Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna nodded her head as Ferris reminded her of that one time her brothers had tried to teach him how to play football. "Yeah, but they're too rough and impatient. I, on the other hand, am an excellent teacher!" she said quite proudly, her chin raising slightly. She chuckled softly at herself and listened as Ferris went on, telling her to tell him more about 'this Italian thing', to teach him something. "Okay, well... we should start with something simple, like... greetings! Ciao - that's hello. Arrivederci means goodbye... Let's see... Buongiorno means good morning, buon pomeriggio good afternoon, and buona notte good night." She gave Ferris a small smile, hoping she hadn't just confused him throwing all those words at him.

Ferris couldn't help but chuckle softly as Vianna explained that she was a much better teacher than her brothers, "I bet you are," he agreed with a smile, before listening as she started explaining Italian greetings to him. "Ciao," he repeated with a small nod, and he did the same with each word she said, though he coudn't put together all of the definitions just yet. But he tried his best to say each word like she did, though of course there was still a bit of an English accent to his words.

Vianna giggled as Ferris repeated the words with a thick English accent; and for some reason, she couldn't help but prefer his accented Italian to her own flawless one. "You sound so cute speaking Italian, Professor," she told him between giggles. "Okay, so here's your first exercise - you just woke up and you're walking out of your room. My dad happens to pass by. How do you greet him?" she asked the boy.

Ferris grinned as Vianna told him he was cute speaking Italian, the best thing to encourage him to try and learn it. But it was then that she gave him his first exercise, asking what he would say to her father after he just woke up in the morning. "Buengorno?" he said hesitantly, raising his eyebrows as he wasn't sure of his answer. Of course, he had butchered the word, his English accent covering it up so it didn't even sound close to Italian. But his expression was soft, his dimples in view and his brown eyes sparkling with curiosity.

Vianna fell into another fit of giggles as Ferris gave her his response; but she couldn't help it, he was just so cute and funny pronouncing the word so entirely wrong. However, she was able to tell which word he had meant to use, and he had the right idea in mind. "Close, it's buongiorno," she said it a bit slowly so he could catch the pronunciation and copy it. She then chuckled softly, her blue eyes sparkling up at the boy beside her, completely charmed by him. "You're so adorable, Professor!" she told him, as if this was something bad he should stop doing before leaning over and placing her lips on his. She couldn't help herself, she just really wanted to kiss him at that moment.

Ferris watched as the girl before him fell into a fit of giggles, forcing a smile onto his own face at the sight of this. He listened as she explained the correct answer to him, though he was kind of close. "Oh," he said with a soft chuckle, his dimples in full view as he listened to her pronounce the correct answer. It was then that she told him he was adorable, something that made his smile grow substantially as his brown eyes admired her for a moment before her lips met his own. He returned the kiss gently, definitely wanting to kiss the girl just the same as she wanted to kiss him, but broke apart just a couple moments later, not wanting to kiss seriously when so much of her family was around, just meeting him.

Vianna gave Ferris a smile as he pulled away and then summoned the marshmallows she had left roasting in the fire. She took one into her hands and gave the other to the boy beside her, when something caught her attention. There was the sound of... talking... no, whispering, coming from somewhere near. When she turned, Luca and Giuliana were standing behind them whispering to each other. "Oh, ci ha veduti!" said Luca.

"Heyyy, smetta di spiare su noi!" said Vianna, her brows furrowing slightly at the two spies. Giuliana chuckled softly and returned to the place she had been sitting at before having run off to chase after Luca. The boy with the red cap sat beside her, the two of them were soaked and covered in sand.

Giuliana leaned over and whispered something in the boy's ear. Luca nodded his head and cleared his throat. "I have an itch in my pants," he said. Vianna' eyes widened; Giuliana snorted and stifled her laughter. At this reaction, Luca's own eyes widened and he turned to Giuliana with furrowed brows. "Che cosa voi mi ha fatto dire?!"

Vianna shook her head slightly at the two. "They're always playing tricks and bothering one another," she explained to Ferris with an amused smile, taking a couple more marshmallows and sending them off to the fire. "Ah, here's a good chance for you to practice! How would you greet Giuliana and Luca now that it's nighttime?" she asked the boy.

