Ooooo ominous I know. But we all know there's a few characters in this RPG who'd like to wring each others necks. OK, perhaps that's an understatement; practically every character wants to kill, or at least hurt, someone, for something they've done to them or others.

Confused? You should be!

Here's a brief explanation of the main events (note I said BRIEF):

Marcella, the daughter of the infamous Voldemort, God-daughter to Albus Dumbledore was constantly shifted around. Her life was lived mainly in hiding from her father. She struck up an unlikely relationship with the formidable Professor Snape who was her guardian.

He had a daughter called Kristi, by a woman called Faith Potter. For plainly obvious reasons, Voldemort wanted her dead. Duty bound by her mothers death, Snape looked after her unwilling but debatably in the end, her learnt to love her. Voldemort made him kill his own daughter with his bare hands. Thereby, ridding himself of one of the Potters.

Kristi, who resented Marcella's relationship with her father, struck up an unlikely relationship with Nick Lestrange - the resident womaniser at Hogwarts - the lovechild of Bellatrix and Voldemort (yes I'm well aware of the irony.) He too died by the hands of Snape who never approved with their relationship. Nick was a shady character who gave Kristi to Voldemort but did attempt to save her, though it was a hopeless effort.

Snape was jailed twice for a murder he did not commit. (Irony, eh? Caught for murders he didn't do, unpunished by the law for murders he did commit). He appealed the first time and was released but went back in to Azkaban for the murder of Darrin. During the course of his imprisonment, Marcella discovered she was pregnant.

While he was away she, with Nick and Kristi, who were under the protection of the Order; Tonks, Sunny, Remus and Sirius. First at the house in Norway (which belonged to Snape) and then at Hogwarts.

Sunny turned out to be a DE and betrayed Marcella, leading her to her father. Tonks, who had become his lover, was torn when Sirius started firing accusations. Eventually Sunny was redeemed when he grudgingly returned to the Riddle House to rescue the captives of Voldemort. While there, Voldemort killed the baby, Maurice (an order member), Kristi and Nick.

Sirius also had an attachment to Faith Potter (although he seemed to become attracted to other people as well - well JK did say he was a ladies man!) and was thus distraught at Kristi's death and blames Snape. Marcella blames Snape for the death of the baby and hates the fact that he admitted that he never really wanted the child. Snape is bitter and twisted (what's new?) about the whole train of events.

The main theme of this RPG? The wounded lick their scars and become broody, bitter, melancholy and vengeful.

Will Snape become so embittered that he returns to the dark side, the light having given him no hope?

Will Marcella become so embittered that she crawls back to her father?

Will Sirius kill Snape with his bare paws?

Will Sunny and Tonks ever manage to be in a room alone and stayed clothed?

All will be answered, I suppose.

As Voldemort is still on the prowl, I feel he'd want Harry where he can keep an eye on him. The main characters have been out of school for a year and are now 20ish. (In their first year out of school they will have been 19). Ron is playing Quidditch for the Chudley Cannons. And Hermione's working in the Department for the Health & Welfare of House-Elves (a department in the ministry which she invented and runs with the help of, yeah you guessed it, house-elves). So, we need:

If anyone has any suggestions please put them forward. Please let me know which subject your character wants, or whether you want one at all. The RPG will be centered at Hogwarts.

In case you're wondering, McGonagall's retired and Hagrid's on a honeymoon with Madame Maxime.

Dinner? Well, she hadn't banked on it but it was progress. As was his remark, which was right on cue although she got the impression from his glare that he mighten have needed kicking at all. Still, she took great pleasure in causing him pain; what he'd done was far from forgotten. However she was less than pleased at Kristi's choice of seat; there was clearly enough room for her to sit next to her father. She had been prepared for the eventuality that she'd have to make conversation between them but this was ridiculous. Reminding herself that it was progress enough that they were sitting together, she began to muse over what a messed up family they were as she scouted the menu.

"I went to the Ministry today," she said after they placed their orders in an attempt to start conversation before Marcella decided to yell at them for being obstinant.

"What for?" she asked. It felt like the obvious thing to say as she held onto her glass, swirling the liquid, watching it rather than her. Snape seemed rather quiet. She cast a side-long look at him and tried to smile, gauging his reponse.

"Now that your name is cleared, I thought I'd resubmit my application," she replied toward her father. "I think they might actually look at it this time."

"I didn't know you wanted a job with the Ministry," Snape finally spoke up.

She took Kristi's speech direction as a sign that things were going well and resumed the swirling of her wine, watching it with undue fascination. It would satsify her to fade into the background, become a piece of the furniture, so long as they continued to speak civilly. Draining the last bit from her glass, she congratulated herself, smiling while waiting for the bartender to bring her a fresh glass.

