((ooc: oh, I thought you got where we were... well in that case, don't mind that post! ))

I laughed happily and would have hugged Jason if I hand known him better but instead grinned and folded my arms as Will hugged B. For a second I had forgotten where we were and why we were here... It felt like we had already defeated Voldemort - that was until outside of the door to the room Members from the Order could be heard shooting spells at death eaters.
B still looked around a bit confused about what happened.
"I think we've got to get out of here," Jason said peering out the door.

"You're okay" I reassured B as we hurried down the long hallway back to the enterance to the ministry of magic. B had an arm around my shoulder as I helped her, Jason on her other side.
"Where'd Stevie go?" B asked. I looked over at Kira,
"Don't worry, she's fine, lets just get out of here, we can sort all that other business out later!" I said in a calm voice. To be honest by arm was still really sore from cutting it on the branch a few hours ago, but I didn't care, it didn't matter too much.
"Well" Said a voice over at the exit door "Tom took care of Potter did he?" We all looked to see Draco in a pure black silk cloak, with a red 'M' imprinted on it. "Looks like some rats managed to squeeze under the door, though".
"You" I said in a low voice, squeezing B's arm tightly.
"Auk! Don't talk to me you filthy disgusting mudblood" He spat at me, raising his wand.
"I'm your son..." I snapped, I pushed B off of me and ran for him, the same anger that had aggrivated me to punch Voldemort had risen again.
"Serptent Sortia!" He orded, a snake leapt from the wand and around my neck, knocking me to the ground. It began to strangle me, I went to pull it off but it burnt my hand somehow.
"AHH!" I gasped for air "HELP! STEVIE! STEVIE!"

My head popped back around to the Ministry, I could have sworn that someone called my name. "Will" I said "What?" Prof. Mcgongle asked. "I gotta go" I said throwing on my cardigan and running back into the ministry. I ran down a hall, and saw Will standing there, a snake around his neck, it was large and yellow with white spots, I knew it was poisonous, but i couldnt let Will die. I ran after Malfoy and pushed him down as i grabbed the snake from Wills neck, I pulled hard and it came loose, but not before digging its deep fangs into my arm. My other hand slapped onto it as I looked over to Will, he was safe, his father was unconcious and the rest of the gang were looking a bit shocked. "C'mon...lets go" I said making a run for outside. "The knight bus is waiting" I said as we all reached the door.

I leaned on Stevie as she pulled me towards the door, closer and closer. Behind us came Jason, Kira and Birgit, all hurrying as fast as possible.
"Expelliarmous!" Said a voice as we all flew forwards and landed flat on our faces, I looked over my shoulder to see Draco was up with his wand at us.
"Carpe Retractum!" Said a stern voice infront of us, a golden rope lashed at my father, whipping him across the chest and knocking him back a fair bit. I looked to see Mc Gonagall behind the attacks. "Leave them out of this" Mc Gonagall told Draco looking at us "No Order members, No Death Eaters, it's just you and me..."
"Stevie, your arm" I whispered seeing that she had been bitten. A schreech was heard above us and in flew Fawkes who stood infront of us protectivly shielding us from any attacks that may hit us.
"Ready then?" Mc Gonagall asked.

I heard Draco shout something back to her but didn't catch what he had said as I was too busy watching Stevie grip her arm in pain - when Fawkes gently rested his head on her arm and softly cried. I watched in awe as her wounds began to heal slightly. Suddenly I turned as a huge flash of light filled the entire room.
"Protego!!" McGonagle shouted but I wasn't able to see a thing as my dad pulled me up.
"We've got to get you out of here!" he said to the four of us and Hermione rushed over.

