Ooooo ominous I know. But we all know there's a few characters in this RPG who'd like to wring each others necks. OK, perhaps that's an understatement; practically every character wants to kill, or at least hurt, someone, for something they've done to them or others.

Confused? You should be!

Here's a brief explanation of the main events (note I said BRIEF):

Marcella, the daughter of the infamous Voldemort, God-daughter to Albus Dumbledore was constantly shifted around. Her life was lived mainly in hiding from her father. She struck up an unlikely relationship with the formidable Professor Snape who was her guardian.

He had a daughter called Kristi, by a woman called Faith Potter. For plainly obvious reasons, Voldemort wanted her dead. Duty bound by her mothers death, Snape looked after her unwilling but debatably in the end, her learnt to love her. Voldemort made him kill his own daughter with his bare hands. Thereby, ridding himself of one of the Potters.

Kristi, who resented Marcella's relationship with her father, struck up an unlikely relationship with Nick Lestrange - the resident womaniser at Hogwarts - the lovechild of Bellatrix and Voldemort (yes I'm well aware of the irony.) He too died by the hands of Snape who never approved with their relationship. Nick was a shady character who gave Kristi to Voldemort but did attempt to save her, though it was a hopeless effort.

Snape was jailed twice for a murder he did not commit. (Irony, eh? Caught for murders he didn't do, unpunished by the law for murders he did commit). He appealed the first time and was released but went back in to Azkaban for the murder of Darrin. During the course of his imprisonment, Marcella discovered she was pregnant.

While he was away she, with Nick and Kristi, who were under the protection of the Order; Tonks, Sunny, Remus and Sirius. First at the house in Norway (which belonged to Snape) and then at Hogwarts.

Sunny turned out to be a DE and betrayed Marcella, leading her to her father. Tonks, who had become his lover, was torn when Sirius started firing accusations. Eventually Sunny was redeemed when he grudgingly returned to the Riddle House to rescue the captives of Voldemort. While there, Voldemort killed the baby, Maurice (an order member), Kristi and Nick.

Sirius also had an attachment to Faith Potter (although he seemed to become attracted to other people as well - well JK did say he was a ladies man!) and was thus distraught at Kristi's death and blames Snape. Marcella blames Snape for the death of the baby and hates the fact that he admitted that he never really wanted the child. Snape is bitter and twisted (what's new?) about the whole train of events.

The main theme of this RPG? The wounded lick their scars and become broody, bitter, melancholy and vengeful.

Will Snape become so embittered that he returns to the dark side, the light having given him no hope?

Will Marcella become so embittered that she crawls back to her father?

Will Sirius kill Snape with his bare paws?

Will Sunny and Tonks ever manage to be in a room alone and stayed clothed?

All will be answered, I suppose.

As Voldemort is still on the prowl, I feel he'd want Harry where he can keep an eye on him. The main characters have been out of school for a year and are now 20ish. (In their first year out of school they will have been 19). Ron is playing Quidditch for the Chudley Cannons. And Hermione's working in the Department for the Health & Welfare of House-Elves (a department in the ministry which she invented and runs with the help of, yeah you guessed it, house-elves). So, we need:

If anyone has any suggestions please put them forward. Please let me know which subject your character wants, or whether you want one at all. The RPG will be centered at Hogwarts.

In case you're wondering, McGonagall's retired and Hagrid's on a honeymoon with Madame Maxime.

"He's recovering quite nicely," Dumbledore smiled. "I will inform Severus that you will be there within the hour." With that, he left the two and went back up to his office.

Snape came back up the stairs and put a couple drops of potion into Marcella's tea. "Drink that up and try to eat some of the stew," he said. Glancing over to the fire, he saw Dumbledore's head and quickly moved to converse with the Headmaster.

For once she failed to argue and drank the tea and stew greatfully, feeling all the more better for it. Although she still felt cold. Putting down the mug, she wrapped her arms around her body and sat, waiting.

Kristi arrived back in front of the Hog's Head and stood for a moment wondering what to do next. She could just go back to her room and think about what she was going to do for employment because she was fairly certain she wouldn't get a position with the Ministry. Or, she could always walk around town. Not all of the shops were closed, yet...

"Still hanging about then are we?" mused Draco, partly hidden on the edge of one of the alleyways, leaning against a wall, the end of his wand in his mouth. "Come back for more have you?"

Kristi turned around, interrupted from her thought by a voice coming from the alley. "For more what, exactly?" she asked. "I happen to live here."

"More of me of course," he said, pulling on his collar in a suave manner. Strutting forward he took hold of her elbow, sliding his hand down to hers, twirling her on the spot. "Fancy showing me where you live?"

