Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Ferris couldn't help but smile slightly as Vianna immediately knew what he'd been looking at and started leading him over, his brown eyes admiring her for a moment before he stopped. "We don't have to, Vi," he told the girl with a shrug and a small smile, "I don't want to make you go in there, I know tonight's supposed to be more spontaneous that just me in a bookstore," he added with a soft chuckle.

Vianna turned to Ferris As he suddenly stopped walking and spoke, telling her he didn't want to make her go to a bookstore, as this trip was supposed to be more spontaneous than just him in a bookstore. Vianna chuckled softly and shook her head. "I really don't mind, Professor. Besides, if it's not this, then what spontaneous thing should I be seeing from you?" she asked, raising an eyebrow slightly. "Are you suggesting to go to a salon and get a mohawk or something?" she added, an amused chuckle escaping her lips at the thought of her nerdy boyfriend with such a hairstyle.

OOC: I just imagined your jaw dropping and that half second where you seriously thought that you had it wrong.

Ferris listened as Vianna told him that she really didn't mind before going on to ask what other spontaneous act she could ever expect from the boy. He shrugged before she then teasingly mentioned the idea of getting a mohawk, "Hey, I could get a mohawk if I wanted one," the boy replied with an amused grin, taking advantage of their pause on the side of the street and walking to her side, standing in front of her with a warm smile. "You don't know," he added, teasing in his brown eyes, "I could be a complete rebel under all of this argyle," he pointed out with raised eyebrows.

As Ferris told her he could get a mohawk if he wanted one, Vianna's jaw dropped for a brief second before her brows furrowed disapprovingly. "You wouldn't." Her tone wasn't necessarily expressing disbelief that he'd do such a thing, but it sounded more like she was saying something along the lines of 'I won't allow that'. Which she wouldn't. She loved Ferris's curls and the idea of getting them cut horrified her. "Alright, you argyle-clad rebel, let's get moving, shall we?" she told him with an amused smile, taking his hand once again though I don't remember her letting go of it, and beginning to lead the way over to the bookshop once again.

Ferris grinned as Vianna very simply told him that he wouldn't do such a thing, immediately picking up on the tone of voice that meant she wouldn't allow such a hairstyle. His eyebrows rose slightly at this, all too amused by her before she suggested that they get a move on. But the boy was still caught up on this tone of hers, "Nah, I'm happy here for the moment," he contradicted casually, keeping his stance firm on the cobblestones beneath his feet. He gently pulled her back to himself with an amused smile, "What happens if you wake up tomorrow morning and I've gone out and gotten myself a mohawk?"

Vianna was caught off-guard as she suddenly found herself being pulled away from the bookshop she had been heading to and was now standing before Ferris once again. She listened as he asked her what would happened if she woke up the following morning to find he'd gotten himself a mohawk, and the girl's brows furrowed once again. "Are you suggesting I chain you to the bed tonight?" she asked before letting the amusement show through in a smile, shaking her head slightly at the boy before her. "I'm not sure I can keep up with this rebellious Professor of mine!"

"Chains are so uncomfortable..." the boy said with a mock grimace, as though he was thinking about his options. "Maybe ropes would be better," he suggested constructively, though he let out a laugh a moment later, revealing the fact that he'd been joking. It was then that Vianna mentioned that she couldn't keep up with his rebellious side and Ferris's smile faltered for a moment. "Is it bad?" he asked softly, his uncertainty coming into his brown eyes suddenly.

Vianna could only laugh with amusement as Ferris commented on the idea of being chained to the bed, mentioning how ropes were more comfortable. But as he then seemed to turn a little more uncertain, asking her if her last comment about not being able to keep up with him was a bad thing, the girl smiled with amusement while shaking her head slightly in response. "As long as you don't cut those curls of yours, it's a great thing," she assured him, then leaning over to place a kiss on his cheek.

Ferris's smile slowly grew as Vianna told him that as long as he didn't cut his curls, his new rebellious side was a great thing. He gently pecked her lips, unable to help himself, and let a warm smile cross his features as they broke apart. "Hop on," he said, releasing her hand and turning around, indicating that he wanted the girl to climb onto his back. They were only a little ways from the bookstore and there was no real purpose to the piggyback ride other than the fact that Ferris just felt like it.

