This is the Sequel to Summer Heat. The six teenagers escaped the ghost ship barely alive just when they thought they were free a dark covering surrounded them and they lost consciousness only to wake up washed on the shores of an Unfamiliar land.

This RP takes place in Fincayra, the enchanted isle that lies between earth and sky where Trees talk, Rivers roar, and Winds whisper secrets of the land as well as where the known Wizard Merlin had lived his young adult life and some adult years. Before he left the land to face his destiny Merlin defeated the evil king of Fincayra and brought an end to most of the warlord spirit of the land Rhita Gwar’s trickery. All the ancient races have disappeared all except for the deer people (Humans that can change into deer when they reach running speed) and humans of that land whose ears are shaped like elves ears. It was years since any wizard or witch had set foot there and now three wizards and three witches are washed onto the shores of the enchanted isle after a gruesome trip which nearly killed them. There however Rhita Gwar has been trying to take over Fincayra again. According to an old Prophecy the second time Rhita Gwar attempts this a group of six consisting of Three Witches and Three Wizards would come to rescue the people of Fincayra. They are here now will they succeed or shall they die a heroic death that none shall ever hear of, a time when bards can no longer sing the songs of old.

Ariel was so relieved when he opened his eyes and smiled at her slightly. "Where did you last have it?" she asked when he said something about his wand. Chai hopped down onto is chest, still chirping. "I could get it for you, if you like."

He looked up at her and muttered softly to her,"I-I must h-had left it in ze forest..I think.." When Chai hopped down onto his chest,he reached up for her and stroked her feathers lightly.
"I could get it for you, if you like."
With these words,Sam sub-consciously grabbed hold onto Ariel's hand.He looked up at her,"N-noo...itz o-olright.."he whimpered.He didnt want her to go to the dark forest,it was too dangerous.

She watched as Chai hopped down on Sam. When he stroked her feather she quieted under his touch. "Sure, quiet down for him." she muttered. Her attention snapped back to Sam when he grabbed her hand. "Okay, I won't go get it." Ariel said as she looked at him. "What were you doing in the forest anyways?"

Sam smiled wearily,"Sorry..." as he let go of her hand.He turned to look at Chai and stroked her again."I-i with Naji...at ze time...and somethin hit me and I zont know what happen next...and I vas back ere' again.."he explained in a low tone.
He looked back up at her again,"I'm sorry if I had wake yu up..."he said,hoping to change the subject..

Hoisting herself off the ground she brushed off the dirt on her pants and nodded in understanding to his words. "I will." she said with a small nod. She looked around at all the trees once more then added, "I'll be back in a little while." With that said she head off into the dark forest, leaving behind the warm fire light. As she went deeper in, she started to slow down again, looking down at her feet as she went. Thinking about the day her mind wandered to question about the chosen ones. The ones that they had gone to see.

Ariel placed her hands in her lap when he let go of her hand. "Maybe we could ask Naji if he could get your wand." she said as she watched him stroke Chai feathers again. Her eyes widened as she listened to his explanation, she was about to answer more question when he apologies for waking him up. "You didn't wake me. It was Chai and I'm glad that she did."

Tiffany leaned back, resting her head against Tom's chest, feeling herself relzxing into his warmth. She looked around at the group of people in the small house, suddenly wondering where their host had dissapeared too. Shrugging, not really carring to much she was thankful at how comfortable it was here, especially compared to the blasted ship. She could feel a slight chilly breeze in the air, and unconsciecouly wrapped Tom's arm around hers as her heavy eyes finally closed

Kora smiled Adriel as she watched her gracefully run turning into her deer form. After running for a ways she had realized that Adriel was lagging a little bit behind the rest of them, feeling the burning in her muscels, she slowed her pace a bit, making her even with Adriel to keep her company.

When they finally came to a stop, Kora slowly turned back inot her human form, continueing to walk around the small clearing, not wanting her muscels to lock up on her. When she finally felt her body relax she sat down near were Emrys had made a small fire for them and gratefully took some of the food that he offered. She could still feel a slight soreness and weakness in her muscels and was grateful that she ran hard often, otherwise the sensation could have been worse.

