I looked down, "The Dark Lord" I said looking at Will. "He's still inside her" I said, I looked at my watch and bit my lip, "Listen, Ive got to get some missed assignments, and get changed into a pair of shorts, but I will be back." I said and went out the door.

I watched as Stevie left, then looked back to B and stroked her hand sympathetically. I wanted her to know that I wasn't scared to touch her, she wouldn't want to be isolated now.
"You three can go" Mc Gonagall said to Kira, Alex and myself. "Send a letter to your mother, Will, keep it low key there are danger's that it could be intersected." All three of us bursted into protest.
"I want to stay with her" I said.
"There is nothing any of you can do here" McGonagall said, raising her hands slightly to calm us down "You can visit her later..."
"How did this happen to her?" Alex asked, his eyes wide at the thought of the Dark Lord. I looked to him, he and the rest of the school would have forgotten the events previously this year with Voldemort returning.
"Come on, Kira and I will explain on the way" I said to Alex as we all turned to walk out.

We walked to the owlery and explained the whole thing to Alex. Alex looked somewhat shocked, but at the same time like he had expected something was up.
I leaned against the wall, and gave Alex a pat on the back, as Will attached the letter to his mum on his owl and sent it off.

I watched as the owl dissapeared off into the sky. I thought of what my mother's reaction to the news would be.
"So, why don't I remember it?" Alex asked looking at us both.
"Mc Gonagall made everyone forget so it wouldn't leave you all scarred" I said, heading down the stairs "Come on, let's go find Stevie?"

"Yeah," I replied remembering the day for a second, then shrugging it off. Alex walked off down to the dungeons as Will and I walked up to the Gryffindor Common Room in search for Stevie. We ran into her at the top of the stair case.
"What'd I miss?" she asked now wearing the shorts she had left us to change into.

I folded my arms,
"A lot, but we have a question for you first" I said, smiling slightly. "Why didn't you tell us that you where leaving?" Kira nodded.
"yeah, we are meant to be your best friends" She said as Stevie came and joined us on the couch.
"I just had to see my grandparents, I may be living with them" She told us. I looked at her closely,
"But Stevie, you have a foster family" I said "I know you don't like them too much, but they do like you!"

I was lieing on the hospital bed, looking towards the door, seeing the three of them exiting. I looked up above me, McGonagall was standing there, looking at me worriedly. "Tell me, what happened." She asked. She didn't sound like a headmistress, more like a grandmother, yet, she remained to her stern voice. It made me feel warm inside, and I felt like telling her everything. So I did. I told her everything that had happened during our DADA class. Starting with Snape and his Dark Magic, my spell towards him, and my vision of Voldemort. She didn't say anything, just looked at me.
"Very well. Don't worry Birgit, we'll figure this out." She said, got up and left the hospital wing, followed by Snape, who sent me one of his evil glares. I watched as the door closed and drank one of the three potions Madame Pomfrey asked me to drink. "When can they come visit me?" I asked. I had been here so many times, I was sure that she'll know who I was talking about. "Maybe even tonight. If you drink those two now!" She said and pointed to the potions remaining. I quickly grabbed one of the pottles.

Hey Birgit, how do i change my name w.o losing my info and stuff?

I just looked at Will, "I dont exactly think they like me, plus how are they going to even get to know me if i only live with them during the summer, plus my grandparents said I can live withthem, they didnt mind. I said with a smile . And pulled up one of the spaghetti straps that had fallen down my arm.

"Well, I suppose if you know what you're doing" I told her shrugging. Suddenly the common room portrait swung open, both Stevie and Kira jumped slightly as Rachel walked in with a book in her hand.
"Hey guys" She said walking past "How's Birgit?"
"She's fine" I said quickly "Just a bit dizzy!"
"Oh Stephanie!" Rachel smiled "Welcome back, I hope you had a nice trip!" She begun to head up the stairs. "Oh by the why, I talked to Madam Prince and she suggested you got all the books now" Then she left.
"What books?" Kira asked.
"We have O.W.L's soon, we should drop by the library and pick up some books for our subjects" I sighed "then we can go see how B is". I looked at them both "You are ready for your O.W.L's arn't you?"

I caught eyes with Stevie then to Will, "Yeah, studying for it..." I lied and slightly grinned.
"You should be ready by now," Will said as we made our way down to the library.
"Well, we've all been busy," Stevie lowered her voice once we got inside and looked around at the books. Will picked a few off a shelf as I stared at one, trying to make out what it was titled.