Vianna returned the peck kiss Ferris placed on her lips before the boy then turned his back to her and asked her to hop on. At this, the girl's eyebrows rose for a brief moment before she let out a soft chuckle and hopped on to the boy's back. She wrapped her arms around his neck and giggled lightly, oblivious to the few heads turning at the sight of them. "I can't believe I'd been missing on my Professor's piggyback rides all this time that your back was hurt," she said, as if this was an amazing deal she had missed out on.

Ferris let out a laugh as Vianna mentioned her disbelief that she'd been missing his piggybacks all the time his back had been hurt. "I know, I know I'm sorry I've been holding out on you," he replied before leading her towards the bookstore. They reached it a couple minutes later, and it was just a very small store. Unfortunately, there was a very small selection of books as they entered; just a few rows of select, older books that reached the back of the store. "Bonjour," the boy said to the storekeeper who was eyeing them strangely, but gave them a slight smile as they entered. Ferris headed down the various aisles, still holding Vianna casually as he glanced at all of the titles. "Vi....I think that all of these books are in French..."

Vianna gave the shopkeeper a friendly wave of the hand and gazed around the small selection of books as Ferris began to wander down the aisles. As he mentioned the books seemed like they were in French, the girl gave a laugh. "You think? Maybe it has something to do with us being in France, don't you think?" she suggested casually, as if this wasn't obvious. "C'mon, let me down so you can find yourself a book," she added with a smile.

Ferris let out a laugh as Vianna pointed out that the books were all in French probably because they were in France, before she asked to be put down so he could find himself a book. "But I don't want to put you down," the boy confessed, turning his head to flash her a playful grin. But a moment later he did as she asked and set her down, turning around to gently slip his arms around her waist and pull her closer. "I didn't want to find a book for myself here," he admitted with a warm smile. "I was hoping to find a book I could read to you tonight," he said a little more sheepishly. "I have one in my pocket but it's kind of boring and I wanted something better to read you...That is, if you want to hear it..."

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris told her he didn't want to put her down before doing so anyway, and her feet gently met the floor. She glanced at the bookshelves for a brief second before turning back to Ferris as, instead of beginning to wander around the shop, he pulled her a bit closer instead and spoke again, telling her he didn't want to find a book for himself. At this, Vianna's expression turned puzzled; if that wasn't it, then what was he looking for? But as he continued, explaining that he wanted to find a book to read to her that night as the one he already had was kind of boring, realization dawned on Vianna's features and a charmed smile came to her face. "Of course I'd want to hear it, Professor!" she replied to his very last words. "Maybe... can't you ask the shopkeeper if he's got any English books somewhere? Or where we could find some?" she suggested.

Ferris's smile widened substantially as Vianna immediately told him that she'd definitely want to hear it before going onto suggest that they ask the shopkeeper if he had any English books or where they could find any. He gave a small shrug, "Yeah, if you want it in English," he said with a sheepish smile. He paused for a moment before continuing, trying to explain himself. "If you wanted, I could read in French..." the boy added softly, almost shyly. He was vaguely aware of the affect his French had on Vianna, and so he couldn't help but want to give her the option of hearing him tell her a story in French, loving the way she seemed to love it. "B-But I totally get it if you want to hear something in English...I m-mean, you wouldn't be able to understand French, so...it makes sense," he quickly added, not wanting her to think she had to listen to a story she couldn't understand.

Vianna watched as Ferris merely shrugged at her before then suggesting that he could read to her in French, if she wanted. "In French?" she repeated. She listened as he went on to add that she didn't have to listen to him read in French if she didn't want to, that it was alright if she preferred something in English. Vianna chuckled softly and shook her head. "No, French sounds great," she said. "Though I hope you understand this means you'll have to translate for me when you're done," she added with a smile.

"Alright," the boy replied with a weak smile as Vianna told him that French sounded great, going onto mention that he'd have to translate for her after. "I'll get a French book and then keep ahold of my other one just in case you find the French weird or something," he quickly told her, flashing her a small smile before releasing her waist and beginning his very Ferris-like search of the shelves. After ten minutes or so of stalking up and down the aisles, brown eyes like a hawk on each book, the boy came towards Vianna with one small book in hand. "Alice in Wonderland."

Vianna nodded her head as Ferris assured her he could read her his English book if she found the French to be weird or something, and she gave him a smile before he left to begin searching the aisles for books. The young girl turned to the bookshelf nearest to her and went through a few of the books absentmindedly, mostly just paying attention to the cover art and pictures inside as she couldn't understand the text. She put the book she had been flipping through back in the bookshelf as Ferris returned, and a grin spread across her face as he announced which book he'd found. "I like Alice in Wonderland!" she said, obviously quite happy with his choice. "And luckily for you, you won't have to do much translating now," she added with a soft chuckle.

