"Ron looked to Hermione "This is difficult..Nymphydora Tonks (sp?) and.." I turned away, a hand to my mouth. I couldnt believe it, we had gotten so close. Ron said nothing, Hermione stood up, "Ron, we really dont need to inform them about the other death" She said walking out of the room. Ron just stood there. Our reactions were all different, but upset all the same. I walked out of the room and went straight to the kitchen.

I looked down to the ground, closed my eyes and bit my lip, then put an arm around B's shoulder.
"W-We didn't g-get in the way did we?" I asked nervously "We didn't interrupt your saving her?"
"No" Said a deep voice, it was then that I noticed Krum was next to me. I looked up at him.
"Okay" I muttered.
Then we sat in silence.

I went and sat in the bedroom, My hands across my knees. I sighed, and looked out the window. I had hoped that whoever had died woundt have been a close friend, but I was wrong, and i had certainly hoped that whoever else had died was not close either.

We sat in silence for a while, letting it all sink in.
"Your bags are here" Fred said walking in soon after, putting my Hogwarts trunks down. It was now that I looked across to the window to notice it was snowing, and relised it would have been the first day of Christmas break, but it didn't feel that way.
"She taught us the Patronus" I said, smiling slightly "She was really, really talented".
"She was one of the most talented auror's I ever worked with" Said Mad Eye, appearing at my door. We all looked over to him, then hung our heads again.
"Is the wedding still on?" I asked Krum, sounding a little rude.
"Hermyoninny said that Tonks would 'ave wanted it to go on" Krum sighed.
"Hermione" Ron muttered with clenched teeth.
"Pardon?" Krum asked.
"It's Hermione, not Hermyoninny" He repeated.

I gritted my teeth, "Why does this happen to me!? WHy?!" I yelled angrilly and kicked my trunk. "I hate you dad" I muttered. Just then the door opened and Hermione walked in. I looked up, I wasnt really sure what I thought about her. We wernt close, after everything that happened with Draco my father had distanced himself from her. And that made me so mad, My fahter was lonely, my mother never really was that good of a wife, nevermind a mother.

As I walked out into the hall I saw that my mother was going into the girls room where Stevie was. I went around the corner and walked up the stairs, I was going to sit in the attic alone to think. I knew my father was to blame.
"Oh, sorry Will!" Ginny smiled as I bumped into her, she looked pale. "You coping alright?" She asked putting her hand on the back of my head.
"Fine" I muttered.
"Okay" She said simply "I just need to finish these bridesmaid dresses, have you seen Kreacher around?"
"Nope" I shook my head. She shrugged and continued down the hall, "Wait! Aunt Ginny!" She turned and looked at me "I just needed to know about somthing. I know you where possessed in your first year"
"Yea" She said, her eyes flashed for a second.
"I just wanted to know if you had...any long lasting side effects, such as dreams or somthing...it's for a school project" I lied. She glared for a second, no doubt she saw right through me.
"Every possesion is different. Some nights I still wake up hearing his voice...when he cried. He was Lord Voldemort, but he was also Tom Riddle, a scared, lonely boy. Remember within every bully beats a heart..." She smiled slightly and said "I told Harry that." then walked downstairs. I looked away, then headed up to the attic.

She smiled and came and sat down next to me.
"Hey Sweetheart, how you doing?" She asked me. I said nothing and just stared at the floor. I felt a hand wrap around me, I looked up.
"Um, Hermione, can I ask you a question?" I muttered. She stared at me for a moment, almost as if she knew what I was going to ask.
"Yea" she said glancing to my window.
"Did...Did my father have something to do with Draco's...well. his enjailment" I asked. She thought for a moment and bit her lip.
"No, he had nothing to do with it" She lied.
"But Will said-" I started.
"Will lied, You're father had nothing to do with Draco or I, after Hogwarts your father and I hardly saw eachother." She said. There was hurt in her eyes,
"Are you serious?" I asked her. After a moment she nodded and then got up leaving the room.
Just then Ron entered the room, Again, Him and I didnt really know eachother.
"Hey" He said leaning against the door.
"Hi" I said pulling my feet up on my bed.
"i've got something for you" He said and took something out of a bag. He laid it on my bed.
"Well...seeya" He said and walked out.

