This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna remained quiet for a few long moments, merely staring at the fire absentmindedly as her mind slowly drifted away into a sea of thoughts - the potion, her parents, the boy beside her, Fluffy's marshmallows, everything. But she eventually snapped out of it as a furry little creature came to join the pair. He stopped before the fire, watching them blankly for a moment before dashing in Ferris's direction, climbing over the boy gracefully and then settling on top of his bed. The squirrel yawned and stretched - yeah, very human-like - before curling up and closing his eyes. Vianna watched this with slightly widened eyes and she let out a giggle. "Looks like I wasn't the only one tired," she said with amusement in her blue eyes.

Ferris was peacefully watching the fire when suddenly Fluffy came to join them. He didn't notice him at all though, until he was suddenly climbing up his shoulders and onto his head to settle into his bed of curls. Brown eyes slightly wide, the boy's hand froze on Vianna's waist, stopping its movement as he tensed up. A moment later, he had relaxed slightly only because he was more used to it now, but he wasn't used to it enough to not tense up a bit every time the squirrel did that. Ferris looked to Vianna as she spoke, mentioning that she wasn't the only one tired, forcing the boy to let out a soft laugh, "I guess not."

Vianna smiled at the boy beside her and looked up at the squirrel resting on his head. However, she could tell how this obviously made Ferris rather tense and uncomfortable, so she raised her hands and wrapped them around the furry little squirrel. Fluffy's eyes opened as he was pulled away from his favourite bed and he glared, though he didn't object as Vianna allowed him to curl up in her warm hand instead while petting him with the other. "I remember when we were staying at your house, how Fluffy decided to take over your bed," she recalled randomly, an amused smile on her face as she remembered her baby squirrel's mischief. "It was pretty funny. He's very territorial."

Ferris watched Vianna curiously as she reached up and took the squirrel from his hair, rather surprised as he knew how much Fluffy loved his curls, and Vianna usually went with whatever Fluffy wanted. But his body completely relaxed back into its normal shape around her, and he gave her a grateful smile as he watched the squirrel curl up in her hand. He listened as she recalled back to the time Fluffy had taken over his bed, how funny the territorial squirrel could be. His smile widened, "Yeah, he's got quite the little personality." He thought for a moment before playfully adding, "Hey...Do you think he could take over my sleeping bag for the night so I can bunk with you again?"

Vianna's eyes were on her precious little squirrel as she continued petting him adoringly while listening to Ferris speak. She smiled as he agreed that her squirrel had quite a personality before the boy then asked if Fluffy could take over his sleeping bag so he could sleep with her again. Vianna turned to Ferris and laughed at his playful suggestion, highly amused by it. "That would be great, except I'm sure Vince would be more than happy to solve your sleeping problem by kicking my poor squirrel out of the way," she said with slight amusement before her brows furrowed slightly - to her, this seemed like a likely scenario (Vince wouldn't really do such a thing) and suddenly it wasn't so funny anymore. Her poor Fluffy!

Ferris let out a soft chuckle as Vianna agreed that it would be great except for the fact that Vince would solve the problem by kicking Fluffy out of the way. He watched as her expression turned worried and he let out another light laugh, "Vi, you're brother is not going to kick your squirrel for the same reason he doesn't kick me everyday," he explained with a warm smile. "But if you really think he would, we're just going to have to have Fluffy take over your bed, and then you can come share my sleeping bag. Cozy, eh?" he joked with a laugh.

Vianna turned to Ferris and listened as he explained to her that Vince wouldn't do such a thing to her squirrel for the same reason he didn't do the same to Ferris. The girl smiled faintly at this though she wasn't entirely reassured. But she let the subject drop and was soon distracted by Ferris's following suggestion. Vianna laughed lightly and gave him an amused smile. "Looks like we've got ourselves a plan!" she playfully agreed before laughing lightly once again and her eyes returned to Fluffy as he slowly seemed to fall asleep.

Ferris laughed aloud as Vianna agreed to their plan playfully, though he wished that it was a possibility to share a sleeping arrangement with the girl. Well...Maybe not in a sleeping bag...That would be a bit cramped...unless it was a big sleeping bag....Either way, he had come to realize that he slept best at her side whether it was because he enjoyed her presence even in his subconcious or she kept the bad dreams away, he couldn't tell. "Hey Vi..." he murmured as both of their laughter died down and he simply stared up at the ceiling, his back straight on the floor once more.

