Ad slowly calmed down, not letting her guard down. Court was really asking for it now. "FRIENDS?! What the heck are you playing at?" Adriane fumed. She pulled furiously at her hair.

Ad took Justin's hand again. "Justin's right. There is no way in all of time that we can be friends after this." She squeezed Justin's hand tightly.

Ad put her fingers under Justin's chin and brought his face up. "It's okay. I understand. Today was a new level of sick and twisted, I know. You don't have to state the obvious." She smiled.

Ad smiled when Justin giggled. If Cass saw Court, she'd lose it, and Justin and Ad would have to hold her back. "But you promised to smile at least once a day, even if I had to make you," she said softly, looking into the pure hazel pools that were his eyes, and it felt like she was nine again, falling head-over-heels over him...all over again.

Ad cast a glance quickly in Court's direction. She looked back at Justin, staring into his eyes as she replied. "No, we can't," she said. Ad sighed, before facing Courtney. "Horrible, eh? Not nice to talk about yourself, Court," she said sharply. "Not anymore. He grew out of that face when he turned eleven. And yes, there was one person who called him 'Just'. But Cass is dead. But it'll always be his nickname," Ad said softly, looking back quickly at Justin. "Um, Court, you still have a future...with other guys. If you hate us, then good. We didn't drag you down, you dragged US down," she snarled harshly at Court.

Ad smiled and rested her forehead against Justin's. "Justin's right, Court. Cass would be so angry Justin and I probably wouldn't be able to hold her back from hurting you." She stopped after hearing what Justin said. She looked into his deep eyes. "Justin...you don't really mean that, do you?" she asked softly, getting lost in his eyes. She took one hand and ran her fingers down his cheek. "Just calm down, sweetheart," she said sweetly

Ginny looked up at Justin. There was someone new, that Ginny had never met before. "I've never met Ad before. So she's another cousin", she said to Justin. Sometimes it felt like Justin had so much family had Ginny didn't know about.

Ginny did feel sorry for Court, but she hated to be in the middle of things all of the time. "I'm sorry Court. I don't know what to do", she repiled.

Ginny's eyes opened up wide. "Ad's your girlfriend? You never told me that", she told Justin. "Court...", said Ginny quietly.

"Hi Ad. How are you?", repiled Ginny with a smile.

Ad brushed her hair from her face. "I'm actually not doing my best. My leg has been bothering me lately. It doesnt help that I slammed it into a bookcase back home this morning." Ad grimaced, grabbing Justin's shoulde to keep her balance.

Court looked at Ad in shock. "I'm sorry" she said, sounding distressed.

Justin completely blanked Court out and concentrated on Ad. "She's pathetic and I'm not gonna waste my breathe on her" he told Ad.

Justin giggled once again. "I know. And I promise, I will do" he stated.

Court, still distressed, backed off and decided to shut up. "I'm not winning, so I'll shut up" she replied.

Justin smiled and nodded at Ad. "Yeah, I do mean it. You and I. Together forever, right? I mean, if you want to" he told her hinting at something.

"Well you have now. No she isn't my cousin. A friend of a cousin. But more than a friend to me" replied Justin.

Court sighed. "Just ignore this. I'm not getting anywhere" she replied to Ginny.

Justin nodded eagerly. "Yep. I've not seen you in a while so.." he replied

Ad blinked. "Sorry doesn't cut it." Why was Court saying sorry? It was toolate for that.



Ad smiled at Justin and quickly kissed him, not caring if Court saw. "Again, you don't have to state the obvious. I don't like being mean, but still." She said softly.

Court sighed and looked to the floor. "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE" she demanded knowing that there was no chance of it happening.

"I really should stop stating the obvious" replied Justin O wells. He looked at Court and rolled his eyes at her. But then she kissed him. A smile instantly took over his features. "She started it so she disserves everything she's got" he replied.

Justin giggled at Ad and smiled. "I might just not smile then" he joked.

Court sighed and rolled her eyes. "You know, I think I'm gonna keep winding you two up" she replied. How? She had no idea.

Justin smiled with excitement. Result! "So you'll marry me?" he asked.

Ad crossed her arms, still refusing to look at her. " I don't think so," she said, giving an almost ignorant air around her.

