This is a continued role-play created by hazydazy012, the other thread reached posting limit. From the previous thread:

One year at Hogwarts a mysterious spell was cast that not even the professors can undo. You wouldn't be able to see a difference at Hogwarts, just looking at the school, but it actually made magic impossible! Not a single person or creature could cast a spell while in the school. How are the students supposed to learn when they can't try out the new spells? Sure, most were devestated, (Especially the 7th years! How are they supposed to finish their last year?!) but of course, some were estatic too! Who doesn't want to have a longer summer vacation? So, most students go home in high spirits TWO months before Hogwarts was officially supposed to be let out for summer break. Only one week into their luxuriously long holiday, every student recieves this letter:

"It is mandatory for any students who want to complete their year to attend "La Bacchetta Magica", a summer learning camp for wizards located in a small getaway near Tuscany. You will be finishing up the studies that were unfinished at Hogwarts. Please bring your wand and other necessary items for regular classes."

Fantastic. Some are angry, but most are excited! I mean, it's called "The Magic Wand" in Italian, for goodness sakes. It's gotta be fun. And guess what?! It is! Everyone is having a great time with the mix of school and just plain summer camp fun! How will the Divinations in the morning and campfires at night affect the students? You decide!

Please join! There will need to be a few professors/camp counselors! Even number of boys and girls, please. Post a bio with a picture, thanks!

(P.S. I looked up "La Bacchetta Magica" and it told me "The Magic Wand" but it was only an online translator. If I'm wrong, then whoops! Heehee)

Ferris quickly pulled out his key from his pocket, accidentally grabbing the small box of food first. He held onto this as he grabbed the key and quickly opened the door, setting the key and the box on the counter as he released Vianna's hand and walked over to the nearest couch. It took a moment, but he slowly and carefully lowered himself onto the cushions, managing a laying position with only minimal pain and a few winces.

Vianna closed the door as Ferris moved on ahead to the living room to lay down on the nearest couch. She watched the boy with sympathy for a moment before heading into the kitchen where she pulled out her wand and brought the box back to its original size. The girl then pulled out a couple of plates - and a smaller one for Fluffy, of course - and began serving some of the food on to them.

Stab. Stab. Stab stab stab. Ow. Ferris's expression seemed completely set into a grimace, his entire mind and body focused on the pain erupting from his back. It wasn't as bad as it was this morning, but...it was bad enough to bring the boy great discomfort as he lay on the couch. Hunger was erased from his thoughts and it was all he could focus on. Was he allowed to take more than one pill a day? He couldn't remember...and the doctor that had prescribed them were in a completely different city.

"Are you hungry at all yet, Professor?" asked Vianna as she came to the living room with a plate in hand, Fluffy having stayed behind devouring his own little plate of food. She watched the boy sympathetically and sighed, her mind also wondering on how many pills he could take a day. However, she didn't want to risk it, and opted sleep was probably the best healer at this moment. "Here, eat this, and then you're off to bed 'til tomorrow," said the girl, not as a suggestion but more as an order, though she tried not to be harsh about it. But she was not willing to take any complaints or counterarguments about this, as she had already made up her mind that what Ferris needed the most was rest.

Ferris looked up as Vianna entered the room, asking if he was hungry yet. He sat up very slowly, making his back sting but he did sit up. Brows furrowed, he ignored his pain as he took the plate from Vianna with a small, grateful smile, listening as she told him he needed to eat it before heading off to bed for the night. He started eating, looking at his watch, "It's only seven thirty, Vi," he muttered, working on his food.

"Good," said Vianna taking a seat on an armchair near the fireplace. "If we wake up at seven tomorrow that means you would have gotten almost twelve hours of rest," she continued with a nod. "I think that's a generous amount of rest, you should be feeling like brand new tomorrow."

Ferris ate a bit more slowly than he normally would've, careful with his movements but also because he didn't want to go to bed yet. He didn't want to leave Vianna and he didn't want to go to sleep. Going to sleep meant nightmares. He hated those nightmares. "And what if tonight's just like last night?" he asked of her softly, eyes on his food as he continued to eat in small bites soon after Vianna explained that he would be getting a near twelve hours of sleep.

