This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Ferris was picking up his sandwich, about to take a large bite driven by his hunger, when he spotted Vianna cutting up her own sandwich. His eyebrows rose just slightly as he curiously examined her actions, pausing with his own meal inches from his face. But as Fluffy quickly started devouring the smaller piece, a bit of an understanding fell over the boy and he couldn't help but smile slightly. She was just so amusing, spoiling that squirrel of hers. He shook his head before starting to eat his own at a rapid pace, a hint of a smile on his lips.

Vianna took small bites from her sandwich, chewing it slowly and absentmindedly as was usual of her while her eyes watched Fluffy eat. But the squirrel only took about a minute to finish and was now staring up at her with blank eyes. Vianna stared back at him and her forehead creased slightly; the poor thing was probably still hungry. And so, she took another piece from her sandwich. But Fluffy took this opportunity as she set her own sandwich down, to run over to the plate and snatch it away. Vianna watched with wide eyes as the squirrel stood near the edge of the table chewing on a sandwich twice his size. "Fluffy!"

Ferris looked up from his food-reverie as Vianna gasped out Fluffy's name, and he looked over to her quickly before following her eyes to Fluffy. His own eyes widened, but he couldn't help but let out a small chuckle, as the squirrel looked funny eating such a big sandwich. "Your squirrel's a bit of a pig, I'm thinking, Vi," he told her, turning his gaze back to her with a mixture of sympathy and amusement in his features. "Here, have mine," he said, quickly setting his own sandwich onto her plate before sitting back and taking his water into his hands.

Vianna chuckled softly along with Ferris as he mentioned that her squirrel was a bit of a pig. But she felt rather worried about that scar on his belly. Would it open if he continued eating like that? The girl cringed slightly at this rather disturbing thought before being distracted by Ferris's voice once more. She turned to him as he set his sandwich on her plate and her eyes widened slightly. "What? No, Professor!" she said, shaking her head at him. "It's your sandwich! Besides, you eat way more than I do, you need it more," she said, now pushing her plate toward him. The girl then smiled and added, "I'll just order another."

Ferris looked back to the girl as she immediately contradicted his offer, telling him that he needed it more since he ate so much more than her. He couldn't hold in the small laugh that erupted from his mouth at this statement, knowing that their eating habits did differ greatly. He was about to make her take the sandwich, when she decided to order another one, and that seemed to satisfy the boy's want of getting his girlfriend fed. "Alright, then," he said finally, giving her a small smile before taking the sandwich back and starting to eat it. A little slowly this time, as though she might change her mind and he wanted to keep as much as possible for her.

OOC: I'm off for now Dee! I should be on in an hour or two!

Vianna smiled warmly as Ferris took the sandwich back and began eating it, feeling both amused and grateful for his caring gesture. The girl then looked away and over to the elderly waitress who immediately walked over, as she had been watching the whole scene from a distance. This disturbed Vianna a little but she ignored it and made a request for another sandwich. The elderly woman nodded her head with a polite smile before walking away and disappearing out of sight. Vianna watched her go and turned to Fluffy, petting the squirrel absentmindedly as he stuffed his face with the sandwich he had stolen from her.

Ferris looked up as he ate his sandwich, catching sight of Vianna petting her little pig-squirrel, and between bites the boy said, "Don't pet him! You're going to encourage him to do it again! The last thing we need is Fluffy on the rampage...anymore than he already is." He let out a soft chuckle, amused with his own words as he started to eat his sandwich once more, rather glad that Vianna had returned his meal to him, as he was hungry. Sometimes his overly-gentleman ways got in the way of seeing things clearly.

Vianna ripped her gaze away from the squirrel she was petting as Ferris spoke, warning her not to encourage the creature to continue with such behaviour. Vianna chuckled softly at his words. "How can I not pet him when he looks so cute, though?" she asked with almost sparkling eyes as she returned her gaze to her beloved fat squirrel. A few moments later, the elderly woman came up to them and placed another sandwich before Vianna, smiling politely at the couple before walking away. Vianna smiled and took a bite from her new sandwich, though she was careful not to let it rest on the plate anymore in case Fluffy decided to steal this one, too.

Ferris gave her an amused, disapproving look as she told him that it was hard not to pet Fluffy when he was looking so cute. Then again, he couldn't deprive Fluffy of this privelage from Vianna, otherwise the boy wouldn't be able to expect those kisses for being cute. He let out another soft laugh, purely amused by how attached Vianna was to her pet squirrel. The boy finished off his sandwich moments later, leaning back into his seat as he watched Vianna receive her second sandwich. He took his half-empty glass of water into his hands and took a couple sips, letting his eyes wander around the room.

