Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris mentioned it must be a pretty big tree. "It was when we were little, now it doesn't look that big," she said, looking down at her bare feet as they walked through the grass, until they were past the house and the patio came to view, with its tiled floors and some comfortable seats out. It was surrounded by green bushes and flowers and other pretty plants. But past it, it was all just green grass again, for miles, but there were a couple trees with shade here and there, there was even a hammock between two of them, but the largest tree stood to the side all on its own with the treehouse Vianna had talked about sitting comfortably on its large and thick branches. It looked, just like Vianna had said, like no one had been there in ages. "Trees!" Vianna announced, as if Ferris didn't already know what these were. "C'mon." She began to lead the boy over to the largest of the trees.

Ferris followed after Vianna silently, listening as she explained that the tree used to look bigger when they were younger, but not so much anymore. He let out a soft chuckle at this until they reached the big plain of grass, accompanied by a few trees and the tree Vianna had been speaking about came into view. He smiled at the sight and at his girlfriend's excitement before he followed after her towards the big tree. "Wow..." he murmured, looking up at all of the branches. It wasn't a huge tree or anything, but it was rather large and he could appreciate it more as it wasn't short enough that he would accidently hit his head on it. That happened a lot.

Once they reached the shade of the tree, Vianna proceeded to sit down beneath it with her back against it, tugging gently at Ferris's hand for him to join her. "Y'know, it's kind of funny. This tree has been here forever and I've never actually sat down beneath it like this," she said with an amused smile. "I would always climb it or run around it, but never actually sat under it..." she muttered thoughtfully, surprised at herself for this. Ever since she met Ferris, sitting under trees had become something so normal and such a tradition, that it surprised her she didn't really do it that often before.

After breakfast, Ned had gone back upstairs and had taken a much needed nap. Ned had fallen asleep as soon as his head had hit the pillow, so heavy was his sleep that he didn't notice Airi slipping in and out of his room in search of Victor.

Ned got a good half hours' worth of sleep, he woke up feeling drowsy and better rested, The young man changed out of his white shirt and into another that looked exactly the same except that it was maroon. He hastened down the hallway and through the kitchen in search of the others. "Hey! Where is everyone?" Ned called out, grinning sardonically as he passed through each room of the house, he just happened to look out the window and saw to figures', sitting side by side in the shade of a very old tree.

Ned smiled at this and quickly made his way toward the couple. At first, Ned had thought it to be Airi and Victor, or maybe Kayla and her brother, but as he approached he realized it was Vianna and Ferris. Ned slowed his progress as this fact came to his attention, but decided to speak with them anyway.

"Howdy there!" Ned exclaimed, calmly waving his hand in the air and jogging lightly to them. Ned stopped as he reached within a couple of feet from them and shoved his hands into his light blue, linen pants. "Mind if I join you?" Ned asked, his face the most sincere mask of friendly cheer, though his insides were beginning to bubble with jealousy.

Vianna had begun to pull at the grass near her feet as she often did whenever she was sitting outside, but looked up as a familiar voice called out to them, asking if they minded he join them. Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly at the sight of Ned; she couldn't help but feel like she hadn't seen the boy or heard from him in ages. She turned to Ferris for a moment and felt that even if the couple liked to spend their time alone, it would be awfully rude to ignore the newcomer. "Sure, just take a seat anywhere," said Vianna, turning to Ned again with a soft chuckle. There were no seats, they were sitting on the grass. "How are you feeling?" she asked him, wondering how that trip to the ministry the day before had gone with him.

"Thanks darling," Ned pleasently said, grinning as the young girl playfully giggled, Ned slowly and labouriously sat himself down on Vianna's other side, his body was still a bit weak after his ordeal and he was finding it rather hard to sit down or stand up. Ned leaned his head back against the sturdy trunk of the tree and inhaled the clean, fresh scent of the grass, he loved the outdoors, he always had, an being cooped up so long only heightened his love, for the wide open plains of the outside world and for certain other things...

I'm alright, you?" Ned asked, purposely deflecting the question and scratching his head as his eye's turned to Vianna. Ned absentmindedly licked his lips and smirked charmingly at the young girl. "Does your brother know you're out here? All alone? With two older boys?" Ned teasingly asked, poking her side jestingly.