Vianna's features softened slightly as Ferris spoke, asking her what would happen if this night was as bad as the last one. The girl's brows furrowed slightly; she hadn't thought about this. But what could they possibly do to stop the nightmares? The only thing that seemed to have worked lately was their sleeping on the same bed, but that was obviously prohibited now. "I really hope that doesn't turn out to be the case, Professor," she muttered, unable to come up with a consoling solution.

Ferris watched her brows furrow as she thought about this problem, listening as she could only hope that it wouldn't be the case that night. He gave a nod, knowing it would be no matter what their hopes were. But his back and the knowledge that he would be leaving Vianna soon weren't exactly helping his mood. He finished his food within the next five minutes, setting his plate onto the coffee table before downing his glass of water. And then he just sat there, knowing what he should've been doing (going to bed) but really really not wanting to.

Vianna was absentmindedly tracing her finger over the drawing of Fluffy Ferris had drawn on her arm earlier that day. But as she heard the plate set on the coffee table, the girl looked up only to find Ferris had already finished his food. She watched him curiously, almost with mild amusement, as he just sat there without intentions of moving. She looked at him for a moment before speaking, "Professor..." she said, raising her eyebrows expectantly at him. "C'mon, don't be lazy. Let's get you to bed," she said, getting up to her feet and walking over to him, holding out a hand for the boy to take.

Ferris looked up as she said his beloved nickname, coming to stand in front of him and holding out her hand for him to take. He let out a small sigh and a nod as he gently took her small hand in his, slowly and carefully getting to his feet. Ow. He winced at the pain, and he couldn't help but bitterly curse the box he had only held for about a minute earlier that day. How could such a small strain hurt so much? "Do I have to go to bed, Vi?" he asked her hesitantly.

Vianna didn't really want to let go of the boy just yet, but as he winced she became even more convinced that a comfortable bed and peaceful (hopefully) sleep was what he really needed. "Yes, you do," she answered him, nodding her head. She leaned on her toes and placed a kiss on his cheek before leading the boy over to his room.

Ferris let out a sigh as she told him the words he knew he would hear, that he needed to go to bed. He followed after her at a slow rate, half because his back didn't enjoy walking and half because he didn't want to sleep. He did get into the room however and took a seat on the bed, one hand still in Vianna's as he looked up at her. "How about a 'Goodnight Hour-Long Book Reading?" he asked her hopefully, raising his eyebrows playfully.

Vianna looked down at Ferris as the boy sat and suggested the idea of having an hour-long 'goodnight book reading'. She laughed lightly at this, amused. But she was hesitant; she really wanted the boy to get his rest and recover from all the damage his back had experienced this day, but at the same time she didn't want to let him go either. Vianna sighed. "But my brothers..."

Ferris smiled at the fact that he was able to get the girl before him to laugh, glad to hear it, but he knew that she couldn't stay. And as she mentioned her brothers with obvious hesitance, he gave a weaker smile, one filled with knowing. "You have to leave, Vi," he said with a small sigh of his own, though he now took her other hand as well. "If not, you'll wake up in the bed alone only to find that your brothers have tied me to a flagpole or something..." he said, making light of a situation he wasn't very happy about. He pulled her over to him so she was standing right in front of his knees. It was funny, even when he was sitting down, she was just a foot or so taller than him as she stood up. "I really don't want to go though," he breathed out with a sigh.

Vianna's forehead creased slightly as Ferris told her she had to leave and the girl reluctantly nodded her head slightly, as she knew this was right. But a weak smile came to her lips as he continued, joking that she might wake up to find him tied to a flagpole much thanks to her brothers. She chuckled softly though humourlessly, and she watched him for a moment as he pulled her slightly closer, now mentioning how he really didn't want to go. "Neither do I, Professor," she replied with another sigh. She paused for a moment and then smiled again. "We're being dramatic, it's not like we're not going to see each other again for months," she said, trying to look at the positive side. "Besides, time always passes by fast when you're sleeping. We'll be together again in no time!"

