Vianna watched as the boy at her side leaned down closer to her in a way that got her heart to jump a little before his lips met her own and it was pure bliss from that point on, bliss that lasted the few sweet loving in moments in which the couple exchanged a gentle, loving kiss. As it came to an end and they pulled apart, Vianna's crystal blue eyes fluttered open and she smiled brightly at the sight of her husband, listening as he explained that he had to go back to the cabin to get her surprise, and he didn't want to leave her just yet. "Well, I could come with you!" the young girl suggested with a bright grin, as if her suggestion was the solution to all of the world's problems.

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna enthusiastically suggested coming with him to get her present, and his brown eyes studied her for a moment, realizing that there was no way of putting this off. And it wasn't that he wasn't looking forward to giving her something, he loved that, it was just...her excitement was completely adorable but often made him feel like she was looking forward to some amazing, spectacular gift. "I don't want you to be disappointed," he confessed as a couple fingers came up to absentmindedly trace down the side of her expression, a sheepish smile on his face. "It's really nothing big, Vi..."

Vianna listened as Ferris sheepishly confessed that he didn't want her to be disappointed, that the surprise was really nothing big. The young girl chuckled softly and shook her head slightly then, her expression turning slightly disbelieving. "Professor, have I ever been disappointed by anything you've ever given me? Have I ever complained that it was too small, or too simple, or anything like that?" she asked, raising her light eyebrows slightly at him before leaning in toward him and placing a brief but very loving peck kiss to his lips.

Ferris's smile widened substantially as Vianna asked if she'd ever been disappointed by any of his gifts, if she'd ever complained that it was too small or simple, and he shook his head slightly, his smile still sheepish. But it was then that she leaned in towards him, a gesture that got his heart to speed up just by itself, when she placed a loving peck to his lips that he returned with the same sweetness behind his own gestures. As they broke apart and he was left staring at that face he loved so much, he gave a bit of a sheepish chuckle, a warm smile on his pale face. "Alright," he murmured to her, brown eyes sparkling as he admired her for an extra moment. "I'll go get it," he said as he began to get up, reluctantly releasing her waist as he got to his feet. "You can stay here, though gem, I'll be back before you can even get up," Ferris assured with a soft chuckle, flashing her another small smile before apparating away with a 'crack!'. As promised, the young man returned in just a few moments, holding in his hand an old piece of parchment folded in half. He stood a couple feet away, stowing his wand back in his pocket, before letting his brown eyes turn to Vianna with a bit of a hesitant, yet warm, smile.

Vianna's light eyebrows rose slightly as Ferris shared that he was going to go get her surprise now, something which surprised the girl for a quick second as she wasn't expecting him to give in so quickly, but she couldn't help grinning slightly at the same time. She was burning with curiosity, she wanted to find out this secret already. So the young girl nodded her head slightly with a soft chuckle as Ferris told her she could stay there, that he'd be back before she could even get up, and as he disappeared, the young girl proceeded to sit up on the sand, her blue eyes admiring the burning fire before her. But before she could concentrate on that too much, the boy had already returned. Vianna grinned brightly at the sight of him. "Welcome back, Professor!" she greeted him cheerfully, as if she hadn't seen him in ages.

Ferris gave a soft chuckle, dimples immediately appearing back on his pale cheeks, as Vianna welcomed him back to the shoreline, a warm smile on his face as he walked back over to her, taking a seat right in front of her as he clutched onto the piece of paper, still concealing what was on it as he attempted to organize his thoughts. Finally, after a few moments of simply studying her expression, he spoke absentmindedly, "Do you remember...when we were back at camp and we had our first broom race...and after we sort of sat down on the grass?" he started softly, thinking still obviously of how he should explain what was in his hands. "And I showed you a lot of my portraits, the ones that I'd done so far...and then I drew one of you..." he continued softly, brown eyes falling to the sand absentmindedly. "I gave it to you, and then when we fled the camp with everyone, you left it behind," he explained, his voice seeming to get smaller as he realized that she'd probably already caught onto what it was. "And then...a few days later, after our first kiss I guess it was...we were wandering around and you...saw that old man drawing a portrait? And you got all sad and you realized that you'd forgotten your first 'Professor Fer' portrait back at the camp, and I told you I'd draw another, and you promised me you'd eventually get the drawing back?" he rambled, well aware of his own long, drawn out introduction that was probably far from necessary but always came to him whenever he was a little hesitant or cautious.