I looked from Kira to the book she had, then back at her and raised my eyebrows.
"Didn't know anicent elf latin was going to be on the O.W.L paper" I muttered to her. She looked at the book.
"Oh, that's what it said" She replied flatly.
"I need to go see if Stevie's got anything, you might want to try the shelves over there" I pointed them out. Turning on my heel I went up the stairs to the Defense Against the Dark Arts books where Stevie was looking through them. "That's a little advanced isn't it?" I said looking at the book she was holding.
"Not really" She muttered.
I stared at her, they where spells I hadn't even heard of before.

I looked at the two then walked over to where Will had pointed to.
I picked one up randomly, "Honors Elixirs," I read off it's title and looked at a picture of a potions pat on the cover, "Nope.." I set it back on the shelf, then picked up one about Divination.
This r eally isn't my lucky day I thought to myself and walked back over to Will and Stevie.

"Ouch" Kira said coming over next to me "that's a little complicated isn't it?"
"Your telling me" I said back to her. "Everyone got your books? Come on, I want to see B!"
We left the library with some books and headed up to the hospital wing. When we got their Madam Pomfrey was no where to be seen, so we walked over to the closed curtain that B was behind. She was asleep so we placed our books down on the table and took seats around her.
"Look at that mark" I muttered touching her hand gently "it looks painful".
"You would know" Stevie said sarcastically flicking her hair over to reveal the scar for a second.

I woke up and smiled finding Kira, Stevie and Will sitting and reading around my bed. "Hey!" I said, sitting up on the pillows a bit. "What are you all reading?" I asked.

I was a little resentful, after all, he had no idea what it was like, I looked to B, "A book..." I said with a smile.

"About what? Don't tell me you're studying! You poor thing!" I said sarcastically and tryed to move too fast, which made me feel dizzy and I fell back onto the bed. "You can bring me the books about OWL's too... I have no idea when Madame Pomfrey will let me out of here..." I said, rubbing my head and then my scar.

ooc: Happy Birthday Birgit! Kira just told me!

"Don't worry" I said in a soothing voice "I'm sure you won't be here much longer". I looked back down at the book, and tried to remember some of the main terms in charms.
"Ah, Charms, want me to test you?" Birgit asked yawning slightly.
"Sure" I said handing it to her. I looked sideways out the window.
"Okay, what is Nox?" She asked.
"It means 'darkness' and used to eliminate the Lumos spell" I said proudly.
"Okay, how about...diffendo?" She continued.
"It means 'slice' in latin and--" I stopped and rose to my feet. The chair fell back as I pushed myself against the window and stared outside with wide eyes. "Oh my God!"
"What?" Kira asked appearing next to me as Stevie went to the other window. "Will! What is it?" I pointed to Hagrid's hut.
"I just saw... she went inside his hut!"
"Who?" All three of them asked.
"Tonks!" I gasped "I swear it was her! I saw Tonks!"
"She's dead" B said.
"I KNOW!" I shouted "Come with me!" we all turned as I bolted for the door, we had to see what was going on.

OOC: Hehe, happy birthday, B! *sings*

I helped B to her feet and the two of us rushed after Stevie and Will, past Madame Pomfrey. She took one look at B then to the empty bed, and nearly went after us but instead ran to McGonagle's office.
We got to Hagrid's hutt and Will opened the door, Stevie had her wand out, looking around.
"No one's here," I blurt out, but it was true, Hagrid's hutt was empty and looked as though no one had been in there for weeks.

"No" I said lighting the candle "I saw her come here". The girls exchanged glances. "Don't do that! I know I saw her, I know I did". Kira stepped forward as she helped B sit down.
"M-Maybe you just want to see Tonks so much that-"
"Kira" I said plainly "don't patronise me, I seriously swear I--" We all stopped, there was a slamming noise behind me. We all ran over to the door and I opened it, looking out. No one was there. "Well, someone was in here!".
"It was probably the wind" Kira complained.
"What?" I whispered, bending down to pick up a chain that was in the ground. On the end was an hour glass.
"What's that?" Stevie asked.
"It's a time-"
"BLACK!" Shouted Madam Pomfrey suddenly heading down the hill with Mc Gonagall "I have the headmistress here!". I shoved the time turner in my pocket, not telling the girls or the proffessors.