"Ron" My mother said as she lifted me up from Stevie "It's him..." Her eyes where rested on Draco. This would have been her first time seeing him in the flesh in twelve years.
"Forma Lueteum!" Mc Gonagall shouted, Draco flipped off of his feet, but managed to land quiet clean.
"Come on now!" I said to my mum, she stopped staring at Draco and, with me in one arm, and B in the other, pulled us into the telephone box enterance. We squahed up as Ron came in with Kira and Stevie. "Wait! Jason!" I shouted noticing he had crawled into a corner and was shaking. Suddenly Neville appeared at other side of the room, he looked to Mc Gonagall, then Draco, then to his son. He hurried over, hoisted him under the shoulder and pushed into the telephone box, we were all unbelievably squashed.
"Shut the door!" My mother orded.
"I'm...trying!" Ron grunted pushing slamming it shut.

I stood in the tight phone box and looked around at all the faces around us: Hermione, Ron, Neville, Jason, Stevie, Kira and Will. My eyes stopped at him. I found his arm and grabbed it, squiizing(sp) it tightly and smiled to him. I still didn't understand anything that had happened, how I got away from Voldemorts grip, I could have sworn I was inches away from the veil, on my way in. But the first thing I remember after that, was Will. He was hugging me tightly. I think I knew what had taken place in the mean while, but I wasn't sure. I would ask him later, but at the moment, I was very grateful for him (if they did what they did that is). But in any way, they had come after me to the Dept. of Secrets. I had to be grateful for that. I gave his hand another tight squiiz(sp).

I collapsed as the door swung open and we all piled out onto the empty street. I relised B was holding onto my arm.
"Will, you stupid, stupid boy" My mother shouted hugging me. "And you too, Birgit, your a stupid, stupid girl!" She was almost crying "I told you not to leave Hogwarts!"
"We had too-" I started to explain, but suddenly it felt like there was an earthquake beneath us. The ground shook like crazy. "Whats going on?" I shouted.
"Mc Gonagall and Draco" My mother said nervously.

"I know it's a stupid question to ask if we could help her, but, can't you help her somehow? I mean, I know that McGonagall is a very powerful witch, but Draco is't a wuss either!" I said quite silently, looking up to Ron and Hermione. I got up from the ground with Wills help. I was still a bit week and beaten up, some bruises on my face so I had to use Will to stand up. He held a hand around me and I put an arm around his shoulders, still looking towards the grownups.

"She's right" Ron said, he was still helping Kira stand up straight. "Hermione, Neville, we are powerful wizards and witch" They both exchanged a glance. I looked at my mother as the ground gave another tremor, B still leaning on my left.
"Alright" Hermione nodded, she had looked at Stevie, as if inspired by those green eyes. "Kids, get out of here, theres a deli up the road, atleast you will be--" She stopped as the ground shook stronger then before. Suddenly the road started to split, Birgit and I fell back as my mother pushed us to the side walk. Mc Gonagall and Draco appeared in the crack in road, there powers fumming around them. I stared at the green light immulating my father, it was amazing and tantalising.
"It's pointless" Mc Gonagall shouted. Draco met with her eyes for a moment, then apparated away. His power stopped and Mc Gonagall fell to the road.
"Proffessor!" My mother shouted running and helping her up. I looked in the sky, my dad was gone, he had ran away again, ran from what he had to face. Lupin and Mad Eye crawled up from the crack in the road, several other order members following them.
"They mostly got away" Mad Eye grunted.

I looked at Will for a minute a bit disgusted I just shook my head, "Stupid Jurk" I said speaking about Draco. "He's as bad as Vold-" Hermione put her finger up to my lips, I pulled her hand away. "I want to go home" I said and shook my head.

"Don't we all," I sighed towards Stevie still staring at the place Draco had vanished. I caught eyes with Will for a second then looked towards McGonagal who looked very worn out. I got loose from my dad's grip and brushed myself off shakily.
"We'd better get that lot back," Mad Eye pointed to where Stevie, Will, B, Jason and I were standing

Mc Gonagall walked over and held out her hand to me, waiting with a stern look on her face. I stared confused, not sure what she wanted.
"Granger" She said sternly, it hit me suddenly and I reached in my pocket and pulled out the time turner.
"Wh-What are you doing with that!?" My mother gasped, her face going pale.
"I found it" I said truthfully "I know it was wrong, but... but it saved B and I'm not going to lie and say I regret it when I don't".
"Come now" Mc Gonagall said, she handed Stevie a rock from the ground and tapped it with her wand. "All you kids hold on, it will take you back to the castle, its a portkey". I helped B over to it as Stevie, Kira and Jason held onto it. As soon as we both touched it there was a sudden jerk at my navel and everything turned blurry.