"Oh, I don't know... there's no.. where..." she trailed off with a frown as they passed by an old man sitting on a stool drawing the little girl that stood before him, her mother at his side smiling as she watched the man working on her daughter's portrait. "Oh no!" exclaimed Vianna, her eyes widening. "The drawing! I left it at camp!"

Ferris watched as Vianna's facial expression went to horrified, and his face turned into a concerned frown until she explained and a small, serene grin replaced it. He had no idea she actually liked his portrait of her that much. "It's alright, Vi," he said, squeezing her hand gently. "I'll draw another one for you if you want. I know it won't be the same but...it's better than nothing. And it will give me a chance to spend time staring at you without your brothers killing me." He gave a small laugh.

Vianna turned to Ferris, pure horror creasing her forehead. "But it won't be the same!" she said, pouting as she glanced back at the old artist and the little girl. "That was my first-ever Professor Fer drawing, and a souvenir of our happier days at camp..." she frowned slightly down at her feet before looking up once again. "I'll get it back, you'll see."

Ferris sighed, wrapping an arm around Vianna's shoulders and starting to walk her away from the portrait-painter, knowing it would just upset her more to see it again. "I know, Vi," he said, a frown appearing on his face. He raised an eyebrow as she vowed to get it back, a small smile appearing on his face. "I didn't know it was that important to you," he said softly.

Vianna glanced down at her marshmallows and pulled another one up to her mouth before turning to Ferris only to find a smile on his face - her portrait going missing was nothing to be smiling about! But she couldn't help and smile back, it was rather contagious. "Of course it is, Professor," she replied. "The things you do have a little more importance to me than you may think," she added with a nod.

Ferris paused after this statement, his brown eyes flickering to her blue ones before returning to the sand, taking a moment before continuing, "W-Well...I know that we never found it when we eventually got back to camp...but..I went back a couple weeks ago...and I found it," he explained, remembering the couple's fruitless search for the item that summer when they'd returned. It was then that he gently unfolded the piece of paper to reveal the very first portrait he'd ever drawn of the girl, her face lightened up with the excitement she'd had upon talking about the differences of chess and quidditch, and how only the latter deserved to be a sport. It was a little worn, that was easy to tell; the edges were a bit torn and crumpled, but the main picture remained the same, along with his signature at the bottom. "I...thought you might like to have it back."

Vianna watched as Ferris came to sit before her, her crystal blue eyes as bright as the smile lighting up her face. She listened quietly and attentively as the boy before her began to explain something to her, a memory from years in the past, when the couple had first met, had first shared a Quidditch match during their first days in camp. The young girl nodded her head slightly every now and then as the boy asked her if she remembered all of this. The memory was a bit foggy now; she remembered being drawn for the first time perfectly, but she'd forgotten about the street artist and their attempts at getting the drawing back. Even though it had only happened around three years ago, the girl couldn't help seeing all of this in her mind like events that had happened many more years ago, eternities ago. However, even though the boy assumed Vianna probably knew what he was getting at, she actually didn't. Not until he began sharing with her how he'd gone back to camp a couple weeks ago, anyway.

Vianna's blue eyes widened slightly now, her eyebrows raising, and she watched as the boy unfolded the parchment in his hand before handing it to her, explaining to the girl that he thought she might want to have the picture back. Vianna's blue eyes fell to the picture then, examining the sixteen-year-old reflection staring back at her, grinning brightly with all the excitement in the world sparkling in her eyes. It was amazing, even more amazing than she remembered it, it was absolutely flawless. "Professor..." the young girl started softly after a few moments of silence in which she examined the portrait in her hands. "I can't believe you got it back!" she exclaimed softly with disbelief, her eyes glued to the drawing she'd so long ago been sure she'd lost forever. But she hadn't. It was here, it was in her hands, it was a little worn with age, but it was here. Her first-ever Professor Fer drawing.
After a few more quiet moments of admiring this piece of art and all the beautiful memories it brought, the young girl finally tore her gaze away and returned it to her husband instead, flashing him the brightest of smiles before leaning in toward him and placing her lips on his own, letting them rest there for a couple long moments before pulling back. "Thank you so much," she said, her expression a little dazed before she returned her blue eyes to the drawing in her hands, sparkling down at it as if it was a treasure she'd just found. Which, to her, that's exactly what it was. A treasure.