Vianna watched the boy as he proceeded to sit down, looking quite pleased to be out in the open air. She couldn't help but feel sympathy for him, though, after everything he had gone through. And she doubted Victor really let him have much free time after they rescued him from Perry, shoving potions down the boy's throat and forcing him to rest. As Ned then shared that he was alright before asking how she was, Vianna smiled. "I'm great," she replied with a nod, her blue-eyed gaze falling to the ground as she began to pull at the grass again. She was quiet for a moment until Ned asked if her brother knew that she was out here all alone with two older boys. At the question, Vianna couldn't help but laugh lightly. "Well, Victor's not here at the moment, he left to the resort with Dad," she explained, looking up from the grass again. "And Vince... he probably fell back asleep or he's getting showered and ready. I'm not sure," she shrugged. The girl then looked around for a moment before turning back to Ned. "How's Airi? I haven't talked with her in a while either."

Ned chuckled as Vianna explained that Victor had left for the resort and that Vince was getting cleaned up, he was watching her pluck at the grass with some kind of odd interest. "Ahh, I see... When the cats are away the mouse will play, huh?" Ned joked, moistening his dry lips and plucking out three perticularly large beads out grass and nimbly braiding them together.

"Hmm... Airi is... Upstairs, somewhere... I think she mentioned something about the library.. " Ned said, his voice thoughtfully trailing off as he considered the young Italian, he rather liked Airi, she was quiet and resourceful, and even though she'd been working for Perry, Ned almost completely trusted the young girl. He had seen her for what she truely was and he felt very sorry for the girl.

"She's in love with him, your brother I mean... Which is totally stupid, but.. Can't really be helped, " Ned added, shrugging as he spoke and plucking out another three peices and starting to braid them together with the already braided grass.

Vianna couldn't help but laugh at Ned's first comment. "I'm not a mouse! I'm as much of a cat as my brothers!" she said, raising her chin slightly in that typical Vincenzi pride. But she hated being seen as the little sister that was easily controlled by her brothers when this wasn't the case at all (or at least, part of the time).

She listened as Ned shared that Airi had mentioned something about the library and nodded her head slightly. But when he then added that the young girl was in love with her brother, Vianna's light eyebrows rose. "Who, Victor?" she asked, complete surprise in her voice and widened blue eyes. Who in the world fall in love with Victor?! He was evil! (Or at least that's what she thought now that she was mad at him). "When did that happen?" she asked. She couldn't help but feel like she had been blind most of this time not to have noticed such a thing.

Kayla walked around outside, mainly for something to do because she didn't know where the others were, but also because the fresh air felt good. She smiled, running her hand through her hair, but just as she was wondering where the others could be, she saw three figures sitting under a tree. "Hey guys!" She said, walking over to them, and seeing it was Ferris, Vianna and Ned. When she got to where they were, she saw Vianna's shock at Ned and looked between them, curious.

Vianna was momentarily distracted from Ned's statement as Kayla called out to them. "Hey, Kay!" she greeted the girl with a smile, happy to see the girl she felt like she also hadn't seen in a while. She hadn't expected this small trip out to become a reunion, but she couldn't help beaming at the situation; it had been a while since they had all been together in the same place, just talking and relaxing. It hadn't been like this since... camp? Wow. Vianna's eyes were bright now, feeling like with each passing day they were getting a step closer to having their normal lives back.

"Tch, that's what you think," Ned said, smrkng and playfully pushing Vianna as he spoke. Ned knew that this was something of a sore spot for Vianna and loved to tease her abbout being the youngest.
Ned furrowed his dark brows in increduelity as Vianna expressed her surprise verbelly and facially, he laughed as the young girl asked him when it had happened as she obviously didn't believe him. "Oh honey, come on... You really haven't noticed it at all?" Ned asked, raising an eyebrow and smiling at the young girl.

Ned felt his ears perk up as a voice suddenly called out to them and turned away from Vianna to see Kayla approaching them. Ned grinned widely as he spotted the young girl and waved calmly to her. "Hey there, Kay... May, don't you look lovely," Ned said, giving the girl a quick once-over with his eye's an patting the grass next to him, a clear invitation.