Kora gasped in suprise as strangers came upon their group and put a blade to Emrys throat. She had to force herself to stay sitting and let him handle it. When the humans finally left she breathed a sigh of relief, realizing that she had been near to holding her breath the whole time.

Kora watched as Adriel got up and left the group, she began to open her mouth to tell her that she would join her, but thought better of it, when she saw the look in the girls eyes of needing to be alone. She frowned slightly, and moved in closer to the fire, frequently looking back the way Adriel had gone, hoping that she was alright.

Ariel watched Sam for a little bit before getting to her feet. "I'm going to go and tell Naji, so that he can find your wand." she said. Chai spread her tiny wings about to take flight to follow her, but Ariel shook her head. "No, Chai you stay here with Sam. I'll be right back." Ariel quickly walked from the house to find Naji. She looked around for him, not really knowing her way around the village. It took her a little while before she spotted him leaning into a window. She walked up behind him, reaching out to tap him on the arm to get his attention.

Naji looked at Ionn still leaning in the window. "So what should we do about the travelers. Should we just leave them out there?" he asked. He suddenly felt someone's behind him and spun around quickly, his glaive at the ready. "Oh, I'm so sorry." he said when he saw that it was Ariel.

When Naji turned holding his weapon as if about to attack Ariel jumped back. Eyes wide with fear. Her heart pounding slightly in her chest. "I-I just came to tell you that Sam lost his wand in the forest and to ask if you could retrieve it for him." she said very quickly without taking a breath. Before he could say anything she turned and ran back to Ionn's house.

Emrys sighed as the embers of the fire died down. Adreil had been gone for a rather long time. Standing up he excused himself from the group and made his way into the forest. Looking about to and fro but no sign of Adriel. As he continued to walk he stepped on something rather quit hard. He bent down and picked up the stick. it didn't look like any twig this stick was polished and had a special aura about it.

Naji blinked a few times after seeing Ariel run off. He hadn't meant to scare her. Well there wasn't anything he could do right now, but he would remember to apologize to her later. He turned back to Ionn and excuse himself before heading over to the gate, glaive in his hand. Naji walked passed the guards and back out into the forest to search for Sam's wand. He lit the opal around his neck to give him more light so that he would be able to find the wand. His eyes scanned the ground, but he didn't see it anywhere. Naji looked up and suddenly came face to face with the deer person he had held his blade to. The light from the opal was strong enough that it lite the area around them. When he saw a long, thin, and smooth looking slick in his hand Naji recognized it to be Sam's wand. "I was just looking for that." he said to the guy, pointing to the wand. "It belongs to a friend of mine."

Emrys looked up about to draw his sword when he noticed it was the man from earlier. He looked down at the stick in his hands, something wouldn't let him give it to this man. "How do I know you are telling me the truth?" he asked holding the wand firmly in his hands as he waited for an answer.

Nerina had allowed Murough to drag her home and once home, he had pushed her gently toward her room. She couldn't really tell if he was angry or suspicious or just tired. Mostly she could, but tonight his face was blank s ever and he had merely nodded goodnight to her before moving to his own chambers.

Happy to be alone with her thoughts of Ionn, Nerina snuggled down into her soft bed. As she closed her eyes all she was thinking about was a handsome man, with soft eyes and the most beautiful voice she had ever heard. Ahh...Ionn...

Murough wasn't really sure how he felt. Which is why he had kept his face so carefully blank and did not say a word to his sister during the walk back to their home. After installing her safely in her chamber, he moved onto his own his thoughts muddled.

