In a small neighborhood in Madrid, Spain, several fairly large houses sat. One home stood out among the others though. It was brighter, different than the somewhat up-tight looking houses that stood around it. Its large front lawn had many flowers and plants around it, and finally reached up to the big, white-walled house that belonged to the Cruze family. Around the side of the house, a few trees blocked a bit of your view of the back yard, but as you make you way through them, your eyes rested upon a swimming pool with four pool chairs around it. Those curious to continue into the slightly woods-y area will find a small, but pleasant yellow tree house.

Venturing into the house, the first thing you see is the living room. Golden-framed pictures of the family were seen in various places on the deep red wall, and a coffee table sat in the middle of the room, right in front of the two sofas and recliner. If it weren't for the Muggle television and Xbox, the room might've looked like it was never used when infact, it was practically the part of the Cruze house that kept the family sane.

Continuing down the hallway, you see the kitchen and the dining room. Fourty-three year old Garret Cruze stood in the kitchen with a large cup of coffee in his hand. Nearly everthing was ready for the large amount of children, or rather, group of younger kids, and 'young adults', as his oldest daughter insisted. Everything but Alicia, Massie, and Mackayla. Why in Merlin's name were they still sleeping? Everyone would be here in just a few hours. Just when the man was about to walk upstairs to try to wake his daughters and neice, he saw his youngest daughter Massie walked into the kitchen. Garret smiled his crinkly-eyed smile. Leave it to Mass to be the first of the girls up. If only the other two would wake up.... Almost as though understanding her father's thoughts, Massie tilted her head to the side and widened her light blue eyes, silently asking if she should wake the other two. Garret nodded and watched as the ten-year old quickly walked upstairs.

Massie passed the room that had a small sign reading 'Boys' in dark blue on it (the room which had once been the two guest rooms, but was now the size of both combined, thanks to a little magic) and to the door that said 'Girls' in light purple (originally being Alicia's bedroom, and Massie's bedroom). She opened up the door, careful to close it quietly behind her. "Lic, Kayley, you guys have to wake up. Everyone's going to be here soon..."

After waking up Alex had waken Wyatt on his way to get changed. re-entering the boy's room in cargo pant's and a black and white graphic T-shirt that read 'You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.' with a wave and surfboard under it. when he did return Wyatt was just pulling out of bed but was awake enough to catch the camouflage swim trunks - regular white tank top and a blue short sleeve plaid button down shirt that was tossed at him and he tiredly threw on over the shirt he slept in. Alex shook his head while watching his not-so-identical twin leave the room and head for the bathroom. "Merlin i hope he know's what he's doing."

Waiting afew minute's he was glad to see that's all it took for Wyatt to come back - dressed in clean clothes.

"Are you coming?" without another word Alexander headed quitely down stairs and into the kitchen/dining room. Wyatt lagged behind a little - rubbing his eyes some and was saved from meeting the Cruze's wall on new basis courtsey of his brother.

"G' morning." he said. passing Alicia on the way to a seat, Alex gave her a light peck on the cheek - he wasn't really sure if that was wise since Mr. Cruze was in the room but chanced it since it was only a small polite good morning thing to his girlfriend.

Wyatt - like Alex - had brushed his hair. but with his mess of brown locks you would never tell the difference. sitting down at the table without being a klutz even as out-of-it as he was Wyatt waved 'hello' or 'morning' - whichever. out of the two it was a no brainer on which was not a morning person and which was.

At the sound of more children coming down the stairs, Garret looked up to see Wyatt and Alex. “Good morning, Alex, Wyatt,” he said to the two. He held back a small chuckle and pretended not to notice when Alexander kissed Alicia’s cheek. He didn’t mind… that much. Just so long as it was only an innocent peck.

“’Morning,” Alicia said with a grin. Her grin widened just a bit, and she looked over to her father to see if he was at least pretending not to see. It seemed he was. Either that, or Garret Cruze was officially oblivious. She wasn’t going to bet on the later. “So, how are you two?”” she asked Wyatt and Alex.

"G'morning Sir," Alex said gladly. Wyatt spoke up too with a "Morning - Mister C."
Following Alicia's gaze for a second to her father, Alexander turned back with a innocent look and small grin but cocked an eyebrow looking to Wyatt when he heard him mutter something - or what it a grunt?

