Courtney Parker has become a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She's made friends. She's made enemies. But along the way she's learnt the true meaning of life and got a taste of reality. Now it's time to show her world to the rest of the world. But with a twist. She's invited all of her friends, but she's invited her enemis too. A fortnight. In that fortnight she hopes to show them all who she is. Why she's changed. Justin listened as Ad told him her idea. He narrowed his eyes slightly, not realising he was doing it. "It could work but you can't sing a song everytime I turn into some sort uncontrollable wizard" he replied. And he knew it. He listened even more as she spoke again. "I promise. Your Justin will always stay in me, but I won't be able to control if he disappears or not. It's not something I'll expect to happen, it'll happen when I least expect it" he explained.

She suddenly had this urge to slap Justin square in the jaw. She wriggled free of his grasp and turned around, shaking from anger tha she didn't know what from. Her breathing was ragged, and her leg barely hurt. What was happening? Why was she so angry at Justin? He didn't do anything wrong.

Ad heard Justin stand upand shook her head, hugging herself. She was shaking visibly, her shaky breahing audible to the naked ear. "Do. Not. Get. Near. Me." she snarled through her teeth. If he got close to her, she was sure that she'd hurt him. And that could NOT happen.

Ad covered her mouth with one hand. "Oh my God, Justin, I'm so sorry. I really am..." she couldn't keep looking at him. She was too ashamed at what she'd done. But like I said, someone's trying to change your mind. And what's it's done, you won't be able to control it" he explained knowing she wouldn't neccessarily believe it.

He followed Ad as she ran out the door and sat opposite her. "No you're not some kind of monster. It's uncontrollable, yes, but you have a choice as to what you do with it or how you deal with it"

Ad just shook her head, barely listening to Justin. She looked up, reaching out to gently touch the scratches on his face. "I...I..." she felt as if her mouth was being clamped shut. She couldn't speak. She drew her hand back and sniffled. God, she wanted a hug. But she didn't trust herself.

Ad sniffed and began trembling again. She was scaring herself. She opened her mouth slightly, trying to speak, but failed epically. Ad choked back a sob at Justin's words. She gently shifted her position to rest the side of her head against Justin's chest, listening to his heartbeat as she calmed down. She looked down at the ring on her finger and sniffed. Why would Justin want to marry someone like herdelf. She was nowhere near pretty, her temper was worse that her mother's at the moment, and she couldn't even take a little pain. She sighed and looked back at her leg. She wanted so badly to find a strong witch or wizard to help her, but...everyone she had asked, declined.

Justin made himself comfortable under the tree and put his arm around Ad's waist. Now what could they say to each other? He rested his head against the tree and sighed. Sleep? That sounded like a good idea to him.

Ad felt her breathing get slowly softer as she slowly fell asleep. She shifted closer against Justin, letting out a tired sigh. She was SO tired after everything. She slowly drifted off into a dream-no, a NIGHTMARE.

Ten-year old Adriane held the bouquet of dark blue roses with one hand to her nose, hiding her tears. She walked ahead of her mother, tossing blue and white rose petals to the ground...

Nine-year-old Adriane blinked, staring up at the bright white ceiling of a hospital and painfully looked to her right, watching as Cass and Marcus covered their faces, not letting her see how happy, yet upset they were. She groaned and sat up. "Where am I? What happened?" she asked groggily.

Cass looked down. "You're in the hospital. You were in a coma. For a year and a half" she said softly.

Ad's world came crashing down...

Nine-year-old Adriane looked at the beautifully carved statue as her weakened father placed it into her hand. "For you, Little Wolf. Give it to-" he was cut of as he went limp in his daughter's arms. She stepped back, horrified.

"Papa? Are you okay?"

"Ma cherie, come on. I'm sorry, dear. Daddy's in a better place" Willow gently pulled her daughter in a hug...

Ad was jerked awake, shaking, sweating, and crying. She tried to pull away from Justin, but felt his arms around her waist. He was asleep. She leaned into him again, trying not to wake him, but unable to stop trembling and crying.