Ferris watched with admiring brown eyes as Vianna let her much brighter blue eyes scan the portrait of herself, watching absentmindedly as she took a few moments to let her gaze go over the nearly forgotten first drawing, mentioning her disbelief that he'd found it. "It took a while," he admitted with a soft chuckle. He admired her surprised expression, but his breath really caught in his throat when she looked up at him with one of those bright smiles that only Vianna could pull off. He loved that. He almost got a rush from it. And as she leaned forward to press her lips to his own, the young man immediately began to return it lovingly, sweetly. But just a few moments later, she'd broken apart, thanking him and letting those bright blue eyes return to the picture before her. "You're welcome," he said with a warm smile, dimples coming out of hiding once more, though he couldn't bear to tear his brown eyes away from her, not even to glance at the portrait in her hands. He'd done well. She loved it, she was...happy, her blue eyes sparkling in that way he loved so very much; and that in turn, made Ferris's heart beat at twice the normal speed, his dimples refusing to ever disappear as he couldn't find it within himself to let his warm smile fade.

Vianna was all smiles as her blue eyes continued examining the drawing in her hands, remembering all the beautiful memories it brought. "I can't lose it again," she said after another couple moments of silence, shaking her head slightly. "I can't lose it again," she decided. She was quiet once again, her blue eyes still glued to the beautiful drawing before she spoke again with a soft chuckle. "I look so young..." she commented, as if she was ten rather than just three years older now.

Ferris watched as Vianna decided softly that she couldn't lose it again, repeating her statement as though this would help her to never lose it again. He smiled slightly at this, brown eyes sparkling at her, "It wasn't your fault that we lost it in the first place," he reminded her softly before listening as she mentioned how young she looked, a comment that got him to chuckle softly. "You were my gem at only sixteen," he reminded her, his hands coming to rest on her knees, absentmindedly stroking them with his thumbs as his brown eyes never left her blue ones. Warm smile clearly on his face, he was reminded of when they first met, when he was only seventeen and she just sixteen. It was hard to realize that this was only three years ago; so much had happened. The kidnappers, getting away from the kidnappers, they'd got engaged, they had a home, they'd acquired all six of their pets, they'd gotten married.... "My gem before you were my gem," he added with a soft chuckle.

Vianna smiled warmly as Ferris reminded her that she was his gem at only sixteen, before then going on to add that that was his gem before she was his gem, a statement which got her to chuckle softly with amusement. But it was true, back then the girl's nickname had been 'Young Vincenzi'. "I want to frame it," the girl decided after a couple more moments of silence, finally returning her blue eyes to Ferris's brown ones. "It can go next to our first picture together," the girl added with a bit of a grin, referring to that picture they'd taken during their first sleepover at his home.

Ferris's smile only seemed to grow as Vianna decided that she wanted to frame the portrait, explaining that it could go next to their first picture together. "Alright," he murmured in agreement, brown eyes practically sparkling as he admired her expression. But he obviously loved to make her happy, to be able to give her something that made her excited or thrilled or...whatever, really. "Do you want me to keep it so we don't lose track of it out here?" he asked softly, referring to the idea that he could keep it folded nicely away until they got back to the cabin and could stow it away in one of their bags.

Vianna grinned as Ferris agreed to the idea of framing the drawing he'd first ever made of her, then going on to ask the girl if she wanted him to keep it so they didn't lose track of it. At this, the young girl's jaw dropped and her brows furrowed disapprovingly. "What are you trying to say, Professor?" she asked, narrowing her crystal blue eyes suspiciously at him. "Are you trying to say I'm a careless owner and I'm going to lose it again? You don't trust me keeping it safe this time?" asked Vianna with mock offense, though it was clear by the smile that was threatening to curl her lips that the young girl was only teasing.

Ferris couldn't help but grin as Vianna asked what he was trying to say, asking if he was trying to say that she was careless and she was going to loose it again, that he didn't trust her to keep it safe. "Not at all," he said casually, leaning towards her as though he was going to kiss her, "I was just realizing that I may or may not be able to contain myself for much longer, and soon enough I might have to plant a kiss on you," he explained, still speaking as though he was talking about the weather or something equally casual. "And when I do, I might not want it to end so soon. In fact, it might take a good while for me to stop kissing my wife, and if that were to happen, who knows if one of us would accidently let go of the portrait?" he suggested with a raise of his eyerbrows, brown eyes still locked to her blue ones, his face just a couple inches away from her own. "And if we were to accidently let go of it, it could drift over into the ocean or into the fire, and it would be ruined." All this time he'd been leaning closer and closer, and by the time he'd finished his statement his lips were literally just a few, tiny centimeters away from her own; so close in fact that every once in a while during his announcement, his lips would accidently brush her own sweetly.