Ferris watched her for a moment as she told him she didn't want to leave either, giving out a sigh of her own. At her next words, that they were being overdramatic as though they wouldn't see each other for months, he smiled slightly with amusement before listening as she added that they would be together again in no time since time passed by quickly when one was sleeping. He gave a nod, knowing she was right, but he pulled her arms gently so she had to lean down toward him, planting a warm kiss to her lips. He broke apart a moment later, his hands still firmly around hers, "But...I can tell the difference when you're sleeping next to me and when you're not. And I like you next to me."

Vianna reflected Ferris's smile and kissed the boy back as he pulled her over, placing a kiss on her lips. She beamed as he pulled back, but the smile faded at his following words. "I know, Professor, me too," she muttered. "But... we'll start getting used to sleeping by ourselves quickly," she added with a humourless soft chuckle, as if they were little kids who no longer had to sleep with mum and dad.

Ferris gave her a weak smile as she agreed with him before saying that they would start getting used to sleeping by themselves quickly. "I know...But I don't want to," the boy said stubbornly, though a smile was displayed on his face. He knew he would have to let her go eventually, but for now he was enjoying having her hands in his and letting her stand right in front of him, so easy to talk to and plant kisses on. His back felt a bit better now that he was seated on a comfortable bed, and he was hardly distracted by it now that his focus was on Vianna.

Vianna tilted her head slightly at Ferris as the boy insisted that he still didn't want to sleep by himself, making the girl feel worse about leaving him with each passing second. What worried her the most was the nightmares; if he had another one this night, then the following day would certainly not be any better if not worse than this one. "Well, unfortunately, Professor, it's not about what you want, but about what's best for you," she said, raising her eyebrows slightly at him. "And what's best for you right now is to let your back have some rest."

Ferris had no intentions of making her feel guilty, and he was still unaware that he was having this effect on the girl as she spoke, telling him that it wasn't about what he wanted but rather what was best for him, which right now was rest for his back. He gave a nod, knowing she was right, "I know Vi," he said with a small smile, still holding her hands. It took him a moment, but he got to his feet, now back to his normal towering height abover her. "Alright, goodnight Vi," he said, wrapping his arms around her in a hug.

Vianna's gaze rose as did Ferris, now no longer looking down at the boy but up instead. As he hugged her, the girl hugged back with unexpected strength - but then she remembered this was obviously not going to have a good effect on his back and she immediately let go, jumping back. "So--sorry," she muttered, feeling ridiculously stupid for having forgotten about his back when she had just been nagging him about it less than a minute ago. She shook her head slightly to herself before looking up at him again. "Sleep well, Professor. I'll see you tomorrow."

Ferris winced softly as she hugged him so tightly, a gesture that usually would've made him smile, but today brought him a bit of pain. He watched as she jumped back a bit, apologizing. He let out a soft chuckle, "That's alright Vi," he quickly told her, not wanting her to feel bad. As she told him to sleep well, and she would see him tomorrow, he gave her a nod and a small smile. But before she could move, he had taken her waist and pulled her back to him carefully as to not hurt himself. "Goodnight kiss?" he asked of her with an amused smile. Maybe he was stalling or maybe he just wanted to kiss, it was hard to tell.

Vianna fave Ferris a soft smile, and she was just about to turn when the boy then pulled her back to him by the waist. She looked up at him with puzzled and questioning eyes, and listened as he asked for a goodnight kiss. At this, the young girl chuckled softly. "Right, of course," she muttered, as if this was an obvious step in a recipe she shouldn't have forgotten. Leaning on her toes to reach him, the girl then placed a kiss on her boyfriend's lips.

Ferris had a hint of a smile on his lips as they met Vianna's, starting to kiss her back gently, his arm still snug around her waist. He enjoyed the feel of her soft lips on his, kissing her for a few sweet, warm moments before he broke apart. He smiled a bit dazedly to her, now really not wanting to let her go, and he let out a small sigh. "Goodnight, Vi."
