This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

"Wow!" gasped Vianna as Lamagdelaine came to view, a smile spreading across her face at the sight of it. "It's so pretty!" she said, now following the other two down to the ground and landing beside her brother the way she usually did - disastrously. But the new scrapes on her knees didn't stop the girl from jumping back up to her feet energetically, enchanted by this new location.

Ferris couldn't help but let a small smile come onto his face at the sight of Vianna's excited face, listening as she mentioned how pretty the city was. He watched her for a moment in the slight trance that only came with watching Vianna, before he was snapped back to reality. "C'mon let's go find a hotel or something," he suggested, starting down the many streets of the city. Unlike the other town, Lamagdelaine seemed to have a number of tall, nice hotels to choose from and it didn't take long for Ferris to spot one that looked perfect for the runaways. He walked in alongside Vince and Vianna, heading to the front desk to see a man scribbling something down with a quill. "Bonjour monsieur. Nous avons besoin de trois chambres pour les nuits ... un couple," he said, guessing that the would only be here once more for a couple of days. If necessary, they could always extend their stay if Victor showed up and told them they would be here longer.

Vince and Vianna followed Ferris through the crowded streets, looking around the city and up at the tall buildings with childlike curiosity and excitement. It definitely was a big change from the last few towns they had been staying at before, and it somehow made them feel less isolated and more connected with the rest of the world. The siblings then followed their tour guide into the hotel; Vianna let Fluffy out of his cage and, ignoring her brother's complaints, stuffed the boy with all her belongings so her hands were free and she could pet her beloved squirrel while watching Ferris and the man at the front desk exchanging words.

Ferris talked with the man politely for a couple minutes before being handed three keys. He turned around to see the two siblings, "We have three rooms for two nights," he explained, handing out the keys. He suddenly turned back to the man with a quick question before returning his attention to the siblings, "Apparently, they're up this elevator," he said with a small smile before leading them into the elevator and pressing the button for the fifth floor.

Vince and Vianna grinned as Ferris handed them the keys. "Yes!" cheered Vince, already making plans in his head. "I guess that means we'll have to divide into groups of three - one room for the girls, one for the guys, and the other for me," he said, making his way to the elevator as Ferris led them to it.

Vianna followed the other two and gave her brother a look but said nothing as she was distracted wondering what their new rooms would be like. "How long did you make the reservations for?" she asked suddenly, turning to Ferris.

Ferris rolled his eyes slightly at Vince's comment, "Yeah, we'll see about that," he said, almost in the manner a father would speak to an overly hyper child. He was quickly distracted as Vianna spoke though, listening as she asked how long he had made reservations for. "I said we'd be here for two nights, but that's easily extended. Why? Do you know how long we're staying?" he asked her as they reached the fifth floor. Stepping out, Ferris looked around for a pattern of the numbers on the door and deciding that their rooms were to the left, he turned the corner. Walking down the hallway, he soon found their rooms: three rooms all on one side next to each other. He opened one of them with the key he had, revealing a well decorated and warm room, decked out with a fireplace and a number of couches and armchairs.

"No, that's-- I think that's fine," replied Vianna with a nod as Ferris shared the rooms had been reserved for two nights and asked her if she knew how long they were staying. Vince and Vianna then followed Ferris out of the elevator and down the hallway, checking the numbers on the doors before Ferris came to a halt by the three doors leading to their rooms. The siblings watched the boy head into one of the rooms before exchanging looks for a brief moment and opening the other two doors. Vianna grinned at the sight of the new room and let Fluffy - who seemed to be just as excited as she was - jump from her hands to explore what would be his new home for the next couple of days.

I should be back in a couple of hours!

Ferris explored the room, walking into the nearest bedroom and setting his stuff down on the large bed. He checked out the fairly nice bathroom for a moment before heading back out into the living room. Something caught his eye though, a hallway to his left. Furrowing his brows slightly, he walked through it only to find Vianna in the next room. "Oh, hi there," he said with a light chuckle, not expecting to have adjoining rooms. He then walked across her living room into another hallway only to find Vince there, in the next room. Luckily, the hallways seemed to stop there and they weren't unpleasantly adjoined to any strangers. "Hmm...That's interesting," he said softly to himself before heading back into Vianna's living room.

