Once again this is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, kept ever so strong and alive by it's loyal RPers. As the title says, this is version (3) three, the first two threads have reached their post limits. From the original thread: Quote:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:
"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."
Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!
Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!
(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

ooc: Awwwww shucks, alright Ruthers! I'll see you tomorrow then! Yeahhhh Fridayyyy!
Vianna nodded in response to her older brother's question before placing a small hand on part of the book, losing herself in a sort of vortex a moment later. The trip seemed eternal, but it was really only about five seconds later that her feet hit the ground and they all landed right in the middle of a large room. Vianna rubbed the side of her head for a moment before allowing her eyes to look around the familiar living room of her home. It was large, the house was certainly not your average two-story house, but it wasn't necessarily fancy like the Halls' mansion was. It was warm and despite the large space, it felt very cozy. The floors were of dark wood, and judging by the architecture of the house, it had been around for centuries, probably dating back to the seventeenth or sixteenth centuries. The furniture was contemporary and there were a number of family portraits on the walls. But the largest of these portraits was the one above the fireplace, which presented the Vincenzi family together, all dressed in emerald green robes as they smiled at the viewer. The place was very brightly-lit, too, thanks to the large ceiling-high windows that covered the longest wall; and the view outside was almost surreal - white sand covered the ground, though it grew rockier as it neared the shore, where the crystalline beach waters of the ocean washed everything they could reach before pulling back. Past the ocean was nothing more than just blue sky.
"Come, I want you to meet Costa," said Vianna, taking Ferris's hand into her own with an excited smile on her cheery face. "It's our house-elf. She's been working with my mum's family since my great-grandparents were around! She's really lovely," said the girl, obviously very fond of their little house-elf, who had always served the kids since the day they were born.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris's feet landed with a soft thud as his sneakers met the dark wood floor of the Vincenzi home, his brown eyes fluttering open to see a gorgeous living room. They widened slightly as they took it all in, roaming over the nice furnishings to the portraits on the walls to the windows that gave way to the ocean just steps from the Vincenzi home. His jaw fell just slightly, not having been prepared for such a nice sight. He probably wouldn't have to sleep on the floor, that was for sure...But before he could gaze around any further, Vianna had spoken, telling him that she wanted him to meet 'Costa'. Ferris's eyebrows rose slightly, having no idea who this Costa was until Vianna explained that Costa was their house-elf who was apparently very lovely. "Yeah, alright," he said with a weak, slightly overwhelmed smile as he followed after his girlfriend.

Smiling with slight amusement at Ferris's expression, Vianna led the boy over to the kitchen, with its marble countertops and cabinets of a wood as dark and well-kept as the floors. Inside was Mrs. Vincenzi with a little house-elf at her side, passing her some ingredients, while Vince sat on the countertop saying something in Italian, probably being interrogated by his mother on how the last few weeks had been.
"Costa!" Vianna called to the little house-elf who turned and beamed at the sight of her youngest master. Her ears perked and her large green eyes widened before she bowed her head, now talking to the floor in Italian. "Θ piacevole vedervi anche, Costa," said Vianna with a smile. "This is Ferris, one the guests who will be staying with us for the next few days."
Costa bowed her head once again, now speaking in English, "Costa is very pleased to meet you, sir; Costa promises to serve you with the utmost respect to ensure you a pleasant stay in the Vincenzi home," she said a bit too formally for a house-elf, which was rather odd.
Mrs. Vincenzi turned to the newcomers and couldn't help but chuckle softly. Her daughter was so silly, introducing Ferris to the house-elf; but Vianna had always considered little Costa to be a part of the family. "Are you kids hungry? I'm getting lunch ready, but I can't promise it'll be ready soon..." she said with a bit of a sheepish smile. Mrs. Vincenzi had never been much of a cook and always required a lot of help from their house-elf when she cooked; most of the time it was Costa who was in charge of the kitchen.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris gave a polite smile to the house-elf Vianna introduced him to, noting her happy expression as he listened to the kind words she said to him. "It's very nice to meet you as well, Costa," he assured the house-elf with a warm smile before he turned to Mrs. Vincenzi as she spoke, asking if they were hungry. "Just a little," he confessed with a small smile, listening as she went on to explain that they were working on lunch though it might not be ready very soon. "That's quite alright," he said politely, letting his dimples show to the woman across from him who was just a little shorter than himself. Ferris then turned to Vianna, his bags and cat in one hand, "Uh...Where should I let Turnip out?" he asked softly, a little hesitantly.