Vianna eventually stopped stroking Fluffy's fur and merely watched with adoring eyes as the squirrel's fat little belly rose and lowered steadily in rhythm with his breathing. He was such an adorable little thing... But she was quickly snapped out of her mild trance as Ferris suddenly spoke, softly calling out to her. Vianna ripped her gaze away from the squirrel sleeping in her hand and turned to the boy beside her. "Yes, Professor?" she asked curiously.

Ferris thought for a moment before speaking, "If I...If I have another nightmare...What do you think the chances are of Vince or Victor killing me before I reach your room?" he asked with a weak chuckle, attempting to make light of something rather serious that had just entered his mind. He was a little scared of finding himself waking up to another nightmare, hands shaking, and not knowing what to do. He knew the only thing that could really calm him down was Vianna, and if he distracted himself with anything else he would be up until early morning hours. The boy didn't turn to look at her as he spoke, not wanting to meet her gaze.

Vianna listened quietly and attentively as Ferris spoke, mentioning the possibility of waking up in the middle of another horrible nightmare. The girl's eyebrows rose just very slightly, as she had almost completely forgotten all about this. Her eyes remained on the boy beside her, being her creepy self for a moment before replying, "Well... if you have another nightmare, then..." Then what? She honestly had no idea how her brothers would react to Ferris's nightmare or what she could possibly do if it happened; how could she help him in any way when they were in different rooms? Vianna was quiet for a moment, trying to think of any ways to solve this issue, but nothing came to mind. "I'm not sure..."

Ferris, brown eyes on the ceiling, remained quiet as Vianna tried suggesting something to him but not coming up with anything. He gave a brief nod and blinked a couple times before responding, "Forget about it, I'll figure something out," he quickly said, feeling rather dumb for bringing it up in the first place. It made him feel....What was the word?....Extraordinarily vulnerable to have these nightmares, they brought him to his breaking point and dropped him, and he was scared out of his wits any time that they decided to invade his mind. He hated the idea of showing much of any vulnerability around her brothers, or anyone besides Vianna, really. And, he didn't really like bringing it up at all as he was a little ashamed of it.

Vianna's forehead creased slightly at Ferris's response, well aware that she had obviously not helped the boy much at all. She wished there was something she could say, something she could do, but nothing came to mind. She could just go ahead and break her brothers' rules as she so often did, but she knew the consequences wouldn't come after her but rather after Ferris instead, and the last thing any of them needed was any more drama or any more problems. The hand that had once been petting Fluffy's soft brown fur now came to meet one of Ferris's, intwining her shorter fingers around his longer ones. The girl was quiet for a moment before her brows furrowed slightly. "Maybe... maybe there's something in the potions and spells book; something to help stop bad dreams?" she suggested.

Ferris was just thinking in the small silence that had fallen between the couple when he suddenly felt a smaller hand wrap around his own and intwine their fingers. He finally looked over to Vianna with an appreciative smile, though there was a bit of shame in his brown eyes as he roamed over their past couple statements to each other. As she spoke, suggesting that there might be something in a spellbook he gave a small nod, "Maybe.." He had thought of this before as well, and that one morning where he stayed up until about five in the morning reading, he had looked in one of his spellbooks for a spell that would work. He came up short, obviously, but now that they had a new potions book he would have to look through it to see if there was anything useful there. The boy sighed and gave a weak smile, "I'm sorry I brought it up, let's...talk about something better than your weirdo boyfriend's nightmares."

Vianna gave Ferris a faintly amused smile as he spoke, though the concern in her eyes overpowered the mild amusement she felt for his words. However, she wasn't really ready to let the subject go just yet; she knew it wasn't the most pleasant thing for Ferris to talk about, but she really wanted them to figure something out before they went to bed. She didn't want Ferris to lose sleep over this or sleep uncomfortably for it. "I'm gonna go check the book," she said after a moment's silence, very carefully sliding her hand from beneath Fluffy's sleeping body and sitting up.

