"Maxie! hey! oh stop i can do it myself!" she said swishing at him to stop helping her She returned the hug " i know! i was in Detention all of the last semester! talk about a snore fest!"

Maxwell laughed. "I think it has more to do with the fact that they can't walk there."

Maxwell laughed as she swung her arms. "What did they make you do? Did Lafay torture you?" He asked dramatically. Joking of course.

"I'm doing fine, dear. Maxie's in the back Kitchen, down that hall." she said pointing to the hall on the left hand side. "I think he has someone in there with him, although i'm not sure... Maybe he's just talking to Helios again." Joan said questioning her son's sanity a little.

"actually lafay didnt run my detention.. at all.." Ariana said thinking about it

"True true." She smiled and rubbed her eyes, "What time is it?"

Tay smiled, "That is good that you are doing fine." Taylor looked where she pointed to and nodded. "Okay." She laughed, "Whatever keeps most of sanity intact i guess." Tay grinned at his mother.

Maxwell smiled and looked to his watch. "It's 1:30 in the morning." He said laughing a little... it felt much later to him

"That's exactly what i was thinking, But i'm off to finish a bit of reading. Have a good time, Dear." Joan smiled and waved and then was off to her room.

Maxwell looked confused... "Lafay didn't run it? But she's like the devil... She loves torture?" Maxwell said in a confused voice.

"Oh gosh.... it is that late?" Tay laughed, "MAybe we should try to get some sleep." She smiled and yawned.

Tay laughed and smiled, "Have fun Ms. Joan." She went off in the direction of the kitchen.

"No she didnt she had to be off somewhere, the school nurse ran it all i did was clean potion cauldern's every single dayyyy!" she said as she jumped in front of max's bowl of cereal and took a bite."Thanks, for breakfast!" she said smiling some cereal showing in her teeth

Maxwell smiled "Is that my que to say goodnight?"

Maxwell thought for a minute. "Did they make you do it without magic?" He already knew the school nurse was horrible he had heard stories.

"yes, she did and with No cleaning supplies either.. just water.. cold water." Ariana shivered as she recalled the freezing water

Tay smirked, "hmmmm i believe so." Taylor laughed, "Night Maxwell."

Tay walked into the kitchen, "Morning, Maxwell." She smiled at him and then at the girl, "Morning." Taylor nodded to the girl, "You must be Ariana." Tay smiled, "I'm Taylor McIntyre or Tay for short."

Maxwell smiled. "Goodnight, Taylor." He kissed her and walked out the door. He eyes turning pink the second he shut the door.

Maxwell smiled seeing Taylor and his eyes instantly brightened to the color of wheat. He had learned to control the pink color to this extent. "Good Morning." He walked over and gave her a Hug and a kiss.

"Ariana, this is Taylor. My girlfriend. And Taylor this is my best friend Ariana, the infamous girl who poisoned Lafay!" He said as if she were a circus act.

"Yes, Yes thank you thank you! please hold your appl--" Ariana Said while Bowing and acting over dramaticly before she realized max had said 'girlfriend' "Oh your what.?" Ariana Said Automaticly going into Protective mode over max

She kissed him back, "Night Maxwell." Tay smiled and yawned. After a few moments Taylor fell asleep.

Tay gave MAxwell a hug and kiss back. To Ariana, "It is a pleasure meeting you, Ariana. I definitely heard lots about you from MAxwell and from your amazing stunt with Lafay." Taylor nodded, "Defintely impressed with your bravery." She smiled.

Maxwell walked up to his room, turned on his TV and fell asleep watching it moments after getting into bed.

Maxwell smiled at Ariana's shock. "You didn't read the owl i sent you about meeting her?" He asked not too shocked that she would forget to read them. He reached for Taylor's hand and gave it a slight squeeze, to let her know he was happy she was there. As if his eyes didn't say it all.

" yes, yes thank you it wasnt that hard to do actually. and I havent had time with all my detention! i havent had much time for anything. i see you've had plenty of time for other things" he said regarding the both of them

Maxwell gave Ariana a look that said Behave. "Well, i told you you'd be meeting her in the letter i sent you yesterday inviting you over." He said to her impatiently. He had hoped that Taylor wasn't offended by what Ariana had said.

Tay smiled at Ariana, "May i ask how you was able to slip a potion into Lafy's tea? I mean it seems really hard...." Taylor trailed off but she was happy when Maxwell gave her hand a little squeeze, which she gave his hand a gentle squeeze back. She was slightly uncomfortable but didnt bother saying anything least she seemed rude. Tay didnt get offended by anything that was said

" what letter? i didnt get a letter i just showed up! she said while still eating his cereal. "just waited til she wasnt looking ans dumped it in there. the rest was history." ariana said smiling thinking about how wonderful & Hilarious it was to see lafay sing & dance

Maxwell smiled as Taylor gave his hand a squeeze. "I missed you." He whispered in her ear. They had only been apart a few days but he honestly did miss her.

"I sent you a letter two days ago and it should have gotten to Bristol, yesterday... It's that ruddy bird of yours getting all your letters lost!" Maxwell said continuing to blame Salazar.

Tay nodded and smiled, "That is cool." Taylor smiled when MAxwell whispered that he missed her in her ear. She whispered, "Missed you too, Maxwell." Tay smiled at him then glanced back at Ariana, slightly embarassed.

" he probablly Ate it cause you know he dont like you after the first time yall met! Salazar's just a jerk really!" She said regarding max's comment about her Owl.

Ariana Gave Tay an assuring Nod.

Maxwell smiled a little when Taylor said she had missed him.

"He probably did... Fat little bird." He said and right after that he heard a loud Squawk from the other side of the house. "I'll be back, I have to go feed Helios!" he said letting go of Taylor's hand and running up the stairs leaving the two alone.

Tay watched as Maxwell ran upstairs to go feed Helios. After a few moments, she glanced back at Ariana and smiled. Taylor had no clue what to do or if they should talk.

Ariana decided to use this opportunity wisely She put one hand on her heart and streached the other towards max as he left "NOOO, Dont Leave me here alone to die!!" She said falling to her knees. she pretended to sob as she opened one eye to watch tay's reation

Tay put a hand over her mouth and tried to stop the laughter. After the laughter died inside her she uncovered her mouth and smiled.