Sirius's first day of classes had gone better than he had imagined they would. Sitting in his office alone, he wrote Remus a long letter letting him know everything that had happened. Besides Harry and James, Sirius had never been closer to anyone than Remus. He really missed having him around to talk to. After he finishes the letter, Sirius goes up to the owlry nearly bumping into Marcella along the way. Her presence reminded him he had some unfinished business. Sirius borrows Hedwig and sends his letter to Remus. He then goes down to Marcella's room and leaves her a present. He breaks into her room and leaves two yellow roses and a note on her pillow. "If you feel like you need some extra protection tonight, please let me know. I would be happy to guard you door again tonight."

Sirius then walks down to the kitchen and makes arrangements for a private supper. He wishes like anything this dinner could be with Marcella, but Sirius has some other fences he needs to mend tonight. He talks to Dobby and makes arrangements for him to bring dinner for two to the Hospital Wing. Dobby knows all of Harry's favorite foods, so that makes things easier for Sirius. He also notices Kreacher sitting by the fire resting. The old house elf looks like he's seen a ghost when he notices Sirius talking to Dobby. Sirius gives him a devilish smile and shortly leaves the kitchen. He heads up to the hospital wing where he finds Harry lying in his bed alone. Sirius walks in and confront Harry after he locks the door to Madame Pomfrey's office. He wants to make sure they won't be disturbed. Dobby is also bringing her some dinner. Sirius will unlock the door when he arrives. "Hello, Harry, mind if I sit down?" Sirius pulls up a chair and sits down before Harry has a chance to say no. "I know your mad at me right now, and you have every right to be. But one thing I learned during my time behind the veil is life is short and precious. We waste far too much of it doing unimportant things like being mad at each other. I've had precious little time with you as it is. I don't plan on wasting anymore of it feeling guilty about things that have happened in the past. I should have insisted Dumbledore tell you I was still alive. For that I'm sorry, but there is nothing you or I can do to change what has happened. Can we declare a truce and start over again?"

Harry eyed Sirius for several very long moments, his jaw squared. Finally, he spoke, focusing intently on a speck of lint on Sirius's robes. "I know you want me to make this easy on you, Sirius, and I hate being upset with you. But I mourned for you. You were like... my second father, and you died too. You want to tell me that you, Marauder extraordinaire, tried to shame me in my fifth year because I didn't want you to risk yourself by coming to Hogsmeade, but you couldn't find a moment to owl me? You don't care a bit about me... I can't surround myself with people who will betray my trust anymore."

Sirius takes out his wand and points it at Harry. "Blast you, Harry Potter, you can be as stubborn as your mother. She could never give an inch either when she thought she was right and look where it got her. It wasn't my idea to disappear from your life that night. Dumbledore did it to protect you. He got me out of harms way, so I would be availabe to help you if he couldn't. IF you want to know the whole story of what went on, you'll have to ask him, but I must warn you. Dumbledore has yet to tell me a thing. When he finally released me from the arch, I didn't have time to play twenty questions. My goddaughter was in danger, and she needed my help more than you did at that time. I owed her mother a debt I had been unable to pay because I was locked up in Azkaban prison. Dumbledore assured me you were fine. He said you had embarked on a promising career as a professional Quidditch player. Dumbledore also promised me he would let you know I was alive and how to get in touch with me. I kept waiting for an owl to come from you any word as to how you were doing. I see now Dumbledore lied to both of us."

"Yeah, Nick told me before. That you'd applied and they turned you down. So what made them change their mind, presuming they have? Last time I checked the Ministry didn't really care if a person was proven innocent if they still had their suspicions about them. You deserve better than them." She clammed up the moment she realised she was talking, once again, like a mother. Merlin, what had gotten into her. She drained her new glass and ordered another, shaking her head in self-contempt.

"I went and forced my application on someone. Well, not forced as that probably wouldn't be the best way to get a job. I doubt they'll take it seriously but, at least the seal has been opened," she shrugged. "Now I'm working on my contingency plan. I've decided against becoming a barmaid."

"Perhaps Dumbledore would allow you to teach at the school. I assume you had done as well on your NEWTs as I expected you would?" Snape finally spoke up again.

"Yeah, I bet I did better than Granger, if that's possible. But, I don't want a job at Hogwarts," she said.

"You mean you were even considering it?" she asked, eyebrows raised. Well, at least she'd taken her advice, to some extent. The fact that they were conversing made her smile. The suggestion of Hogwarts surprised her; so he did want her near. She agreed with Kristi, "There are enough disgruntled Professor's at the school already." Specifically she was thinking of Tonks and Sunny.

