This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

Woo-hoo! An early summer all for yourself, right? Wrong.

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Vianna beamed as Ferris seemed to agree that they might see stars in the sky from their current location, but her eyes widened slightly as he continued, now asking if they should teach Fluffy how to swim. "Flu--Fluffy? Swim?!" repeated a wide-eyed Vianna, a bit incredulous. But then her brows furrowed - did squirrels swim? She had no idea. However, she didn't want to learn this by throwing her squirrel in the water and watching it drown. "I'm not sure... wouldn't it be risky?" asked the girl, her gaze now on the unsuspecting squirrel that happened to be near the lake's edge.

Ferris gave a shrug to all of the girl's worries, a small smile on his face, "Nah, we'll be fine. I'll keep him in my hands, I won't let him go anywhere," he assured her, liking the sound of this new task ahead of them. It sounded fun to teach the squirrel something new, and highly amusing as Fluffy always brought that quality with him. He had been slightly joking before, sure the girl wouldn't agree to the idea, but now that he thought more on it, it was a good idea. "What if he falls into water someday, Vi?" he added, thinking about this himself. "The little thing's always running everywhere, he could fall in, and then not know how to swim." He was mainly hypothesizing this for both of them, but when he realized that his words might upset Vianna, he quickly shut up.

Vianna listened as Ferris told her he'd keep the little squirrel in his hands so he wouldn't drown or anything. The girl wasn't too convinced, though. What if Fluffy didn't want to learn how to swim? She was certainly not going to force her precious and beloved furry pet to do something it didn't want to do. However, as Ferris went on, explaining to her how the squirrel could fall into the water one day, the girl's blue eyes widened and her forehead creased slightly. She couldn't help but picture it in her mind as he said that Fluffy could be running around one day and then fall into the water without knowing how to swim. Even though it was only a thought, a rather unpleasant idea, the girl could feel a rush of panic take over, and her eyes returned to the squirrel that was wandering near the lake's edge. "Y--You're right," she said after a moment's silence, her eyes still on her precious pet. "We'll teach him," she decided with a nod, though her tones were still a bit hesitant.

Ferris was all too aware that it was his last words that had convinced the girl into saying yes, and wasn't too pleased about that. He didn't want to be the one putting a picture of Vianna's beloved pet drowning into her mind and his brows furrowed. "Vi, we don't have to. I'm sure he's smart enough to not fall into the water," he quickly took back his earlier thoughts, not wanting to freak the girl out.

Vianna returned her gaze to Ferris and her brows furrowed slightly in confusion. "What? Then-- then what was that you were saying a minute ago?" she asked, puzzled. The girl then sighed. "I really don't want anything bad to happen to Fluffy, Professor," she told him, her forehead creasing further. "Are you sure it's okay to just let him... wander this close to the water?" she asked, suddenly in need of a second opinion, of reassurance. She herself felt that Fluffy knew better than to let himself fall into water - if not, she would have found him floating in the bathtub days ago, but she wanted to be sure, to be completely convinced.

Ferris watched his girlfriend with a worried expression as she started asking what he meant then, knowing he had confused her. He let out a small sigh, unsure of what to tell her when she asked if it was really alright to just let her pet wander this close to the water's edge. He thought for a moment, "Here, we'll have an experiment," he decided with a small nod, an idea coming to him. He swam slowly over to where Fluffy was scavenging the grass at the water's edge, and he turned back to Vianna. "I'll try to get him to jump in the water, simulating if he were ever to fall, and if he can swim, we'll know he can't drown. If not, I'll catch him immediately, and we can help him. Sound alright?" he asked of her, hoping he was helping ease her mind.