Images and faces kept flashing up before his eyes, Fay blushing, Neri and Ionn holding hands, the newcomers on the beach, Fay in a blood splattered dress, the dead trolls, Neri and Ionn talking, Fay fighting, Neri and him slow on the beach, that girl Rose who had been hurt, Fay talking, that other girl performing magic with her stick, Neri and Ionn looking at each other, Naji's solemn face, Fay riding, the girl Ariel talking about strange things, Fay looking at him, Neri and Ionn laughing, the boys talking, Fay laughing, that girl looking mistrustful, Neri and Ionn kissing, Naji's scrowl, him and Fay kissing, Neri and Ionn together, Him and Fay together, him and Fay doing things, him and Fay alone in a forest, Him and Fay at a waterfall, him and Fay talking, walking, riding, fighting, laughing, kissing...
"GAH!!" he stood up and clenched his hands in his hair. What was this? It was all he could think about. Fay. And even thought he was somewhat preoccupied with Neri and Ionn, Fay would not leave his head. Ugh. That was it. He had to see her. He had to see her now.

He grabbed his sword that he had unbuckled earlier and slung it around his hips. He picked up some throwing knives and stored them in his boots, and concealed a dagger up one arm. Finally, he slung his bow on his back along with his quiver of arrows he had made himself. If this seemed like alot of preparation, it was. He had been taught to never go out at night without suitable protection though. And short distance though it was, he was taking no chances. The isle was getting more dangerous and unpredictable since the arrival of the...others...and he would make sure he was at least prepared.

He took a deep breath and slipped quietly from his chamber, out of his house and into the velvety night.

Sam sighed.He was much too weak to get up.He turned to look at Chai.
"Yu really lucky tu have an kind-hearted Ariel for yur owner...yes yu are...yu are such a lucky bird.."he said softly and smiled slightly.He closed his eyes for a moment.He recalled the time they were lost at sea in an enchanted cruise.It wasn't a pleasant thought to remember all the strange encounters they faced in the ship,but thinking about the time they once save his life,its truly heart warming for him.
Now,he had met all these new people who were kind to let them stay.He openned his eyes and smiled at Chai.

Fay was silently cursing herself a million times ten fold. She had not noticed anything they had said sense her mind began to wander to thoughts of Murrough once more. She closed her eyes in tiredness and yawned slightly, but before she could even lie down and kick Ionn out of her house, scenes began to flash against her mind. She tried to deny what she saw, surely she had better things to think about than her and Murrough... cuddling! But alas, she could think of nothing more interesting, handsome, caring, smart, and warrior like than he.

She jumped to her feet, all of a sudden wanting to see him but knowing she had no good exscuse to. She suddenly listened to what they were saying. "Perhaps we should just keep a close eye on them, as long as they're not in our village then we shouldn't be too worried. But if the come in it we have to protect it wih our lives!" She was a bit dramatic, especially about fighting and wars and such, but she knew it was true. If anyone should pose a threat to the Human's half of the island, they'd have to be punished, and severly. But her gaze softened as she once again thought about him. Serious gray eyes, strong lean body, and clever mind. She needed a bit of fresh air to clear these thoughts, or so Fay convinced herself. Deep down inside she felt that she would never be able to simply wipe her mind clean of Murrough. This was becoming extremly frustrating. "Ionn, I am going to fetch something I left near the water. You might want to return to your guests and keep them safe. I'll ring the bell if I spot any trouble but if they're just some wandering tribe of humans, then we have no worries. They are peaceful enough. I will keep my eyes open, but I think we should let them camp outside of our village, sense if a beast should enter, they would be the first to know and their shouts would rouse us all." She took a step outside, mind still flooding with thoughtsof Murrough as she made her way to the river where she had bathed. It seemed this place was perfect to go and clear your thoughts. Many came here to do just that. She knew the frigid water would clear her mind. She slipped out of her skirts and dove into the river, feeling refreshed but still not being able to shake thoughts of Murrough. She dove down until her hair snaked up and all could be seen of fay was a blotch of red on the still river. She surfaced, hair spreading out and draping over her as if it was a warm blanket.

"What if it is from another world." Naji replied as he pushed hair from his face. He had a feeling that he wasn't going to get the wand soon and he wasn't going to fight over it. "Are you going to give it to me or do you have more question?"