Vianna was admiring the view from her window when Ferris suddenly appeared in the room from one of the hallways. Vianna's eyes widened at his unexpected entrance. "Professor!" she said, both surprise and confusion in her eyes. She watched as he then disappeared into another hallway and her brother yelped from the following room. Vianna giggled and smiled at the boy as he returned to the living room. "I guess my brother's dreams of having a room of his own are shattered now," she said with a chuckle.

Ferris was smiling as he re-entered Vianna's living room, obviously amused by Vince's yelp of surprise when he realized Ferris was in his room. He walked over to Vianna, his smile widening at the sight of her and listened as she mentioned that her brother's dreams of having a room of his own were shattered now. "Yes, I suppose they are," Ferris agreed, taking both of her hands gently as they stood across from each other. "On the plus side, however, if I ever need to make my way to your room at midnight...It will be much easier," he told her quietly, a small smile on his face.

Vianna smiled as the boy now in front of her took her hands into his and mentioned how much easier it would be for him to come to her room now. She was just about to reply when Vince suddenly stepped into the room - now that Victor wasn't around to keep him distracted, he found himself bothering the other two more often. "Don't even think about it, Ferris Wheel," he said, obviously having heard the other two.

Vianna's eyes left Ferris to glance at her brother as he made his grand entrance. She sighed and turned to Ferris again. "He's probably hungry. Do you think you could order him something, Professor?" she asked him quietly, knowing that food would be more than enough to distract her brother and hopefully get him to let them be.

Ferris winced as he heard Vince's voice answer from somewhere behind them, quickly telling him that he shouldn't even think about going near Vianna's room. He gave a weak smile to Vianna, listening as she explained that her brother was probably hungry and continuing to ask if he could order him something. "Yeah, of course Vi," he said, his normal smile returning as he placed a small kiss on her cheek. Letting out a small sigh, he released her hands and quickly found the phone in the living room. Picking it up, he spoke to the front desk, "Oui, bonjour Voici la chambre 515. Y at-il de toute façon nous pouvions obtenir tous vos aliments déjeuner ici? Oui, juste quelque chose que vous avez sera amende. Merci." Ferris put the phone back, looking over at Vince, "Food will be here in about ten minutes."

Vince, who was making himself comfortable on the couch by the fireplace jumped back up to his feet as Ferris announced there would be food arriving in ten minutes. "Here?! Here where? Send it over to my room, will you?" said the boy, already halfway over to his own room - or at least, the room he thought was entirely his and no one else's.

Vianna chuckled softly and shook her head slightly at her brother before gathering her things and taking them over to her bedroom. She then returned a couple of minutes later, welcomed by Fluffy who came running to her at full speed. "So what're we doing today, Professor?" she asked, receiving Fluffy into her hands. "Would you like to go out or are you feeling lazy today?" she asked with a soft chuckle.

Ferris's eyebrows rose slightly at the sight of Vince running into 'his' room, requesting that the food be sent there. "Okay," he called after him before taking a seat on one of the comfortable couches of the hotel room. He watched as Vianna returned from her room, picking up her pet squirrel and asking what they would do today. He let out a light chuckle at this, listening as she asked if he wanted to go out or if he was feeling lazy today. "I'm not sure Vi," he said indecisively, patting the spot next to him on the couch. "I'm feeling a little tired but we seem have trouble staying locked up in a hotel room when there are things to explore."

Vianna smiled faintly at Ferris's response before taking a seat beside the boy. "Yeah, you're right..." she agreed with him, nodding her head slightly as her gaze lowered to the squirrel sitting on her lap and looking up at her blankly. The young girl caressed his brown fur absentmindedly and leaned back into the couch with a sigh. "To be honest, Professor, I'm not feeling very curious today," she said.

Ferris's arm went around the girl who was now sitting next to him, absentmindedly stroking the top of her arm with his thumb as he listened to her mention that she wasn't very curious today. "Vianna, not...curious!?" he said with mock surprise, brown eyes wide as he teased the girl lightly. He let out a soft laugh, "Well...We could spend a little time in the hotel." His eyes widened just slightly as he thought of something. "I have a surprise," he announced with a grin. He quickly corrected himself, "But don't get too excited, I'm not sure if the hotel will have it..."

