It's the summer after Helena Crawley graduated from Hogwarts and she's off to America to visit her boyfriend of a year and a half - Chris. So much as happened since they'd been apart the past year, though - will things stay the same? Or will the two fall apart with the addition of their new acquaintances?

Chris kissed her back each time she kissed him. Which she seemed to be doing a lot of today. As he pulled back he looked at her and smile. "That most defentaly won't be a problem." He told Lena as he took her face into his hands and kissed her lips once more. This one longer than the kisses she had been giving him.

Lena chuckled lightly but the feel of Chris's hands on her cheeks and his lips on her lips made her forget the rest.... again. Both of her hands met each other around his neck as she pulled herself closer to him and deepened the kiss very slightly. She was lost in the moment and the beauty of everything around him.... including Chris, of course.

The feeling of Lena's hands on his neck made Chris smile slightly. He felt as she pulled herself closer to him and deeped the kiss. He stayed like this for a good minute or sooo. Before pulling back, why did they need air??? Chris arms moved down to her waist as he rest his head on her shoulder. "I love you." He said quietly.

Helena let one hand drop as Chris moved his arms down to her waist. The other hand stayed in his soft brown curls as he rested his head on her shoulder and she held him tight to her. I love you, too, she said, equally quiet as she kissed his forehead lightly and refrained from sighing.

Chris couldn't think of anythign that would make this any better. Everything was just perfect. Chris smiled slightly at Lena's answer but his smile grew a little when she kissed his forehead. He let out a small sigh but it was a good one as he didn't move away from Helena. "This is just to perfect. You are to perfect." He said still quietly to Lena.

Helena let a soft chuckle escape her lips at his words as her fingers combed gently through his hair. I wish that was true, she said, equally quietly. Unfortunately for Lena, her words were true. If she was perfect, she wouldn't also love someone other than Chris, despite loving Chris more.

Chris smiled slightly as Lena ran her hand through his hair. But at her answer he turned his head slightly to look at her. "Well I think you are perfect." Chris said turning his head slightly into her neck. He then let his lips kiss her neck softly.

A smile creased one corner of Lena's lips at Chris's words. Though she still didn't believe them, she wasn't able to argue as she felt his lips kiss her neck softly. Her green eyes shut for the moment as her heart rate gently eased upward and her arms tightened around Chris, making sure she lost no space between them.

As Chris pulled back from kissing Lena's neck and looked at her with a small smile. He felt her arms tight around him and he did the same. Though he took one of his hands and gently pushed her hair from her face as he leaned into kiss her. The arm still around her stayed tight like he didn't want to let go. Like he never wanted to let go.

Helena's eyes reopened slightly as Chris pulled back from kissing her neck, and she saw that perfect smile etched in his perfect lips. As one of his hands brushed her hair from her face, they leaned in at the same time and were kissing each other once more. Lena couldn't tighten her arms anymore, so she merely let herself pull as close as she could to Chris without any signs of stopping.

As Lena pulled herself closer to him Chris just kept kissing her. He could tell Lena wasn't wanting to pull out anytime soon and he wasn't either. Chris stayed like this for awhile his head spinning the whole time. After a little bit he pulled back not moving a muscle away from Helena. He had no words to say so he just kissed her once more quickly before pulling back and looking at her. "I don't know how I made it with out you here." He said quietly as his thumb started stroking her cheek softly.

Lena was in need of air, but she was holding out as long as she could. Finally, Chris pulled back a bit - but only just enough for her to breathe. Then, he kissed her again and she kissed him back for the brief moment. She smiled as he pulled back once more, though she sighed at his words and her eyes drifted downward, away from him. That's not going to make leaving again any easier, she said quietly.

Ooops! Nonono! No sighing! Greattttt job Kaplan..."No Lena I didn't mean for you to think like that. I meant I just really missed you and I'm super glad you are here. More than you can image." He said just as quiet as he rested his forehead on hers. After what had happen at her house during Christmas that fear of Helena leaving him for Blake had been creeping up more and more. And now that she was here...Chris wasn't letting her go.