Ferris watched as his girlfriend spoke, telling him that she would be getting up to check the book, and starting to sit up. He opened his mouth to contradict her, ask her to stay and not bother, but he decided against it and simply released her hand with a weak smile. He felt like a whiny baby bringing it up, making her worry like this, and he couldn't help but regret his earlier words. He could've pulled through it, he would've done something, but now he had upset Vianna and forced her to get up in order to find him a potion or spell for his...problem.

Vianna was up on her feet soon after Ferris released her hand and she walked over to the book that lay on one of the beds. She took it into her hands and sat down beside Ferris with the open book resting on her lap. The young girl began checking the table of contents and flipped the pages to a chapter that seemed relevant to what she was looking for. Her brows furrowed slightly and she read quietly to herself, submerged in the task at hand.

Ferris was distracted from his thoughts as Vianna returned to him, taking a seat in front of him and starting to read the spellbook. He examined her concentrated expression, a warm smile crossing his face at the sight of her blue eyes roaming across the page. Was it weird that he found his girlfriend reading oddly attractive? Then again, he thought a lot of things about Vianna were attractive...Soon enough, he started tugging on her pant leg in the way a small child would to get attention, though a smile was simply on his face, trying to get her to look over at her. He wasn't even sure why he wanted her attention, it was just something he did without thinking about. But any thoughts about nightmares and his shame were momentarily forgotten.

Vianna continued reading silently in her mind for a few moments, barely aware that the boy before her had been tugging at her pant leg. It took her a moment, but the tugging eventually caught her attention and with a slightly puzzled look she looked up at the source of it. She couldn't help but smile as her blue eyes fell upon Ferris's, a sight that always made her smile. "Yes, Professor?" she asked, her eyebrows raising just slightly and her eyes sparkling with amusement at the quiet gestures he did to get her attention.

Ferris's smile widened as she looked up from her book to him, and he simply watched her for a moment before responding, "You're pretty." He grinned innocently at his simple statemnet, knowing it was hardly something one would pull someone out of a book for, but...He felt like telling her. It was funny how something as simple as Vianna looking pretty as she read a book could distract him from any issue on his mind.

There was mild surprise in Vianna's eyes as Ferris spoke and she found herself growing a bit flustered, ripping her gaze away from the boy sheepishly and looking back down at the book on her lap with a smile. "You're prettier," she replied to him with slight playfulness in her tones, her smile widening slightly though she made sure to busy herself with reading the book in her hands; she didn't want to show any signs of being flustered by such a simple yet heart-melting comment coming from the handsome boy before her.

Unfortunately for Vianna, the boy was easily able to pick up on a few clues that led him to believe she had been a little bit flustered by his statement. But that was only because he knew her expressions so well, and was able to notice the sheepish diversion of her eyes, and her hurry to busy herself with something else. This made Ferris's smile widen substantially, listening as she told him he was prettier. His eyebrows rose slightly, surprised by this response, "Don't lie Vi. You're much too pretty to be compared to your gawky little boyfriend."

Vianna looked up from her book as Ferris spoke and her eyebrows rose with amusement at his words. "Oh really?" she said, the smile on her face filling with amusement. "How many times do I have to contradict that before you can finally start believing me?" she asked, her tones teasing as she gave the boy before her an expectant look.

Ferris gave a nod as she asked playfully if that was really true before listening as she asked how many times she would have to contradict his statements about being her gawky little boyfriend before he believed her. In the next moment, he had sat up so he was eyelevel with her, still smiling at her and showing off his dimples. "I'm going to guess at least a thousand more times," he answered with a cheeky grin as he slowly started to lean towards her, his brown eyes searching her blue ones. "But, I like my gawkiness now. I'm starting to think you find it attractive," he joked before pressing his lips to hers.

Vianna's eyes widened slightly as Ferris sat up, a bit caught off-guard by the sudden proximity. She chuckled softly at his playful reply to her last question, her blue eyes almost sparkling at the sight before her. But as Ferris went on, leaning closer as he told her that he thought she found his gawkiness attractive, the girl's eyes widened further and the admiration in them turned to surprise. However, she barely had time to react when Ferris's lips met her own. It took Vianna a moment to snap out of her mild shock, and her eyes closed for a moment as she kissed him back. But she soon pulled back, and the blue of her eyes came back to view as she stared at him with mild disbelief, though she remained silent.