Ariel ran the whole way back to Ionn house before stopping. She had a feeling that he only did that out of reflex, but it was still quite frightening to her. She took a few deep breath to calm her wildly beating heart before going back into the house. Chai chirp happily as Sam praised and stroked her feather. Ariel smiled and walked over to them. "She really likes you." she said to Sam as she knelt down beside him. Her legs tucked neatly under her again.

Sam looked up when Ariel entered from the front door.She seemed to look rather pale but amazingly calm for a moment.He smiled at her presence.When she told him that Chai liked him,he blushed a little.
"I dont think I'm that likeable.."he said while he let Chai jumped onto his finger.
"There yu go,go back to Ariel..now.."he said as he gave Chai back to Ariel.He then turned to look at her.
"Wat happened just now?"he asked,wondering what Ariel did so that he could retrieve back his wand."Yu went off..so quick..yu know..yu dont have too ..I can live without a wand for a change..."he said.
"I hope..." he thought at the back of his mind.

Ariel took Chai and set her on her shoulder. "It takes a lot for a bird to trust someone. She chooses who to like and she's quite taken by you." she said as she petted Chai. When she looked at Sam their eyes met for a brief moment before she blushed and lowered her gaze. "I didn't have to, but I wanted to." she replied. "I asked Naji if he could get it for you, but before he replied I kind of ran away from him."

Kora, still sitting at the fire, lost in her own thoughts, looked up when Emrys left. Expecting him and Adriel to return momentarily, she was surprised as the minutes passed and still no sign of them. She looked up at Quincy, her fear for them visible in her bright blue eyes. "They have been gone for a while." Kora said, trying to keep the shaking in her voice at bay, now kicking herself for not insisting on going with Adriel.

Tiffany, now sound asleep awoke suddenly as Ariel burst into the house. SHe felt significantly rested, but wasn't sure how long she had been asleep for. She smiled up at Tom, "Thanks for letting me use you as a pillow." She said softly, smiling gently, however, she made no move to sit forward, content to lean against Tom and watch the goings on in the house. She watched Sam and Ariel interact for a few moments, her smile deepening.

Adriel had not realized how much time had gone by, nor how far into the forest she had gone. She just kept walking. It was a slow walk, the kind she always did when she was thinking. Finally she sighed to herself, and took a seat, leaning against the nearest tree. Running her fingers through her hair she glanced around, not really for any specific reason. Probably just out of habit. Her eyes started to droop again and she knew that she should get back to the others, but she really didn't want to. She could tell this was going to be one of those nights. The ones that she dreaded more and more as the nights went by. She knew very well that she needed to sleep, but what if she did something odd, like breathing deeply and sweating. The others may ask about it and she was one who didn't like to talk about things like that. Not talking about it is part of the way that she dealt with things. As if it never happened. She leaned her head against the tree and thought, Just a little longer...

“Another world you say.” Emrys said looking at the wand. He realized that this was another sign and confirmation of what the trees had been whispering about. “No I don’t have nay other questions.” He said shaking his head and handing Naji the wand. “I’m sorry if I delayed you from your walk.” He said stepping back and disappearing into the forest.

Ionn watched every one leave. He shook his head a smile on his face as he got up and made his way back to his home. Half way there however he decided that he didn’t want to go back home instead he turned and headed for Murough and Nerina’s home. Once he reached the house he was extra careful not to make any noise that would disturb any one who was fast asleep. He wanted to see her again. Ionn knew that later on he wouldn’t be able to really talk to her and he wanted to let he know what he was going to do. Walking underneath her window he took small pebbles and threw them against her window. In hopes she would be the only one to hear them. He waited with great impatience. He wanted to hold her again to know she was there for him and with him. Nerina was the only woman ever in his life and thought maybe someday…Ionn looked at her window now seeing any movement he was about to walk away before he got caught by one of her brothers and then he would nver see her again.