Helena let a small, weak smile appear for a moment as Chris rested his forehead on hers. She kissed him lightly before replying, I know you didn't mean it like that.... but that doesn't mean it's not true. As much as she hurt, Lena knew that leaving America to go home would be the single most painful thing she'd ever done so far, perhaps aside from telling Chris that she also loved Blake. And that was why.... she couldn't go back and face that smiling teenager whilst living so far away from the person she loved.

Chris didn't like seeing Lena hurt like this, and she was just thinking about leaving. What would happen when she really had tooo??? He felt the kiss and he couldn't even kiss her back."I know it is. I just don't like seeing you hurt...." He said before pulling her back into his arms tight. He wanted to say he would go with her. That he would never leave her that he wanted her forever. But the words just wouldn't come out those words were true right???? "I love you soooo very much." Chris whispered into her ear.

Lena tried to shake her head at these words - she didn't want Chris to think she was hurting, though she obviously was - but he had pulled her tightly into his arms in the next moment. I love you, too, she whispered back, unable to say much more than that; that was the only thing that could sum up what she was feeling at that moment. She hugged him back tightly.

Chris just kept hugging Helena tight not wanting to let go. "Lena it's going to be okay. We are going to be okay. I don't want you thinking what's going to happen when right now we can be having the time of our lives." He said softly as he pulled back slightly just to see Helena. He took his finger and traced the outline of her lips gently before he kissed her once more.

Helena really wanted to believe that everything was going to be okay, and she was trying her hardest to.... but she had to chuckle at the rest of his words. You sound like me, she whispered with a small smile before he kissed her once again. She kissed him back, pulling closer towards him as her arms held firmly around him.... and she did believe him.

Chris chuckled at Lena's comment. "Ummm I guess I've just spent to much time with you." He said smiling. He felt Lena kiss him back, her arms around him firmly. He some how could tell that she knew his words were true and she believed him. But were they really true??? He didn't know but he continued to kiss her. They would just have to wait and see...

Something in Chris seemed hesitant, despite his obvious willingness to keep kissing her and saying such sweet things. Helena pulled out of the kiss a bit sooner than she normally would have. What is it? she asked him, her eyes changing quickly from green to brown with worry; what had she done this time?

Did Helena just pull out of the kiss soonee then she normally would have??? Yes she did,but why? Chris shook his head. "Nothing." He said honestly watching her eyes change colors made him frown. He moved his hand to take hers and cross fingers. "Everything is great because I'm with you." He said smiling a small smile.

Once more, Helena believed him. She still felt a bit uneasy about it, but she decided to take Chris's advice and have the time of their lives while the could. As he took her hand and crossed their fingers, she gave him an equally small smile and leaned forward to kiss him once more. It was less eager than before, but soft and sweet - still long, though.

Chris just smiled as he felt her kiss him yet again and he kissed Lena back. Chris pulled back and stared at her before letting go of her hand and laying on his back. He tilted his head to see Lena better. "So are you glad you came to New York?" He asked curiously.

As Chris dropped her hand and lay on his back, Helena rested on her side beside him, her elbow on the ground and her hand supporting her head. At his question, she chuckled. Absolutely not - I've had no fun, whatsoever, since I've gotten here, she said with a measurable wink as she chuckled once more.

Chris watched as Lena layed down on her side next to him. "Ohhh well I'm sorry I'm such a boring person." He said with a chuckle. He reched over and grabbed one of the brownies and started to unwrap it. "This are wicked good and they are fresh. Theres a small little bakery that I found and the little old lady who runs it loves me because in the winter I helped her a little bit and stuff. But anyways she lets me get what ever I want now for almost nothing." He said with a small smile as he broke off a piece and eat it. He then turned on his side to face Lena. "Here taste it." He said breaking off another piece and putting it close to her mouth for her to eat it.
