behind it all, made it all that much better. He loved it. Still placing playful kisses on and around her lips, chuckles coming from his lips, he listened as Vianna told him that she had worried that he would think she was ridiculous. His pecks stopped for a moment, watching her with slight disbelieving surprise in his features. "What're you, crazy?" he asked playfully, admiring her for a moment before she suddenly leaned towards him and began to treat him to a sweet kiss, a gesture he immediately began to return lovingly, pulling her closer with the slightest hint of a smile on his lips as he continued to kiss her, unable to help how happy he felt at that moment. She'd gotten him a bookstore...!
