Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

"Well, we're looking for a doctor that can help with back problems..." Ferris added, speaking to the old man in the lobby with a polite smile on his face. "Maybe even a chiropractor?" he said hopefully, seriously doubtful that the doctor they had in this small town would be anything more than basic. "Do you know if the doctor here can help with that?" he asked, already starting to feel a little nervous for his upcoming doctor's visit.

The old man behind the front desk rose his gray eyebrows slightly as Ferris explained that they needed a doctor who could help them with back problems. "Ah, I see..." he muttered, "Well, I think you might actually find it helpful to visit our town doctor, then. As you may have already noticed, most of the citizens here are rather aged and back and joint problems are nothing uncommon around here, he might be able to help you," he told the kids with a faint smile.

Ferris couldn't help but smile with amusement as the old man reminded them that many of the citizens in this old town were more on the elderly side, and therefore the doctor in town was fairly good with back problems. "Great, thank you so much for your help," the boy said politely before leading Vianna out of the hotel and out onto the cobblestone street. He looked around before spotting a potential doctor's office just down the road and started towards it, "So it's official. I'm practically an old man now," he said playfully with a small smile.

Vianna followed Ferris's lead out of the inn and laughed lightly as he officially declared himself an old man. "At least you're still young at heart," she consoled him teasingly, not contradicting his earlier statement but rather going along with it just to tease the boy as she often liked to do. She giggled lightly to herself. "Soon you'll even be needing a cane, too! Would you like me to get you one for your next birthday, Professor? I'll even get it customized and all..." She flashed him a mocking grin.

Ferris's jaw dropped in mock offense as the girl at his side didn't bother to let him know that he was still a seventeen-year-old boy, but rather went along with it, reminding him that he was still young at heart. But before he could speak she had gone on, asking if he wanted a customized cane for his next birthday. The boy narrowed his brown eyes playfully at her, shaking his head, "No, I would not like a cane for my 18TH birthday," he said, emphasizing the fact that he would only be turning 18 with a laugh. "I don't know what you're so happy about," he said, noting her grin, "You're the one dating an old guy," he threw at her teasingly, amusement in his brown eyes.

Vianna laughed aloud as Ferris reminded her he would only be turning eighteen on his next birthday before adding that she was the one dating an old guy. The young girl's laughter died out and she turned to Ferris with raised eyebrows at this. "You're right," she muttered with slightly widened eyes, as if just realizing this. "I'm gonna have to start looking for a new boyfriend, someone younger who I won't have to help cross the street everywhere we go!" she added before giggling lightly, quite enjoying herself as she teased the boy beside her.

Ferris couldn't help but let his jaw drop once more as Vianna started planning her search to find a new boyfriend, one that was younger and didn't need assistance across the street. "No!" he quickly denied, using the hand that was still around hers to pull her a bit closer as they paused in the deserted road. "You're not allowed to find a new boyfriend, you have to stick with your old, boring one," he said with an amused smile, slowly leaning down towards her until he was resting his forehead against hers. "Right?" he added softly, poking her gently in the side with his free hand, teasing her softly.

Vianna fell into a fit of giggles as Ferris suddenly came to a halt and immediately rejected her suggestion of finding a new boyfriend, telling the girl that she wasn't allowed to find a new boyfriend and had to stick with her old boring one. Her eyebrows rose slightly at this as her giggles died out, but she was chuckling softly once again as he poked her after asking for her confirmation to his words. "I suppose I don't have much of a choice, then, do I?" she said with a sigh, as if this wasn't what she wanted. But she then shook her head slightly, leaving all jokes aside as she turned a little more serious and added an "I love you" before placing her lips on his.

Ferris could only grin at the girl as she told him that she didn't have much of a choice then, but was distracted from his response as she then told him she loved him before placing a kiss on his lips. He kissed her back, his free hand coming up to hold the side of her jaw for a moment as he returned their kiss lovingly. He broke apart a moment later, resting his forehead against hers once more with a warm smile. "Good, because the idea of you with a younger, possibly middle-aged man was killing me," he muttered jokingly, pecking her lips once more playfully before breaking apart and simply grinning at her as he remained stroking her cheek for a moment, his brown eyes nearly sparkling down at her.