Ad laughed lightly. "Yeah, you should," she said. She smiled at his reaction to her kiss. "I thought I'd get that reaction out of you. And yes, she does deserve everything," she said, nodding.

Ad rolled her eyes. "You and your messed-up logic," she said, snorting in laughter.

Ad shrugged, still looking at Justin. "I honestly DON'T care." She gave Justin a 'whatever' look and sighed.

Ad smiled. She was that that was what he was going to say. "Yeah. You don't have to ask me twice." She smiled, kissing him softly.

Court made sure she got away from Ad and stood in front of her and pushed her away from Justin slamming her into the wooden wall. "You've pushed me WAY too far, Adriane. You picked the wrong person to annoy" she stated, holding the girl against the wall tightly. But she knew Ad was loads stronger than her.

Justin giggled slightly. "O well. It's what makes me..me" he replied. Meh! O wells. "The spark that runs through me whenever you kiss me is just....amazing" he stated. Hence the reaction. He and Ad had a spark that no-one could compare to. No-one. "Indeed" he replied.

Justin shrugged but couldn't resist smiling. "Yeah, my not smiling strategy isn't working too well. And my logic is always messed up. It, too, make me me" he replied.

Court rolled her eyes. "Well you will when you find yourself unconscious on the floor" she replied. But she knew Ad was much stronger than she was.

Justin smiled and put his hand in his pocket. He pulled his hand out of his pocket. A diamond cut ring sat on his index finger in front of Ad's face. "I love you so much" he whispered before returning Ad's kiss.

Ad cried out in pain as Court slammed her in the wall. She could only see her leg just after it had gotten crushed. And that's the same pain she felt. She let out a choked, painful sob. "Well, excuse me if I angered you. It's not my fault. Now let me go." She was in too much pain to be angry. She was in too much pain to do anything. She looked at Justin as tears ran down her face "Justin...help... She felt as if she was about to pass ou from pain. She maoned softly in pain and barely registered how she slid slowly from Court's grip.

Ad sighed. "Can't argue with that, now, can I?" She listened to what he had to say. "Love is a powerful thing. Hence the spark." She had felt the spark as well.

Ad just rolled her eyes. "No, it isn't." She laughed lightly.

Ad just looked at Court. I'm waiting."

Ad's eyes widened. "Justin...I...I..." She couldn't finish what she was saying. She couldn't help but let tears of joy run down her face. Ad gently took the ring off Justin's finger and gently slid it ono her own before throwing her arms around Justin's neck and hugging him tightly. [b]"I love you too. Thank you.Thank you SO much Justin."[b] She decided to take a risk. "You don't know how much this means to me." She whispered, hoping he wouldn't dwell on the fact that she had used Cass' last words.

Court smirked at he girl then looked round at Justin. "He's helpless. He won't help you sweetheart. Can you not see he's basically letting me do this?" she replied and pulled out her wand.........But before she knew it, Justin had interupted.

"Courtney Louise Parker, drop the wand now and I suggest you let go of Ad before I do something to you. And you won't like what I'll do" said Justin pulling Court away from Ad. But now her wand was at him. No time to back down from the wicked. "Expelliarmus" he said and watched Court's wand drop to the floor before picking it up. "Can't do much amage without your weapon" he told her and went to Ad's aid. "Are you ok? Did she hurt you?" he asked holding her hand.

Justin smiled and shook his head. "No you can't" he replied. Then she said what he was thinking. "You took the words straight from my mouth"

Justin giggled along with Ad. He wasn't sure why they were giggling but they were.

"Well I can't when the devil's child has hold of my wand, brat" said Court rather harshly. But she needed that wand. She tried to grab it from Justin's hand but jumped as he quickly snapped it away. Not good.

Justin smiled at Ad. N'awww. She was speechless. It was so cute. He put his forehead against hers gently and smiled even more whilst wiping away he tears that fell down her cheeks leaving their print behind. "Tears of happiness I hope" he whispered. Then he listened out for her response to the rng he'd just given to her. "You're most welcome" he told her with a smile still on his features. Then she repeated Cass' last words. But now wasn't the time to get histerical. "Not even I can begin to imagine how much it means so it must mean a lot" he replied ignoring the fact that Ad had repeated Cass' last words.

Ad let out a pained sob. "Please." She began to cry. Hard. Her eyes widened as Court took out her wand. She gave another sob.