Vianna's brows furrowed slightly, suddenly curious as Ferris proposed they try an experiment. She watched as the boy swam over to her unsuspecting squirrel and listened as he explained the plan. Vianna watched Fluffy and hesitated for a moment, not really looking forward to the idea of watching her little squirrel be persuaded to jump into the water when he didn't know how to swim - if he didn't know how to swim. It seemed rather cruel, but at the same time she knew it was the only way they could ever find out if Fluffy knew how to swim or not. And so, Vianna sighed and nodded her head. "Alright," she agreed softly before then swimming over to Ferris's side.

Ferris didn't like the hesitation in her voice, but knew this was the only way to figure this out. And without any further delay, the boy called Fluffy into the water, patting the top of the water softly to make a bit of a noise. "C'mon, Fluffy. Come swim with us," he prompted, unsure of how exactly to get the squirrel to want to come in the water with them. "We've got marshmallows," he joked, knowing the squirrel couldn't understand him, and besides...They didn't have any marshmallows with them.

Vianna watched Fluffy as Ferris called out to him, asking him to join them in the water and even bribing the squirrel with marshmallows they didn't have. The young girl smiled in amusement at this, but Fluffy merely watched them with a bored look on his face. He heard the word marshmallows but saw none, so he didn't fall for that trap. "C'mon, Fluffy," Vianna called out to the squirrel, but Fluffy merely watched her. He stood quite still, staring at the other two blankly for a few seconds before turning his back to them and continued on with his digging through the grass, ignoring the pair in the water.

Ferris let out a small sigh as the squirrel ignored their efforts, looking at them blankly before just turning his back to them. Oh great, how were they supposed to get the reluctant squirrel into the water now? They could just give up...But Ferris knew that if they didn't settle this, the thought of her squirrel drowning would pester Vianna for days to come, and he didn't want that. Especially since he was the one who had accidentally put that thought in her mind. "Alright, c'mon Fluffy. Get in the water," he prompted in his soft tone once more hopefully. "We'll get you some marshmallows later...And roast them for you!"

Fluffy was chewing on something he had found on the ground, but at the sound of the word 'marshmallows' he turned his little head over his shoulder. He glanced at Ferris through dark eyes for a moment and his tail began swaying very slowly, as if debating whether he should follow the boy's calling or not. Opting best not to, since there weren't any marshmallows in sight, Fluffy returned his attention to the ground for a brief moment before scurrying deeper into the grass until only his tail was visible above the grass that was almost as tall as him.

Ferris's eyebrows rose hopefully as the squirrel turned towards him, his tail which had given him his name swaying softly behind him. But all hope deflated as the creature turned away and started digging even further into the grass. He let out a sigh of frustration, turning to Vianna, "Why don't you try calling him? If you say marshmallows, he'll probably believe you more," he suggested, not knowing what else to do at this point as they had no marhsmallows with them to prove to the squirrel that he would get the tasty treat.

Vianna gave Ferris a sympathetic smile and nodded her head as the boy suggested that she try bribing her squirrel with marshmallows. And so, Vianna began calling out to Fluffy. Recognizing his owner's voice, Fluffy immediately returned to the edge of the lake. However, he didn't go any further than that. He may be a squirrel, but he wasn't stupid - he knew what marshmallows meant and he saw none of them in sight, so there was no way he was going to get himself wet for something that wasn't even there. After a few minutes of calling out to the squirrel, Vianna gave a sigh of defeat. "Maybe he just... doesn't know how to swim and knows better than to get in the water," she muttered, her eyes still on the squirrel that was watching her expectantly. "Or perhaps we should try again when we have real marshmallows to bribe him with."

Ferris watched anxiously as Vianna attempted to get her sqiurrel into the water, bribing him with marshmallows that they didn't have at the moment. He let out a small sigh as Vianna did, knowing that it wasn't working, and listening as the girl suggested that they should try again when they had actual marshmallows. He gave a nod, but he still felt bad, leaving his girlfriend with thoughts of her poor squirrel drowning. It was bothering him more than it should've, and he quickly climbed out of the water sopping wet, his pale skin bright against the darkness of dusk falling. "I'm going to get marshmallows, stay here. Please be careful while I'm gone, the last thing I want is my girlfriend drowning, alright?" he threw on his shirt.

