"Yeah," Ferris said, walking over to them and observing what they had done so far which didn't seem to be much. "These bonds are magically made to reassemble whenever their torn. The only loophole is to cut them fast enough that they don't have a chance to reassemble themselves. I've found that if you do two at a time, you can go fast enough to get past the bonds," he explained before pulling out the knife from his pocket. "You'll have to transfigure a knife, but if we can do this fast enough, we should be done within five minutes."

The brothers listened as Ferris explained about the ropes and how a knife could help them in the situation, and they nodded their heads though obviously this couldn't be seen. Like Vianna had done earlier, Victor pulled out a golden coin and transfigured it into a knife sharp enough to cut through the thick ropes. Vince could do nothing more than just watch. "Stay right here," Victor instructed, setting his brother down on the floor (or rather, Ned's leg) and turning back to the ropes, beginning to cut them as Ferris had explained a moment ago.

Ferris started at the ropes next to Victor, able to tell where the boy was as he could see the binds starting to tear where he was cutting. He continued to tear away at the strong ropes as fast as he could, his right arm growing extremely tired, though he ignored this as he continued on. Soon enough, they had nearly half of the ropes undone and unable to reassemble themselves, though with each new bind the boy became more tired, and it became more difficult to tear them apart.

Kayla smiled, even though Vi couldn't see. "It's good, I think I'm actually making some progress." She said. They were lucky that Ferris had thought of the knife thing, 'cause she hadn't. "What about you?" She asked, quickly trying to cut two ropes so they wouldn't reassemble.

Jamie nodded, listening to Ferris. He put his hand into his pocket, trying to find anything in there. Nothing. He searched his other pocket and found a wrapper. That would do. He changed it into a knife, and began helping Victor and Ferris in this way that worked.

Victor moved over to the other side of Ned's hands as they finished cutting some of the ropes. "Leave it, we're almost done," he told Ferris, seeing his cuts weaken a bit as the time passed. And surely enough, about three minutes later, the ropes were lying lifeless on Ned's lap and his hands, though very badly reddened and marked, were finally free. He walked back over to the spot where he had left Vince and picked him up, his arms rather numb now after all that cutting, and he stood on Ned's knee, glancing down at the invisible people standing on the giant boy's feet. "I think they're done. You guys go meet with them and hurry back to the curtains, I have to go tell Ned what's going on," said Victor, as Ned was probably wondering what in the world was walking around on his lap and cutting his ropes.

"Almost... done!" Vianna let out a sigh as she cut the last of the ropes and she let herself fall back onto Ned's foot. "I'm so tired!" she said, rubbing at her sore arms. "How about you, Kay?" she asked, glancing in the direction she thought her friend was.

Ferris stepped back as Victor instructed him to do so, watching a the final remains of the binds fell away and Victor told them to go meet the others and hide behind the curtains while he spoke with Ned. "Alright," the boy replied before carefully climbing back down until he was on the floor, standing by what appeared to be no one and lifeless ropes. But obviously, Kayla and Vianna were still around there somewhere. "Guys?" he called softly, not wanting to make too much noise. "We're done, let's go."

OOC: Off for twenty minutes or less!

Vianna turned to the sound as Ferris spoke, announcing that they were done cutting the ropes and they had to go. She nodded her head, though obviously they couldn't see this, and got up to her feet, then very carefully climbing down Ned's shoe and landing on the floor. "Wait, where are we going? Are my brothers here?" asked the girl, a bit confused now. They still had to figure out how to get Ned to leave the mansion with them.

Ferris moved in the sound of Vianna's voice, quickly finding her but accidently grabbing onto her stomach very suddenly. "Oh, sorry Vi," he said with a weak smile, quickly finding her hand and starting over towards the curtains. "I'll explain when we're in a better location. Kay, get back to the curtains," he instructed into the air, unsure of where the other girl had gotten off to. But he then started leading his disguised girlfriend over to the curtains, running as fast as he could while still remaining quiet. Once they were over there, the boy was panting a bit as that was a long run for such small people. "Victor's still up with Ned, talking to him. He just told me to get everyone back to the curtains."

Jamie grinned as, finally, the ropes came free. His hands were getting pretty numb, they were only tiny, after all. He got down to the floor and began to hurry to the curtains.

Kayla smiled with relief when her and Vianna finally cut off the ropes. "I'm pretty tired." She said, but at least they'd done it. "Okay," she said, hearing Ferris. "But yeah. Where exactly are we going?" She asked. Oh, the curtains. Right. She quickly started running over to the curtains.

Vianna gave a bit of a jump as Ferris suddenly met her stomach, catching the girl completely off-guard. "That's alright," she said with a weak chuckle as he apologized, still a bit shocked, though she was quick to get over it as they began running back to the curtains they had once been hiding behind of. She, too, was a little tired from the run, though probably not as much as Ferris thanks to her new young age. She listened as the boy then explained that her brothers had stayed behind to talk with Ned and had ordered the others back to the curtains. "I see..." she muttered, glancing back to Ned before returning her gaze to her side, where she assumed Ferris must have been standing. "So far so good, I hope the kidnappers leave the room or something so we can take Ned with us," she said, though she couldn't help a small smile coming to her face. "Are you feeling a little more confident now, Professor? If everything continues like this... we'll be back to our normal lives in no time."