"I'm fine. how're you Liceh?" He asked, turning his pale green eye's back to meet her gaze and reached over to grab a bagel. "Wyatt's not a morning person." he added just incase though he did think Alicia already knew that.

"Your too peppy." Wyatt commented Alex's 'awakeness' with annoyance and shrugged to Alicia. "Fine i guess. and you?" truthfully he was wandering why Alex had rolled him out of bed when very few were awake. ridiculous brother.

SMACK.

"Ah, Crap.." Tuesday murmered. It seemed like she was ramed in the head with A frying pan but no, she rolled off the bed, leaving A spliting headache on the left side of her head. "Jesus Christ!" she rubbed it softly as she pulled herself off the ground and untangled the blankets wrapped around her. her head was still hurting, but she tried to ignore it. Tuesday ruffled through her bag, pulling out A pair on skinny jeans and A orange t-shirt with random images on it, along with A tuthbrush, toothpaste, and her hair brush. She was still in her pajama shorts and A white tank top at the time, somthing comfy she wore to bed. Tuesday darted across the hallway towards the bathroom and locked the door behind her. She changed into her clothes, brushed her teeth, and brushed her long, strait hair, leaving it down and resting on her shoulders.

Tuesday ran down the stairs, being careful not to trip and fall while doing so. She did not want the other side of her head in pain as well. "'Morning Mr. Cruze." That was the only person she noticed at the time, her head ache was still distracting her. Tuesday took an empty seat around the table. "Oh, Hola Lic, Alex, Wyatt.." She leaned her head against the chair, hoping to muffle the pain.

Alicia chuckled softly. “Good. I’m a still a little tired, but it’s morning, so that’s nothing new,” she said, answering both Alex and Wyatt at the same time. About to comment, she then heard Wyatt’s comment to Alex about his ‘peppy-ness’ and decided against it. Choosing instead, to take extreme interest in her banana. Though, of course, she wasn’t exactly able to hold back a laugh as well as she could hold back her voice.

“Hey Tues,” she said, as her friend entered the room. Her dad also offered a ‘hello’, as did Mass and Kayla. “Erm, are you okay?” Lic asked.

Does it look like im ok? was what Tuesday wanted to say but decided against it. She knew she would get laughed at sooner of later. "I fell off the bed and landed on my face." She said simply, taking an Apple from the table.

"Ouch..." Was all Alicia managed. She knew how Tuesday's head must've felt just then. She briefly remembered the summer before she started her first, and last, year at Beuxbatons. She and Massie had gone to camp for two weeks and Alicia had fallen off her bunk. Several,times. It was most certinly not a walk in the park.

Jordan woke up to the sound of activity going on downstairs. She sat up in the bed and rubbed her eyes. The young girl soon went to the batroom and put on her clothes for the day and walked downstairs. "Good, Morning." She said smiling. She was a morning person, it didn't matter what time she got up she would be somewhat happy. She took a seat at the table and looked around to see who all was awake.

Sam woke up with a start. She then began to chuckle as she realized it was only a dream. Climbing out of her bed, she made over to her backpack that had all her clothes in. She put on some worn out jeans, and an old band concert t-shirt that once belong to her father.

After running a brush through her hair and placing it back into a loose ponytail, she made her way to the bathroom and brushed her teeth. She then walked back into the room she was sleeping in and put on a pair of black socks and placed her black and white checkered Vans on.

Walking next to her older brother's bed, she noticed he was still asleep. A michevious grin crossed her face and she jumped onto his bed. "Time to wake up!" she said on the way down.

Benny woke with a jolt. "Eph!" As a solid being landed smack onto his stomach. He sat up to see his little sister giggling on his thigh. "Nice one Sammy. Now get off!" he said and pushed her off. She was still laughing as she left the room downstairs.

Danny opened his eyes as he heard a noise. Rubbing his the sleepiness from his eyes, he opened them again to see Sam leave the room laughing. He then looked over at Benny who was climbing out of his bed.

Sam walked into the kitchen and smelled pancakes! "Ohh the food smells delicious!!" she said and sat down at the table. "Hey Lic, did your dad make all this?" she asked.

Seeing that Danny was awake, Benny made his way over to him. "Hey Dan-Dan. Did Sammy wake you up?" he chuckled. The little boy nodded and gave him an enthusastic smile. Benny rubbed his hair messily and lifted him out of bed.

