King Peter paced in front of the four thrones at Cair Paravel, where his two sisters and brother sat. A large Lion sat patiently between the two middle thrones watching Peter with his amber eyes.
"What we must do, is call for aid," Peter mumbled more to himself then to the others within the room.
Aslan nodded. "This is a new sort of magic, one that I have never dealt with before. You need all the help you can get," the Lion said, gazing at each of the monarchs in turn. "The best thing to do is to gather everyone, and try to get some new ideas and plans. You never know what may come up," Aslan continued.
Peter nodded. "Alright. Susan, blow your horn. That way, everyone will know to come. We will also need messangers..." Peter said, glancing up at some local deer that were in the room. They nodded and quickly trotted out of the Hall.
Susan stood. "Okay, here it goes..." she brought the horn to her lips and gave a long blow...

Harry, Hermione, Ron, Ginny, and some friends were walking around the grounds, having just gotten out of their last exam.
"That was horrible!" Ron said, moping.
"Well, you should have studied!" Hermione scolded.
Suddenly, the group stopped walking.
"Did you hear that?" Clarissa said looking up, along with everyone else. "It sounded like a horn-" she was cut off as the group were suddenly pulled, as if by a portkey, into a portal. Soon, the portal closed, leaving the Hogwarts grounds quiet and peaceful.

Clair looked over as Harry and Susan arrived. "Well, Evelyn just told us that Aslan has some new spies on the watch. He also wants us to make a plan so that we will be ready for them," she said, looking over at Evelyn to confirm the facts.

Peter stayed quiet. He didn't know really what to say. There were all of these people some he didn't know and some he did. But one he was starting to love. "I'll be back." He told Clair and walked over to the bathroom. When he was done he came out and went into his room. He got a penical(sp?) and paper and went back out to where Clair was and sat by her. (ooc: she is sitting right?? lol) He then started to draw something. He started to draw a tiger. He was really good at drawing but nobody knew.

Elphie saw Peter start drawing and leaned over to see what is was. "What're you - is that a tiger?" she asked, distracted for a moment. The tiger was really really good.

Clair sat back in her chair, deep in thought. She was startled by Peter's sudden disappearence. She smiled as he came back and wondered what he was up to. As she peeked over at what he was drawing, she smiled. "It looks wonderful!" she said softly. Her fingers itched to take up her own sketchbook, she loved to draw. "I didn't know you liked to draw!" she said with a smile.

Elphie raised her eyebrows. "Uh...ya, its really good, but...give it to Claire instead. I'm not much of an arty person." She smiled before adding, "Except when it comes to building things, but I'm horrible at that even though I like it."

Ben sat down beside some people he didn't know. He let his mind wonder off as it always did - that was one of his problems. If only is active imagination would calm down, he could - he could be the person he was ment to be. Not some geeky, weird kid who never talked, but a handsome, funny boy who expressed his feelings and was full of laughter and happiness. Which he was, but was afraid to show it.
He went back to the others and listened to the others talking, waiting for a way he could ask a question or answer an answer.

ooc: Where is Jeana? lol, I'll PM her in a little while...

"Yeah I love to draw." He said ripping the page out right after writing his name on the bottom(sp?) and giving it to Clair. "Here you can have it." He said handing it to her. He then started to draw Ed.

Susan still wondered what happened in the time Harry and she were gone. Had someone else been hurt? She quickly counted the group's attendance, and it seemed like they were all there. Then again, there were so many people, it was hard to keep track of them all. Susan looped her arm through Harry's, and sat on the armrest of his chair. She listened to what Peter, Clair, and Elphie were talking about, and grinned. "I guess my older brother is a closet artist! Who knew?" she said.

Todd stood in his corner, surveying the group that had gathered in the same room as he. He didn't much like what was happening, but was interested to find out. He edged his way along the wall, coming into the better view of the other people. Todd was deathly quiet, but he also had a soft spot for curiousity.

Clair smiled at Peter as he gave her the picture. She folded it carefully and placed it into a pocket in her shirt. "Thanks," she said, giving him a small smile. "I'll treasure it always," she said softly. She looked around seeing that their number was almost complete. I wonder where Aslan is? she thought with some concern. She hadn't seen much of the great lion, but she was beginning to get a soft spot for him.

Aslan gave the owl a small nudge with his nose. The Owl gave a weak "Hoo," and opened its eyes slightly. "Save your energy," the lion said softly. He scanned the Owl more closely and saw gashes amoung its brown feathers. "We must get you two up to the castle immediately and tell the others what you have seen. Come, we must reach there with all speed!" he said, taking up the owl. The Griffen nodded and took flight again, having regained some of its energy. They sped toward the Castle and soon reached the marble steps leading up to the Entrance hall. Navigating his way through the castle, he soon came across the room where everyone had gathered. He pushed open the door with one of his massive paws and entered. He laid the Owl gently on the floor and gave the Griffen, who had followed him in, a nod. "Lucy, we need your healing nectar!" he said, urgency in his voice.

Lucy looked at the injured owl, concern filling her eyes. "Yes, Aslan, I'll get it right away!" She hurried into her room and rummaged through her chest, where the tiny jar should have been. It wasn't there. Frantic, she threw her closet open and pushed various articles of clothing aside, digging underneath to the very bottom. Once again, there was no fireflower bottle to be found.