Ferris watched with mild amusement as Vianna and her cousins exchanged words in Italian, then seeing Giuliana and Luca sit down. He let out a soft chuckle as Luca suddenly told the group that he had an itch in his pants, something Giuliana had obviously told him. He let out a soft chuckle and turned to Vianna with a warm smile which quickly faded as she asked him to say something to Giuliana and Luca in Italian. "No way," he immediately said with a weak chuckle, shaking his head with wide eyes. "No way."

Vianna blinked at Ferris's reaction and her own smile faded as well. "What-- why?" she asked, her forehead now beginning to crease slightly. "I thought you wanted to learn, Professor; this would be really good practice. It's just one word - well, two, but still," she said, her blue eyes beginning to turn pleading.

Giuliana and Luca merely watched the other two with mild confusion before stealing the marshmallows Vianna had just sent to the fire a moment ago.

"Yeah, I know Vi," the boy said with a small sigh as Vianna told him it'd be really great practice and it was only a couple words. "But I'll just embarrass myself, and they're not going to find it cute like you do," he whispered to her with a weak smile, his brown eyes apologetic as he always found it hard not to give Vianna what she was asking for at any point in time. But he didn't want to embarrass himself in front of her relatives.

Vianna nodded her head understandingly as Ferris explained to her his reasoning, though she couldn't help be a little disappointed; she really enjoyed hearing the boy speak Italian, even if it was just a word or two. "He's right, y'know," said Giuliana suddenly, casually. "Luke here would have the time of his life hearing him."

Vianna's jaw dropped; she had nearly forgotten her cousin had antennas for ears. "Ri--right." She then turned back to Ferris with a small smile. "You'll practice just with me, then," she assured him.

Ferris nearly jumped as Giuliana spoke up, confirming the idea that Luke would get a huge kick out of hearing him try and speak Italian. His brown eyes widened slightly, not aware that he'd been loud enough for her to hear, and was suddenly embarrassed. He gave a polite smile before his pale cheeks went a little pink and he pulled Vianna closer to himself, as though hoping she would hide his reddening cheeks. "Yes, alright, just you," he murmured with a weak smile.

Giuliana chuckled softly as Ferris seemed to grow embarrassed and shook her head slightly with a sigh. He was definitely not the type of boy she had expected her cousin to end up with. But she didn't mind, he seemed like a nice enough kind of 'English boy'. "I'm really curious as to how this happened," she said with a curious look in her light brown eyes. "You two happened, I mean. You're so... different." She tilted her head to one side just very slightly.

Ferris, whose face was slowly starting to return to its normal colour, looked back over at Giuliana as she confessed that she was curious as to how 'this' had happened. His eyebrows rose slightly, a little confused until she clarified that she was talking about how they had become a couple. The boy gave a weak smile, vaguely aware of how different they must look from each other as a couple. "Did you want a story?" he asked curiously, vague amusement in his expression.

"Ooooh, a story would be lovely!" said Giuliana, making herself comfortable on the sand, as if preparing herself for a very long bedtime story. Luca merely raised an eyebrow at her, then turned to Ferris, and then to Vianna. All the English obviously had the poor boy confused. Vianna giggled lightly at his bewildered expression. "Sta andando spiegare come ci siamo incontrati," she explained to him with a smile. Luca gave an "Ohh" and nodded his head, taking a bag of marshmallows and beginning to eat the snacks absentmindedly.

Ferris watched as Giuliana settled into the sand, ready for a story from him that he hoped he would be able to tell nicely. "Well, let's see," he said with a small sigh, straightening up as his brown eyes glazed over, going back to when he first met Vianna. "Like I said, we met on the very first day of camp and soon after became good friends," he started, a smile falling onto his expression as he thought about it. "And of course, Vince and Victor didn't like me hanging around her because I was unknown and potentially a dangerous addition to their sister's life." He flashed Vianna a grin before continuing. "So we remained friends for about....the first couple days, I guess. And it might've been the second or third day when I held her hand for the first time when we were walking to the lake, and I assume she got the clue as to what I was feeling for her." He gave a sheepish smile to the ground before continuing, "And then after another couple days, I told her that I loved her, because nothing had really been said yet, we were just holding each other's hand and stuff like that....And she told me she loved me as well," he gave a small smile, recalling this. "Anything you'd like to add, Vi?"