Vianna stuck her tongue out childishly at Ned as he continued teasing her, before pushing her playfully, making the girl fall over slightly and crash against Ferris who was innocently sitting at her other side. "Heyyy!" As Ned then asked if she really hadn't noticed Airi's feelings for her oldest brother, the young girl shook her head. "No! And I don't see why she would even feel that way, my brother's a pain!" she said, her brows furrowed disapprovingly. "He probably gave her a potion or something... even if it's not something he'd really do," she muttered. She couldn't help but chuckle softly as Ned then addressed Kayla, ever the flirt, and shook her head slightly with amusement.

"Hey's for horses," Ned quietly replied, doting her nose and sniggering at the Gryffindor as she fell on her boyfriend. Ned felt himself getting a little worked up and was glad that Kayla had come around, at least now he'd have someone pretty to distract him. "Mate, I really don't understand how you don't see it, it's sooo bloody obvious," Ned said, taunting her slightly with his superior tone.

"Look, I don't know how, your brother accomplished it.. Actually, I do... Girls like Airi, love pain and drama... That's the whole thing, see? Vince'd be too easy.. One snog and they'd be done... But Victor, Victor's a hard nut to crack," Ned added, speaking seriously and crossing his torso with his pale arms, Ned suddenly had the desire to sunbathe and wondered to himself if he should take of his shirt.

Kayla smiled at Vianna, it felt like she hadn't really been around her friend very much at all lately. Actually, it was sort of like that with everyone, because she'd felt sort of distant. But being around Vi, Ferris and Ned all at once and not needing to go anywhere, she felt more herself.

Turning to Ned, she smirked. "Hey Ned. Thank you, but I always look lovely." Kayla said giving him a wink, and sitting down beside him. She listened to Ned and Vianna's conversation, she hadn't really paid attention to Airi liking Victor, but she wasn't really surprised.

Vianna rolled her blue eyes at Ned as he told her 'hey' was for horses, though there was an amused smile on her young face. She listened, turning a little more serious, as he went on to explain how Airi had come to like Victor. "'Pain and drama'?" she repeated, raising an eyebrow slightly. She couldn't understand how anyone could possibly want pain and drama, but she figured some people just worked in different ways. She couldn't imagine her brother being the loving boyfriend, anyway, so she figured that must've made some sort of sense... in its own weird way. "I hope she gets over that crush soon, though. Victor's never been interested in having a serious relationship with any girls," she muttered.

Vianna then turned to Kayla as she sat down and told Ned she always looked lovely. At this, Vianna gave an amused laugh. She just loved the way Kayla was so playfully conceited at times, it was absolutely amusing to watch.

Ned nodded as Vianna repeated his words doubtfully, and watched with amusment as she thought it all over. Ned laughed as Vianna finally spoke, saying that she hoped Airlia got over it soon and talking about her brothers' lack of interest in a relationship. "Well, no guy really ever is, Vi," Ned responded, scratching at his chin choosing his words with some care.

"See, men don't want to be serious... They can't stand the thought of buckling down and never chasing other girls. Men love, chasing women and being tied to one, takes you out of the hunt," Ned honestly said, standing on his knees and pulling off his shirt to reveal his clean chest, Ned stretched out his arms, walked on his knees out of the trees shade and laid himself down on the cool grass, letting out a soft sigh as the grass tickled his back.

"Airi, won't get over him... She loves him too much, your brother could be nice and give her a good snog once in a while, she looks like she needs it," Ned said, closing his eye's and turning his head in the direction he guessed Vianna was in.

Vianna listened as Ned started, sharing with her that no guy ever really wanted a serious relationship, that they couldn't stand the thought of buckling down and never chasing other girls. At this, the girl's jaw dropped and all amusement wiped from her face, leaving a rather horrified look on her young features. "Tha--that's not true!" she said, her forehead creasing slightly. Ferris wasn't like that! ...Right? She turned to the boy at her side with clear worry and concern in her blue eyes before turning back to Ned as he continued speaking, mentioning that Victor should give Airi a good snog once in a while since she looked like she needed it. At this, Vianna gave a humorless chuckle. The boy's earlier words were still playing in her mind and had left her feeling rather uneasy. "I'll make sure to ask him the favour when he gets back then," she muttered absentmindedly, pulling at the grass once more. Gah! Stinkin' Ned... leaving her all doubtful and worried like this! She began to pull at the grass a little more harshly, becoming a little destructive machine.