Ad looked up at Justin as he demanded Court to drop the wand and let go of her. Justin made a mistake when he ripped Court away from her. Adriane fell painfully to the floor. "Idiot." She muttered, none too playfully. When he took her hand, she pulled her self up and cried hard into his chest. "No, I'm not okay. My leg..." She couldn't finish, for another wave of tears poured from her eyes. She clung to the front of his shirt, sobbing. "It hurts." She managed to choke out.

Ad smiled back, albeit through tears. "Yeah." She said softly. She leaned into him, nodding. "I know."

Ad had to stop giggling, for the pain in her leg was too much. She looked down and saw why. A large red stain had spread from some re-opened wound.

Ad just glared at Court. She would never, ever let Court forget what just happened. She turned her head gently and decided to say the three words she had never imagined muttering in her life. "I hate you." She whispered into Justin's chest.

Ad looked at Justin as he pressed his forehead against hers. She smiled slightly as he wiped away her tears. "Yes, they are." She smiled and admired the sparkling diamond on her finger. She buried her face in his neck. "Thank you." She said again. She sighed in pleasure. "You're absolutely right. I love you, Justin. I love you more than you could ever even imagine." She whispered in his ear.

Not even Court could ruin this moment...at least, Ad hoped not.

Court glared at Justin and then at Ad. Was she begging? O wells.

Justin gave Court a warning look and gave Ad and apologetic look. "I'm so sorry" he apologised. He really didn't realise the extent of what Court had done. Until now. Now he knew he was an idiot. He never expected Ad to call him it though. It stung but he knew it was true. Justin just held her tightly, allowing her to use him as a prop to lean against. "I really am sorry" he said and walked her to the sofa to sit down so that he could sort her leg out.

Justin sat down beside Ad and proceeded to do his best with her leg. It looked painful and maybe she wouldn't be in as much pain if he hadn't have allowed her to drop to te floor.

Justin tore her trouser leg not caring at all to try and clean the wound up. He looked at Court and gave her a stern look. "Don't just stand there, get the first aid kit" he demanded. She was the main cause, the least she could do was get something to help.

Court saw the extent of Ad's injury and did as Justin said. She returned with the first aid kit and laid it on Justin's lap, open so that he could work his magic. "I know you won't ever forgive me, but I'm really sorry" she said very apologetically.

Justin smiled up at Ad again. "Good to hear" he replied. He too looked at the ring he'd bought his now fiancee and smiled. "You're welcome" he replied. Then she said she loved him, again. N'aww. "I low you too"

Ad glared back.

Ad sniffled. She looked up at Justin. "I-it's okay..." she said softly, tears gently running down her face. She just clung to his shirt, still crying. When he helped her get to the sofa, she gave him a forgiving smile. "I said, it's okay. Y-you're forgiven." She squeezed his hand.

Ad looked into his eyes for a second before he went to tending to her leg.

Ad hissed in pain when Justin tore her pants to get to the wound on her leg. She looked at Justin as he ordered Court around. She bit her lip, trying to fight back tears, but it didn't work. She watched as frsh tears dripped onto her leg.

Ad glared through her tears at Court as she came back in. She watched as the girl laid the first-aid kit on Justin's lap. "I don't care." She snarled.

Ad smiled brightly. "I knew you'd say that." She whispered very softly. She could barely hear herself. She blinked away a fresh wave of tears. She kissed Justin softly and pulled away, taking his hand. "I love you more and I've loved you longer." She reminded him.

"I'm sorry to hear that", she said to Ad. "I hope you can recover quickly", she added. It would of been painful for Ad.

This was confusing for Ginny to get her mind around. "So you two are actually... officially together?", she said slowly.

Ginny pulled Court over where Justin couldn't hear anything. "I just think it's too late. What can you do now?", she told her.

Justin half-smiled at Ad. "Let's just concentrate on sorting this out" he replied not wanting to do anything else until he'd seen to Ad's injuries.

Justin looked up and got caught in Ad's eyes. He did that a lot.

Justin looked up at Ad and gave an apologetic smile. "I'll try not to hurt you" he told her sweetly and softly.

Court sighed and knelt down beside Justin, giving him what he needed when he needed it.

