This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Ferris finished packing his books into his miniscule bag that held nearly anything with the help of a spell. He looked over at the girl as she followed him into his room, asking him what was wrong. He let out a sigh, trying to decide what to tell her. He didn't want to concern her, or make her worry, but he was really against the idea of lying to Vianna. "I just...I had another rough night last night," he confessed lightly, turning back to her with another one of those deceiving weak smiles. "Really rough." He shook his head, as though remembering something, turning to look from the girl to the bed to the bathroom. "Shower...I need to shower," he mumbled with a small sigh. "Why didn't I do that before? I had the time," he reprimanded himself, taking a half step towards the bathroom before apparently deciding that he should do something else and he starting walking towards the girl in the doorway, attempting to get by her.

But Vianna had no intentions of letting Ferris go, at least not yet, so she remained still on her spot in the doorway as the boy tried to get past her. "Professor," she started, her tones a little harsher than before as she didn't want Ferris to get the idea that he could get away with giving her another vague response again. "Talk to me," she told him, now taking the boy's hand as she made her way into the room and over to the bed, pulling Ferris along with her. She sat down and pulled gently at his hand as a way to let him know she wanted him to sit with her.

Ferris continued to try to get past her, first trying her left side, then her right, before staring down at his girlfriend blankly. As she told him to talk to her, taking his hand and leading him over to the bed, he let out a sigh; once more unsure of what he wanted to tell her. He didn't sit next to her as she tugged on his hand, the tiredness getting to him and adding a twinge of bitterness to his soft features. "Vi, it honestly doesn't matter right now, alright? I have to finish packing, I had no idea it had gotten this late," he said, talking as though he had stayed up until midnight rather than seven in the morning.

"It's not late," Vianna contradicted him. "It's quite early, actually." She looked up at him expectantly, but as he seemed not to give in, she sighed. "If you don't want to talk about it then just say so, Fer, but don't run away from me," she added a little more softly, her forehead beginning to crease slightly. She really wanted to help the boy but had no idea how to go about it, especially now that he seemed not to want her presence around him.

Ferris merely gave her an impatient look as she told him it was early, not late as he had previously mentioned. But as her tone softened, and she asked him to just tell her if he didn't want to talk about something rather than running away from her, he became very aware of that small warm hand still wrapped in his and he relaxed slightly. The truth was that Ferris was dying for her presence, he had been since around two in the morning, but he had distracted himself so well and gotten his tired brain so wired off of the coffee that it was hard for him to focus on what he really needed right now. He let out a sigh, "I want to talk about it. But I can't," he told her, his tone suddenly much softer and instead of a grouchy teenager he looked like a very defeated, very tired young man who was at wit's end. "It was...the worst dream I have ever had in my life, and I'm not going to force you to listen to it all. You don't need that."

Vianna watched as Ferris's expression turned thoughtful and she listened quietly and attentively as he began speaking, telling her that he did indeed want to talk about it, as it was the worst dream he had ever had, but he didn't want to force her to listen to it. The girl shook her head slightly at him as he said this. "You're not forcing me if I'm asking to hear it," she told him. "If you really do want to talk about it and if it'll make you feel better to get it off your chest, then I will listen, Professor. No matter how horrible it is," she continued before tugging at his hand once again in a silent invitation for him to join her.

Ferris watched her as she contradicted him, telling him that he wasn't forcing the girl to listen if she was asking to hear it. His brows furrowed, not sure about this, but as she continued talking, telling him that she would listen to anything that he wanted to get off his chest, he let out a small sigh. "A...Alright," he said before taking her invitation and hesitantly taking a seat at her side. It took him a moment, but he finally started, recalling back to the dream slowly:

"It was back at camp...You and I were walking to the lake when we were both taken underground with those hands. And they basically immediately hit us over the head and the next moment we were in some large white room with...everyone. You, me, Vince, Victor, Kayla, Jamie, my mother, Nathan, Mr. Nordoff, everyone." He stopped for a moment, dark brown eyes on the floorboards once more. "And they spoke to us about something, something about what their plans were and why they did all this, but I didn't catch it. I was just....focused..Focused on Nathan sitting right in front of me...and then Perenelli did the....imperius curse on me....And I killed-I..." he stopped himself, shaking his head, his face distorted into a disturbed expression. "And I killed him with my own wand. And then they made....they made me kill....everyone. A-And they saved you last for me to k-kill. And then they made me kill myself...." he stopped shaking his head rapidly now and he seemed to be avoiding her gaze, his entire face completely disturbed. "I have to..." he trailed off, standing up and swiftly going into the bathroom, having no desire to let Vianna see him like this. He felt horrible, horrible that he had to see this but even more so that he had to share with Vianna how screwed up his dreams were.