Vianna's blue eyes fluttered open as the kiss came to an end and Ferris pulled back, telling her that the idea of her dating a younger - possibly middle-aged man - was killing him. She laughed aloud at this but was cut off as his lips met hers once again in a peck kiss. The young girl giggled lightly to herself, still rather amused by all the teasing that was going back and forth between the two of them. Her eyes found his once again and she gave the boy a smile, admiring him for a moment before turning away and back to the streets ahead. "That was a nice attempt, Professor, but you're not going to distract me enough to forget about the doctor no matter how hard you try," she told him playfully.

Ferris couldn't help but smile as Vianna told him he had a nice attempt at distracting him, his eyebrows raising slightly at her playful comment. "I wasn't trying to distract you," he stated the obvious, "If I was trying, I would do a much better job of it," he added with a soft chuckle, "Possibly find you another squirrel," he joked softly before finally releasing her jaw and going back to his normal stance, starting to walk once more towards the doctor's office.

Vianna rose her eyebrows slightly at Ferris as he assured her that if he had been trying to distract her, he would have done a much better job. But as he then joked about getting her another squirrel, the young girl's jaw dropped and her forehead creased slightly. "You would?!" she asked, obviously not reading the playfulness in his tone, "That would be great! Look, even Fluffy likes the idea!" She then held the squirrel sitting on her hand up and closer to the boy beside her; Fluffy merely stared at Ferris expressionlessly.

Ferris could only let out a chuckle at Vianna's enthusiasm, but felt a little bad for getting her hopes up. "No, Vi," he said with a small shake of his head, looking at Fluffy with sympathetic eyes. But looking into that excited face of hers, it was hard to tell her he wouldn't get her a thousand squirrels. "Well, not..not right now at least," he said with slightly furrowed brows. "I thought we decided that one squirrel was enough for right now?"

"Ri--right, yeah, one squirrel's just fine," said Vianna as Ferris told her they couldn't really get another squirrel at the moment, that one was enough for now. She nodded her head slightly though the disappointment was clear on her young features. It was then that they reached the doctor's small office and the young girl stepped inside - the inside of the office was just like everything else in town - old, dusty, and rather dull.

Ferris's brown eyes shot back to his girlfriend at her disappointed response, reading her upset features as his heart sunk back into his stomach. He was going to speak, gapping for words, just as they entered the doctor's office and he didn't have any time to say anything else as the woman at the front desk asked what they needed. He explained that he had back problems before being sent back to the doctor as they weren't very busy. They entered the office, the boy feeling particularly awful due to the weird smelling doctor's office and the fact that he had just sent his girlfriend into major disappointment. His hands turning clammy, he released Vianna's and sat down on the table as the doctor asked. As the doctor told him to take off his shirt, he took off his jacket, gently handing it and the kitten to Vianna before taking off his shirt to reveal his bruised pale back.

Vianna took the jacket with Turnip inside into her free hand and gave the boy sitting on the table a sympathetic smile, knowing he probably wasn't feeling too thrilled at the moment. Her eyes then traveled over to the doctor as the old man with kind eyes and thin gray hair examined the boy's back. He gave the kids a curious look, not used to seeing such young faces in his office, before asking, "How long ago did this happen?"

Ferris thought for a moment at the doctor's question before replying, "Well, the first back accident happened I guess two weeks ago? And then...Well, I fell off a swing about five days after that," he said with a weak smile. "I've been taking some medication for it, but I ran out a couple days ago and I've had the bruising for about a week now," he explained, his pale hands fidgeting in his lap as he looked up at the doctor and then immediately down at his hands.

The doctor nodded his head as Ferris explained the reason for his injury to him and he returned his gaze to the boy's back. "It's not a very serious injury - at your age, it could've only taken a week or so to heal, you might've not been taking very good care of your back, have you?" the doctor asked, though he gave Ferris a kind smile, not necessarily blaming the boy for the delayed healing. "I'll assign you a new set of pills, but I must remind you that the best medicine for this type of injury is plenty of rest, you'll be amazed what it can do."