"No, I was actually trying to make a joke, Marcella," she stated. "So, how are things with you two. You must be happy to be back together despite the unfortunate turn of events," she said.

She looked away awkwardly, stirring her finger in the glass of wine. "We're not." she mumbled quietly. "I told you what happened," she hissed, a little angry that she'd seemingly forgotten. "Things like that don't go away." Her hands started to get sweaty and she could feel her heart hammering against her chest. She wanted to leave.

Snape was silent. He was grateful when the food came so he'd have an excuse to remain so.

"Ah, so it would seem I'm not the only one who should be forced to speak with Snape," she pointedly remarked, ignoring her father as much as she knew he was trying to ignore she and Marcella.

"What goddaughter? Why should she need you more than I did? Dumbledore told me you were alive, and he said I was free to owl you. That was all he said. I was prepared to wait as long as you were in contacting you. You had to know I missed you. I mourned you," Harry was repeating himself, and he put his head down to stare at the blanket. A tear dripped onto his hand and rolled down his fingers.

Tonks moved into the hospital wing, heading over to Harry's bed. 'Hey you two,' she grinned, plopping into a chair oposite Sirius. 'One of you should do me a favour and throw me off the astronomy tower. I never want to take class again.' She shook her head, looking between the two. Her smile faded somewhat, and she sat up in the chair. 'Oh, eh. Am I interupting?' Harry looked upset, and Sirius, well Sirius looked odd, sorta stressed. 'I can go, I mean, if you two are in the middle of something.'

Because.. everyone missed the first time I posted... I took that post and tweaked it. *tries again*

Sunny was rather disturbed to find a letter from Dumbledore bright early. He cursed under his breath as he read it and pocketed it. Sunny took a shower in the larger than life Hut, and then went up to the castle. Just outside the door, he stooped down and picked two nice bundles of flowers: One for his love, and one for Potter.

First, he'd go see poor Potter. Sunny had taken a liking to Potter in some way. He did a double take at Kristi, shook his head, and went to Potter. "Brought you some flowers, Potter. Sorry bout last night. If I'd have known Bells.. I mean Lestrange.. was coming, I'd have hung back with you." Sunny handed one bouquet to Harry and the other to Tonks, and added a kiss to her gift.

Tonks accepted the flowers, and the kiss, standing up. She felt momentary dizzyness, and stumbled slightly before she regained herself. Standing up on her tip toes she leaned into his ear. 'I think we should go,' she whispered, looking up impeachingly.

"Oh?" Sunny said, eyeing her strangely. He had just gotten there.. but Tonks was the boss. "Take care Potter. We'll come back and visit later. Sneak some.. good magazines up to ya." Sunny winked and wrapped an arm around TOnks's waist, leading her out of the Hospital Wing. "How's my beautifulness doing today?" he asked, as they cleared the door.

'Lets run away from here,' she sighed, leaning into him. 'These students are demons. Seriously,' she continued as he laughed. 'It was horrible. I never gave this much trouble when I was a student.' She shrugged. 'I fell over in my fifth year class.' She looked worried. The truth was she'd slipped and tripped in all her classes. But this one worried her.

"Oh now you want to run away? I can remember offering this.. ages ago. You know I'm for it. No one ..," Sunny paused as some Hufflepuff hurried by, .."hates these brats more than me." He pulled Tonks to him, and held her close, his chin on top of her head. "I think I'd be worried if you didn't fall over, love," he said with a loving sigh.

Tonks sighed. 'I don't know. It was like I wasn't there for a second.' She shrugged. 'Probably nothing.' It still lingered though at the back of her mind. It had been happening on and off now since they got back. She leaned up, catching his mouth with hers. 'Where would we go? Dumbledore would be furious.' She mulled it over as they walked towards the main doors.She never thought she would want to escape Hogwart's, but here she was.

"Dumbledore.... I'm sure he was young once. I'm sure he's had a few flings on a deserted beach before. He'll understand!" Sunny said, laughing. "And he'll only be furious about you. They only keep me around to watch me. You know that.. keep your friends close, but your enemies closer thing? That's me." Sunny picked Tonks up and swung her around setting her back on her feet. "We.. should go to Spain.. or Italy.. live amongst some dumb muggles on a beach."

There was that prickling again. She shook her head trying to clear it. She knew she shouldn't listen. She had responsibilities here, and a life. But it was so appealing. And that feeling kept telling her to do it. She grinned suddenly. 'Italy,' she jumped into his arms holding herself aloft for a few seconds. 'Lets go now.'