Vianna turned her gaze to the fire as Ferris began narrating their story to her cousin, and she chuckled softly as he mentioned her brothers. Her gaze seemed far away, though. She wasn't looking at the fire before her anymore but rather at the memories of those first days at camp, when everything was just starting and she and Ferris were just starting to grow feelings for each other. As he then finished, asking her if there was anything she'd like to add, Vianna looked up from the fire thoughtfully. "Hmm... oh yes, of course." She then turned to her cousin. "He was always walking into trees. And he lost every competition we ever held."

Giuliana listened to the story attentively, nodding her head every now and then, and laughed lightly as Vianna added on to the story with much pride and confidence; something very typical of her. "Wow... that's cute. Unexpected, but cute," she finally said with a smile, still rather amazed by how things had turned out.

"No I did not!" the boy denied with his jaw slightly dropped, an amused expression on his pale face as Vianna told her cousin that he ran into trees and lost every competition they'd ever had. He let out a chuckle a moment later though, pulling Vianna into him playfully as he shook his head disbelievingly before he turned back to Giuliana. "And she's everything I've ever wanted," he confessed a little more sheepishly, planting a soft kiss on Vianna's cheek, smiling warmly at her.

Vianna fell into a fit of giggles as Ferris denied her accusations before then awarding her with a kiss on the cheek, to which the girl smiled giddily for. Giuliana couldn't help but laugh; this was not the way she had ever expected to see her cousin, and though it felt completely strange and out of place, she couldn't help but be happy to see her giggling and smiling like the cheery girl she had always known.

"Prossimo con me, dobbiamo dare questi due spazio," she said, turning to Luca as she got up to her feet. The boy replied something in lazy Italian, to which Giuliana responded to by snatching his red cap off his head and running away. Luca's jaw dropped and he was up on his feet in a second, chasing after the girl.

Vianna watched them go with amusement and sighed. "Everyone thinks we're cheeseballs," she said with a weak chuckle. She wasn't used to this at all; it was one thing to have Vince say it. She never cared what Vince said. But when her close friends and cousins were saying it, too, she couldn't help but feel a bit sheepish about it all.

Ferris watched as Vianna's cousin ran away with Luca playfully, turning his brown eyed gaze to the girl at his side as she told him that everyone thought they were cheeseballs. His smile faded just slightly, unsure if this was a good thing or not. Maybe she didn't want to be portrayed as a mushball to all of her family... "I'm sorry," the boy said, his brows furrowing, "I can...not be like this," he suggested with a weak smile. "If you want."

Vianna turned to Ferris as he apologized before then going on to suggest that he could try to not be like this, and she chuckled softly, shaking her head slightly. "No, no, it's okay, Professor. I'm just... not used to it," she said. "I'm used to being seen as the one... knocking boys off their brooms during races, or playing quidditch with my brothers, or something like that. Being seen as the one sitting by the fire being mushy with her boyfriend is something new to me," she explained with a soft chuckle. She paused for a moment, her gaze going up to the star-freckled sky for a second before turning to Ferris again with a smile. "C'mon, let's go take a walk."

Ferris listened as Vianna explained that she just wasn't used to being the girl being mushy with her boyfriend by a campfire, rather than being the one knocking her brothers off a broom. He couldn't help but be a little worried about this, still convinced that it might be something she didn't want to be known for at the moment, but he ignored it and listened as she suggested they go for a walk. "Yeah, alright," he agreed, getting to his feet as he also felt the need for some fresh air. He took her hand gently in his own, helping her up with a small smile.

Vianna got up to her feet with Ferris's help and returned the small smile he gave her. She left her sandals by the fire and walked closer to the shore, where the ocean water was able to reach her feet. She had always liked the feel of the water on her feet, for some reason. "Y'know, I never expected to have you here so soon," she said with a soft chuckle. "In my home, I mean... meeting my family, and all."

Ferris followed her to the shore of the water, his shoes having also been left by the fire, and let his feet get washed over by smooth cool water. He listened as the girl at his side spoke, telling him that she never expected for him to be here so soon, meeting all of her family. "Yeah, me either," he said with a weak smile. "It definitely wasn't planned," he said with a small sigh, his brown eyes scanning the moonlight waters with a weak smile. "But, I don't mind. I like meeting your family. It's like meeting more of your past."

Vianna turned to Ferris as he spoke, telling her that he didn't mind having come to her home so early, that he liked meeting her family because it was like meeting more of her past. At this, the girl gave a soft chuckle and shook her head slightly. "I'm never going to understand why you want to know about my past. It's not interesting at all, it only consists of… well, all of what you've seen so far," she said with a shrug.
