What has happened, and will the couples be able to get together? Can James actually convince Lily that he loves her? And, can the others overcome their obstacles? Callum waved back at her. "Yeah, see you later Zo." He called after her.
He was in two minds to follow her or not. Wait for dessert or wait for Zoya to finish in detention. He chuckled, no way was he waiting in those cold dungeons when there was ice-cream on its way. He settled back down, and watched Zoya's head bob out of the Entrance Hall. He turned around and listened curiously to everyone else.

James raised his hand (for a small greeting) and sat down in front of Sirius. "Were you talking about me?" he asked. He fluffed his hair again and fingered his snitch in his pocket. He smiled at Lily and tapped the table a bit with his free hand.
Gabby smiled at Sirius, getting lost in her own daydreams. "What's happening?" she said, snapping out of her trance-like state. She smiled, her cheeks going red when seeing Sirius.
Noah chuckled siliently, drinking some orange juice. "So, Blake, do you have any plans to sing?" he asked his friend.
"What?" Blake said, his thoughts on a certain girl. "Oh, I do. As soon as," he raised his voice, "you have plans to beatbox."
"Shut up!" Noah hissed, looking around.

"Filching snitches again are we Potter?" Lily spoke her words fell flat as she spoke. She barely even looked up at the two of them, she knew James and Sirius far too well to suspect anything but the two of them planning a prank to pull of Snape, or some unsuspecting students. "I don't know how you pulled it off Potter," she looked up at them now, her eyes portraying no emotion, or really none of the emotions she actually felt for him. She had always thought that he alone, could be a nice person, but he was always trying to be mocho and be 'cool' and that put her off. "How did you honestly get head boy did you bribe your way into it?" She asked rolling her eyes jokingly, knowing it was probably because Professor Dumbledore thought they would do a good job working together--he was probably right but the working together part would come with a lot of hard work.

"It wouldn't be James-like to not filch snitches, would it, dear Evans?" James smiled, sitting and letting go of the snitch breifly, catching it. "Hey, Moony," he said to Remus. "I seriously do not know why I got Head Boy. I'd rather it be Moony," he pointed a thumb at his friend. "I like being Head Boy, though. You get to boss around first years."
Blake smiled. "Yeah, sure. We'll practice that song, and discuss some songs that I have in mind." He smiled, seeing the girl reading a book. Was it Katilynn? "Whatcha reading there?" he asked her.
Noah's face began to loose its red tint, finally going back pale-like. He cleared his throat and tapped a drum beat on the table absently.

Lily hadn't told anyone of this moment and didn't know how people would take it. "Professor stopped it of course," and stood up from the table. "Well, have a nice day." She spoke still in a cold tone her words falling like ice. Falling like the rain that was pouring down from the ceiling.
