This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna's features remained amused as Ferris mentioned he would have to find an argyle tie sooner or later, as long as it was before the wedding. But her brows then furrowed slightly as he asked her where they should hold the wedding, as if this was all already an official plan. "Hmm... Well, all of my family is in Italy, but I'd like you to feel at home, too... I think the most fair location would be France - as long as we don't have to say our vows in French, I'm fine with it," she said with a light laugh before realizing the words coming out of her mouth. She laughed again, but this time more awkwardly and hesitantly. "That sounded too real," she said.

Ferris laughed along with her as she replied, saying that the most fair location would probably be France as long as they didn't have to say their vows in French. But his laughter died down just as hers did, brown eyes a little wide as he realized how weird it all sounded, like they were actually planning a wedding or something. He let out a nervous chuckle soon after she did, "Yeah, it sounded very real," he agreed with a small nod. It wasn't the most horrible thing they could be talking about, thinking about Vianna in her white dress was far from something bad, but still.

Vianna nodded in agreement with Ferris, not really sure what else to say anymore. She felt the atmosphere around them grow rather awkward as they continued walking in silence. The young girl looked around the streets, then at Fluffy, then up at the sunny sky, and then finally back to the road in a need to look at something or do something more than just walking in awkward silence. It then dawned on her that the route seemed rather unfamiliar. "Where are we headed, Professor?" she asked, her brows furrowing slightly.

Ferris didn't like the awkward silence that now fell between them, as it so rarely happened to them, but when it did he never knew what to say. He stared at the street in front of them, not paying much attention, his eyes roaming over all of the people on the crowded French streets. He looked back to her as she asked where they were headed, "Well...we were going to go get some more marshmallows, right?" he asked, "We could head back to that convenience store."

OOC: I'm off Deeee! Byyyeeee!

I might not be on very much tomorrow, but I should be on a good deal over the weekend, hopefully!

"Oh, right, of course," said Vianna, nodding in realization as Ferris explained that they were going to go get more marshmallows. Without really even being aware of it, the girl felt the awkwardness and hesitation that had taken over her disappear as mention of their marshmallow-hunting plans reminded her of what else was to come. "I can't wait for our date," she said, a bright smile lighting up her face. "Though I think we might have to take Fluffy with us this time. I don't think anyone will want to babysit him... and I don't trust my brothers anywhere near him," she said, pouting down at her beloved pet who merely watched them talk.

Ferris's own casual smile returned at the sight of Vianna's, watching the girl as she told him she couldn't wait for their date. "Me either," he said with a small nod, smile widening slightly as they made their way down the street. His eyes turned to the road in front of them, gazing around in the hopes of seeing the convenience-like store they had found the day before. He spotted it all the way down two blocks before turning to look at Vianna as she spoke once more, talking about how they might have to take Fluffy as no one would want to babysit him and she wouldn't trust her brothers with him. Letting out a soft chuckle, Ferris nodded, "Yes, of course we'll take him."

Vianna grinned as Ferris agreed to letting Fluffy join them on their date, but the squirrel didn't seem nearly half as excited. He was actually growing restless just sitting in Vianna's hand; he wanted to jump and move around. And so he did just that, making his way from Vianna's hand to her arm and then crawling down her leg to the floor. The girl watched her squirrel with wide eyes as he now began walking between the other two, keeping up with their pace with ease.

Ferris felt his eyes widen as he watched Fluffy crawl down Vianna's arm, down her leg, until he was walking between them, keeping their pace easily. He turned his still wide eyes from the ground to Vianna, slightly surprised at the squirrel's actions. Wouldn't he get kicked or something, being so small? And yet, the little creature seemed to dodge any foot that could possibly come near him with ease. He certainly was a strangely intelligent squirrel. Thinking nothing of it, really, Ferris released Vianna's waist in order to take her now free hand.