Exasperated, she looked around wildly. Running to her night table, she yanked the drawer open. To her relief, the small vial lay there, sparkling. Breathing a sigh of relief, she grabbed it and sprinted back to Aslan. She was puffing when she handed it to him.

Aslan took it from her gently with his mouth. Then, he poured one drop into the Owl's open beak. The Owl swallowed, then sighed as the nectar's magic began to work. Soon, the gashes on its body began to get smalled and smaller, reducing until just a thin layer of down remained. The Owl opened its dark eyes and then blinked before flapping its wings and landing on its feet. Once balanced, it bowed low to the Lion then turned and bowed to Lucy. "Thank you great Queen!" the Owl said in a soft voice. Aslan smiled and looked over at the Griffen. The Griffin shook its head, then laid it down on its paws.

Aslan then turned to the people in the room. "These are spies for Narnia. They have navigated the Deatheaters' camp and ahve brought back many interesting details. But, the most important is this, they plan to attack tomorrow," he said, his voice soft, but dangerous. He looked around. "We must make a plan for attack," he said, determination in his voice.

Smiling fondly at the owl, Lucy patted its now gleaming feathers. "You're welcome."

Hearing Aslan's annoucement, her body stiffened. She hoped that someone else would make the plans. Fighting didn't really appeal to her, but if she was needed, she would willingly go. A heavy feeling weighed upon her unpleasantly and as hard as she tried, she couldn't rid herself of it.

Elphie froze when she heard Aslan. She bit her lip because she was never agressive, but always peaceful. But even though she loved peace, she was willing to fight for a good cause. And fighting the Death Eaters was definitely a noble cause.

Clair looked on as Aslan spoke to the group. The war had seemed so far away. She looked over at Peter and smiled. She had also been a bit distracted. But now, she focuesed on what Aslan was saying. "Tomorrow!?!" she said suddenly, surprised. "How can we get prepared in time?" she asked.

Aslan turned towards Clair. Then, he gave a small smile. "We have friends in high places," he said simply. Suddenly, a small flock of birds flew in the windows and alighted on all if the available space in the room. "These Swallows are quick and can spread the word easily. He gave a nod and the flock dispersed, flying in all different directions, spreading the news of the battle to come. He then turned to them again. "They saw about 6 or 7 of these Deatheaters. Since none of our creatures here have similar magic to the Deatheaters, we will need...you," he said to Harry, Ron, Elphie, Hermione, Clair, Todd, Ben, and Jeana. "We will need you to fight the Deatheaters," he said seriously.

Harry frowned and looked at Aslan. "But - but we'll have help, won't we? You'll help us, right?" Harry nervously asked the Narnians.

Ben nervously looked around and see if everyone else's reactions. What was his? Nervousness, of course. His reaction torward everything. Fear and nervousness. He looked at Elphie and Queen Lucy. Then to Harry and Queen Susan. Then at everyone else. He didn't speak, just stood behind Harry (which Harry was much taller the Ben) and stayed quiet....like always.

Clair looked at Ben. She saw the look of nervousness on his face and gave him a look of understanding. "We won't be alone Harry," she said quietly. "We will be together, as a team, as friends," she said quietly, finally realizing how dire this situation was. She looked at Peter, and she sighed. What's going to happen? she wondered, worry filling her.

Aslan turned to Harry. "We will do the best we can to help you out," he said. "You must understand that we have never dealt with this sort of magic before and no one is prepared to do so. But, we will try and help you in any way possible. And, just so you're prepared, we can give you our sort of weapons, in case something else happens," he continued, with a nod at the door. Instantly, various creatures came in, bearing weapons of various sorts. "Now, do any of you have any skills with weapons?" he asked, looking at each of them.

Elphie shivered, but realized she wasn't nervous. "Clair's right. We'll be together, and that'll make it a little safer...if someone gets hurt. We can do this, don't worry!" she said, trying to smile but only managing a worried grimace.

Clair gave a small smile to Elphie. "We'll be okay," she said, more calmly than she felt. She reached around and gave her friend a small hug. Then, she turned back to Aslan. "I've had some experience with both the sword and some archery," she said with a small smile.

Aslan nodded. "Anyone else?" he asked, looking at each of them with his golden eyes.

Hermione grinned and started walking with Ron. "I guess we better go find the others. It's been awhile since we've seen them, hasn't it?" she said. She leaned her head on Ron's shoulder, happy.

Susan patted Harry's shoulder, and whispered, "We're always here for you." She listened to Aslan and looked around at the group. She glanced back down at Harry, and then widened her eyes suddenly. "Harry! Harryand I were practicing archery earlier, and he's really good!"

Harry smiled a little and said, "Well, yes, Susan and I tried archery. I don't think I am that good." he laughed, and shook it off. "But aren't archery-people usually in the back? I'm Voldemort's wanting, I should be in the front. I'm sure I could do both. Edmund or Peter can teach me how to handle a sword properly."

"Wouldn't that be hard? Handling a bow and arrow and a sword?" Ben spoke up.

"Yes, I suppose so." Harry said, not really thinking that Ben spoke up; he was thinking of the battle that was to come, of the stories he had heard Narnians talk about: How Edmund almost died, how Peter, with the help of Aslan, defeated the White Witch. It was scary.

"Well, my - my brother taught me how to sword fight. I'm a pro at that." Ben said, face turning crimson.