Mrs. Vincenzi's eyebrows rose at Ferris's last question. "Vianna, non avete indicato al ragazzo la vostra stanza?" she asked, turning to her daughter with disapproving caramel eyes. Vianna gave an apologetic smile. "I was just getting to that..." she muttered before leading the way out of the kitchen. "I hope you don't mind sharing a room with Jamie..." she told Ferris with a faint smile. "We don't have enough rooms to give each person their own."

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris's brown eyes turned from Vianna to her mother as the latter spoke to her daughter in disapproving Italian, something that he couldn't understand a word of. He turned back to the girl at his side for some explanation when she took him out of the kitchen and mentioned that he'd be sharing a room with Jamie. "Of course I don't mind," he immediately said with a smile, almost relieved. It would seem far too weird to have a room of his own, it just seemed...unnatural during this situation. "So...Where is this room? Do I need to sleep on the floor? Because I can do that, don't worry," he quickly said.

Vianna laughed as Ferris suggested sleeping on the floor. "No! Mum and Dad would never forgive me if I let you sleep on the floor, Professor, that'd be awfully rude!" she said with a chuckle as they made their way across the foyer and over to the wooden stairs (again, matching the floor and the kitchen; they seemed to like dark wood a lot around here) which curved almost creating a spiral as they led the way up to the second floor. There was a sitting area with a piano near the top of the stairs, with a couple bookshelves on the walls and then, of course, a ridiculous amount of more family portraits occupying pretty much all the walls. "Ignore these..." Vianna muttered as she walked down a hall, referring to the pictures on the walls which consisted of the Vincenzi kids from the days they were only babies til only a few months ago. It was like traveling through time. After a short walk, she came to a halt before a door (of dark wood, of course!) and opened it, revealing a large and very neatly organized room with two large beds and two doors; one which led to the closet and the other which led to the bathroom. But as simple as the room was, the view it offered outside to the ocean was really what made it quite a pleasant sight. The view was probably even nicer up here than it was downstairs, due to the higher level they were on now. "Turnip can wander around the house freely, don't worry, I can get Costa to watch her so she doesn't get lost or anything."
ooc: Omg I hate doing all these descriptions... so much work...

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: I know! I had to do it for an entire town, revenge is sweet! Jk! Ferris followed Vianna up the stairs with a small smile on his face, gazing around at his surroundings with slight awe. It was such a nice house. He was momentarily distracted by the pictures on the walls, catching a glimpse of the young Vincenzi children and making a mental note to examine these later, always curious. It was then that they reached the room which was well furnished and just as lovely as the rest of their home. Ferris smiled at the sight, gently setting his dufflebag on one of the beds and letting Turnip out of her cage as Vianna told him he could. The boy turned around once this was done, smiling at the sight of Vianna next to the window with quite the view. "Your house is very nice, Vi," he told her with a small smile, walking over to her. "You never told me you lived by the beach," he noted, showing off his dimples as his brown eyes roamed from the scenery outside to the girl before him.

ooc: LOL!!! Noooooo!!
Vianna watched Turnip as Ferris released her from her cage, amused by the sight of the small kitten before returning her blue-eyed gaze to the boy as he spoke, telling her the house was nice, to which she responded with a sheepish smile and a "Thank you" before he continued, mentioning she had never told him she lived by the beach. "Oh, well... I guess I'm just so used to it by now it doesn't seem like an interesting fact to mention," she said with a soft chuckle. She paused for a moment, gazing out the window absentmindedly, admiring what seemed to be a perfect day - there was a light breeze out, the sun was shining at its brightest at this time of day, and there was not a single cloud up in the blue sky. "Do you wanna go check it out?" she asked, turning back to Ferris with a smile.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor OOC: Ferris watched Vianna for a moment as she gazed out the window before she turned to him, asking if he wanted to go down and check it out. "Sure," he said with a smile, "I've never been to a beach before," he admitted with a shrug as he gently took her hand back into his own, intwining their fingers. He watched her for a moment before he pressed a gentle kiss to her cheek just because he could and started leading the way out of the room. He already figured out a good deal of the layout of the home, and like that first day of camp, he had a very good sense of direction.

