Elizabeth came in after reading the sign about the puppies. Jack and her were thinking of getting a puppies so she went over to the pen. Her face lit up in joy seeing the cute little things. She reached down and pet one while she waited for Jack. She spotted a red one and picked the puppy up, playing with it. She was laughing in happiness.

Jack walked in after his wife, he was supposed to meet her here and they were getting a puppy, he couldn't wait to see the look on Alice and Lucas' face when they brought the dog home, he didn't expect the big smile on Elizabeth's face when he walked in seeing her playing with the puppy and laughing, he walked up behind her. "Is that she one you want?" He asked kissing her cheek, he was feeling like his old self.

Of course Colby was going to be stopping by to visit his friend... and snag one of those puppies. Annabelle was almost old enough to play with a puppy... right? He purposely didn't tell Hadley where he was going because he knew if she came with him she would want ALL of the puppies.

Waltzing into Ollivanders it didn't take him long to see where Bryce was housing the pups. And look, Dino and Lulu were there too... oh yeah, and Bryce. "You saved the cutest one for your niece right." That was more of a statement than it was a question.

Squatting down he gave Lulu a scratch behind the ears. "Hey there girl." He then turned to scratch Dino too. "Hey boy. I didn't forget about you." That's right. Talk to the parents before stealing adopting one of their babies.

Elizabeth glanced up at her husband when he kissed her cheek. She smiled and held the puppy up to him, "Isnt she a cutie?" She laughed and played with the puppy some more, "What do you think?" She glanced at the others then back at the red one in her hands, "I think she is the cutest of the bunch!"

Lainie couldn't resist, once she'd seen the fliers it was over from there and of course, uncle Legend couldn't possibly refuse her wish. They would just go to look.. at first. Maybe.

That was the point of today, though, no? To go and see and explore Diagon Alley with one of her favorite people. Finally, she got to spend time with him. It had been a little while since she'd last seen Legend at all, aside from the holidays which hardly counted. The young Lawley was missing quality time with her uncle, so today was a treat.

A sweet smile played on her lips, her normally pale cheeks rosy from the cold, the young Witch snuggled deeper into her coat as she pulled the door to Ollivanders open with one sleeve-covered hand. Hazel eyes glanced up as the light jingle of the bell met her ears upon stepping inside, but her attention quickly turned to find the owner of the shop, or atleast someone who worked there. That was when she noticed it, the pen full of puppies. Followed by a person.

Much like a child in a candy store for the first time, Lainie's face lit up at the sight, an almost silent 'aww' escaping her mouth as she inched closer to get a better look. "They're so cute," this was addressed to the person- man, standing near by. "How old are they?"

Jack nodded. "She's very cute.." He scratched the pup behind the ear a little. "I think she's great..i love the red fur, reminds me of our little girl.." He said thinking of their fiery haired daughter. "She's the one you want, Dear?"

She smiled up at him and laughed, "Hmm yeah I guess she does." Elizabeth laughed and smiled at the puppy then her husband again, "Yeah." She nodded, "She also reminds me of the dog I used to own when I was a little girl." She laughed and held the pup out to him, "Wanna go and ask about her?"

Layla had been upstairs the shop in Bryce's flat making him a sandwich. Yep she was making him a sandwich, they were his favourite and she knew this whole giving away puppies business was stressing him out. It took a lot of convincing on her part to get the man to realize keeping all the puppies would be too much. He was already keeping three of them and well hers made four, plus Dino and Lulu...lots of dogs.

She made her way down to where he had the puppies and handed him the sandwich then planting a kiss on his cheek. He was doing good, he really was...but then

Colby and the baby! Goodness she was just so adorable and getting so big so fast. She immediately made her way oer to Colby.

"Hey Colby!...aww Belle, Colby she's so adorable! Can I hold her?" She already had her arms out to take the baby, so cute!

Jack smiled, wondering how their children would like the dog, or the dog their home, this was such a spur of the moment thing to do. "I didn't know you had a dog when you were little?" He said curious. "Yeah, let's find out how much they want for her.."

Elizabeth smiled and nodded, "Yeah, I did." She laughed then grimaced, "Though I had to give the puppy up after a year... Father hated it." She sighed but then smiled as they went over to Bryce, "How much does a puppy cost?" She so wanted the cute red puppy.

Benjy stepped into the store, quickly. He knew he needed to get in an out in order to go meet up with his girl on time. So he entered and walked right over to the area around the puppies. They were all uber cute, but the redhead knew which one he wanted right away. He scooped up the little pup and started petting it. "You're such a cute little puppy aren't you?..." He cooed, grinning. The dogs were so adorable, so who wouldn't want one as a present. The redhead figured the dog would be perfect for the two of them.... so now, who to talk to to get one...