Ferris gave a guilty smile and a weak chuckle as the doctor predicted he hadn't been taking very good care of his back, "No, not the best," he admitted, listening as the doctor added that he'd prescribe more pills but he desperately needed rest to help his back heal. The boy gave a better smile and a nod, "Yes sir," he said with a soft chuckle before shaking his hand and jumping down from the table, starting to put his shirt and jacket back on. "I'll pay at the front desk. Thank you very much," he said with a polite smile before heading out of the room with Vianna at his side. When they reached the front desk, magic had obviously helped his prescription to be there on the counter so quickly. He paid the front desk woman before thanking her and heading out of the doctor's office silently. His mind was still running over everything, not so much about his back, but more so about Vianna's face when he told her one squirrel was enough.

Vianna followed Ferris out of the doctor's office and then back out onto the deserted streets of the tiny town. Her gaze had been on Fluffy and Turnip most of the time, watching as the two creatures exchanged curious looks before turning to the boy beside her. "See? That wasn't so bad, was it?" she asked him with a smile. "He didn't even have to touch you!"

"Yeah, not so bad," the boy murmured with a weak smile as the girl at his side pointed out that the doctor's appointment hadn't been that bad. His mind was still on her, however, and her love of those darn squirrels. "Vianna," he said suddenly, turning his brown eyes hesitantly to her. "Do you honestly, really really want a second squirrel?" he asked her hesitantly, not sure what he himself was getting at, but he needed to know. He hated denying her what she wanted.

Vianna chuckled softly at Ferris's response and returned her gaze to Fluffy, who continued staring at Turnip warily though the cat seemed to have lost interest in him a little while ago. She smiled at the sight of the two furry baby creatures, completely endeared by their small size and adorable features. However, she was snapped out of this as Ferris suddenly said her name, causing the girl to look up at him again. "Yes, Professor?" She listened as he then asked her if she really wanted a second squirrel, and she couldn't hold back the sparkle that came to her eyes just at the idea of it. She smiled and lowered her gaze to Fluffy once again. "Well... it would be nice, yeah. I really think Fluffy could use another little squirrel friend to play with when I can't be with him, and... Aw Professor, squirrels are just so cute! If one's cute, imagine two! Running around and chasing each other, they'd be adorable!" she continued, turning to the boy again. But before she could go on with her dream of having more than one squirrel, she shook her head slightly. "I'm happy with Fluffy, though, don't think I'm not."

Ferris watched as Vianna spoke, her blue eyes sparkling up at him as she explained how wonderful it would be to have another squirrel around; one that could play with Fluffy and be completely adorable. But before she could completely explain how much she would love a second squirrel, she shook her head and mentioned that she was happy with just Fluffy. The boy let out a sigh as they reached the hotel and he stood there for a moment, holding her back from going as he looked at her hesitantly. "Then I'll be back in a couple hours," he said, pressing a kiss to her forehead before releasing her hand, handing her his jacket (and therefore, Turnip). He then took out his wand, set himself invisible, summoned his broom and flew away into the distance. It was those sparkling blue eyes, that large smile of hers that kept him flying for the next hour or so, going to his destination.

Vianna was about to lead the way into the inn when Ferris held her back, giving her a hesitant look. Puzzled, she was about to ask him what was wrong, but the boy spoke before she could, only telling her that he would be back in a couple hours. Vianna blinked and her eyes widened, taking a couple seconds to register what she had just heard. "Wh--what? Wh-- But where are y--" But before she could really finish asking, the boy was handing her his jacket and kitten before turning himself invisible and summoning his broom. Vianna watched him with widening eyes, her jaw hanging slightly. "Professor!" She reached out with her free hand, trying to find the boy, but he was no longer there. She called out to him a couple more times, but there was no response and nothing in the air. Completely confused and worried, the young girl froze where she stood and waited for Ferris to return; if he did. She wasn't even sure he would, growing more and more paranoid and panicked by the second.

After a little over half an hour, Ferris turned himself visible and hopped back on the broom, flying back towards the small town in a little less than half an hour with something hanging from his broomstick. As he got closer, he was able to see a girl standing outside of the hotel, looking extraordinarily worried. His heart sank for a moment but he remembered what he had left for in the first place and smiled as he landed just a few yards away from the inn. He shrunk his broom and placed it back in his pocket before taking what was hanging from his broom and hiding it behind his back. He walked over to Vianna, fully visible, with a warm smile; his cheeks a little flushed from the cold wind that had been flying by him moments before, his brown eyes a little excited but hesitant at the same time.