Vianna watched as Ferris left the water and began dressing, telling her to be careful as he went to get marshmallows. "What? No! Professor, you don't have to do that!" she said immediately, a bit surprised by his reaction to the Fluffy situation. The girl then quickly climbed out of the water, giving a shiver as the cool night air met her soaked skin. "Please stay, we can look for the marshmallows together tomorrow, or even later tonight if you want," she told him as her hands began rubbing at her arms to create friction and warmth. Besides, she doubted the small ghost town they were staying at would have marshmallows, it just didn't seem... likely. And she didn't want Ferris to go through the trouble of heading into the city or something just to find something to bribe Fluffy with.

Ferris stopped with his argyle sweater half on, his brown eyes startled as they settled on Vianna climbing out of the water towards him as she told him he didn't have to do that. His curls were dripping droplets of water onto the grass, his pale skin finding goosebumps as they met the cold air, listening as she told him that they would find marshmallows the next day or even later tonight, asking him to stay. And of course, if she wanted him to stay, he could hardly say no to her. "Are you sure?" he asked of her, though he was already taking off his sweater once more, his main focus falling onto the freezing girl before him. His lanky arms fell around her, pulling her into him for warmth even though the warmth of the water was only steps away. "It's not a big deal, I can be back in ten minutes...Well, maybe twenty." He shrugged.

Vianna listened as Ferris spoke while his arms wrapped around her and pulled her closer, making the girl feel much more grateful for this than usual as she had been cold and chilly a moment ago. As Ferris told her it wasn't a big deal and that he'd be back in maybe ten or twenty minutes, Vianna furrowed her brows slightly at him though there was an amused smile on her lips. "Professor, if I didn't know any better I'd think you are more interested in learning about Fluffy's relationship with water than I am," she told him, completely unaware that the main reason the boy was so interested was precisely because of her, to get negative thoughts out of her mind.

Ferris watched hesitantly as the girl seemed to furrow her eyebrows at him, noting that he seemed more interested in Fluffy's relationship with the water than she was. He rose his eyebrows a this, trying to imagine how he was coming off to her at the moment. "W-Well, no...It's not just that. I-I mean, I want to see if he can sw-swim too, I just..." he trailed off, thinking of how to phrase what was on his mind. "I just...I'm more concerned with you imagining your-your squirrel drowning...Because of me." He quickly shook his head, knowing he sounded ridiculous, and for some reason felt the pull to apologize, as though saying sorry for his stupidity. "I-I'm sorry, I just.."

Vianna tilted her head slightly to the side as Ferris stuttered out a bunch of fragments, not really making that much sense to her. But as he finally got his thoughts together and explained to her that the real problem was that he was worried about her thinking of Fluffy drowning because of him, the girl's eyebrows rose for a brief second before lowering again and smiling in amusement. She watched as he then began apologizing and this only seemed to amuse her more, her eyes now sparkling in admiration for the boy before her. But before Ferris could get too far into his apology, Vianna leaned on her toes and placed her lips on his. She let them rest there for a few seconds before pulling back and smiling once again. "You're adorable," she told Ferris simply, both amusement and admiration in her eyes.

Ferris was just on the verge of apologizing for apologizing when Vianna planted her lips on his, and he was silenced, his brown eyes fluttering closed and his mind going blank. He remained on cloud nine for a good few moments when their kiss lasted, before smiling at her as they broke apart, dimples in full view as he watched her. His eyebrows rose slightly as she called him adorable, and he shook his head with a sheepish smile, turning his dimples away from her. "No...I'm...I'm an over-analyzer. A-And I'm...I plan ahead too much, and when you think about it, I'm like really annoying. Especially when I start talking about things that don't matter," he babbled on for no particular reason, his mind still a bit scattered from their kiss. He let out a sheepish chuckle.

