"They might not talk to you for a while!" I said whipeing off my tear. "By the way Charlotte... I was just kidding... My name is Birgit! But you can call me B like everyone else!" I said smiling. "So we're good, Will?" I asked looking at him again

I hugged her again,
"Don't be silly, ofcoarse we are good!" I announced. B smiled and hugged me back. "uh, where's Alex?"
"I have to meet him at the three broomsticks, see ya back at the tower?" She asked.
"Yeah" I smiled "See ya!" B hurried off back into the croud as Charlotte stared, almost bemused by the shoes in the nearby window.
"Will, I have somthing to tell you" Charlotte whispered, taking my hand "I can't stop thinking about you" I felt myself going red.
"uh..read-..are..really?" I splurted out. "Y-you can't stop thinking about me?"
"Who?" She said looking at me, completly confused.
"Me" I said.
"oh, yeah!" She laughed ditzly. She looked cute when she was acting like an air head. "Do you like me?"
"I think so" I said.
"Is there anything wrong with me?" She asked again, looking very needy.
"No" I said as she went into the shop. Then I muttered quietly "except your not Kira..."

I entered the 3B happily. Alex was sitting in one table drinking butterbeer. He looked at me and smiled.
"I presume you're ok now?"
"Yeah. I'm great!" I said smiling
"Good! I hate to see you sad!" He said. I smiled
"I'll go get you a beer too!" He said getting up from his seat

Charlotte skipped over to a rack with robes on it as I noticed the two sales women lean in and mutter somthing to each other. There was a noise behind me as Harriet walked in, looked from me to Charlotte and laughed.
"huh, I don't care much for you taste in guys Corner" She said to Charlotte "Mudblood? really? What ever gets you going I suppose" She laughed to Crabbe joined her side.
"Harriet, nothing here will fit you, go away" I sighed.
"Not ruining your date am I?" Harriet asked coldly "What happened to Weasel? not rich enough for you?"
"Money has nothing to do with my opinion on people" I snapped.
"Yeah, it all depends on looks" I turned around and saw Stevie, Kira and Micheal walk in the other door, all staring at me.
Tension filled the room.
"Oh, I am so totally loving this!" Charlotte squealed pulling out a pink robe, unaware of the silence.

Me and Alex had finished and were walking down the street when Alex noticed all of you in one store.
"Lets go see if we can help!" Alex said and smiled. I hadn't noticed anything but now I did. I ran into the store and stood next to Will. Alex stood right next ot me and looked at Harriet.
"What are you doing here? Don't you have enough clothes already? And just to tell you, I don't think anything will fit you in this store..." Alex said. I looked at Will and then over at Stevie and Kira. The tention was in the air and Harriet wsn't much of a help here.

I didn't want to say anything or even deal with anyone standing in the shop. I turned slowly and just began to walk out of the shop, "Where are you going Weasel," Harriet stepped in front of me, "Somewhere-"
"I can afford something," I finished her sentence and stared at her coldly, "Now, could you move because you're blocking the whole doorway."

I sighed and walked up to her,
"Kira, we have to talk" I said simply.
"I don't want to talk to you" Kira sighed, not looking at me. Harriet seemed to be bubbling with excitment at the argument.
"What happened?" She asked "Did he choose Corner over you? What was it? The money? The looks?" She laughed loudly.
"Leave us alone you vile git" I snapped at her.

I took Will's hand and squeezed past Harriet, almost getting stuck in the doorway.
"What?" I asked once we were outside.
He opened his mouth to say something but I cut him off, "Wait, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry."

I smiled at her,
"I'm sorry for yelling at you. I mean, I know Charlotte's annoying and all, but you did try to make an effort, I guess she is to blame aswell for annoying you." I grinned at her. "Friends?"

"Yeah... friends," I smiled and held out a hand which Will shook. I turned back to the shop to find Harriet blocking Michael from exiting, interrogating him.
"Leave him alone, Goyle!" I walked back over and reached for my wand.

"Kira, don't" I said to her, pushing her wand down. "It's not worth it!"
"What do you honestly see in her?" Harriet questioned Micheal "And what does she see in you? man, imagine if your kids got her hair and your nose!" I turned away and smirked, I hadn't really noticed that Micheal's nose was slightly off center.
"Shut up!" Kira snapped.
"Yeah" I said stepping forward with a serious face "Just leave" I walked over to Stevie and pulled her off from the croud into a quiet corner of the store. "We need to talk about what I said earlier"

I looked at Will as he talked to Kira and now went to talk to Stevie. I was glad that the problem was going to be fixed but I thought that Kira and Stevie would have had to appologise to Will first.... I shook the idea off and smiled

It was good thing that Will had pushed my wand down just a second ago for McGonagle had just walked up to the large group of us. She stared straight at Goyle," Is there a problem, Miss?" she asked Harriet.
"Oh, no, ma'am." she smiled sweetly and quickly moved her hand which was blocking Michael from the doorway. He walked past her and stood by me. McGonagle glanced around at all of us then to Charlotte who was examining a robe in the shop. "Very well then," she said and rushed over across the road to get a Slytherin away from the Lonbottom's son.
"Sorry about.. today." I said to Michael.
"None of it was your fault, at least, I don't think any of it was." he smiled and I slightly blushed. God, I wish you were Will, I thought to myself then snapped out of it.