Jack followed after his wife. "Well, i can promise you i won't make you give this one away...She's all yours.." He said standing next to her waiting to find out how much the puppy would cost, not that it was an issue, he'd pay whatever to make her happy.

She just HAD to get one.

It was just Evvie's luck, walking in Diagon Alley at this time. When else would they have such a good offer as this?!?! A good offer like this could NEVER be passed up!

She did need something to brighten up boring old uni, anyways.

Walking into Ollivander's with an air of confidence, she headed over to the Puppy Pen, which, of course, was where they all were. My my!! They were just, so adorable!!! Evvie couldn't help but let out a little sigh, a pure aww moment. She definitely wouldn't be leaving without one!

Picking up a squirming red puppy, she pet it's head lightly, so as not to agitate or harm it. It just, reacted so perfectly, nuzzling up and letting out a yap of happiness. She KNEW this was the one. "Excuse me sir," Evvie started, talking to the man called Bryce. "How might I adopt this one?" Yes, the one in her arms.

It seemed Bryce had only just returned to his shop when people started entering. Lots of people! It was making him nervous. He almost didn't even recognize people he knew. They were all just people who wanted puppies!

His precious puppies...

COLBEH!

"Of course." he grinned. At least he'd be able to see this puppy every once in awhile. Looking passed Colby, he expected to see Hadley there as well, but nope. "Where's Hadley?"

Stuck at the ice cream shop?

Despite eyeing each person who came in, Bryce kept his distance so they had a chance to see the puppies and interact with them. He wasn't going to get teary eyed! Nope. Noooope...

Bryce turned his attention to the girl who questioned their age. "Around eight to nine weeks." he nodded. Yup.


LAYLA! He was a bit more relieved now that she was here. And...and the sandwich would do wonders. He knew he just ate before putting up the flyers, but seeing the food, oh man. "Thanks." he mustered up a smile and took it while she went over to Colby and...

Annabelle! What in Merlin's name?

Where did she come from?

The first couple who came in seemed to have chosen their match. His ears did pick up that little bit about having to give away a puppy. Didn't matter why. What mattered was that it happened. SKdfjlakdfjd! Bryce smiled and nodded to the two of them as they came over...but then shook his head. "No cost. Just a promise of absolute certainty that they'll have a loving home and caring owners who'll spoil them rotten." A LOT.

Another one...

Bryce was starting to compare people with ants by now. They just swarmed to the object of interest! In this case, adorable and loveable puppies. If Layla wasn't here right now, he'd have more than likely started to sneak them away to the back of the shop.

He nodded to the man as he came in, though kept his distance.

The younger people that came in made him even more nervous. He knew they were busy with figuring things out in life and working. Then again, the bright side was the more energy! Eyebrows raising, Bryce looked over to the one calling for him. Hmmm?

Oh. The red ones sure were popular! "Just let me know which one you want and it's yours." You know, AFTER they take the puppy owner oath.

Elizabeth glanced at the owner and smiled, "That is a promise easily given." She laughed and as if to prove her point, she scratched behind the puppy's ears. She had already fallen in love with the little puppy and it showed as she admired the puppy that she had placed in her husband's arms just a few moments ago. She looked back at the owner, "May we?" She laughed.

Chelle walked up with a small sighed, Puck had been bothering her about getting another pet, so she figured what would be a better gift then a puppy for him? Even for a grown man she was sure he'd love it. She looked over the puppies that were left and smiled as her eyes fell onto a black one, She's so cute... Chelle nodded deciding it was the one she wanted for her husband, now almost positive he'd adore it. She looked up at the owner of the puppies with a small smile, "Excuse me, sir?"

Their first stop was supposed to be the zoo, but Arya had gotten distracted by the posters she'd seen all around Diagon. Which wasn't all too surprising. They were for PUPPIES after all. So their first stop was Ollivanders, and thankfully Genny didn't seem at all put out at the idea of seeing puppies.

More cute animals!

Toting the toddler, she entered the shop not surprised by the amount of people already here, but definitely caught off guard at how much more squirmy Genny got when the puppies were spotted. She let her down, but kept a grip on her hand as the approached the pin. "Don't get too excited, I don't think your dad will let me babysit again if I get you a puppy." But his reaction would most likely be priceless. Heh.

It was that easy?! Well, count her in!! It quite soothed Evvie that she wouldn't have to fill out endless paperwork, which was quite dull to her. Such a time eater! It was better just to get it all over, and "move on with their lives".

Which one would she like?? Weeellll..... "I would quite like this red one here," She said in reply, holding it up a little bit. Not much linger, right??