Vianna's eyebrows rose as Ferris told her he had never been to a beach before. "Liar!" she said, blue eyes wide. "Really?" she added a moment later, incredulity in her voice. "Well, that's about to change now! I feel quite honoured, actually, to be the one to introduce you to the beach," she continued with a soft chuckle as they walked down the wooden stairs. "Stiamo andando alla spiaggia, saremo indietro piω in ritardo!" Vianna called out to her mother as they crossed the foyer, just letting her know where they would be and that they would return soon.
The young girl then proceeded to open one of the double-doors and led the way out to the front yard, which was a pretty sight of your typical Italianate garden, with its vivid green grass and flowery bushes outlining a path that seemed to once be made up of cobblestone, perhaps hundreds of years ago, so it was kind of faded now. It led the way down a small hill on top of which the house made of marble and limestone sat, completely isolated, with no neighbors as the view around it was nothing more than tall green grass for miles (and the ocean on one side, of course). They were obviously not in a neighborhood or in the middle of a city, which had always given the kids plenty of space to run around and practice the sports they enjoyed to play so often.
Ferris and Vianna didn't have to walk too long until the path and the grass began to fade away and slowly began to become sand instead. There was the sound of small waves crashing not too far in the distance, and the deep blue ocean was soon enough greeting them from only a very short walk away. The heat was intense, though, and it contrasted greatly with the English summer air they had been enjoying only about an hour ago. "Here we are," Vianna announced with a smile, coming to a halt about five yards away from the shore, her eyes slightly squinted under the bright sunlight. "Come on, let's go get our feet wet!" she suggested suddenly with that childlike enthusiasm of hers as she began running through the white sand and closer to the water, dragging Ferris along with her.

"I'm glad you're so happy about it," he said softly, following after her as his brown eyes scanned the gorgeous landscape of the Italian countryside. "Wow..." he mumured as they got closer to the shore, gazing out at the nice blue ocean. It was then that Vianna broke the comfortable silence by suggesting they go get their feet wet, starting to drag him towards the water. He let out a soft chuckle, following after her until his pale feet came in contact with the warm Italian waters, lapping against his ankles. "It's nice..." he murmured with a small smile, turning to look at the girl with squinted brown eyes.

Vianna had managed to pull her tennis shoes and socks off somewhere along the way, and was standing beside Ferris on the rocky sand, her feet still quite clear to see beneath the water. "Glad you like it," she said, turning to him with a smile as he commented that the beach was nice. "Who knows, maybe after this my Professor will become a beach bum and get a tan," she added playfully with a chuckle, though she remembered well that Ferris had told her once before that he had once had a tan, but it hadn't suited him very well. She liked his pale skin, anyway. "I used to come down here a lot when I was little," she said a little distractedly, her eyes now following her feet as she poked a large seashell that lay beneath the crystal water. She was quiet for a couple moments, distracted in this activity until the water's current snatched the shell away from her. "How're you feeling, Professor?" she asked, looking up at him again with a small smile. "I mean about... everything. The kidnappers and all. Are you nervous?"

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris let out a small laugh as Vianna predicted that maybe he'd become a beach bum and get a tan, "I dunno about that," he admitted with an amused smile as his brown eyes turned to the water once more. He looked back over at Vianna as she spoke, asking how he was feeling about everying, about the kidnappers and all. "Yeah, I'm nervous," he admitted with a small shrug and a weak smile. "But...It's kind of hard to be too nervous here," he added with a better, more genuine smile, looking back out at the ocean for a moment. "What about you?"