Vianna barely realized Ferris had taken her hand as all her attention was on her feet now, taking cautious steps around her squirrel though Fluffy seemed not to mind all the giants around him too much. "Are we close, Professor?" asked Vianna, looking up only to find herself almost bumping into another innocent pedestrian. She sighed, now trying to keep her eyes on the squirrel by her feet and the people passing by at the same time, which was rather tiring.

Ferris wasn't sure what to do, as Vianna seemed very preoccupied with watching the squirrel but he didn't want her to run into anyone either. He decided to navigate her and the squirrel, slightly more concentrated on her physical safety rather than the creature easily dodging things by their feet. "Yeah, we're almost there now," he assured her absentmindedly, now leading the girl through the crowds, concentrating on getting to the convenience store. They finally reached it and Ferris opened the door for them, glad they hadn't had too many more accidents.

Vianna sighed in relief as they entered the convenience store, glad to be away from the crowds and without the need to worry about stepping on her pet. Fluffy merely followed the other two inside, looking around the place curiously before running off into the nearest aisle. Vianna watched him go, and sure he would face no dangers in this small and rather empty store, made her way to the aisle where the marshmallows had been last time. "And here we are!" she announced with a grin. "How many marshmallows are we getting, Professor?"

Ferris followed after Vianna, letting out a sigh of relief as they made their way into the store, his hand (now slightly sweaty) was still intwined with hers; relieved that he no longer how to find their way through the large afternoon crowds. As they reached the aisle, Ferris looked over the small selection of marshmallows as he had done the day before, giving a small shrug as she asked how many they were getting. "I don't know, Vi," he replied, "You choose."

Vianna turned from the marshmallows to Ferris as he spoke and furrowed her brows slightly at the boy. "Alright, I will," she said, returning her gaze to the marshmallows and picking out a bag with the smaller marshmallows, as the large ones had already proved to be too much for them. She examined the bag for a moment before turning to Ferris again, a slight frown taking over her features. "Is everything alright?" she asked him,

Ferris watched as she picked out a bag of the smaller marshmallows, his mind elsewhere, and was just about to head to the register with her when she spoke. He looked over at her to see furrowed brows, listening as she asked if everything was alright. He gave a small smile, not wanting to make the girl feel like anything was wrong, and squeezed her hand softly, "Yeah, Vi, I'm fine," he assured her with a small nod. He wasn't sure what had come over him, for whatever reason he was feeling a little overwhelmed with everything. Reality was easily forgotten when he was around Vianna, which he loved, but sometimes....he couldn't help but be reminded of everything. Like, where were they going next? Would they even be able to get more marshmallows wherever they were running to next? It made him a little nervous, the feeling of not knowing, and for an unknown reason this small tradition of marshmallow eating seemed very important to him suddenly, like it might be taken away or something.

Vianna returned Ferris's smile; she didn't feel fully convinced the boy was completely fine, but she didn't want to push the subject either. "C'mon, let's go find Fluffy so we can get going," she said, now leading the boy out of the marshmallow aisle and to the next. She figured it wouldn't be too hard to find the squirrel, as the store was rather small. But there was no sign of Fluffy in the next two aisles, until they reached the third. Vianna's blue eyes widened and her jaw dropped at the mess that lay on the middle of the floor. There were open bags of chips and other snacks scattered on the floor, and in the middle of it all was Fluffy with his head in a small bag of sunflower seeds. "Fluffy!"

Ferris nodded as Vianna suggested that they go find Fluffy so they could leave, following her through the next few aisles. His eyes widened as they met the sight of chips sprawled all over the floor, not to mention every other snack food the store had in stock, but the real thing that got his attention was the squirrel's tail sticking out a bag of sunflower seeds. Before Ferris could really react, the shopkeeper walked over to them, anger on his face and hostile French coming from his lips, with a broom in hand. Though, he obviously wasn't planning on sweeping up the mess, rather the end of the broom was heading for the fluffy tail sticking out of the food. "Non, non, non, monsieur!" Ferris caught him just before the broom could hit the unsuspecting squirrel, making the man look up. He shot Ferris a sharp glare before aiming for the creature once more.