Justin smiled up at Ad and continued tending to her leg. He gave Court a slight smile that said thank you for helping. But it wasn't a forgiving smile. It never would be. "Indeed you have. It took a lot for me to realise that. But now I know it and that the feeling allways was mutual, there's nothing that can tear us apart" he replied.

"Yes we are an official couple" replied Justin hoping it would clear Ginny's confusion up.

Court followed Ginny and sighed, looking at the floor. "I can't do anything"

Ad nodded. "Okay" she said softly, trying not to let what she was feeling show on her face. Cause she was in a lot of pain.

Ad smiled and squeezed Justin's hand quickly before he went to tending to her leg.

She miled back. "I know. But it hurts anyway" she said, biting her lip hard as more tears dripped down her face. But even and idiot could sense the sweet softness in his voice.

Ad smiled back at Justin. He was so helpful. She looked at Court and sighed. "Thank you, Court, for helping" she said reluctantly. She looked back at Justin. "Yeah. Nothing ever had, even through the hardest of times" she said, referring to when Cass and Bradin lost their lives unnessecarily.

Justin listened to everything Ad said. But he never replied for he was concentrating on tending to her injuries. He never did reply when he was concentrating. Meh! She'd understand, right? He finished off tending to her leg then looked up and smiled. "All done" he told her as he closed the first aid box and threw the scraps in the closest bin.

Ad gave Justin a grateful smile. "Thank you, Justin" she said before shakily standing up and wrapping her arms around Justin in a hug. "Thanks Justin. For everything you've done for me" she whispered to him. She blinked away her remaing tears. No more crying. She had all she ever needed with her.

Justin put his arms around Ad's waist. "You're welcome, baby" he replied, smiling.

Ad buried her head in Justin's shoulder as he held her. "Love you" she whispered softly, smiling into his shoulder.

Justin smiled. But almost instantly, his smile disappeared. He glared at Court, narrowed his eyes and moved away from Ad. He didn't know what he was doing, nor why he was doing it. He just was. It was almost like he'd lost his mind. Like he was turning into some psycho off Waterloo Road. And it wasn't fully clear in his head that it was happening. He steered clear of the girls, all of them. Ginny included.

Court looked at Justin as he moved away from Ad. She wasn't sure what was happening or why it was? But one thing she knew was that Justin was probably gonna go completely insane and lose his true self. And noone could get inside his mind when that happened. Noone.

Ad blinked and sat on the couch quickly, afraid she would fall. She looked at Jutin intently. "J-Justin? Justin, sweetheart, what are you doing? Are you okay?" she asked as he kept backing away. It was almost like he was afraid of the three girls in the room. Ad looked at the ring on her finger and let a small tear escape. What was happening?

Court looked at Justin again then at Ad. "Justin, we're not gonna do anything to you" she told him calmly, she too was a little frightened.

Justin looked from girl to girl, his eyes narrowing more and more. "Why wouldn't I be ok?" he snapped at Ad, his eyes stilled narrowed. It was almost as if he was making it sound like she was putting him down or something. What was happening to him. He watched as Ad let a tear slip. He looked at the ring he'd given her, it rand no bells. He looked at the girls and began backing toward the door. As soon as he got there, he went out of it. Making sure the girls didn't follow, he took his wand out. Slamming the door behind him, he bagen walking down the street knowing that Ad was bound to follow behind if she could walk.

Ad flinched when Justin snapped at her. She stood up and painfully nade her way to the door he had just left through. JUSTIN!" she called after him. She stepped through the door and ran-actually ran-to catch up with him. Her heart ached more than her leg at the moment. She stopped in front of him an pulled him into a bearhug. "I saw the look you gave me when you saw the ring you JUST gave me. You don't even remember that you just proposed to me... she said, crying again. Se pulled away and pressed her lips to his in a kiss.

Justin glared at Ad. "Leave me alone" he told her, apparently not caring or noticing what he was doing to her. O great! Now she was hugging him! Even better! NOT! He didn't even understand why this was happening. A flash of pure evil in his eyes, he stepped away from Ad. "No. I didn't do that. That must be someone else 'cus it ain't me. You've got me confused with someone else" he said. There was no sign of the normal Justin. It seemed he was gone. Then she kissed him. "I don't even know you. Do I?" he said pulling away from the girl who he seemed not to remember.