It was an album, I opened it up, there was a picture of my grandparents holding my father as a baby. I smiled, the next was a picture of Hermione Ron and my dad. I ran my finger across the page. There were more spaces left at the end. He didnt have time to finish it. When I closed it a picture fell out, I picked it up and turned it over. It was my Dad and I, we were riding on a trail, the both of us. Tears welled in my eyes, "Stop it" I thought and bit my lip.

I sat staring out the window, snow was falling over the quiet little town, blissfully unaware of the events taking place under their noses. I felt somthing tug on my arm, I looked over to see Buckbeack was biting at my sleeze.
"H-Hey" I smiled, patting his head. "It would be nice to be a Hippogriff, huh? No worrying that people are secretly blaming you for what your father does..."
Buckbeack my a small noise as he turned his head. But somthing else had caught my attention as a pure white owl flew from the roof raffters and landed on the cabinet next to me.
"How did- I thought this place was unplottable" I shrugged and leaned over, taking the letter and opening it...

Dear Will,
I didn't have a chance to wish you a merry christmas before you left at the end of term. Proffessor Mc Gonagall told us all before we left that Tonks was killed, it's really sad because she was a wonderful person.
Anyway, I don't have much time to right because I am going back to America for the holidays. I can't wait to catch up with you at the start of term.

I stared at the letter for a moment, but shoved it in my pocket because someone knocked on the attic door.
"Come in" I called to the mysterious person.

OOC: Sorry, I've been away. I just got home to California from Scotland and the jet lag is ouch, so sorry if it's short...

I opened the door to the attic and saw Will sitting with Buckbeack and smiled slightly. I leaned at the door way and sighed, "What are you up to?" I asked him, trying not to think about Tonks.
"Nothing," he sighed.

"Are you coping alright?" I asked, moving over so that Kira could sit by the window as well.
"Trying not to think about it" She muttered. I looked back out at the cloudy sky, snow was still falling from it.
"My mum's getting married in two days" I reminded her "And that's..."
"You scared?" She asked me.
"I haven't ever had to share my mum for so long and now I don't have to only share her with B, but Krum aswell." I said "Don't get me wrong, I love having B as a sister, but I can't pretend it's not weird." I leaned over to a box and pulled out a dead rat, threw it at Buckbeack who caught it in his mouth. "And I don't know about Krum, I don't really know him and he is about to become my Dad. I haven't had a dad for ages."

"He's not you're dad" I said coming into the room. I dropped a picture in Will's lap. It was of us four the summer after our first year. I grinned, "We were cute" Will siad with a laugh. "Adorable" Kira watched herself making faces in the picture. I was sitting on my horse in the photo and Will was standing next to me. As i watched the picture i saw Will grab my hand. I looked to Will but he didnt look up, I had a feeling he saw what I did. "Um guys, I caught some word on who's been killed" B said walking into the room. We all looked up, "Who?" Will asked.
"umm...Hagrid"

I just stood by the door, unable to say anything else. Draco was doing that on purpose. Killing the ones we love the most. He wanted to hurt us, and as for me, it was succesful. I felt like this was the end. It just couldn't get any worse. Actually it could, but that was so bad I didn't even want to think of it. I looked between the three of them, waiting for their reaction of the news...

I froze, looking at B, then turned to the window. Tonks was one thing, I had just met her, she was a great teacher and everything but Hagrid... I had known Hagrid for as long as I could remember and I had thought he'd always be there.
"Hagrid..." I repeated B quietly and felt myself begin to cry. I quickly whiped away my tears, if there was one thing I was going to do it wasn't give Draco the pleasure of me crying no matter how sad I was.

I didn't cry, no tears where coming to my eyes, it was pure cold shock. I couldn't cry because Hagrid wasn't dead, somthing inside me refused to believe it...because it was Hagrid. I remembered when I first met him, it was the day my mum went to Hogwarts to apply for a job...