Vianna couldn't help but giggle as the boy before her began babbling about being an over-analyzer, someone who planned ahead too much, and could even be annoying at times, especially when talking about things that don't matter. The girl felt completely amused by his unnecessary apologies, especially since he was apologizing about the things that made him who he was, the things that she loved so much about him; things she couldn't help but find absolutely adorable. But seeing that Ferris seemed to have no intention of giving his apologies an end, Vianna opted best to turn him quiet herself once again, by placing her lips on his one more time. Though this time she wasn't as gentle and used more force, as if to show him that he really needed to stop this time. She kissed him for a couple moments before pulling back with another radiant smile. "I hope you're done beating yourself up now, or I'll have no choice but to kiss you again," she told him, as if this was a form of cruel and unusual punishment she was performing on him.

Ferris was just starting to go on about his nerdy qualities when Vianna pulled him into yet another kiss, this one with a little more force behind it. He fell into their kiss once more, his arm pulling her closer on instinct and his eyes closing. When they broke apart, the only words that came out first were, "Ba..ahh?" as he blinked a couple times, trying to come back to his senses. These surprise, very nice, kisses were getting the best of him and a small smile formed on his face as he listened to Vianna tell him to stop beating himself up or she'd have no choice but to kiss him again. His eyebrows rose slightly, his smile widening, "Are you honestly threatening me with that?" he asked her before speaking once more with a hint of mischief to his eyes, "As I was going to say, I'm a huge nerd. I always have a book. Look in my pants pocket, there's one in there!" he said, but his eyes widened. "Shoot!" he released her with one arm to take a sopping wet paperback from his back pocket. He cursed before sighing and throwing it to the floor, turning back to her with a sheepish smile. "You see? How could you be attracted to that? Not to mention the fact that I'm just so skinny, and tall! How do you deal with that!? And don't get me started on my curly hair..." The boy appeared to be joking now, and he stopped with a warm smile in her direction.

Vianna smiled mischievously and gave Ferris a nod as the boy asked if she was honestly threatening him with kisses, well aware that her threat was probably more like encouragement than a punishment. She listened with amusement as Ferris purposely began babbling before he was distracted by the realization that he had jumped into the water with a book in his back pocket. Vianna laughed aloud at this, watching as the boy then proceeded to throw it aside. But she quickly calmed and turned quiet again as Ferris continued speaking. As he stopped, Vianna shook her head slightly at him, though amusement sparkled in her eyes. "You're really bad, Professor, you know that?" she told him with a soft chuckle before leaning over to press yet another kiss on the boy's lips. This time not as a way to get him to be quiet, since he had already turned quiet, but more because she really wanted to; because he was completely adorable and she had a hard time keeping her lips off him.

Ferris could only give a small nod and a slightly mischievous smile as the girl pointed out that he was really bad, amused by her. But all thoughts fell out of his mind as she pressed another kiss to his lips, as he had been hoping with his nonsensical babbling. He pulled her tightly into him, keeping her warm and up against him as he returned the kiss that was spreading warmth throughout him. He was standing shirtless, damp, and in cold night air, but he honestly couldn't feel it. Kissing her brought its own sense of warmth, a fire that ran through him that he couldn't stop, that he didn't want to stop.

Like Ferris, Vianna seemed to forget all about the cold air that surrounded them at the moment, she even seemed not to notice the mild breeze that rushed past them, which would have normally made her shiver or chatter her teeth. But the cold was the very least of Vianna's worries - actually, she didn't really even have worries at this moment. All she knew was that she was kissing the boy before her, and all she felt was his lips returning the kisses she gave him. There was the hint of a smile on her lips as she continued kissing him gently, one hand meeting his cold, bare shoulder before traveling to his neck where it rested for a moment before meeting the wet curls she was beginning to make a habit of playing with whenever they kissed.