McGonagal talked the whole way back about how B shouldn't be out of the Hospital Wing, instead of paying attention I looked at Will who looked like he may be hiding something. I glanced at his pocket, but then turned to McGonagal who finished talking. I nodded, even though she knew I wasn't listening.
We helped B back into her bed and I took a seat before Madam Pomfrey could rush us out.
"Maybe she's a ghost!" I whispered excitedly.
"If she were a ghost," Will went off in an explanation that I only caught half of.

"Now" Madam Pomfrey said looking at all four of us with great disgust as I finished whispering. "I want the three of you to return to your common room, obviously you can't be trusted here". We all burst into protest but, "leave now or I will dock points! And you two" She looked at me and Kira "I would have expected more from prefects!"
We bowed our heads, grabbed our books and left back to the common room. Once arriving back it was obvious how thick the atmosphere was with pressure. All the students in the fifth year and above where silently leaning over books.
"Guess we better study" Stevie muttered as we sat down on the rug with the books open. Suddenly Rachel walked in looking quiet windswept. "And where have you been?" Stevie asked in a low voice.
"Practising quidditch" She said "I may go for seeker"
"I'm seeker!" Stevie snapped.
"Yeah, but I'm allowed to challenge you" Rachel said "If it's okay with you..."
"Stevie's fine with it" I said quickly "What's wrong with a little competition?"

Because I'm the best, since my father, and thats the top of it. She cant compete against me!" I said angrilly. Just then I saw a chain coming out of Will's pocket, I grabbed it quickly. "What do you have a time-" Will shoved his hand over my mouth and brought me into a corner. "I found it in Hagrid's Hut, You cant say anything" He said and let his hand off my mouth. We stood in silence for a minute with the thing in our hands. "How far back in time does it go?" I asked. "Well I suppose anywhere..." Will said. He looked at me. "Oh no you've got that look on your face, No way are we going back in time. What if we saved a few lives...say my dad...tonks...hagrid?"

I was lieing in my bed. As bored as I could be, but Madame Pomfrey didn't let me leave. I was hoping that maybe Will, Stevie and Kira would ome by soon. For the first time in my life, I hoped that Will would bring me a book or something to study... I never thought I could feel that way, but I had come down to that. "Can't you call them here?" I asked, rolling my eyes as the nurse rushed by me once again. "But they just were here!" She said, coming to check on me. "I know, but what else can I do here? I can annoy you!" I suggested, grinning a bit at her. She looked at me sternly and sighed, rushing out of the wing. "Yess..." I muttered, looking at the cealing.

ooc: I know it's long, but I was on a roll!

"Don't be stupid, Stevie" I snapped, snatching the time turner from her and putting it back in my pocket. Kira stared between us, I knew what she was going to ask. "It takes us back in time, true, but you don't understand how it works. Firstly, if we are seen by anyone then that could create a diversion in our souls and possibly kill all of us. Secondly, we can't make any profound changes that effect what has been seen. Thirdly, we would have no way of returning to the present, meaning we would be stuck in our first year, looking like we are in our fifth year and having to stay hidden for all those years. Meaning by the time we are able to be seen again we will be twenty!"
"Eh?" Kira asked.
"Look, I am giving this to Mc Gonagall and-" We paused as Madam Pomfrey came walking in.
"Is it B?" We all asked standing up.
"Yes, she's bored" Madam Pomfrey sounded quiet dull about the whole happenings "Also I got a reply from your mother, her and Krum will be coming to check on Birgit thisafternoon" She added to me. I nodded as we begun to head down the hall.
"Actually, I need to go give something to Proffessor Mc Gonagall, I'll meet you there!" I said, eyeing Stevie and Kira.

I got to the Pheonix blocking the enterance to Mc Gonagall's office. I felt in my pocket at the time turner. I looked around, part of me wanted to burst up and hand it to Mc Gonagall, but another want me to slip it in my top pocket and run off. I put it around my neck and turned it back a quarter of a turn. Everything spun then stopped, I jumped behind a pillar as I came running to Mc Gonagall's office, stopping for a few moments then reversing time. I stepped out into the hall again.
"feeling a bit rebellious?" I muttered to myself, then slipped it in my top pocket and wrapped my cloak around to make sure it wasn't noticable. I wasn't going to tell Stevie, Kira or B, this was just for emergency's.
"Will?" Came a voice up the hall.
"Mum!" I smiled seeing her and Krum, they hurried over to me and mum hugged me.
"Oh, you need to see the Headmistress?" Krum asked.
"No, it's not important" I said lightly.
"Where's Birgit?" My mum asked.
"Hospital wing with Stevie and Kira" I insisted "Come on"