Vianna gave Ferris a faint smile as the boy accepted her offer and sat down next to her, agreeing to tell her about his dream. She listened as he began, nodding her head slightly as she recalled the last couple of dreams he had told her about before and remembering how they had started similarly. She expected this dream to be similar to the others, but her brows furrowed and her smile slowly disappeared as she watched the boy beside her speak, her hand still wrapped around his. Just when she thought his nightmares could not possibly get any worse, they did. She listened quietly and with horror - though she did her best to keep her features expressionless - as he narrated it to her, sharing how the kidnappers had made him kill Nathan with his very own wand. Unable to keep a straight face at this, Vianna grimaced slightly, imagining just how traumatizing that must have been even if it was a dream and not reality. She continued listening, but before she could say anything to him, Ferris had left her side and disappeared to the bathroom, the horror quite clear on his features. The girl remained frozen to her spot on the bed, her eyes slightly wide, not sure whether to go after him or give him time. But then her brows furrowed - time, he'd had plenty of that in the past several hours that he had been awake. She knew she couldn't just leave him even if he kept running away from her. So she stood and followed after him (ooc: I'm not sure if Ferris closed the door, lol). "Professor," she said softly, hoping the boy would turn to her.

Ferris turned to the slightly opened door as Vianna spoke his beloved nickname, his brown eyes bloodshot and defeated, his expression still horrified. He felt like recalling all of this was making him ten times more tired, and all he wanted was some peaceful sleep and his girlfriend. He gently swung the door open a bit more, reaching for Vianna's hand and pulling her into his bathroom alongside him. He then closed the door and watched her with saddened eyes for a moment. "I-I can't..." he trailed off, letting his eyes fall to the floor. He looked pathetic, the tall teenage boy's hair was a mess, his eyes bloodshot, and small bags rested under his eyes. Up close to Vianna now, all of these flaws were revealed to the girl. His back was hurting because he hadn't taken the medicine yet and it had hardly gotten any time on a soft bed as it usually did, not to mention those horrible scenes kept flashing through the boy's mind.

Vianna looked up at the boy that took her hand and led her into the bathroom, the boy that was definitely not the same Ferris she had said goodnight to only the night before. That one had been peaceful, charming, and even teasing, whereas the boy that stood before her now was tired, tormented, and clearly far from peaceful. She gave him a sympathetic look, listening quietly as he tried to speak but no complete sentences came out. She wished they could trade heights now so she could easily wrap her arms around him as he usually did with her, but she had to make do with what she had, so her hand left his to wrap her much shorter arms around the boy. She held him tightly, the way someone would hug a person they hadn't seen in years.

Ferris watched her hesitantly for a moment until her small arms were suddenly wrapped around him in a hug that contained a strength he didn't know could come from such a small girl. But he hugged her back and his body relaxed completely after a few moments into the girl holding him so tightly. He let out a small sigh into her ear, lifting her up just a little bit so they didn't have so much work to hug each other. "Thanks Vi," he murmured to her, brown eyes closed as he leaned then back up against the counter.

Vianna pulled back slightly so she could look up at the boy as he spoke. She flashed him a smile; one of those childlike, overjoyed smiles that she usually used when she felt nothing could go wrong with the world. Of course, she wasn't necessarily feeling that way now, but she was definitely happy she could bring some type of comfort to the boy, even if it was only minor. "I love you," she told him, her smile fading slightly as she turned more serious. "And just... just remember that no matter what happens... And no matter how bad things get, I'm always going to be at your side, Professor. All the time," she said. And as she finished, the smile slowly returned to her face, lighting up her features.

Ferris kept her in his warm embrace, though he too pulled back just slightly to look at her with a weak smile. He couldn't help but feel just a little bit better now that it was off his chest, and he was with Vianna again. There was something about her presence that brought a sense of calm to the boy. His attention was focused on her as she spoke, telling him first that she loved him. He was about to reply when she continued, telling him to remember that no matter what happened or how bad things got, she would always be at his side. Ferris watched her for a moment, his brown eyes searching hers before he spoke, "You don't know what that means, Vi," he murmured softly. "And I love you too....You're everything to me." He paused for a moment, "The worst part of those dreams is when you have to be..." he trailed off, not wanting to say it. His eyes roamed past her towards a picture on the wall before returning to her. "That's the part that kills me; every time."

Vianna watched the boy as he spoke, her eyes almost sparkling as he let her know he loved her too. But her smile faded slightly as he continued, mentioning the worst part of his dreams. The girl tilted her head just slightly and watched him silently for a moment before speaking, "But... that's not going to happen," she assured him, shaking her head slightly. "It's a really... a really horrendous scene, but you've gotta convince yourself that it's just a dream, Professor," she continued. "It's bad enough it tortures you in your sleep, don't let it affect you while you're conscious too."

Ferris listened as she told him that the scene of his dreams wasn't going to happen, adding that he had to convince himself it was just a dream. He shook his head, "That's the worst part." He looked to the floor for a moment before his eyes returned to her, "It very well could happen. I can't get it out of my head because it's still a possibility. And I can't...I can't think about you...dying." he told her, his eyebrows furrowed slightly. "How are you so sure none of this will happen?