Vianna couldn't hold in her amusement anymore and allowed a soft amused chuckle to escape her smiling lips as Ferris very casually denied her accusations. She watched as the boy leaned in toward her, and on instinct the young girl prepared herself for a kiss. However, it didn't come; instead, the boy continued speaking, explaining how he'd just realized that he might not be able to keep himself from kissing her, and when he did, they might accidentally let go of the drawing and it might get lost in the sea or the flames a short distance away. Vianna listened to all of this, but she seemed to hardly be paying any attention. But how could she, when her husband was teasing her like this, leaning in so close to her with each passing second but not kissing her as she expected, as she hoped? Her blue eyes left his brown ones, falling to his lips as he continued speaking, a longing sort of sparkling in her blue eyes. As the boy's lips came only a few centimeters away from her own, Vianna could no longer hold the urge, resist the tease, and just a second later, her lips had pressed against his own, her free hand pulling the boy's shirt in a silent complaint that he was too far away. But then she remembered, she still had the drawing in her other hand and... well, Ferris was right. Chances were if they got too distracted, the breeze might take it away into the ocean or the fire. "Take it," she ordered as she pulled away suddenly, handing Ferris the drawing.

Truth was, Ferris was inadvertantly teasing himself when he got so close to Vianna, and quickly found that his mind was drifting off to admire how rosy and soft her lips seemed, a sort of longing in the very back of his brown eyes. Luckily for him, she unexpectedly pressed her lips to his own just moments after he'd finished talking, grabbing onto his collar in that way he loved so much and allowing him the opportunity to return the gesture as lovingly as he could. But just moments later, she pulled away, ordering for him to take 'it' and it took a long moment for his dazed mind to realize what 'it' was, and he quickly grabbed the portrait, scrambling to fold it as neatly as he could before shoving it absentmindedly in his back pocket and returning his lips to her own as lovingly as he could muster.

Vianna smiled just very faintly to herself as Ferris took the picture she'd handed him, a little too dazed and missing his lips too much at the moment to be completely amused. And luckily for the girl, only a couple seconds later, the boy's lips had returned to her own and the girl was quick to return this loving kiss as lovingly as she could, a sort of craving showing through in the way she kissed the boy rather demandingly but still very sweetly and lovingly. She couldn't help herself, though, he'd teased her too much! And now all she wanted was to satisfy the craving he'd awakened within her.

Ferris had grown hungry for her, and it was very clear in the way he kissed her that those two seconds he'd had to separate from her in order to tuck away the portrait had been pure torture to the young man that seemed addicted to her kisses. But he loved Vianna more than anything else, and it only made sense that whenever her lips lingered on his own for too long or they teased each other (either accidently or purposely), he became suddenly in need of her, wanting her more than he could handle. He let out this feeling on her lips, lovingly kissing her for a good long while, unable to help himself as they both sort of fell back into the sand, the fire warm and casting a wonderful glow onto the scene. Finally, after what could've been days, the young man broke apart from his wife in the extreme need of oxygen, though he was still sort of craving her as he so often was recently. "You know, some couples..." he started once he had caught his breath, "Some couples learn to despise each other as time goes on," he informed her, traces of playfulness in his tone as his brown eyes found her blue ones. "They don't have to face that feeling of extreme need for the other, because they grow to hate each other," he explained, brown eyes sparkling. "You've totally killed that future for us, gem," he informed her with a grin, "We're gonna have to continue to suffer through moments like this when your Professor can't help himself anymore..."

Vianna was able to feel her husband's need for her, his hunger, in the way his lips treated her own so lovingly yet hungrily, and the young girl was quite eager as she returned this gesture, obviously feeling the exact same way. But it always seemed to be that way these past few months; the couple was always in sync. It was great. But then, after what felt like ages kissing, Ferris pulled away and Vianna's crystal blue eyes fluttered open, meeting his own brown ones with a very dazed look, though there was an unintentional smile on her lips as she caught her breath. She listened as the boy who was now beside her on the sand began to share with her that some couples learned to hate each other over time, but she'd just ruined that future for them, as they were going to have to suffer through moments of hunger and craving like this when her Professor couldn't help himself anymore. Vianna giggled lightly with amusement at this, shaking her head slightly. "Anything but that! I don't know, Professor... I don't know if I could honestly go through life without hating you, always wanting to kiss you... it sounds like a nightmare!" she said with mock horror on her features before giggling once more and pecking the boy's lips gently, playfully.