Tonks sighed as Dumbledore left the room. 'Right so, nice and vague then,' she glared at the door before turning to Sunny. 'Where shoudl we wait do you think?' She smirked, pushing a thought from her mind firmly. This was ridiculus. Why hadn't Snape taken floo back. And why were they aparating to the village and not the school gates.

"Pleasure. Isn't that obvious?" he grinned, sticking his wand behind his ear, guiding her so that his arm was now around her back. "Besides, you might suddenly think of where they might've gone and when you do, I want to be there. To protect you, of course." he added, trying in vain to sound noble.

"I don't know. My first thought of course is the Pub - but I guess I should behave since I'm on clock and under the Big Man's orders." Sunny grabbed Tonks's cloak and draped in on her shoulders. "You sure you're feeling up to it?"

'Course I am,' she grinned, pulling him towards the door. 'Lets get going then. We wouldn't want to be late.' She rolled her eyes in amusement. 'Besides,' she added more soberly. 'I'd like a look around first.' She shrugged. 'For familiar faces and what not.'

"Well, after being ignored or taunted the thought had never occurred to me that you would find pleasure in my company," she said, steering him into the Hog's Head as he seemed to tighten his hold on her. "And what makes you think that I'll suddenly 'remember' where they went."

"Everyone remembers ... eventually ... " he told her, ordering them some drinks, paying for them himself. "I don't mind if you need some help along the way. Although, chances are they'll return soon enough thinking I'll have gone by then and then BAM hit them good hard and proper and reap my rewards." he grinned stupidly opening a bottle of beer with his wand.

Sunny wasn't so sure she should be going. He didn't like her so-called conscience she had. But, he wasn't one to aruge and followed her down. They walked quickly down to the Village.

"What if I never knew in the first place?" she asked, taking a sip of her own drink. "And how would you be able to help me remember if I did?" Kristi wondered if his friends had stayed, too and whether or not she'd be able to distract him long enough for Snape and Marcella to get back, assuming they were coming back tonight.

He had to think on that. Shifting closer to her, he whispered, "I can be very persuasive, as I'm sure you already know." He lifted a hand to her face, brushing a few strands of hair behind her ear and kissed her jawline softly.

"Wow," she laughed and shifted away a bit. "I don't recall meeting anyone quite as self confident before. I should warn you that I like to get to know a person before they start in with the kissing." The words came easily and were perfectly delivered, though what she said had nothing to do with how she felt. And she felt positively awful for feeling physically attracted to Draco Malfoy, of all people, less than 24 hours after finding out her fiance was murdered by her own father. She fingered the ring in her pocket.

ppc: He's asleep!!! Oh, and I think I figured out what's up with Kristi: grief, rebound, confusion... baaaad combination at the moment. eep!

She's attracted to him. I told you! It's the bad-boy syndrome!

"Ah, but you already know me." he pointed out, moving up further near her. He could sense she was anxious but at the same time knew from past experience that if a girl really didn't want to be in a situation such as this she'd leave. Rather unexpectedly he sat back a bit and leant against the back of the chair, putting his feet up on the one opposite. "Alright then, ask me what you want. So long as I get something out of all this, I don't care."

She was disturbed by his behavior and even more by her own. Why didn't she just leave? "Alright then, first question," she said, leaning back against the wall, twisting a bit and pulling her knee up onto the bench to look at him. "What are you expecting to get out of this?"

"I was expecting to get the truth out of you. But, it doesn't seem like that's going to happen. Not anytime soon anyway." He pulled out a cigarette box and offered one to her before lighting one himself. "It's funny, how you can be in school with someone for so long and not even know them." he added, eyeing her with what could be mistaken as a look of nostalgia.

She waved away the offer of a cigarette and took another sip of her drink. "Yes, it funny, isn't it? Well, let's see. Truth you wanted? How about this one? I had the honor of being on the Dark Lord's hit list. I was killed by him personally... well in a manner of speaking anyway," Kristi said rather proudly.

"You know what the answer to that is, don't you? Join him." he lit up the cig and frowned at her, blowing smoke away from her. "I don't get it. Why'd he want to kill you? What've you done to him?" he asked, growing suspicious.

"Nothing," she shrugged. "But, he certainly likes his vendettas. I was born to the wrong people, you might say. And I think joining him might be out of the question. I mean, somone who's killed you once is bound to kill you again, I'd think. And I assume he wouldn't want someone that he'd like to see dead on his staff. Though, don't think that I hadn't considered that option."

"Muggle relatives then eh?" he mused. "I can see why you'd be hesistant but I don't think he'd kill you, not if he thought you were loyal to him. But, it's your decision." he added with a shrug. "So are you going to show me that room of yours or not?"