Vianna listened as Ferris disagreed, telling her that there really was a possibility that such a horrible scene could actually take place in their lives, before then asking her how she could be so sure it wouldn't happen. The girl shrugged. "I just do. I don't believe in it," she replied, still feeling rather positive about this idea. "Besides... the ministry's involved now. We're not entirely on our own anymore. I'd like to think and believe that maybe they'll be able to do something, that we're going to get out of this situation alive and well," she continued. But then her smile widened slightly and she asked, almost teasingly, "Now, you, Mr. Negativity, give me one good reason why I should be sitting in a corner sulking about tragedies that have yet to happen."

Ferris smiled slightly as the girl before him told him she just knew it wouldn't happen, she didn't believe in it, and adding that they weren't on their own anymore due to the fact that the ministry could potentially help them. It was hard to remain too upset when Vianna was in front of him beaming so positively. He let out a soft laugh as she asked him (Mr. Negativity), for a good reason for her to be sulking about tragedies that hadn't even happened yet. But he didn't have a reason to give her, he was too busy watching her with slightly admiring eyes. "You're amazing, Vi," was his only reply before he pulled her back to him and kissed her lips softly, craving the girl once more.

Vianna beamed, pleasantly surprised by the unexpected response she received from the boy. She chuckled sheepishly to herself for a moment before Ferris's lips met her own. Happy to have at least some of the old Ferris back, the girl kissed him back enthusiastically for a moment before pulling back, beaming at the boy in front of her. "Now, if you shower and get ready, maybe we can go get some breakfast," she said.

Ferris gave her a weak smile as she suggested that he showered and get ready so they could go get some breakfast. He was glad he had the girl with him, but all he wanted right now was sleep. "Honestly, I'm not hungry," he said, "I've had about seven cups of coffee already...I've had a pretty eventful morning." But at this point, his eyelids were drooping slightly as he watched her, leaning back against the counter with a sigh. "But I'll come with you, don't worry, I can be ready in a minute or so."

Vianna watched the boy before her as he shared with her that he wasn't hungry and had already had seven cups of coffee. She nodded her head understandingly, but her brows furrowed as he went on, telling her he could be ready in a minute to accompany her. "No, no, don't worry about it, Professor," she said immediately, shaking her head with a smile. "I'll get Vince to go with me, I still remember the way to the vet's office. It shouldn't take very long, anyway. You should probably catch up on your sleep," she suggested before adding, "I'm not sure if Victor's going to have us fly all around Europe again, but if he does... it's best you be wide awake then."

Ferris raised his eyebrows slightly as she told him not to worry about it anymore, telling him that she would get Vince to go with her as he should catch up on his sleep. He let out a small nod and a sigh with a grateful small smile, though he hoped he would be able to sleep in the first place. He kept her close to him though, his brown eyes tired but hopeful as he said, "Are you sure you can't get Vince to go without you?" He knew the chances of this were very low, but he asked just for fun really but also because he honestly didn't want to separate from his gem now.

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris asked her if she couldn't just get Vince to go without her. "Well, he loves being outside so I probably could," she started, "But I don't trust that boy anywhere near my squirrel. He's the reason Fluffy's where he is in the first place," she added mildly bitterly. But she smiled again and leaned over to place a kiss on Ferris's cheek. "I'll be back very soon! Though I do hope to find you getting some rest when I'm back."

Ferris gave a weak smile as she told him that even though she could potentially convince her brother to leave without her, she couldn't trust him with her beloved squirrel. He gave a nod, expecting this response and his smile widened just slightly at the feel of her lips on his cheek. "Yeah, alright," he said, exhaustion evident in his manner. "I'll see you when you get back," he told her as he started to close the space between them. He finally pressed his lips to hers in a small, needed kiss before breaking apart with a slight smile. He then released her, opening the door to the bathroom and leading her out.

Vianna nodded her head slightly as Ferris agreed that he'd see her again when she returned, and kissed the boy back for the brief moment his lips met hers. Still smiling, she looked up at the boy for a moment before he then led her out of the bathroom. "Oh!" said Vianna suddenly, just remembering something. "Before you go to sleep take your medicine, alright, Professor?" she told him. Rather reluctantly, she let go of his hand and gave him one last smile before heading out of the room. She knew she would be back soon and everything was going to be alright, but she couldn't help feeling rather wary about leaving the boy alone. But pushing these negative thoughts aside, she entered the following room and awoke her brother, giving him no chance to shower or eat before they left the hotel.

Ferris gave a nod as she instructed him to take his medicine before falling asleep, and he started off to the kitchen to get it as his back was already starting to throb in pain. He was looking around for it when he realized the coffee pot was still on and dirty. He quickly turned it off, and began to clean it, finishing up just a few minutes later. But coffee started him thinking about his drawings which he had left on the table, and he went to get them, searching through the many portraits he had done through the night. By the time that the boy had put everything he wanted away, he was in his bedroom again and the idea of medicine had completely slipped his mind. He simply climbed into bed (the pain in his back at the back of his mind as he hardly noticed it anymore), and started to fall asleep out of pure exhaustion.