Vianna's eyes left the squirrel as the shopkeeper then came to join them, and they widened even further at the sight of the broom he held so threateningly in his hands. She shrieked in horror as the man's intentions with the broom and Fluffy became clear, but much to her relief, Ferris was able to catch the squirrel before the shopkeeper could make dog's food out of him. "Stop!" Vianna joined the other two as the man began aiming at Fluffy once more, and turned to Ferris. "Tell him we'll pay for it, Professor - just-- make him stop!" she said, returning her gaze to the angered old man.

Ferris listened to Vianna's shrieks, cringing slightly at the sound of them before he watched her turn to him, instructing him quickly to tell the man they would pay for the things, just to make him stop. He quickly stepped in front of the broom, standing in front of the man and letting out rapid French, "Nous allons le payer! Nous allons le payer! Il suffit de mettre le balai vers le bas et nous paierons pour l'ensemble de l'étoffe." The man replied in speedy, angered French, forcing the boy to take a slight step back onto a couple chips. Ferris glared slightly at the man, obvious disbelief in his face before responding in his own form of slightly angered French. They went at this for a while, every once in a while the shopkeeper trying to get around Ferris to hit the squirrel with a broom.

Vianna watched the other two exchange words in French, her brows furrowing slightly as their tones seemed to go from bad to worse. She took Fluffy protectively into her own hands, keeping the squirrel hidden in them and leaving nothing more than his fluffy tail showing. "What's going on, Professor?" asked Vianna, turning from her squirrel to the angry man in front of them who didn't seem too consoled with the idea of them paying for the things Fluffy had destroyed.

Ferris only allowed himself to glance at Vianna as she spoke, before he turned back to the shopkeeper, saying his final words and taking out his wallet. He handed the man a good deal of money before taking Vianna's hand gruffly and leading her from the store. He was obviously aggravated, brows slightly furrowed and jaw clenched just slightly as they made their way down the street. "They have such tempers," he grumbled, shaking his head slightly.

Vianna's eyes widened slightly as she was suddenly dragged out of the store and back into the crowded streets of the small French town. She frowned slightly up at the aggravated boy beside her as he grumbled but decided not to question him any further about what had happened, but rather distract him for it. They were already outside and with the marshmallows they were looking for, that was all that mattered. Vianna smiled faintly to herself as she watched the people walking around the streets before asking, "So are we eating our marshmallows outside or back in the hotel?" she asked.

Ferris was caught from his trance as Vianna spoke, asking if they were eating the marshmallows outside or at the hotel. He was caught off guard by her question, as he expected her to question all about what happened, and it took him a couple moments to gather his wits. He checked his watch, noticing that the sun was beginning to set. "Why don't we just head to dinner?" he suggested, turning to look at Vianna when he caught sight of the squirrel in her hands. "Is the squirrel alright?" he asked halfheartedly, not sure about his feelings towards the once calm and sweet squirrel that rested in his lap the night before.

"Well... alright," said Vianna with a slight nod as Ferris suggested they just head over to dinner. She turned to Ferris as he then asked about Fluffy and she let her gaze fall upon the furry little creature resting in her hand. He seemed not to have even noticed what had happened earlier with the shopkeeper. "He seems to be fine," she replied. "He doesn't look scared or anything, and I don't think the shopkeeper ever got to touch him."

Ferris gave a nod as Vianna confirmed that the squirrel seemed to be fine, that he didn't look scared or anything. "And what about you?" he asked, his brown eyes turning to her as they walked down the slightly less crowded streets. "He seemed to give you a bit of a scare," he observed, or that's how it looked to Ferris. Maybe it was just the shrieking that shook him up a bit, it worried him when Vianna reacted like that.

"I kind of freaked out when he was about to hit Fluffy that first time... but he didn't get to do anything to him, so it's alright," she said, glancing down at her pet again. "Thanks for that, by the way. For not letting him get Fluffy, I mean," she said, returning her gaze to Ferris.