The busy little shop was filling up fast, Lainie noted almost absently. Her feet took her closer to the pen, watching a couple of the little bundles of fur roll, bite and play together before they began to be notice the other witches and wizards watching them.

"They're.. so precious," Lainie's heart was melting inside her, in a good way. She had only been four when her parents had gotten her Casa, still just a pup herself, so her memories of him as a puppy were vague and hard to come by. "I have a twelve-year-old siberian husky at home." Laih commented, kneeling down to offer either mama or papa dog her hand to sniff so they'd know she was no threat.

Her hazel eyes traveled up to the owner guy again, "Are we allowed to hold them?"

Benjy, holding a cute little black puppy, noticed the owner's nod and grinned back before heading over to him. "Hi there. Benjamin Doherty." He said introducing himself, but not sticking a hand out to shake...since... well they were occupied holding the puppy. "If it's possible, I'd like to adopt this little one here." He said, indicating the pup he was holding. "This puppy will be very well cared for." The redhead continued, stroking it's little head before pulling out a little squeaky toy for the pup to play with.

"So... what do you say?"

"Casa the grandpa." Legend responded, catching the last bit of the conversation between Laih and a man about her dog. Didn't she know she was not suppose to talk to strangers?!?! Sure she was almost of age, so WHAT? She was still that little girl who he would feed oreos and give piggy backs to.

Shrugging his arm across Lainie's shoulder he grinned and knelt down right beside her. "How's my favourite official unofficial niece doing?" Was she- OH THE PUPPIES! They were cuter than he expected. The only baby animal Legend could remember was Pluto the fox, and maybe a bit of TK. Alright, Casa as well but still! They were all so long ago. Taking back his arm, he looked at the remaining puppies that were in the pen. Without really thinking Legend reached for a sleeping one that seemed to be the smallest or perhaps its brown coat just made it appear to be different.

Yeah, he knew Bryce wouldn't let him down. Well he wouldn't let his niece down. "Oh Hadley's back at the shop doing the bookwork." Something Colby hated doing. "I told her I'd take Annabelle out for some fresh air." He just failed to tell her exactly where they were going.

Well it looks like Annabelle was just as popular as the puppies were. "Hey there Layla. Of course you can hold her. I wouldn't dream of keeping her away from Auntie Layla." Like he could keep her away.

Once Annabelle seen the woman she stopped playing with Dino and started to run over to her. Only she didn't make it all the way before she fell on her bum. Good thing she had on that diaper. Those things worked wonders for cushioning the falls. Looking up at her Auntie she held out her hands and started making mumbling sounds.

Pick me up already.

"I think you better pick her up before she starts to use her vocal cords." Merlin, they didn't want that. The child could scream when she wanted something.

Her poor old boy.. a grandpa. Lainie giggled at the thought, "He's not that old.. or well.." Yes, actually. Yes he was. Just not to her. "Only to young pups like them." She replied, ever so pleased. Legend was here!

Beaming at the blonde haired young man as he knelt beside her and put his arm over her, Laih tried very hard to make a face at the word 'unofficial', but her pout failed miserably. "Official unofficial?" He'd only known her since.. oh let's see.. her diaper days? "Your niece is doing amazing now that you're heeere!" Before the puppies could steal her uncle Legend's attention, Laih quickly leaned into his side and gave him a hug.

Now, puppies? Yes? Laih could burst with excitement, hazel eyes dancing with joy as she plopped down on her bum next to the pen and Legend, crossing her legs under her and simply watched. So much for asking, but hey, her uncle was an Auror! Surely the owner wouldn't mind, anyway. She had just been trying to be polite. "Have you ever had a dog, Uncle Legend?" It was an honest question. Laih didn't remember a time that he had, but she was also younger.

Layla flashed Bryce a reassuring smile but at the same time she was hoping he knew that that sandwich was not for now..nope, he'd just eaten after all, so after that smile faded it was replaced with a look.

Mhm watching you McLaughlin, especially with the puppies. She knew that if she wasn't there he'd probably not end up giving away any of them. It was quite sad though seeing how Bryce was very attached to his dogs but like she told him, giving some away was for the best. He was already giving three, not including Mr.Panda who she had claimed as her own since laying eyes on the suckling pup in his apartment.

She smiled encouragingly at the people there."You'll want to get a move before he changes his mind." Because that was looking very very likely.

But anyways, her attention was now solely on the beautiful little one year old in front of her reaching out for a lift up. Layla happily obliged and scooped her up.

"I haven't seen her as much as I'd like to either though." She replied to Colby tickling Belle's tummy and watching her squirm and giggle."Is she talking much yet?" she asked the proud father.

It wasn't much long after that Annabelle started reaching towards the puppies....