"Come on. Lets go clean up." he said setting him on his two little feet. He walked over to his backpack and grabbed a clean pair of blue jeans and an old soccer jersey. He then grabbed Danny's bag and took out a pair of light tan shorts and a regular blue tshirt. He then changed (just helping Danny put his shirt on all the way) and he walked into the bathroom, his youngest sibling following him. After both boys brushed their teeth, Benny ran his hand through his hair to get rid of his bed-head (the little boy mimicking everything the older boy did).

"Now shoes." Benny chuckled as he noticed Danny copying him. He put on his black high top converse on first then helped Danny look for his shoes.

"Found it!" Danny said happily as he took out the white Sketcher tennis shoe from out under the bed. He plopped down on the ground and placed it on his right foot. He then began tying it like how Benny did it. But when he stood up, the laces undid themselves. He looked down then shyly up at Benny.

The older boy chuckled lightly at him and told him to seat back down. He did as he was told and Benny showed him the right way to do it. "Thanks Benny." he smiled up at him. He then followed after him as he made his way out the bedroom door. He took the steps slowly one at a time and walked into the kitchen which was already begin to fill with people. He stuck close to Benny's leg as he smelled food.

"Good morning everybody. We finally made it down here." Benny chuckled.

"yes, I think im geting A bruise. It hurts to touch it.." Tuesday trailed off. She was right, there was A bruise. She gave A deep sigh and looked up the stairs to see who else had woken up, hopefully not from her. "'Morning." She replied sleepishly, yawning at the same time.

Taking note that she was one of the only people left upstairs in their beds, along with her family of course, Valencia began to tidy herself up. She brushed out her golden brown curls and put them up in a neat ponytail, then dressed in a simple peace-sign t-shirt along with a pair of jeans that had many holes in them. "Wake up sleepyhead," she said sharply to Dusty and Jae.

The fifteen year old skipped downstairs and took her seat at the table, greeting everyone good morning as she helped herself to a glass of orange juice.

"I'm comin'" Dusty said gruffly as he rolled out of bed. His curly black hair was being extremely reckless, but seeing as he was a boy he paid no mind. He ran his fingers though it a few times to tame it then completely gave up. Vee would probably fix it for him, so no worries. He pulled on a white t-shirt along with a pair of sagging jean shorts.

He traipsed down the stairs, also giving hellos to anyone who would listen. He then dropped into a chair and began to pour himself a bowl of cereal.

On hearing his cousin's voice, Jae's eyes opened to greet the morning. He smiled and hopped out of bed, quickly getting himself ready. He pulled a green t-shirt on and a pair of khaki shorts on while ruffling his shaggy brown hair. Much like his cousin's, it was not behaving, but being a boy he didn't care.

He skidded down the stairs and took a seat next to Danny, giving the boy a bright smile before digging into his breakfast.

Four more people entered the dining room and Alicia gave them all a wave. "G'morning Jordan, Sammy, Benny, and Danny," she said as each person as they came in. At Sammy's question, a somewhat sly grin crossed her face. "Nope. It was all in the wand. Magic just happens to be a wonderful thing," she responded simply, her sly expression turning into a silly one. "Morning Vee Bee, Dusty, and Jae," she added, as the three entered.

Garret chuckled. "Just the panakakes. Everything else, I got at a Muggle grocery store," he said to Sam. He looked to Tuesday. "Do you want some ice or... something cold to put on the bruise?" he asked her.

Benny sat down close to Dusty and a little away from Danny. He grabbed himself a plate and began to put some pancakes on it. He then poured some syrup on it and took a needed bit. The hotcakes melted in his mouth. "Delicious." he spoke outloud.

"Have you had some of these?" he asked to Dusty as he took another bite.

Sam giggled, and set some pancakes on her plate. "Well it looks tasty. Did the muggle grocery store do that also?" she asked with a warm smile. She then gave Alicia a wink.

Danny sat down at the table, just when Jae came and sat down next to him. "Hi! Did you sleep good?" he asked with a smile. He took one small pancake from the pile and put it onto his plate. He then took a piece a toast and took a bite. "Mmmmm...Yummy!"

Tuesday looked up to the older man. "Ice sounds cold, and numbing. yesh, I could use some ice.." Tuesday darted from her chair over to Mr. Cruze. "Pleash."