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna informed him that she liked his choice, going onto mention his luck that he wouldn't have to do much translating. He flashed her a grin before speaking, "I'll be back, I'm going to pay for this," he told her before heading up to the register and exchanging a few foreign words with the shopkeeper, buying the small book. Minutes later he returned to Vianna's side and gave a smile at the sight of her. "Anything else you think we should grab before we go find a hotel?"

Vianna nodded her head as Ferris said he was gonna go pay for the book before he returned a few minutes later, asking her what else they should get before finding a hotel. "Hmm... well, I've already brought the marshmallows..." she muttered thoughtfully to herself. "I think all we'll need is the book, marshmallows, a fire, and our pajamas," she said with a smile. "Unless you wanted something else? Gee, I dunno, perhaps more food other than marshmallows... knowing you and your stomach..." she added teasingly.

Ferris grinned as Vianna listed off the things they already had, a list that made him happy to hear and look forward to the next few hours he had alone with his girlfriend. It was then that she mentioned that he might want some food, knowing his stomach, and he gave her a playful scowl before letting his arm slip around her and pull her towards him. He pressed a kiss to her cheek, "Room service, remember?" he said, flashing her a grin before pecking her lips gently, just because he could.

Vianna giggled amusedly to herself as Ferris gave her a playful scowl before then pointing out that they had room service; but the fact that he didn't deny her accusation was what really amused the girl and caused laughter to escape her lips. She was quick to return the kiss he placed on her lips, smiling as they pulled away. "Well, now that we've got everything we need - and room service - we should get going," said the girl, beginning to lead the way out of the shop. She wasn't just looking forward to their plans, but she also wanted to get in touch with her cousin, to check how things were going back in Italy and if their parents were still clueless about the kids' real location.

Ferris followed Vianna out of the bookstore, giving the shopkeeper a friendly wave before going out onto the streets of the French city. He gazed around as they walked down a couple streets for a few minutes, and finally caught sight of a small inn just a little ways down the road. "There," he pointed out with a warm smile, leading her over there. He entered through the wooden doors and immediately felt warmer, the cozy inn filled with a comfortable air. There was a small fireplace roaring in the corner of the foyer, opposite of a large desk and a few sitting chairs, along with a door towards the back and a winding staircase leading upstairs. All of it looked a little on the vintage side, obviously a bit of an old inn. They were immediately met with a small woman who was obviously a concierge, who greeted them with a friendly smile and asked in French what they needed. "Une salle unique, s'il vous plaît. Non, nous ne serons pas besoin de quelque chose de très important," the boy replied in swift French before she handed him a key in exchange for a few wizarding coins.

Ever the curious little girl, Vianna's blue eyes were wandering all around the foyer of the inn as Ferris busied himself talking with the woman at the front desk. The girl couldn't help but smile widely at the style of it all, and it seemed to remind her of this adventure they were on, of the fact that they were really in a completely different country without their parents' permission. After wandering around like a curious little kid for a moment, Vianna returned to Ferris's side just as he was being handed the key. "Which one's our room?" she asked, already beginning to lead the way up the stairs. She was really curious to see if the rooms would be as nice and cozy as the lobby had been.

Ferris thanked the woman before turning to his girlfriend as she led him up the stairs, asking which room was theirs. He smiled at the curious expression on her face, "It's room 7," the boy replied, following her up the winding, wooden staircase. They quickly reached the second landing and soon realized just how small this inn was. There was only one hallway, with ten rooms, all across the hall from one another. He smiled at the sight, unable to help himself from feeling completely comfortable in this place already. How could one not? It was just so small and cozy, it felt almost like home (even though it didn't really physically resemble his home). Ferris turned to share a smile with Vianna before leading her down the one hallway until they found Room 7, which wasn't that hard to do. He gently put the key in, turning it and opening the door to reveal a room that was just as cozy as the rest of the building. It was a small room, just big enough to house a single bed in the corner and a small desk on the wall nearest to the door. But there was a fireplace opposite the bed and directly across from the front door was a wooden door leading to the bathroom. Ferris smiled at the sight of this before leading the way in, throwing the keys onto the desk, and gazing at the warm room. The fireplace was already lit, a warm fire roaring in at the room and creating soft shadows on the walls already well illuminated by the few lamps around the room. The room was adorned with a hard wood floor, though there was a large rug in the middle of it, and a window on the wall next to the bed.