My mother smiled holding me in her arms as she walked across the green field, my father next to her.
"Hermione! Do we have to come here?" Draco asked in a low tone.
"I want Hagrid to meet our son before we leave" She smiled "I know you don't like him, but he is one of my favorite people at Hogwarts".
We arrived at a small hut, I walked over behind Draco's legs as my mother knocked on the door. It opened and a big tall man with a beard appeared, the moment he saw Hermione he froze, then threw his arms around her.
"Hermione! Oh I can't believe it...You've grown so much!" He boomed lifting her. But the second he saw Draco he placed her down and glared at him.
"Er, you remember Draco?" She asked nervously.
"Yea" Hagrid nodded, putting on a fake smile.
"And-" My mother looked around "Where's William?" Dad stepped side way's to reveal me. Hagrid's eyes dropped and met with mine, it was very intimidating.
"Well, Ello there" He said, bending over and smiling.
"H-hello, my names William Malfoy" I said, raising my hand nervously to shake his. Hagrid's large hand shook mine and I felt unstable under the strength.
"How old are yer?" He asked kindly.
"Erm...four years and three months" I said quietly.
"Almost the same as Stevie and Kira? Hermione! This means they'll be goin' to Hogwarts together!" Hagrid boomed.
"Yes!" My mother smiled.
"Well come in fer some tea! Fang'd love ter see yer!" Hagrid smiled heading inside, Dad picked me up and carried me inside with an uncomfortble look on his face.
"What's that smell?" Draco muttered.
"Draco!" My mother said angrily
"It's Dragon dung fer the pumpkin patch" Hagrid muttered picking up a tea pot and pouring some tea.
"Isn't that illegal?" I whispered, Dad nodded.
"So anyway" My mother sighed taking a sip "Did you hear that Dumbledore thinks Sirius may have had a daughter? Jennifer said that Harry had gone to London to see if he can find her, seeing as she is an orphan and all."
"Yea" Hagrid nodded "Sugar?"

I looked up, as if waking up from the moment and relising I was still in the cold, damp attic. My hands where shaking, I couldn't believe it.
"Your joking right?" I whispered, although I knew this wasn't a laughing matter.

I shook my head no as I headed over to the bed and sat down. I couldn't belive it either, but I also couldn't belive that Ginny would have lied to me about something like that.


(sorry it's short, I'm in a hurry...)

I got up slowley and walked calmly over to some boxes of old stuff lieing on the ground, and kicked them over.
"Will!" one of the girls said behind me, I was too full of anger to care.
"Why's he doing this? He got out of Azkaban! He got rid of Harry! He's got Voldemort back! Now he's killing our friends? What else does he want?" I shouted. I turned and leaned against the wall, falling to the floor, putting my face in my hands and crawling into a ball. "I hate him! I hate him!"
The door creaked open and Kneazle crawled in, curling up next to me.
"You know what I want?" I said through clenched teeth "I want him dead".

I walked over to Will and sat down besides him, putting my arms around him. "I know Will, so do I..." I said, a tear was forming in my I, but I whiped it away immedietly. "We have to do something, not just sit here and hear news about our best friends dieing..." I said.

"Your right, we can't let Draco get the satisfaction of breaking us" I said standing up, helping B up aswell.
"Kids?" My mother's voice rang "What are you doing up here you guys?" She said spotting up all up the stairs, and hurried up "Girls, come down stairs, Ginny has some dresses you can try on for the wedding." The girls filed past me.
"Have fun" I smiled sarcastically.
"Oh William, dear" she added "Krum wants to see you in the basement. Be nice"
"I am nice" I said sarcastically.

"Likewise..." I said grinning a bit to Will. He was right, we shouldn't show Draco that we're broken from inside, although we were. We had to do something about it. We had to stop him killing more of our friewnds.

The four of us all walked downstairs and parted from Will, who headed to the basement. I took a last look at him and entered the room where Ginny was standing with three very beautiful pink dresses. She was wearing one of them. "You look very beautiful in it, Ginny!" I said and managed to smile. She smiled back and gave one of the dresses to me. "Put it on!" Hermione said from behind me.