Heidi rolled onto the floor, Startling herself. She sighed, morning, one thing she hated to do, Wake up. She sighed, pulling herself up from the ground, and slumped over to her duffle bag, And pulled out A pair of Ripped and faded skinny leans, and A plain lime T-Shirt. She ran to the bathroom real quick, Got changed, brushed her hair and teeth, then ran back into the bedroom and pulled on her favorite pair of Vans, Rainbow checkers.
She turned to her left, Jeremy and Tance were still asleep. She walked over quietly, sitting beside the bed. "Jer Bear, Wake up," She said. "Its morning." Jeremy didn't move. "They have pancakes, dude." One eye opened. "Pancakes sound good."
"Ahah, There we go, Wake up Tance and ill be down stairs." Soon enough she was already out of the room.

Jeremy sneered, He hated waking up but he knew the only way to get pancakes was if he did. he reached down beside his bed and picked up A shoe. "Tanceren, WAKE UP!" He shouted, throwing the shoe at his head hen darted into the bathroom with his gym bag. Jeremy changed quickly into A pair of old, but clean, faded jeans and A band T-Shirt. She brushed his teeth and used his fingers as A comb and tamed his hair. When he went down to put on his converse, the other one was missing. So he just tied the one he had and ran back into the room with his gym bag. "And give me my shoe back!" He added, taking the shoe off the bed and ran down the stairs. "G'Morning, people." He said, tying his other shoe on.

"Why couldn't you just pull the blankets off me or somthing instead of getting smack in the face with your dirty shoe!" Tance shouted after his younger cousin who was now down stairs. He sighed, Picking up the Ripped jeans and Black T-shirt he already set out and ran into the bathroom, changing into his clothes, washing his face from the shoe, brushed his teeth, and used his fingers as well for A comb and tamed his hair. He took one last look in the mirror and slid down the stairs to where everyone else was. "G'Morning.." He said through A yawn and took A seat next to Heidi.

After Savannah had gotten herself up, and into an orange print textured scoop tee, and blue jean shorts, neon green flipflops on and all, The fourteen year old had her things neatly back into their certain bag and continued by helping Kaitlynnh out abit rather then leaving her on her own and heading downstairs.

As the seven year old brushed out darkened gold curls and started sweeping them up more into a tight ponytail, much like her own, Savs folded Katie's nightgown and set it back inside her backpack. Then, giving the younger girl a piggyback rid the two finally made it downstairs.

"Goooood morning." Savannah greeted. Of course she was no morning person herself, but, she had had time to wake up before now so all was well.
Sliding from Vanna's back, Kaitlynnh straightened up the hot pink jean skort she wore, along with the white shirt with star's scattered that matched her skort color and climbed into a seat, following her sister's example. "Good morning," She said, politely, to everyone around while she busied herself with breakfast.

Alicia snickered. “’Course. You know, some people say that Muggles kind of have their own sort of magic. Very interesting, actually. Especially what they can do with food,” she said to Sammy with a nod.

“Morning,” she added, seeing others enter the dining room.

Garret nodded to Tuesday. “Okay, I’ll be right back to you with that,” he said. Turning and walking back to the kitchen he took a Ziploc bag from the pantry, and put ice, from inside the refrigerator, into the plastic bag. “Here you go Tues,” he said, zipping the bag just before he handed it to her.

The man’s eyes curiously darted to the window as he heard a sound that was a bit like an… Is that an owl? he thought. Then saw the barn owl. Without a word, he walked over to the window, opened and let the owl fly in and land on his shoulder, then finally got the letter from the owl. As his eyes scanned the letter, fear crossed the forty-three year olds eyes. “Alicia, can you come here for a minute?” Garret asked, and saw her get up and walk over. “Yes, dad?” Alicia asked as she reached him. “Uh, look, Lic, we’ve got to go as soon as possible. Which means that you’re friends are going to have to leave as well.” Seeing her questioning look, he continued. “Something happened with Callie, and we’ve got to get to Edinburgh. I’ll go ahead and call everyone’s parents and tell them that everyone’s coming home a bit early.”

An hour later, when he was sure that everyone was safe back at home, Garret, Alicia, Massie, and Mackayla gathered by the fireplace, getting ready to travel to Scotland, via Floo powder.