We all fell on the ground at the castle and just sat there for a moment in shock, Madam Pomphry had rushed over and noticing all the cuts and scars she ordered us to the hospital wing.

I helped Will set B down on a bed as Madam Pomfrey rushed around frantically mixing some things and getting out bottles of medicine. I ran my hands through my hair and sat down on a bed opposite from B - I wasn't feeling any physical pain really.
I watched as Stevie drank down some of what Madam Pomfrey had set next to her - she looked like she wanted to spit it out but swallowed it down as Madam Pomfrey rushed over towards B and Will.
"Think we have to make up Divination?" I laughed slightly, breaking the silence.

I looked up at her and grinned, Stevie snorted as she tried to hold the potion in her mouth, B however stared at us as Pomfrey examined the cut on Jason's arm.
"Divination? Oh, the exam!" B said, she looked over at me and waited for me to smile back, but instead I walked to the end of the hospital wing. I looked out the window and swung it open, the rising sun was in the distance. My heart begun to pound against my chest.
"Rach..." I muttered to myself. No one could hear me, I knew Tonks was dead and I was happy, but Rachel was gone too. She was evil, but I loved her.
"Granger, come lie down" She called to me, "That neck looks rather red"
"It's just bruising" I reassured her "I-I just want to get some sleep".

I got to my dorm, all the boys where still asleep, the only other vacant bed was Jason's. I pulled the curtains over and leaned against the back board of the bed.
"You too" Rachel said, tears in her eyes.
"What?" I asked.
"I love you, too" She said.
I opened my eyes, it was only a few hours ago when we were in this very dorm kissing.
"NO!" I shouted, B fell back through the veil. Her eyes met mine, they where wide with surprise.
I opened it again, Rachel had died, she looked at me, she stared into my eyes. I grabbed my pillow and started strangling it, blind hate over taking me, I hated her.

I was lying in a bed in the hospital wing, I wasnt really hurt, she had wrapped a bandage around my wrist where I had gotten bitten, and I told her I was fine, but she didnt belive me. I stared looking out the window, the moon shinging bright, I was re=playing everything that happened in my mind. Just then someone walked into the door of the Hospital Wing. I turned over and a boy was talking to Madam Pomphry, he looked about 17 or 18, he had dark hair, it was shaggy, but he was well groomed. He was thin, tall, and was staring at Madam Pomphry. She smiled when she saw him and wrapped her arms around his neck, he grinned to her and hugged her back. "Whos that?" I thought to myself, finally I drifted off into a sleep, and would soon see the boy in the morning again.

I lay in my bed, my head on my pillow, my eyes shut, but I wasn't sleeping, I couldn't sleep. I turned over frustrated that I couldn't clear my mind, it only made things worse.
"Where'd you get too?" said a voice an hour later, I turned over to see Sean looking at me "And wheres Longbottom?"
"None of your business" I said shortly.
"Gee, whats wrong with you?" Sean asked "Rachel didn't want to make out or something?"
"Shut up!" I shouted angrily, wanting to punch him "You don't know anything so you just shut up!"
"It was a joke" He replied in a small voice.
"Yeah, real funny" I muttered in a sarcastic tone. Stupid Sean, stupid Rachel, stupid dad, stupid school...

I yawned, walking down the stairs of the Girls Dormitory the next morning, I pulled at my hair trying to hide my face from some awkwards stares coming from the Gryffindors when I nearly bumped into Sean walking down from the Boys Dorms.
"Hey! You have any idea what's wrong with Will? I mean, what happened? Ya know, last night?" he asked.
"N-no!" I said confused with all his questions coming at once. He shrugged and walked away. I stared up the stairs and had an urge to run up to Will, but he probably wanted to be alone, I sighed and walked out the Portrait Hole to the Hospital Wing.