I looked around in the store and rolled my eyes sighing. "I swear, the older he gets, the more he's like his father" I said talking about Will. I knew that this summer was going to be a horrible one and i wasnt excited. The thrid task was nearing and i was scared, for me, for my friends, and most of all for Will.

"So.." he blew a strand of hair out of his face, "'wanna go to the Three Broomsticks, get something to drink?"
"Sure," I said and watched Will take Stevie into a quiet corner of the store. I turned back to Michael as he took my hand, I stared at his awkwardly and began to walk across the street to The Three Broomsticks.
We sat down and got into a discussion on the Hogwarts professor's.
"Ugh, Snape hates me," I rolled my eyes and pushed a strand of hair behind my ear. Just as I did I saw Percy walking by the window. He saw me and began to walk into the store, "What is he still doing here?" I muttered under my breath trying to hide my face.
"It's the Minister of Magic isn't he your-" Michael began.
"We are in no way related." I answered him quickly.
"Kira!" Percy clapped his hands as Penelope came up behind him. Michael looked from him to me a bit confused.

I had taken Stevie into a quiet corner to talk to her,
"Look, I am sorry about before. What said is how I felt at the time and I guess what I said was rude...forgive me?" I asked with a worried glance. Stevie was my oldest friend and I knew deep down we couldn't ever stay mad at each other for too long. But she could still hold a grudge.

I looked at Will and studied him for a moment. "I forgive you" I started. I looked outside, it had started to rain and Mcgonagle came inside the three broomsticks. "We need to get going Children" she said clapping her hands together.

"Yes!" I shouted as McGonagle made the announcement, "I mean.. so sorry I couldn't stay to chat, Percy..." I let out a nervous laugh. He gave me a cold stare and I quickly grabbed Michael's hand trying to get away from Percy and Penelope as fast as I could.
"Let's find the guys.." I skimmed the room then almost ran into Charlotte again and stepped back.
"Hey, we found you." I smiled and saw that Charlotte wasn't smiling back, "Right.." I mumbled and quickly turned away from her to Professor McGonagle as she spoke again, "Out those doors, c'mon now everyone," she tried moving the crowd along.

We all walked in a close huddle back to the school, Mc Gonagall and some of the other teachers had charmed some umbrella's to float above us, but it didn't stop all the rain.
"Do we have to go?" Charlotte whined, "I didn't get to buy my new dress, it's just a bit of rain" With that Charlotte had noticed that some water was dripping onto her hair. She grabbed my cloak and held it over her head to protect yourself.
"As if your not going to wash your hair tonight anyway" Kira muttered.
"It's more then just some rain" I said as we huddled onto Hogwarts grounds "A big storm is building in the West, look" I said pointing at even darker clouds.

I looked up to the clouds. "Weird" I said. "When's the third task" I asked Will. "Umm" he started but Charlotte cut in. "Tomboys shouldnt be allowed in this school" She said referring to me. I looked a her. "What?" I said angrilly. "You heard me, your more a boy than a girl, you and your stupid horse." she said with a grin. I stopped than looked at her and slapped her right across the face. Horrified, I couldnt believe what i had done and ran ahead with Mcgonagle so i wouldnt have to face the wrath of Will.

I looked as Stevie ran away and glanced over at Will to see his reaction. I glanced over at Charlotte too who hadn't realised what happened yet. Then I looked back at Will

"No, you know who shouldn't be allowed in this school," I turned to Charlotte, "Down right, good for nothing, bloody fake girls like you!" I stared straight at her as her jaw dropped.
"Sorry Will," I said to him and ran up with Stevie.
"You okay?" I asked her.

"I guess" i said staring at the wet grown, my brown hair getting soaked. "Think she'll tell on me?" I asked. "No doubt about it" Kira said putting her hand on my back. "Your a great friend: I said to her with a smile.

I smiled, "You too." We both laughed and I turned around to see if Charlotte had gone up to tell McGonagle yet. Surprisingly she was still with Will and B, talking. I wondered what they were talking about but I didn't want to go back over.
"Think Will was right? That there's a storm coming?" I asked, but at that moment I heard a loud bang, it was thunder.

I was glancing coldly at her.
"Why did you say that? She's my friend!" I snapped angrily.
"What?" Charlotte said innocently "I said what I thought, what's wrong with saying the truth Will? I am not going to pretend to think that pants suit her!"
"Oh, you think I am friends with her because of her appearence?" I asked, still angry.
"Well why did you go out with her? Her fame?" Charlotte shot.
"No, because she was a great person inside!" I spat in rage.
"Well, sorry if I can never add up to perfect miss Potter!" Charlotte shouted, several people where staring at us. "I'm going!"
"Good" I said as she ran over to her Ravenclaw friends as we entered the grand enterance. I turned to B, gave her a sad look, then we headed off to Gryffindor tower.
