I got out of bed, slowly that morning, expecting to see Will, B or Kira in the common room, but found no one. I frowned and went down tlo the christmas tree in the common room. I found alot of presents under the tree but didnt want to open them untill ieveryone came back..from..well...wherever they were.

I didn't say anything and ran out from the other room. I feel to Wills neck hugging him. After a while I broke it up "Sorry..." I said and sat on the bed. "It's just..." I fell silent again. The words just didn't come out. I felt a few more tears flowing down my face. I quicly whiped them off not wanting Will to see me cry.

Some kids came running out of Hogwarts onto the grounds and a little snow began to fall. I heard bells ringing and just above the entrance to the castle I saw mistletoe hanging.
"Bloody hell!" I let out and stood up quickly, "It's Christmas! I-I forgot Christmas, I've got to go," I ran towards the entrance and stopped for a second looking back to Michael and Hagrid, "Happy Christmas!" I waved to them and I made my way through the Portrait hole into the Gryffindor Common Room.

I patted B on the back comfortably. I knew she was about to cry some more, but I didn't look away.
"It's okay, B" I said simply "Your going to need time, just remember we are all here for you" There was a cold silence as B continued to whip her eyes "Oh, Happy Christmas" I smiled suddenly remembering.
"What?" B looked up quickly.
"Happy Christmas" I repeated "Did you forget it was Christmas day?"

"I guess I did!" I let out a small laugh. "Happy Christams to you too Will!" I hugged him again. "I'm so glad you are alaways here for me! I don't know what I'd do without you! You are like a brother to me..." I said still hugging him. Finally I broke it up "What about Stevie? Is she ok? I'm so selfish running away like that..." I looked at my feet

I looked at her and shook my head,
"Your not being selfish, Stevie wasn't the only one who lost a mother last night" I quickly thought of last night and the fight with Kira. "If your ready, we can go back and see the others"

I watched from the balcony, B and Will. I angrilly came down the stairs and stopped in front of them. "She wasnt even her mother! She was mine, but do i get sympathy? No! Ive lost my dad, mum, and now my friends, thanks alot!" I said and ran out the portrait hole heading for Hagrids.

"Stevie!" I called after her but Will held me back. "Let her go..." "But..." I started "No. Let her be. Hagrind will get the sence back to her" Will said. I thought she was right. After all I wanted to be alone too when I ran from here last night. I was glad that they didn't follow me. But I was still happy when I saw Will this morning. Now I knew that he really cared.

I sighed and looked to my feet, I felt sick inside.
"We have the tournament in a few days" I reminded her "I think I should go to Mc Gonagall...we are not prepared and we are not in the right mind to do this...Do you think we should quit?" I asked B. I would have normally gone with what I thought was right, but a sense of maturity had overcome me to ask others for opinions.

"They dont even care" I sobbed into my hands as Hagrid tried his best to comfort me. "Aww, it'll be -al-right" He said rubbing his hand on my shoulder. I still continued to sob, i dont want to move away, what about Belle, my things, my life? "

ooc Guess we already left...

"No! We must not quit. We have to do it somehow. But I don't think we should quit. Quitting sounds so..." I didn't know the right word for it. "What do you say if we find Kira and go to the library to solve the riddle?" I suggested forgetting everything else.

I couldn't find anyone in the Common Room, I was about to leave the Portrait hole when I bumped into someone, "Ouch, whatch where you're going." I rubbed my head and looked up to see who it was, "Oh..." I said realizing I had just bumped into Percy.
"Almost sounded like a Prefect," he said.
"You say that like it's a good thing," I shrugged.
He ignored what I said, "Happy Christmas," he handed me a gift.
"Happy Christmas," I said awkwardly at the gift.

I thought for a few moments,
"Yes, the clue is up in my room, I'll go grab it and we can work on it" I hurried up stairs and collected it then met B back in the common room. Hogwarts was full of Christmas joy, except for certain Slytherins,
"Heard about Potter did ya?" Harriet shouted down the corridor. B turned to her suddenly.
"What did you say?" B snapped.
"Surprised you can still look at Granger after what his Dad did" Harriet shouted back.
"Shut up Goyle!" I shouted aswell.
"Who is screaming around here?" Percy said coming from around a corner with Kira.

"For your information, Harriet, Will is not quilty of anything his father does!" I said looking at Harriet evilly ready to jump on her any minute.

I smiled at Hagrid after a few minutes of crying and wiped my eyes. "I'll see you later Hagrid, buh bye" I said with a wave and headed towards the library. I found B and Will in their and rolled my eyes. I decided i was going to work on the clue by myself.

We had stormed away from Harriet and sat in the library when Stevie entered. B didn't notice, but she looked at us both and hurried to the other side of the library. I got up,
"Where ya going?" B asked looking at some ancient Elvish writing.
"To get a book" I said, but instead went over to the desk Stevie was sitting at. She didn't look up, but knew it was me. "Can I sit down?"
"It's a free country" Stevie said, still not looking at me. I sat down.
"Do you want to talk?" I asked, she shook her head. "Look, I know it's hard, but I'm your friend Stevie. You don't have to act so misunderstood because B is over there and she is in the same boat!"
"It wasn't even her mother" Stevie argued back.
"But it was the closest thing that she had" I sighed taking her hand "Where all here for you Stevie"

I spread myself out on the Slytherin common room couch, rather proud at my little outburst. I knew it was Draco who killed Perfect Potter's mother, my father had hinted me of it.
"Harriet!" Samantha called "There's a letter for you!" I sat up as a bald eagel flew in. My father had gotten letters from this one before, but never me, it was Draco Malfoy's eagel.
"Sam! Mitchell! Norman!" I called to them all, they hurried around the letter.