I walked down the wooden stairs into the dank, dark basement of Grimmauld Place. Krum was bent over a wooden box,
"Er...Hi" I said, to make my presence known. Krum turned around and smiled, then returned to the box. "Mum said that you wanted to see me"
"Yes, sit down Wellem" He said in his accent. I walked and sat down on the wooden bench, watching him.
"What's in there?" I asked. Krum pulled out an old cloak, it was pure black with deep blue around the edges, it had a 'K' on the sleeve.
"This woz my farthers" He smiled "He gave et to me befere he died. I wore it to the Yule Ball where I took Her-my-oh-ninny".
"It's nice" I said, not really to interested.
"I want you to wear et fer the wedding. If yer want?" He looked at me, his eyes wide with hope.
"S-Sure" I said. "erm...it's a little bit big though, guess your a little taller, huh?"
"Oh, well Ginny can fix it?" He smiled. "Er...Wellem, I am very, very happy to be coming into yer family. You and your mother...and Birget, you are all..." He seemed lost for words.
"Thanks" I smiled, standing up "Um...Dad?"
"You don't ave to call me dat if yer don't want-" He started.
"No...it's alright" I grinned "I want to. After all, I'm Wellem Krum after tomorrow" I tried not to laugh.

((Wellem and Birget Krum... I'm going to die in laughter now...))

I put the dress on and went over to the mirror. It was beautiful, I had to admit. Hermione stepped next to me and smiled, putting her arms on my shoulders. "You look like an angel!" She said gently. I smiled to her reflection and eyed myself some more. Kira and Stevie behind me were putting their dresses on too. Ginny was eyeing all of us with a smirk.

ooc: Yeah, I thought it was funny!

I got back up to the hallway and turned left to go into the kitchen, but stopped when I heard some noises upstairs. I walked up the stairs to Ron's room, where he was shouting. I opened the door.
"Where was-? Where did-? KREACHER!" He shouted, storming past me downstairs where I followed "WHERE IS THAT HOUSE ELF?" He kicked the kitchen door opened and walked inside.
"Dad!" Kira screamed, pulling her dress on quickly. He seemed to ignore her cry as he walked over to under the sink and pulled open the door, reaching in for the house elf.
"Ron! What on earth is going on?" Ginny snapped at her older brother.
"This house elf-" He said, pulling Kreacher up by the dirty top he was wearing "-stole my album!"
"Put him down!" Hermione snapped "He didn't steal your album, Ronald, I did!" Ron glared at her for a second, throwing Kreacher back to the ground.
"Why?"
"Cause Stevie needed it!" my mother groaned back.
"Don't go through my things!"
"I was barley going through your things, it was on your bed!"
"Who said you could touch it?"
"Mum!" I said, but Ginny grabbed me (and whispered "Let them go, it's the only way".)
"Ronald, if it was so important to you-"
"What would you know is important to me?"
"What is that meant to mean Ron?"
"If you don't know" Ron started.
"Don't say the line Ron! It's so old" Hermione groaned.
"Well sorry if I am too in the past for you Hermione! Just forget about me!" He stormed out the room.
"If your going to be a baby then stay in your room!" She shouted at the door.
"FINE! ENJOY YOUR WEDDING WITHOUT YOUR BEST FRIEND!" He shouted.
"I BARELY COUNT YOU AS MY BEST FRIEND ANYMORE RONALD!" She screamed.
Ron slammed his door.

I was too shocked to even move. I looked at Will and Ginny, who was holding him. This was not good... Start fighting with each other when it's very important to stick together. Draco would love to hear this...a thought went through my head. I was still staring at Will, haveing nothing to say.

I looked over to my mother who was back with Kira, trying to put her hair up to see what it would look like.
"Nice one Hermione" Ginny muttered, returning to the dress.
"Not my fault if he is immature" My mum muttered through clenched teeth.
"'If you don't know, I'm not going to tell you'?" Kira said, trying not to smirk "Is that where you got it from Will?"
"Why was he so emotional over an album?" I whispered.
"I don't think it was the album he was mad at" Ginny said loudly. "Why, Ron hasn't lost it at you like that for about...oh say...sixteen years?"
"Ginny, why don't you shut up" My mother said slyly.
"Sixteen years?" I asked.
"Now you've got them thinking" Hermione sighed, shaking her head.
"What happened sixteen-"
"Nothing!" Hermione snapped at me "Ginny saw just being stupid!"
"Stupid?" Ginny asked "Or expanding the range of my brother's teaspoon-"
"Shh!" Hermione hissed at Ginny one last time. "Now, enough about that! Ron will come out when he grows up!"
I walked over to B and smiled,
"You look really nice"

Ginny was doing my hair, "I bought you girls something" she said taking out a bag, inside there were three tiaras. "its so pretty" Ginny finished curling my hair and putting it up, she slipped the tiara on. "its so pretty" I said. Looking in the mirror.