Vianna chuckled softly as Ferris expressed mock surprise at her confession. Her crystal blue eyes left the squirrel sitting on her lap to look up at the boy beside her as he told her they spend a little time in the hotel, but then his eyes widened and he announced he had a surprise. Vianna's eyebrows rose slightly and she listened as he told her not to get too surprised as he wasn't sure the hotel might have it. "What is it?" she asked him with a grin, the curiosity momentarily returning to her with this announcement.

Ferris couldn't help but get a slightly mischievous sparkle come to his eye as she asked what the surprise was. "You don't get the idea of a surprise Vi," he noted with amusement, "You won't know until after lunch. When we go searching for it." He smiled slightly, leaning towards the girl and placing a kiss on her forehead, "Sorry Vi." He then stood up at the sound of a knock to the door, opening it and requesting that they send half of the food to the room next door. They did just that and Ferris returned to Vianna with a full tray of lunch foods, "Hungry?" he asked.

Vianna's jaw dropped as Ferris shared with her that she wouldn't know what the surprise was until after lunch, when they go searching for it. Not at all consoled by his apology and kiss, the girl gave him a clearly displeased narrowed-eyed look. "That's not fair! If it was a surprise, then you wouldn't even tell me there's a surprise in the first place! Now I'm going to be thinking about it and suffering because I won't know until you finally tell me!" she said rather dramatically before there came a knock to the door and Ferris left her side to answer it. When he returned with a tray full of food, the young girl crossed her arms indignantly and replied, "I'm not hungry."

Ferris's own jaw fell slightly at the sight of Vianna's crossed arms, listening as she stubbornly told him she wasn't hungry. "Oh come on, Vi," he said, walking over and standing in front of her. He took both of her hands, gently forcing her to uncross her arms, and intwined their fingers in front of her, "You need to eat," he defended, hoping that would be enough to get her to eat. But knowing Vianna, he was sure she would try to pry some sort of hint out of him. Unfortunately, it was just Vianna's begging that could get him to fess up to anything.

Vianna looked up at Ferris as he took her hands into his, causing her arms to unfold. She listened as he told her she needed to eat, but the girl shook her head. "I'm not hungry, Professor," she told him, her manner still stubborn. She pulled her hands back and crossed her arms again.

Ferris watched her for a moment, his hands falling limply to his sides as she told him once more that she wasn't hungry. Brows slightly furrowed, he only gave a nod and eventually grabbed a croissant for himself. He sat down silently next to her, tearing at the flaky pastry and eating a couple pieces of it. It took him approximately one minute and seventeen seconds to crack. He turned to Vianna with a small sigh, "Alright, alright, I'll tell you!" he gave in, croissant sitting in his hand uneaten as he watched her with his brown eyes, slightly disappointed in his ability to resist the girl's stubbornness.

Vianna watched Ferris for a moment as the boy returned to his spot next to her before turning her head and looking away at the high windows. But then Ferris spoke, giving in to her stubbornness and saying that he'd tell her about the surprise. Vianna's eyes lit up and she grinned, unfolding her arms and returning her gaze to Ferris with excitement all over her features. "What is it!?" she asked him enthusiastically.

Ferris couldn't help but smile slightly at the overexcited expression on Vianna's face, rather amused at how excited she became over surprises. "Well...Like I said, my mother did a lot of things the muggle way. We had telephones normally operated, stoves, microwaves, and televisions," he explained to her softly, setting his croissant down on a tray. "And...When I was little, and bored, my mother would sit me in front of the television and put in a movie for me. I was thinking....Some hotels, even wizard ones, have televisions for muggle-born guests, and maybe...we could see if they had one to send up to our room?" he looked at her hesitantly, not sure if the girl was familiar with a television at all, or even if she was, that she would be up for such a boring idea of his.

Vianna nodded her head slightly as Ferris explained that his mother liked to do things the muggle way. Her eyes then widened as he shared how his mother would play him a movie on television when he was bored before suggesting that perhaps the hotel had a television they could send up to the room. "That's great, Professor!" said Vianna excitedly, beaming up at the boy. "Do we still have to wait until after lunch, though...?" she asked him more quietly, pouting.