Ferris grinned as Vianna started to giggle at him, at his comments, before mentioning her horror at the idea of having to go through live without hating him, always wanting to kiss him, that it sounded like a nightmare. "I know, I know, you only have yourself to blame," he explained with a playful grin, dimples coming out of hiding once more before he returned the sweet peck she placed on his lips, admiring the sound of her giggles shamelessly. "Don't start again, Vi," he complained playfully, referring to the way she pecked his lips, as though this could start a whole horrible chain of kisses. "I won't be able to stop myself if you keep it up," he said with a chuckle, as though he was just a ticking time bomb who could start kissing her like crazy at any given moment.

Vianna rose her eyebrows playfully as Ferris warned her not to start again, going on to add that he won't be able to stop himself if she keeps it up. "I'm not scared of you!" the girl replied as if the boy was actually threatening to kill one of her squirrels or something. "I'm willing to take the risk... I just married these lips, which means I can kiss them as much as I want," she added matter-of-factly before leaning toward the boy again and placing another peck kiss on his lips, this one less playfully and more loving, letting her lips rest on his own for a couple moments longer than necessary before pulling back with a bright smile and playful eyes.

Ferris's eyebrows rose as Vianna informed him that she wasn't scared of him, explaining that she was willing to take the risk as she'd married his lips and that meant that she could kiss them as much as she wanted to. Before he could say anything else, she'd planted her lips back onto his own in a peck, though this wasn't so much playful as it was loving. And he wasn't entirely kidding, as when her lips did find his own once more, he couldn't help but return the gesture as lovingly as possible. It was then that she broke apart, flashing him one of those bright smiles he loved so much, and leaving a sort of longing within his brown eyed gaze. "Now you've gone and done it," the boy told her playfully before beginning to plant sweet kisses to her lips, just one short, sweet gesture after another before he started to move onto her soft skin. His warm lips made their way in a trail of loving hunger down her cheek to her jaw before finally meeting that one spot behind her ear and mercilessly beginning to kiss her there heavily.

Vianna couldn't help but giggle to herself with amusement as Ferris announced that she had now done it, before then going on to kiss her lips once more, showering her with short, sweet kisses the young girl was quick to return with amusement curving her lips. But the amusement didn't last too long as Ferris soon moved on to her cheek and down her jawline, then over to her ear, kissing her right where it always got the girl to squirm slightly on instinct, now pushing rather than pulling the boy. But it was all an instinctual reaction; like when someone tickled another person too much, the other person always has to push away to regain control or else they'd be in a laughter attack forever. In this case, Vianna would be in an insatiable craving forever, a craving to kiss the boy at her side that was always awakened by these kisses behind the ear.

Ferris could feel her pushing away from him, the way that she'd done whenever he tickled her a little too much for her liking, to the point where she might become worried she'd be overcome with giggles. But now, now it was those kisses that he loved to give her, those that he could place on what he might call her sensitive spot, that one place where he knew sort of overwhelmed her. "Do you want me to quit?" he asked her between the kisses he was still giving her, keeping her close to himself as he mercilessly continued. But if she honestly didn't like it then he wasn't going to keep giving her kisses there! He'd been under the impression that these were the sort of kisses that she loved, though she sometimes couldn't control her reactions to, but if she really didn't like them...

Vianna couldn't really stop herself from squirming slightly as Ferris continued kissing behind her ear mercilessly, though he asked if she wanted him to quit. But Vianna couldn't really bring herself to talk right now; talking was the last thing she wanted. She wanted something else now, and so she answered the boy's question with actions rather than words - she pulled away from his kisses, enough to turn to him with slightly dazed but alert crystal blue eyes, and just half a second later, she was practically on him, her lips glued to his own as if some sort of magnetic force had brought them there leaving the girl no control over her actions. But this was the consequence of kissing the young girl behind her ear, and Ferris had kissed her too wonderfully for her to be able to avoid this sudden and uncontrollable craving she felt for him.