As Vianna asked if he was feeling any more confident, Ferris gave a weak smile, listening as she added that if everything continued like this, they'd be back to their normal lives in no time. "Yeah, a little bit," he admitted, his hand slipping into hers once more. Although it didn't feel like Vianna's hand, he knew that she could still feel the warmth of his hand around hers, and it was much easier to pretend like he was holding onto his girlfriend's hand when her disguise was invisible. "We've still got a long way to go, and...that woman's still in the room," he reminded Vianna, bitterness in his tone as his invisible blue eyes shot over to look at Perry for a moment before returning to the girl at his side. It was surprising to him, how much his dislike for that woman had grown since he had last seen her. Since he hadn't been around her, he hadn't thought about her in particular very much, but now that they were in the same room all of the memories from that holding cell back at camp were flooding back to him.

Vianna glanced in Perry's direction as Ferris spoke in tones that made his bitter feelings toward her quite obvious. Vianna, of course, didn't have his or Ned's memories in her mind, but she definitely felt completely weirded out seeing a woman who was once their teacher holding one of her friends hostage. It just didn't seem to fit. "Maybe..." Vianna trailed off for a moment, her features turning thoughtful though the others couldn't see her. "Maybe if we get a little closer we can listen in on her conversation with that guy... maybe we'll find out what she's been trying to kidnap you and Ned for!" she suggested, a bit of excitement in her voice. Victor had ordered them to stay at the curtains and wait, but... since when did Vianna ever listen to reason? She was an adventurous little girl and she felt quite immortal hiding underneath all these charms and potion effects.

Ferris was staring absentmindedly at the floor when he heard Vianna's next suggestion; to get closer to Perry and see what they were talking about in hopes that they would learn what she wanted from him and Ned. The boy's eyes widened and he quickly shook his head. "Vianna, I don't think that's the best idea," he said, growing a little more cautious as he always was, but it seemed to be amplified by the situation. "Let's at least wait until Victor gets back, see what he thinks about it," the boy suggested with a weak smile.

Vianna made a face, obviously not pleased with not getting her way. "But who knows how long he'll take!" she said, her forehead creasing a bit though her powers of persuasion didn't really work very well when she was invisible and she didn't have her large blue eyes to manipulate Ferris with. But as she thought a little more about it, Vianna came to the conclusion that they could still get this information by talking with Ned once he was back with them. And so, letting out a sigh, she proceeded to sit down on the floor, resting her back against the wall and tugging gently at Ferris's hand in a silent invitation to join her.

Ferris was glad that Vianna seemed to give up on persuading him, letting out a sigh that he could hear even though she was invisible. "Thank you Vi," he told her with a small smile, glad that she wasn't prodding him to do this as he might've been convinced if it was something she really wanted. As he felt a gentle tug on his hand, his smile widened a bit and he took a seat next to her, leaning back against the wall with a soft chuckle. He felt pretty safe back here behind the curtains, especially since they were invisible and disguised, and his mind started wandering to other things since they now had a chance to breathe a bit. "My back doesn't hurt," he told her, turning his head to look at what would be his girlfriend but appeared to be air. "This new body apparently hasn't run into any trees or fallen off any swingsets like mine had."

Vianna couldn't help but giggle as Ferris announced that his back didn't hurt anymore, that this new body he had had apparently never run into any trees. "I guess that means that guy's a little more graceful than my Professor," she teased between giggles before turning quiet once again, glancing down to where she believed their hands to be. "I can't wait 'til we're back to normal... I miss you."

Ferris let out a few small laughs as Vianna giggled at his statement, mentioning that his new disguise was more graceful than her Professor. "I guess so.." he murmured with a warm smile, letting his laughter die down as hers did. As she mentioned that she couldn't wait until they were back to normal because she missed him, a warm smile lightened up his face once more and he couldn't help but let out a small sigh. "Trust me, I'm missing you too, Vi," he informed the girl, squeezing her hand gently. "This little hand is much too little to be yours...I miss seeing you already."

Vianna let out a soft amused chuckle as Ferris commented on the size of her new hand. "And that hand is way too big and rough to be yours," she commented, pulling her hand up a bit so she could feel on his with the tip of her fingers. Yeah, it was definitely a stranger's hand. "Just a few more hours... about... six and a half, to be exact?" she said, doing the math in her head before chuckling softly.

OOC: I'll be on tomorrow, Dee, I assume you will....Nicole, I hope to see you tomorrow as well!