Naji took the wand a little surprised that he had given it to him so easily. He stood there for a second or two. I didn't even get his name yet. he thought and shrugged sticking the wand into his bag. Naji turned and started to walk back to the village. When he was near the gate he stopped as he heard a whispers on the wind. It wasn't anything new, but most of the time he choose to ignore it. This time however he listened. A sudden gust of wind swept across his face tossing his hair. Instead of doing back to the village he turned and walked a different way going deeper into the forest. His opal was still lighting his way as he walked. The light fell on a figure leaning against a tree and it took him a second before he realized that it was the female from the group of traveling deer people. It looked as though she was falling asleep. "It not a good idea to sleep here." he said in his calm voice. "You should return to your other companions. Not that I don't think you can take care of yourself, but its dangerous out here."

You might want to return to your guests and keep them safe. I'll ring the bell if I spot any trouble but if they're just some wandering tribe of humans, then we have no worries. They are peaceful enough. I will keep my eyes open, but I think we should let them camp outside of our village, sense if a beast should enter, they would be the first to know and their shouts would rouse us all." She took a step outside, mind still flooding with thoughtsof Murrough as she made her way to the river where she had bathed. It seemed this place was perfect to go and clear your thoughts. Many came here to do just that. She knew the frigid water would clear her mind. She slipped out of her skirts and dove into the river, feeling refreshed but still not being able to shake thoughts of Murrough. She dove down until her hair snaked up and all could be seen of fay was a blotch of red on the still river. She surfaced, hair spreading out and draping over her as if it was a warm blanket.

Murough tramped down toward Fay's house, fighting with himself the whole way. He hadn't even really thought about what he would say when he saw her. All he knew was that he had to see her, now! But what if she was asleep? She would be so mad if he awoke her. Maybe this was a bad idea. Maybe he shouldn't. Oh dear. He couldn't decide at all.

Maybe he should just go and pretend he was going to the river. Yes. Go to the river and mull it over a little. Make sure this was what he wanted. And come up with a good excuse too. Maybe even take a dip...clear his head.

As he neared the river he barely took in what was around him. If he had been more observant he would have noticed the pile of Fay's clothes. But it was dark, and he was so caught up in his thoughts of Fay. He pulled his shirt over his head and dived into the water in nothing more than his breeches.

Ahh..the cold, icy water instantly cleared his head and cooled down the heat that had risen when he thought of Fay. Swimming strongly to the surface he burst through into the cool night air, whipping his head so his hair was flicked out of his eyes. And then...and then he saw her. She too had just broke the water's surface and her lovely red hair was swaying around her like so much beautiful sea plant. "Fay!' he said in shock. She was so beautiful. She looked like a mermaid out of a dream, a flame haired, firey tongued angelically faced mermaid. Oh he wanted nothing more than to swim the few strokes that separated them and crush her to him. To cover those sweet lips with his own. But oh gods. He could not do that! She would probably hate him. "I...er...nice night for a swim, huh?" he said rather lamely.

Ionn watched every one leave. He shook his head a smile on his face as he got up and made his way back to his home. Half way there however he decided that he didn’t want to go back home instead he turned and headed for Murough and Nerina’s home. Once he reached the house he was extra careful not to make any noise that would disturb any one who was fast asleep. He wanted to see her again. Ionn knew that later on he wouldn’t be able to really talk to her and he wanted to let he know what he was going to do. Walking underneath her window he took small pebbles and threw them against her window. In hopes she would be the only one to hear them. He waited with great impatience. He wanted to hold her again to know she was there for him and with him. Nerina had been languishing on her bed, her dreams filled with Ionn. When a rather persistent tapping sound on her window roused her. What in the name of the gods could that be? She rose and opened her window to look down and see...oh who did she see but the only one who made her pulse race, her palms sweat and her heart sing with joy at just looking at that handsome face.

"Ionn!" Nerina hissed softly, "What on earth are you doing here?" she glanced around fearfully, but the whole house was dark and quiet, "If any of my brothers or my father caught you, you'd be dead meat!" she whispered, her grey eyes bright as stars in the night. All she wanted was to leap down and snuggled into the warm circle of his arms. But she did not want to be caught out of bed by her family. It would surely mean a far stricter level of freedom than the one she enjoyed currently. And that would surely mean no time alone with anyone without at least one of her brothers hanging around.