When he said she wounded her, she laughed. She gave him an innocent smile, and looked at Ned. "Me, be cruel? Why would I want to hurt you?" Kayla asked sweetly. She couldn't help but laugh, though.

She listened getting rather amused as he talked with Vianna. When Ned said that boys never wanted to be serious and just loved chasing girls, she crossed her arms stubbornly. "Are you saying that all girls are the complete opposite of that?" Kayla couldn't help but laugh again when Vianna got a bit worried and doubtful at Ned's words. "Don't worry, Vi. It's people like Ned and Vince that are like that."

Vianna looked up from the grass she had been picking on as Kayla addressed her, assuring her that only boys like Ned and Vince were like that. At this, the young girl couldn't help but smile, comforted by Kayla's statement, as simple as it was. "You're right," she said, gathering all the bits of grass she had been pulling and then throwing them at Ned. "When are you going to grow up and find yourself a nice, serious girl, huh?" she asked him, raising an eyebrow at the boy. "You're graduating already, you haven't got that much free time left, Hall."

Ferris wasn't very happy (in fact he almost looked like he was in pain), his dark brown eyebrows furrowing as he listened to Ned and Vianna's conversation. He didn't like them talking. No, correction, he didn't care if they talked, he cared about the fact that Ned was right next to his girlfriend poking and prodding her playfully. Normally, this was something that Ferris wouldn't give much thought at, had it been just any of Vianna's guy friends. But this was Ned, the boy who had recently and very accidently let Ferris know of his love for Vianna Vincenzi, the one that he was completely in love with.

He listened numbly to their conversation, giving Kayla a vague smile as she joined them, his thoughts scattered as he tried to sort out his own feelings. It was then that he heard Ned's words, 'Men don't want to be serious... They can't stand the thought of buckling down and never chasing other girls. Men love, chasing women and being tied to one, takes you out of the hunt'. WHAT?! He turned his pale face to look at the pair just as Vianna turned to look at him, his brown eyes wide.

He wasn't like that! No! Not at all! Ferris could see the concern and worry in his girlfriend's expression and his startled, very wide brown eyes turned back to Ned with obvious disbelief. Where did he get off speaking on behalf of all men in the universe!?

"Not all guys are like that, Ned," he told the boy from next to Vianna, his brown eyes just a little harsh and still disbelieving before they turned to the girl at his side and they softened. He gave her a small, honest smile before kissing her cheek and leaning back against the tree trunk.

Vianna turned to Ferris as he spoke, and she couldn't help but feel another wave of relief wash over her at the sound of his words, mentioning that not all guys were the way Ned described them. She smiled faintly at this, and as his lips then unexpectedly met her cheek, the young girl's smile widened. She watched as he leaned back against the tree trunk for a moment before leaning over and returning the gesture, placing a kiss on his cheek.

Ferris, who had turned his slightly worried brown eyes to the grass at his side, was surprised as he felt a pair of rosy lips on his cheek. He turned his gaze back to the girl at his side and gave a warm smile at the sight of her smiling face. He gently slipped his arm around her waist, pulling her into his side and a little bit away from Ned. Not only did he want Vianna closer, but he couldn't help but not want her near Ned. He kissed her forehead, a small smile still on his face though there were many thoughts on his mind. Should he tell her about Ned's feelings for her? No...No, that wouldn't be right. It wasn't his secret to tell. But how was he supposed to get over this over-protective feeling he kept getting whenever Ned was around?

Vianna smiled once more as Ferris's lips met her forehead, though the thoughtful look on his face made her wonder for a couple moments. She rested her head on his shoulder and looked ahead at the patio of the house absentmindedly, able to make out Vince's silhouette wandering around somewhere in the house, just barely visible through the windows reflecting the blue sky outside. "My Professor's so quiet suddenly," said Vianna after a moment of silence, a small smile still on her lips. "Is everything alright?"

Ferris turned his thoughtful eyes back to his free hand as it gently took Vianna's and held it in his lap intwined with his own. He listened as she spoke, mentioning how her Professor had turned quiet so suddenly and asked if everything was alright. "That would depend on your definition of alright," the boy murmured to the girl at his side, finding himself to want to speak only to her rather than the group as a whole. Realizing that this answer might've worried the girl, he quickly tried to rephrase it. "I mean...Everything's alright, I've just...I've got some things on my mind that are worrying me."