Vianna ate slowly as was usual of her, and it took her about twenty minutes to finish the whole sandwich. Once done, she finished up the rest of the cool, fresh water in her glass as her eyes examined the squirrel that was now laying face-up on the table with a humongous belly sticking out from beneath his brown fur. "Merlin! Fluffy, you're not eating any more until dinnertime tonight!" she told her squirrel, as if Fluffy understood anything. But she was beginning to fear her squirrel might explode if it continued eating like that.

Ferris smiled slightly at the girl across from him as she finished her lunch (after a near fifteen minutes, which of course, amused him). He was about to speak when she did first, talking to her squirrel, and telling the little creature that he wouldn't be eating any more until dinnertime. He turned his eyes to the fat furball on one end of the table, his eyebrows raising and a slight smile on his face, amused at how Vianna treated the pet as though it was a child. "It's official. You don't have a squirrel, it's most definitely a pig."

Vianna turned away from Fluffy and to Ferris as he spoke, telling her that her squirrel was officially a pig. The girl chuckled softly. "But he's an adorable pig," she added, the tip of her index finger meeting Fluffy's fat belly. The squirrel was too tired and bloated to react, though, and merely lay there. Vianna smiled in amusement and took him carefully into her hands. "I definitely need to get him exercising again, though," she muttered, as if this was all a very serious life-or-death situation.

Ferris watched with his eyebrows still raised as Vianna told him that Fluffy was an adorable pig, as though that made up for it, and took the creature into her hands, mentioning the need for Fluffy's exercise. "How about we go find that lake we were talking about?" he suggested softly, unsure if she wanted to go anymore. He gave a small smile, rather hopeful about their afternoon plans. He knew it wasn't exactly the happiest time of their trip, but...he could've use a bit of an escape.

Vianna looked up from her beloved squirrel to the boy before her as he suggested they go find a lake. Her expression was a bit puzzled at first, as she hadn't expected this invitation. Swimming in lakes had definitely been the very last thing on her mind these past few hours, but she couldn't deny the idea sounded incredibly appealing. But then there were the Halls... while they go swim and have fun in the lake, what could be happening to them? Vianna's forehead creased slightly as she thought about this. "But what about... what we're supposed to be doing?" she asked a bit sheepishly, as she really didn't want to deny Ferris's invitation, but she couldn't help feeling horribly guilty with the idea of having fun while others suffered - though, of course, she wasn't about to tell Ferris she felt this way. They had just had a conversation about her guilt issues, after all.

Ferris watched her carefully as she seemed to internally debate, before asking him hesitantly about what they were supposed to be doing. He paused for a moment, watching her blankly before speaking, "Right," he said quickly, feeling like a jerk for even bringing it up. Swimming? Why would she want to swim? She had just been feeling horrible about the Halls, and he should've been too! And he was...He just overlooked it for a moment, and that made him feel twice as bad. He pulled out his wallet in the next instant, setting down the proper amount of money as he tried to keep his hand from smacking his forehead.

& Why's DA in PIECES now?! o_O!!! That's a bit creepy! But if we're really gonna go through with this, then I guess I'm taking the head!

Vianna listened to Ferris's short and simple response and her forehead creased slightly as she watched the different expressions taking over his features. She could tell her words had brought a rather heavy guilt upon him and this only made her feel worse. A silly couple they were, blaming themselves for the other's misery all the time. "C'mon, let's go see if we can find a bookstore or something," Vianna suggested with a faint smile as she got up to her feet. "And then after we find something that will help us, we can go find a lake."

Ferris looked up from his wallet as she spoke, suggesting that they go find a bookstore around town, and his brown eyes seemed rather excited, but his face remained blank. But he stood up alongside her, letting a small smile cross his features as only a bookstore could bring. He stuck his wallet in his back pocket once more, turning to look at Vianna as she suggested that after they found something that could help them, they could go find a lake. He gave her a weak smile, knowing she was attempting to make him feel better, and he gave a light shake of his head, "We don't have to Vi," he told her. "It's not the right time, you're right. I'd feel weird going, anyway."

Don't worry about it, Ruthers, I'm multitasking too, so I'll be a bit delayed as well!