Dear Harriet,
I trust you know who this is, I can't say due to chances of this falling into the wrong hands, but you know. I have dealt with the witch and now I just need the runt.
I don't care what you have to do, but just make sure that the last Potter is out of Hogwarts and alone on the 2nd of March, the night of the last task. Drive her out and I will award you greatly.

I smiled around, I had to drive Stevie out of the school before the final task for Draco.
"Any ideas?" I asked.
"If she has a fight with the Gryffindors, she'll be bound to leave!" Mitchell laughed. I smiled coldly.
"Let's go to the library!" Sam bursted out instantly "I have an idea, we use the Polyjuice potion to make ourselves look like Black, Weasley and the mudblood and we can make Stevie run away alone!"
We all smiled, then left for the library.

I looked up from the books and saw that Will was talking to Stevie. I desided to walk up to them.
"Hey Stevie! I'm really sorry I ran away like that last night. I know that you must have felt the same way. I'm...Really sorry!" I said and stood there quietly. I didn't know what else to say.

Just then I noticed that the Slytherin's had entered the library, all with big smirks on there faces. They begun to head over to the restricted section, I craned my neck and watched as Norman and Samantha distracted Madam Prince. Harriet and Mitchell sneaked into the restricted section. I knew the only ones allowed in there where teachers and trusted prefects, there where only illegal and advanced spells and potions in there. A few moments later they exited and noticed us.
"Mudbloods and mudblood lovers, how are you all on this fine day?" Harriet smirked, I looked at the book under her arm.
"Don't call us that" B snapped rising from her chair. I reached out and snatched the book from under her arm.
"Give that back!" Harriet shouted. I opened it and found some illegal potions.
"What are planning?" I asked. Madam Prince hurried over in a huff.
"Do not yell" She orded.
"Granger stole my book!" Harriet said innocently. I tried to explain my Madam Prince snapped it out of my hands and gave it to Harriet, then hurried off, before I could even open my mouth. "Merry Christmas to all" Harriet smirked again, and the Slytherins left.
"That was a restricted book!" I informed B and Stevie.

"It was a restricted book? But didn't madame Pince notice it?" I glanced over at her. "Did you see what book it was? What would they want it for?" I asked Will

"Somthing about...somthing about illegal potions...I think" I said remembering.
"Maybe they are using it to cheat in the tournament?" came a voice, I turned to see Kira, I hadn't noticed that she was at the shelf near us the whole time.
"Yeah...maybe" I sighed. I moved my attention back to Stevie who was still quiet. "You okay?"

I hurried back to the slytherin dungeons and we all collected together in a quiet corner and muttered under the loud common room.
"Here it is, the Polyjuice potion!" I said finding the page.
"hmmm, it ain't that hard" Samantha smiled impressivly scanning through it "Oh yeah, we did a smaller version of this last year...if we start tonight it will be ready for the time of the third task"
"That means we will have to score good in the next task to have a confirm chance of winning" Norman added.
"The clue is somthing about elfs taking our prized possesions to the snowy north mountains and we have to get it back or somthing" Samantha announced "I solved in yesterday!"
"Okay" I said "Me and mitchell will work on spells while you start on the potion, if you go to the third floor at the end of the blue hall there is some bricks, push em back and you'll find a hidden room no one uses. Me and Mitchell go there for a smoke"

I sighed, "i suppose so" I said lifting my head up and sighing. Just then Mcgonalge came rushing in the library. "Potter" she said, "There is a family that came today that wants to meet you" She said with a grin. I looked to Will, he nodded and let go of my hand. I then followed Mcgonagle out of the library and up to her office where a young couple stood with smiles on their faces.

"They are going to seperate us?" I asked in shock looking at Will. "This can't get any worse!" I said and let my head fall on the table with a bang. "Au!" I said quietly. Then I quickly go out of my seat. "Thats it!" Whats what?" Will asked confused. "The riddle! How was it again?" "Your hearts desire, fate will show, take them to our mountain of snow" "Oh..." I sat back down. "What is it?" Will asked still confused. "I think I know what the first frase means. 'Your hearts desire, fate will show' Well None of us, me, you, Kira, Stevie, don't want to be seperated. And now that they are going to seperate me and Stevie, I feel it. I think thats it... I don't know the last part though..."

"You feel what?" I blurted out still next to the book shelf, Madam Pince gave me a stern look and I quickly covered my mouth.
I sighed forgetting my question and turned to B, uncovering my mouth, "I just don't see why you and Stevie can't come and live with me. I mean, the Burrow once fit seven kids... That's it! Me and Will we get the Poly Juice potion find random people and pretend to want to adopt you and Stevie!"
"Red head!" called Madam Pince and I covered my mouth again.
