This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread: Quote:

Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:
"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."
Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!
Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!
(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna's eyes widened as Ferris shared that it was about six in the afternoon; it wasn't even noon when they had arrived! "I think my sleeping schedule's completely upside down now," said Vianna as Ferris led her down the hall, then down the stairs. "I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight, and I'll be waking up late tomorrow morning," she continued, shaking her head slightly. But she didn't have much time to think about this as Fluffy suddenly bit her finger. "Ow! Fluffy!"
The little squirrel merely scowled up at them. Stupid humans, what was taking them so long?

Ferris was listening with vague amusement as Vianna talked about how her sleeping patterns would be out of wack now, when he heard her yelp. His head quickly turned to look at her, his eyes wide until he spotted the problem. "Dumb squirrel," he said, taking the creature roughly into one of his hands and using the other to examine Vianna's as they stopped walking. "Are you alright?" he asked, looking at her finger in search for blood or cuts.

Vianna's eyes widened yet again as Ferris suddenly snatched the little squirrel from her hands. "Professor!" she said, giving him an incredulous look. She then looked down as he began examining her hand and she shook her head slightly. "I'm fine, it was just a small bite," she said before looking back up at him and then letting her eyes wander to the little squirrel in his hand. "Professor, you're going to hurt him!"

Ferris nearly jumped at her response, listening as she seemed to reprimand him for taking the squirrel from her, complaining that he would hurt the creature and shrugging off the bite as though it was nothing. His eyes widened also, surprised that she seemed upset with him for removing the angry little squirrel that bit her. "Fine, keep the thing," he grumbled, handing the squirrel back to Vianna, but not before receiving a nasty bite from the little thing. "Ouch," he said sharply, pulling back his hand to reveal a cut on his finger. He cursed under his breath, holding his hand over the finger to stop the small amount of bleeding as they continued walking.

Vianna welcomed the little squirrel into her hands, smiling warmly down at it before looking up and shooting Ferris a glare. "You deserved that one," she said quietly as the boy pulled back the hand Fluffy had just bitten. Her attention then returned to the pet in her hands, caressing its brown fur gently as they made their way through the lobby and to the outside streets.

Ferris's jaw fell just slightly at Vianna's next words and he scowled at the squirrel in her hands. It was official, that girl had too much affection for her squirrel. "Last time I get you a squirrel," he grumbled under his breath, shooting the squirrel another glare before gazing out into the streets. He looked around, trying to find that restaurant he had seen earlier in the day. He finally spotted it and headed over to it with Vianna.

"Fine! I'll get my own squirrel next time," said Vianna, her eyes unfriendly as they met Ferris's. She gave the boy a disapproving look as he glared at her little pet, and she brought Fluffy closer to herself, almost protectively. Not even Vince had gotten his hands on Fluffy yet - she'd have to be extra careful now. Everyone seemed to be after her poor, defenseless pet. But the young girl's features relaxed as she then turned her attention to the scenery around them, following Ferris's lead down the wide but not too crowded streets and over to what seemed to be a restaurant.

"Good!" he responded bitterly, unaware that this was a rather fruitless fight over a squirrel. All that was missing now was for him to stick his tongue out at her and cross his arms over his chest. He led her into the restaurant in silence, walking up to the front podium and speaking with the waitor. "Une table pour trois s'il vous plaξt," he said. (Translation:A table for three please.) The waitor nodded and led them over to a table in the corner of the busy restaurant. Ferris plopped down in one of the chairs, still seemingly grumpy.

Vianna sat opposite to the boy, letting the squirrel rest on the table. She watched Fluffy for a moment and sighed, not really liking the direction in which the day had turned. But she would not apologize, as she still believed it was Ferris's fault he'd been bitten; he shouldn't have mistreated the squirrel. It seemed pointless to argue, though, so she distracted herself looking around at the other people in the restaurant, wondering vaguely if any of the things on their plates happened to be snails - she had let her brother's silly way of thinking get to her.

Ferris's eyes flickered to Vianna just as hers moved away from him. He watched her, examining her for a moment. He wouldn't apologize first, definitely not. She had defended the squirrel, getting angry with him for trying to keep her from getting bitten again! There was no way he was wrong about this. And yet, he found himself admiring her determined expression. He quickly diverted his thoughts and eyes to something else, the menu. He looked it over, reading through a few descriptions before choosing what he wanted. He ignored Kayla's comment that they were acting like children, only paying attention when she asked what was on the menu. He told her about the various foods, pointing them out on the menu as he did so.
OOC: I'm too lazy to figure out french cuisine, lol. But you can pick whatever sounds French.

Vianna returned her attention to the others at the sound of Kayla's voice, but she said nothing, her brows furrowing as she now turned her attention to the menu. Of course. It was in French. The young girl sighed, flipping through it rather unenthusiastically. Nothing seemed to make any sense, so she figured she'd guide herself by the pictures, making up her mind to order a meal that seemed small enough for her but big enough to share with a hungry squirrel. She let the open menu rest on the table and busied her hands petting the little squirrel that had made itself comfortable on her lap.

Kayla didn't bother saying anything else. It seemed she'd have to wait for the boys to have someone to talk to. It occurred to her how that seemed odd; it used to be that she waited to be able to talk to Vianna because she was the year below Kayla. It just proved how much had changed in so little time. In half of a summer she had gone from being a normal teenage witch to being on the run.

He watched her with two emotions, stubbornness and reluctant admiration before he was distracted by the waiter joining them. He gave a small smile which wasn't returned before ordering what he wanted, turning to Kayla to see what she wanted. "What are you getting Kay?" he asked in English.

Vianna looked up as the waiter joined them, asking for their orders in the foreign tongue she expected but did not understand. "Uh..." The young girl glanced down at her open menu and pointed at the dish she wanted (she was too proud to ask Ferris to help her with the pronunciation), giving the waiter a small childlike smile before returning her attention to the squirrel on her lap. Fluffy had calmed by now, and was almost beginning to fall asleep under the warmth of the girl's hand.

Ferris's eyes narrowed as Vianna didn't bother to ask Ferris for help, simply pointing to the menu. The waiter's eyes seemed to do the same and he curtly nodded, obviously unimpressed by her naiveness. Ferris nodded to Kayla as she told him what she wanted and repeated it to the waiter in French, adding an apology for the 'stubborn Italian girl with the squirrel'. Or that's how he put it.

Vianna, of course, had no idea what was being said and simply watched the waiter go. She examined the people in the restaurant curiously - they all seemed to have showered that morning. She made a mental note to mention this to her older brother so he'd stop fussing about the hygiene of the French. Once watching the people became boring rather than distracting, the girl sighed, resting her elbow on the table and her chin on the palm of her hand. With her other hand, she began fidgeting with the spoon resting on the table.

The waiter returned in the blink of an eye with the food, the restaurant was obviously magically run, and set the plates in front of each of them. He gave a small smile before disappearing once more. Ferris, very hungry as he hadn't eaten anything that morning besides his back medicine, began eating like a pig immediately, table manners forgotten.

Vianna grinned as the waiter returned with their food. She frowned slightly at the sight of her plate - it looked better in the picture - but said nothing, beginning to pull some of the food aside into a smaller plate for Fluffy. She furrowed her brows as bits of Ferris's food made their way all over the table but didn't complain, merely pulling her plate slightly closer to herself and letting Fluffy dig into his own little plate.