Ferris let out a chuckle as Vianna mentioned that his new hand was too big and rough to be his real one, feeling her fingertip go across it gently. As she told him they only had 6 and a half hours left, he couldn't help but sigh playfully. "That sounds awfully long to me," he murmured, but he couldn't help but smile. "But hopefully, by then, all of this would be dealt with and we'll be celebrating." He gave a smile that she couldn't see, gently stroking the back of her new hand with his thumb.

Vianna's eyes turned amused as Ferris complained that six and a half hours were too long, and she couldn't help but nod her head in agreement. But as he went on, mentioning that hopefully by that time they would be free again and celebrating, her features lit up. "And how exactly would you like to celebrate? Is my Professor turning into a party animal, now?" she asked teasingly, raising her eyebrows though he couldn't really see this teasing expression on her face.

Kayla was standing up behind the curtains, too nervous to sit down. She was slightly nervous about Victor not being back, and just about the whole thing really. They were so close to the kidnappers, and if anything went wrong... No, nothing was going to happen. It would be fine, and they'd get Ned. She had to keep thinking that, it was the only way to think straight about everything else.

Ned groaned as the feeling of tiny feet walked along his arms and legs with silent quickness. Gently his deep brown eye's opened to depressing sight before him. Ned flexed his broad shoulders, a habit he had formed since being held captive in his own home. It was then that he noticed that his hands and ankles had been untied.

The Slytherin frowned in confusion and gingerly ribbed his sore wrists. Ned furtively glanced at Perry and her guest. She was still completely engrossed in "Georgie" And was paying him absolutely no mind. Ned anxiously licked his lips and took a deep breath.

He needed a plan.

Victor had very carefully climbed up Ned's arm as best he could with only one arm, since the other was holding Vince. He probably should've had the others take the fat baby with them... He let out a sigh as he finally reached Ned's shoulder and then walked over a bit closer to the boy's ear, so that he could hear him clearly. "Hall - it's me, Victor," he started, hoping his friend would believe him. Victor was now, after all, stuck in some 30-something-year-old's body and so his voice sounded like that of a much older man rather than the seventeen-year-old boy he really was. "I know I don't really sound like myself right now, but you're just gonna have to trust me." He paused for a moment and assumed that Ned had already noticed he had been freed. But Victor knew his friend too well, and he couldn't help but fear that Ned, letting his hate for Perry take over, might take his opportunity to pull out his wand and hex the woman. Or jump over the table and choke her if they'd taken his wand away. "Don't do anything stupid, we don't want Perry getting suspicious. We need for her to leave the room to take you with us," he continued.

And now he paused again, his brows furrowing though this was obviously not visible since he had the Disillusionment Charm on him. How were they going to get Perry to leave the room? She looked quite comfortable in the middle of her conversation with that 'Georgie' guy... Not only that, but Victor highly doubted she'd trust Ned enough to leave him out of her sight if only for a minute. How could they get her to leave? Perhaps Airi could help... he could send her a Patronus, ask her to distract Perry... No, he didn't trust Airi enough yet. What if she betrayed them and told Perry that they were there? Victor was silent, his invisible face thoughtful as he drowned himself in a sea of thought before turning back to Ned - or rather, Ned's ear. If the much larger boy didn't have a suggestion, then he'd have to send the others off to cause trouble in another room and distract Perry or something. Anything. They were too close to their goal now, they couldn't just stop here.

Ned started slightly at the sound of his own name, and listened as the voice spoke quietly into his dark ear. The voice was unfamiliar, but it's tone and the words were all reminiscent of Victor Vincenzi, Ned's best and oldest friend. For a second, Ned felt his heart rise up in hope, but the next second, he felt it falter as the thought of the last time Perry had tricked him with his friends' voices.

"Prove it," Ned murmered, his voice, quiet and urgent. He desperately wanted to get up and look for the source of the voice, but he knew that if he did it would draw Perry's attention and Ned wasn't completely sure if this was her witchcraft or if it were indeed Victor and the other coming to rescue him. "Because I don't believe you, so prove it," Ned whispered, watching the dark-haired Perry flirt and joke with the older man.

Victor had not been expecting Ned's response at all, though it was really the most natural response. The environment they were in wasn't necessarily one where they could go and believe everything they saw and heard. But still, the boy couldn't help feel a little frustrated; he didn't want to waste another second. "What?! What do you want me to tell you? I'm freeing you, isn't that proof enough?"

"Wait, wait, let me handle this," came the voice of a months-old baby. Vince. "Oh and I'm Vince by the way... excuse my voice, I've been turned into a newborn." He brought a tiny arm up to his lips and cleared his throat. "Uh, let's see... we were staying at Mrs. Montgomery house before you two pea-brains decided to leave and come here to get yourselves kidnapped. I think you even spent the night here - doing what, I don't even wanna know, I always knew you two had a weird friendship goin--"

"I think that's enough, Vince," Victor cut through a bit harshly before turning back to Ned's ear. "You've gotta trust us, mate, we have no time for this. The others are already waiting for us."