Vianna nodded her head understandingly as Ferris let her know that he was, indeed, nervous. But she couldn't help smiling as he added that it was hard to be nervous here; she hoped being in a different environment would help him relax and get his mind away from the kidnappers rather than overwhelm the boy. "I'm a little nervous too," she replied with a nod. "But... not so much right this second. I'm still happy about being with my parents and at home," she explained with a bright smile before taking a number of steps back away from the water and then sitting down, gesturing for Ferris to join her the way he usually gestured to her - by patting the spot beside her.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor Ferris was listening to Vianna speak about still being happy just to be home when he suddenly realized she wasn't next to him any longer. And when he looked back to check, she was sitting just a few steps behind him, patting the spot next to her in the sand. He smiled slightly before he joined her on the sand, taking the seat at her side with a warm smile. "I'm glad that you got to come home," he confessed, his hand coming to find hers and gently intwine it with his own. "You deserve to see your parents."

Vianna's smile could only widen as Ferris sat beside her and spoke, telling her he was glad she got to come home and that she deserved to see her parents. Charmed, she let her eyes rest on his for a moment, her gaze almost disbelieving before she leaned over and placed a kiss on his cheek. "You're great, Professor," she told him. Vianna then returned her gaze to the picturesque view before them and rested her head on his shoulder. "Oooh, you know what's something we used to do when my cousins came over? We'd have campfires right here at the beach. It's nice because you can see the stars and hear the ocean... we should do that tonight. Do you want to?" she asked, lifting her head from his shoulder and turning to him with a smile.

| Blonde&Proud Sirius Sense of humor As Vianna told him he was great Ferris couldn't help but grin, rather flattered, at the sand beneath them, his dimples coming into view as he let his sheepish gaze fall away from the pretty girl at his side. It was then that she mentioned how they used to have campfires with their cousins out on the beach because they could see the stars and the ocean, "That sounds great," the boy agreed with a warm smile, turning his brown eyes to Vianna once more. He watched her for a moment before pressing a warm kiss to her forehead, "I feel like I haven't gotten to be with you in a while," he confessed with a soft chuckle. It sounded rather ridiculous as they had been practically glued to one another's side for the past two weeks, but...the entire morning had been a rush and he felt as though he'd hardly had a moment to spend with Vianna alone.

Vianna grinned as Ferris agreed to the plan before awarding her with a kiss on the forehead, which she received with a warm smile. As he spoke again, mentioning how he felt like he hadn't gotten to be with her in a while, Vianna chuckled softly and nodded her head. "I feel the same way," she admitted, her blue eyes now looking down at the white sand surrounding them. "But... now that the rush of moving from one place to another is over, we can start relaxing again. I'll give you a mini tour of the town and maybe you can meet my cousins and some old friends," she told him with a smile, though she didn't want to throw all these new faces at the boy yet, she didn't want to overwhelm him or make him feel out of place. "But, for now... we can relax. Just the two of us."

"That sounds nice," he said with a small smile, rather excited at the prospect of seeing more of her life. As she mentioned that for now they could relax, just the two of them, the boy's smile widened and he let out a small sigh of content. "Good, because that sounds really good to me," he admitted, leaning back a bit onto the sand so he could lay down, pulling Vianna back on top of him slightly. He grinned at the sight of her so close to him, his smile innocent as though he hadn't just toppled them over.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris agreed to the idea of the two of them just relaxing, knowing that the boy would probably prefer that to being out in the town just yet. As he then laid down on the sand and pulled her down with him, the young girl chuckled softly. "You'll really just go and lay anywhere, won't you, Professor?" she asked him teasingly with a giggle. "It doesn't matter if it's grass, or dirt, or sand..." She gave him an amused smile and leaned over slightly, placing a kiss on his cheek.

"I'm more relaxed this way," he admitted with a warm smile which widened as she kissed his cheek. "You don't seem to mind it," he pointed out, gently and spontaneously pecking her lips with his own, a grin back on his face just enough to reveal his dimples and let his brown eyes sparkle over at her.

Vianna listened as Ferris explained he was more relaxed when he was laying down, before then going on to add she didn't seem to mind. At this comment, she chuckled with amusement, stopping abruptly as his lips met her own in a peck kiss which she returned with a smile. "No, you've converted me into a lay-on-the-grass kind of girl, I can't mind now," she told him playfully.