Vianna tilted her head slightly at Ferris as he told her they didn't really have to go to the lake, as she was right that this wasn't an appropriate time to be looking for lakes and he'd feel weird going. The girl smiled at him and took one of his hands while holding Fluffy with the other. "Well, I want to go," she told him with a tone that made it clear this was the end of this debate for her and she'd be hearing to counterarguments. She beamed at the boy beside her and began leading the way out of the restaurant in hurried steps.

Ferris was just about to look away from her and head out of the restaurant when Vianna spoke, rather strongly this time, telling him that she wanted to go. His brown eyes darted back to her and stared with a slight sparkle for a moment, a smile lighting up his features, "Whatever my gem wants," he murmured softly, a little amazed by the girl beside him. He let out a very soft chuckle as he followed her hurried steps, catching her stride easily with his long legs. It was rather funny how the girl could make everything better with a few simple words, pull the guilt right out of him, and make him feel like he was very important to her (which he was finally starting to accept as true).

Vianna dragged Ferris along with her - though it wasn't really that much dragging as he had no difficulty keeping up with her pace - down the deserted streets, her blue eyes searching for any signs of a bookstore. She wondered vaguely if the books would be covered in dust and if they would even have any recently published books. But she was snapped out of these thoughts as her eyes finally spotted a small bookshop somewhere in the distance. "There it is!" she said with a grin, quickening her steps once again until she was almost running down the cobblestone.

Ferris was simply letting his eyes wander over the landscape when Vianna suddenly exclaimed that she had found a bookstore, and only a second later had started at a run. He quickly picked up his pace in order to keep up with her, "Slow down, Vi, I can live an extra five minutes without a bookstore," he said with a soft laugh, though it was obvious in his expression and tone that he was flattered by the way that Vianna seemed eager to get him to one of his favorite places, obviously something that always made him feel better.

Okay, this is just too weird. Using a guy's head like a bowling ball...

Vianna giggled at Ferris's words and she turned to the boy with a smile, slowing down her pace so they were walking normally now. "Well, I'd rather not risk it," she replied to him teasingly. And only a moment later, they had reached the bookstore. Vianna paused in front of the door for a moment, not sure if the place was open or not, before turning the knob and walking inside. As expected, the place was completely abandoned. It felt a bit eerie, but the girl was beginning to get used to the strange emptiness of the town by now. "Alright, where should we start looking?" she asked. "I'm pretty sure this is a wizarding town," she muttered, as they would obviously not find any books on magic at a muggle bookstore.

Ferris gave her a small smile as she teased at him, before a moment later they had arrived at the bookstore. He glanced up at it for a moment before entering, and his brown eyes glazed over slightly as he let he looked over all of the rows of books. He didn't even notice how empty the place was, or how creepy it normally would've been, none of that mattered since Ferris now was at a bookstore. He turned to Vianna as she asked where they started, and he was brought back to Earth a bit, feeling like it had been forever since they last reached a place that sold books, though it had only been a few days. "Yeah, I think it's wizarding. Uh...I don't know, just...I guess look around," the boy was obviously distracted, and his eyes fell back to the bookshelves for a moment before returning to Vianna with a small smile.

Vianna listened to Ferris's response and chuckled softly at the boy's dazed expression, able to tell he was clearly fascinated with the many books surrounding them. "Alright, we'll divide, then," she said with a smile. "You check that side and I'll check here," she added, giving the boy beside her one last amused smile before walking away to her side of the bookstore and beginning to search the bookshelves while Fluffy curled up in her hand and slept.

Ferris gave her a sheepish smile and a nod before heading over to his section of the bookstore. As the boy was very skilled in this sport (finding books), it took him approximately 17 minutes of searching his side of the store to find three different books that could potentially help them. Holding them in his hands, he roamed Vianna's side, trying to find his girlfriend in the many rows of titles. He finally caught sight of a little brunette head over one of the shelves, and he gave a smile, rounding the corner to go onto her row and coming up behind her. He gently set his books down on the floor without a sound before walking up behind her and slipping his lanky arms around her slender waist. "You're pretty nice to me, you know that?" he said to the girl, pulling her back into his chest and placing a kiss to her cheek. It would appear that the number of minutes spent away from the girl searching for books had made the boy realize that his girlfriend had let him come to a bookstore (one of his favorite things to do). It was like someone taking a small child to a candy store, and he viewed it as a matter of greatness that his girlfriend would let him come to one at any given time.