I woke up and my eyes fluttered, I rubbed at one of them, a sleepy seed in the corner. I turned over in my bed facing the doors, and puled the sheets up around my shoulders, I was cold. Sitting next to me was the boy from last night, "Hi, I'm Ephram" He said with a smile and held out his hand, I put my hands down and pushed myself up in bed. I shook his hand. "Stephanie....Potter" I said and shook his. "I know you're a Potter, thats why I came to see you. I'm Ephram Pomphry, that's my mother" He said pointing to Madam Pomphry who looked unusually happy. "Anyway, I've heard all about your father, and I wanted to meet you. I'm a 7th year here. But I'm usually not around, I tend to travel and do my studies abroad." He said, as I pushed a strand of hair behind my ear.
OOC This kid Ephram and I, I want to start a relationship, and Will if you wanted to do the thing we talked about, having Will and Stevie go out again, I thought me being with Ephram might stir up a bit of tension between u too, i thought it would be interesting. Also I'm having Ephram look like the kid in my avatars in my signature OOC

ooc: cool! Time for Life is Like a river 6 soon? Wow, we've managed to over take the books!

I woke up and relised that a few hours had passed. It was the last day of term and the memories of last night came back once again. I sat up and looked at my watch, we would be catching the train in a few hours then I would be on my way home. I heard pecking at the window and turned to see my mothers owl. I stepped over and let it fly in.
"Guess I missed the morning rush" I muttered picking up the letter, I had seen her only hours ago, what was this about?

Dear Will,
Well, I hope I didn't wake you. I would say I'm still mad but I suppose I got up to the same illegal stuff you did last night, anyway your still grounded. So I just wanted to write to let you tell the others about our plans this summer.
Krum and I have planned for the four of us to go to Sydney, Australia, some amazing modern wizardary settling history and sights to see. Plus the sun and the sea would be a nice break for all.

I closed the letter and stared at it. A holiday around the otherside of the world? I thought for a moment, Mc Gonagall probably thinks B and I will be threatened being away from Hogwarts and wants us out of the country when where away from school.
"Typical, wonder what she has planned for Stevie, a trip to mars?" I muttered, then got up and went to visit the hospital wing.

"Anyway, What I am realy here to talk to you about, is I go to a program during the summer that takes place In Italy, It's very pretty, we study magic into deeper levels than anything you'd learn at Hogwarts. ANd with your history I think it Would be wonderful for you to join us." Will walked in just as Ephram had finsihed talking. "Ah, so she's sending you away as well." Will said with a grin. I looked up curiously , my eyebrows furrowed. "What?" I asked. "I'm going to Australia this summer" He said. "We're going to Egypt" Kira said walking in with B. "And I'm in the witness protection program" Ephram said. Everyone looked at him. "It was just a joke," He said with a laugh. I smiled. "I think it might be a good summer...for once" I said and got out of my bed.

I laughed at what Ephram had said and grinned, "Hey at least you all aren't going with your whole family... we were supposed to have the reunion this summer," I sighed.
A few hours later after B and Stevie had some last things done we all headed down to the Great Hall.
"Do you think she took off any house points?" I asked looking towards B and Will.
"Does she ever really?" B smiled slightly.

"The house cup! I forgot all about that" I said, polishing my prefect badge for the last time this year. The house cup had been the last thing on my mind.
"Well Snape just docked fifty points from me for dropping my ink bottle and spilling it all over the floor" Jason said opposite me "It's not my fault that my trunk full"
"Don't worry" I said to him in a low voice.
"Speaking of our favorite potions master" Stevie said, not worrying to lower her voice "Where was he the other night?"
"Stevie, he gave you his magic powers at the start of the year, he isn't evil!" B said. I, however, had stopped listening. The seat next to me was empty, Rachel's seat. I looked up at Mc Gonagall as she stood up and requested silence.
